America: Some Assembly Required

Many of you have noted that I haven't been on the airwaves much in the last two weeks, and some have even been worried (bless you for your concern!)--- but I have been hard at work as always.

My faithful readers are aware that I have written two books that detail a lot of history and public records:  Disclosure 101 is about my own personal journey and You Know Something is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause is a "serious comic book" --- is written in large print and hits the highlights of our largely unknown and untaught history at a Middle School level.

The purpose of the first book, Disclosure 101, was to provide a public record of at least a small portion of the work I did over a period of years.  The purpose of the second book was to provide a reader friendly "basic primer" so that people could grasp the Big Picture quickly.

So now I've written a third book titled "America: Some Assembly Required".

It came about because a friend of Donald Trump came to me and asked me to write an "executive history" in "30-second sound bites" for the President that he could scan through pretty rapidly.  He said that Mr. Trump wants to know the history, but like everyone else, wasn't taught..... so.......

That is, technically, the reason why I sat down and wrote this third book and since President Trump is a business man. I did something that I think has worked out very well --- I wrote it from the perspective of the business history of America.  I promise it isn't as dull as that sounds.

It turns out that viewing our country's history from that standpoint reveals a lot of the inner workings of how our government was designed to work and how, when, and by whom it got messed up. And, in a very prosaic way, it suggests how to fix it.  One of my faithful proofreaders said, "It's like being shown an engine, and suddenly you can see that there are spark plugs missing!"

Seeing it in terms of business structures and business processes and practices may help Mr. Trump and a lot of other people wrap their minds around what has gone on here.

This is another Large Scale book.  I am covering a lot of ground with a short, little publication designed to be read in 30-second sound-bites by very busy executives.  The whole idea is to lay it down fast and in little puzzle pieces that self-assemble in an orderly fashion—, not a James Michener classic. 

So that, folks, is what I have been up to.  The Donald gets a free copy, but it is copyrighted for a reason and I will be blunt: we need to raise money. As important as it is to get this information out to as many people as possible, so is the work of The Living Law Firm and our researchers and Asset Recovery Team.  What started out as a handful of people has grown into a football stadium-sized crowd, and so have the needs.

It's good that we have people flying to places like Hong Kong and conducting business in behalf of the American People again.  It's good that we have researchers nailing down the exact pathways that have been used to siphon away the value of our labor, where our gold went, where our credit went. All of it.  It's good we have legal eagles turning over the dusty pages to discover the details of how our own government, our own employees, have been used against us.  It's all great, but it all costs money.

NOLs and Court System Basics

I recently got a "complaint" letter from a reader who apparently got in trouble himself or had friends who were "thrown in jail" as a result of using a Notice of Liability---- and he wanted to let me know that a process I had recommended wasn't working, etc.

There are two kinds of courts typically at work in America.  Both are foreign to us. American courts have to be staffed and run by us so, until more people take up their responsibility to self-govern, they are relatively rare.

There is the Territorial Court System, meaning British Territorial United States Court System that shouldn't even be addressing us, which uses British "Equity" Law and there is the MUNICIPAL COURT SYSTEM that uses COMMERCIAL LAW, which is used by the equally foreign MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES.

Nevada Bundy Prosecution Collapses: The Federal Government Spent a Quarter-Billion Dollars but Couldn’t Convict the Bundys of a Single Crime

In 2013 the federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) obtained federal court orders authorizing the agency to “seize and remove to impound” hundreds of Cliven Bundy’s cattle on the public ranges around Bunkerville, Nevada.   The agency interpreted these court orders broadly, and descended on the area in April 2014 with some 200 body-armor-wearing agents, semiautomatic weapons, sniper teams, undercover informants, and surveillance cameras aimed at the Bundy residence.

The BLM brought more than corralls and horse trailers.  They brought backhoes, dumptrucks and earth-moving equipment to tear up water lines and other infrastructure that had been built by Bundy and his ancestors over decades.  Defying county officials, the federal officers chose calving season—the very time when cows and newborn calves are most physically weak and vulnerable—to execute the court orders.  They orchestrated a paramilitarized roundup operation using helicopters to terrify the cattle into stampeding to the point of exhaustion in extreme heat. At least 40 cows either died from the ordeal or were shot by BLM employees and contractors.

Progress in Texas, the MGJA, and Everywhere Else

Last night I tuned into a little ole down home teleconference sponsored by the Texas Republic.  They are extremely well-organized compared to most of the rest of the state republics and have their history firmly intact.  Many of their counties are up and operational and they hold their regular meetings at various places throughout the state to meet and greet and educate as they go.  After all the gritty hand-to-hand in places like Illinois the past few weeks, it was like balm to my soul. 

They have developed yet another ingenious and effective answer to the IRS fraud, which is simple and deadly to implement.  The essence of it is to politely inquire about the jurisdiction of two courts.  When the district level court replies that they don't have jurisdiction over the municipal corporation dba "IRS" and the "US TAX COURT" admits that it doesn't have jurisdiction over the territorial corporation dba "Internal Revenue Service" it puts the vermin in a real bind.

We do indeed need some well-heeled Patriots but, unfortunately, this information is complex enough so that it doesn't lend itself to 30-second executive summaries and for some reason conservatives like the legendary Koch Brothers don't seem aware of or interested in why, exactly, this country is so messed up.  Not knowing exactly what's wrong leads to all sorts of useless solutions to problems that are only assumed to exist.  It also means billions of dollars wasted to not-fix anything, when it would take only a few million dollars of investment to prime our pump and get freedom flowing again.

Don't look at me.  I have no answers for why someone, somewhere, doesn't make the proper connections.  You know without thinking too hard about it that there has to be a gazillion businesses limping along at half-throttle or going under because of "government" manipulation and unfair competition and one-sided or punitive regulatory enforcement and monopolies and every other business evil and bogus competitive hurdle and securities fraud you can think of.  So why aren't the businessmen and businesswomen of America smelling the java and doing something about this?  All this corruption and abuse of power by the "government" is tanking their growth and their bottom lines. 

Apologies, Again

Nobody feels it more keenly than I when I cannot respond to appeals for individual help --- but the fact remains that I cannot possibly answer the literally thousands of information and assistance requests that I get on weekly basis.  I try, but I can't do it, and there is a point beyond which I shouldn't even try, because it keeps me from focusing on the actual work that I am already committed to do.

It isn't that I don't want to help you with your traffic tickets, probate cases, child custody battles, foreclosures, divorces, property tax issues, political status filing and recording struggles, and all the rest---- but the plain fact is that I, and everyone else in the Living Law Firm, are overwhelmed with work aimed at bringing relief to everyone in this country---relief on a far larger scale, and we cannot sacrifice that Greater Good.  

America's Grandma

Someone recently sent me snippets of stories and blogs where I am being called "America's Grandma"--- but, no, that title belongs to Irene Ryan, co-star of The Beverly Hillbillies.  Daisy aka "Granny" Moses, Jed Clampett's Mother-in-Law, earned the title long before I came along. 

Here she is, in the photo above, perfectly reflecting how I feel most of the time. 

This country and this whole world is in such a mess that I get up in the morning with "my hair on fire" feeling like I just spent a week thumping on a mule's butt with a tennis racket. 

Most of the people who are on our payrolls--- I am talking worldwide--- are a rare mix of incompetent and crooked.  I constantly run into "government employees" and "bank officials" who have been crooks so long that they don't even know that what they are doing is criminal. 

They literally don't know that creating bogus public trusts and plundering them is against every law from here to breakfast, both public and private.

It is my understanding that the bad behavior of the FBI and BLM in this matter has finally caught up to them and that the Bundys and all those who have likewise been falsely accused and prosecuted and persecuted will now be set free and the record established as a finding in their favor "with prejudice"----preventing the vermin responsible for this travesty from ever coming back and bringing forward any more complaints.

‘Kick Cliven Bundy in the mouth and take his cattle’

The Bundy cases bears remarkable, and unsettling, similarities to the Waco standoff

Twenty-five years ago this year, federal agents stormed the compound of a religious group in Waco, Texas, with armored vehicles, machine guns and tear gas. Claiming the Branch Davidians were a dangerous religious cult, they killed David Koresh, the group’s leader, along with and some 70 men, women and children who were with him when the assault took place.
The ostensible reason for reducing the compound to rubble was to serve a search warrant on Mr. Koresh for illegal weapons officials believed he possessed. The issuing judge was told Mr. Koresh was a crazed paranoid who never left the compound where he and his violence-prone followers were illegally hoarding automatic weapons and represented a clear and present danger to the Waco community.
Long after the smoke cleared the facts proved that the raid was staged not because Mr. Koresh and his Branch Davidians were a threat to anyone, but as a public relations stunt by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) to be used to justify a budget increase. Everything was filmed to be shown at future budget hearings, but when things went bad, the PR stunt turned into a murderous massacre.

Special Message About Marijuana "Law"

Most of my faithful readers are now sharp enough to already know the answer to the present controversy regarding AG Session's enforcement of federal sanctions against state-legalized marijuana. 

My readers know that AG Sessions isn't addressing the actual states.  He is addressing the federated "States of States"--- which he has control over because they are nothing but corporate franchises of the federal parent corporations. 

Does Burger King, Inc., have the right to dictate policy and rules and place limits on your local Burger King franchise?

As of the first week of October 2017 the Municipal UNITED STATES ceased functioning.  

Attempts to replace it with a UN Corp "Regional Government" have thus far been successfully rebuffed and prevented. 

That leaves us to deal with the Territorial United States government, which is controlled by the military and has substantially different rules and procedures than the old Muni government. 

As a result some of the recommendations I have made to people in the past either no longer apply or require tweaking to make them work in this altered scenario. 

Those who got their paperwork done and in before October 2017 are grandfathered in and have their records established via the old Muni process.  They have to be recognized as civilians. 

Those who didn't do this have to follow a different process which has yet to be negotiated to the same ends-- correction of the public record, reclaiming ownership of your Name/NAMES, and recognition of your civilian status with respect to the military government. 

The criminals in charge have made a great hash of things.

Anna's last article is right on target. We need a complete overhaul of the entire monetary system of the whole world, and we needed it yesterday.  Lots of people are in real trouble with their finances. The kind of trouble that puts people out on the street homeless.

Most of the time, the best way to predict the future is to go back into the past, and see what worked back then, and upgrade those ideas, methods and tools with the newest technology and the newest tools we have today.

For over 5000 years Gold and Silver have done something that nothing else has been able to do, and that is HOLD THEIR BUYING POWER.  Stamp that on your forehead. It's not just because people believe they will hold their purchasing power. Both have intrinsic value in industry, silver more than gold.

In 1913 you could walk into a fine clothing store in downtown New York City and with just one $20 Gold piece, you could buy a brand-new suit, a new tie, and a fine pair of shoes.

Right now today, over 100 years later, you can walk into a good clothing store, and for the same one ounce of Gold, you can get a fine new suit, a new tie, and a fine pair of new shoes, and perhaps a great hat.

The only thing that has changed is the value of the paper currency ratio with Gold.

Why Neither Gold Nor Silver Hold Any Answers

For the last several months people have been wanting to argue over the pros and cons of silver versus gold standards to base monetary values on and so far as that goes, silver is the obvious choice.  It's our traditional form of money and it is the least subject to manipulation.  I have said that from Day One when the whole issue of precious metals-backed forms of money came up, and I still say so. 

However, as I attempted to make clear in my discussion about The Goat Standard, nearly anything that has actual value can serve as a standard for exchange: a sin, a female goat, and $200 have the same value in the current system of things, and it doesn't much matter how you cut it. 

The ridiculousness of the whole concept should be apparent given that example, but judging from some of the responses I've gotten, there are still those who just don't get the joke.  

They know that the present monetary system is bogus and can cite chapter and verse for why it is bogus.  The "secret" of the Federal Reserve is now well-known: check kiting is what the rest of us call it.  And insurance is revealed to be nothing but legalized gambling.  In fact, the entirety of the banking industry is now known to be a criminal enterprise aimed at theft of various kinds, fraud of various kinds, and enslavement of various kinds. 

So--- now you think that "going back to the gold and/or silver standard" is the answer?

Color Code the Judges

I have served as a "Justice" for the Alaska State Superior Court and as a "Judge" for the Postal District Court, so I have some basis in practical knowledge of what courts are and what the jurisdictions are and how things are supposed to work----and don't. 

Technically, all land jurisdiction judges are called "Justices" as in "Justice of the Peace" and as "Supreme Court Justice".  

All sea jurisdiction judges are called "Judge" or "Magistrate".  

In the weird world of privatized corporate government the judicial system is as messed up as any other, and it rapidly gets difficult to tell who is acting in what capacity and in what jurisdiction.  There is also a nasty practice of overlapping and deliberately operating multiple jurisdictions at once in the same courtroom that needs to stop. 

So how about this suggestion?

Everyone is missing the point. These corporations are self-interested. Both the BLM, Inc. and the FBI, Inc. are owned and operated by the same parent corporation, dba, UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (INC.) They are all private for-profit entities in the business of providing "governmental services". They are in business for themselves.

So if BLM sees an opportunity to steal some prime land or a good mineral claim or a chance to steal water or grazing rights for re-sale, etc., etc., to sweeten its own pot, of course it is going to run to its sibling company, the FBI, to assist and to defend its theft and over-reach.

The FBI hasn't ever been acting as a dispassionate third party law enforcement agency in these matters. It has been called in to assist its sister company.

A Worthy Question--- A Name or a Name?

It's actually a Washington State Session Law, not a State of Washington rule, but the fundamental answer is that there is a difference between unincorporated, corporate, and incorporated. 

Names in the form: John Mark Doe have to function both on the land and at sea. 

On the land they are Trade Names.  At sea they are Foreign Situs Trusts.  You can't tell the difference between land jurisdiction Trade Names and sea jurisdiction Foreign Situs Trusts just by looking at them.  They appear to be identical.

That's why FDR's fraud scheme worked so very well. 

The Goat Standard

I should admit that I like goats.  They are plucky, enterprising, stubborn, tough, gritty little critters with minds of their own....somewhat like other critters we know.

As a result, I have a natural sympathy with goats and with goatherds.  Herding goats is more difficult than herding sheep, howbeit, for different reasons. 

It's difficult to herd sheep because sheep are truly mindless and innocent.  They will find a low hill and stand on it in the midst of floodwater and keep standing there instead of seeking higher ground in the midst of rising water until they drown.  Their rationale, similar to that of American taxpayers seems to be, "Well, my feet are still on the ground so I must be okay, even if my nostrils are under water."

The Hole in Our Mind

One summer a friend of mine worked in a tomato harvesting factory.  She worked in the Sorting Room -- a huge warehouse-like facility with conveyor belts running along tables and teams of workers standing on either side of the belt pitching rotten tomatoes into bins and gradually separating produce quality fruits from canning quality fruits.  It was quite an operation and, over time, the workers became very adept at plucking tomatoes off the conveyor and sending them here, there, and everywhere that tomatoes needed to go. 

Our brains have similar capacities for sorting information.  We are able to process large quantities of input via our neural nets and respond appropriately most of the time based on our sensors and our information sieves that sorts out our thoughts the same way that those workers sorted tomatoes.

My Twin Flame is a man of sorrows.  He is always the first guy through the door of the burning building, who carries out the unconscious Mom, the baby half-dead from smoke inhalation, and then goes back and rescues the family dog. He's the guy toddling down the road right behind your car wreck who pulls you out seconds before the gas tank blows.  He's the one who finds the abandoned kitten, blows breath back into the drowning victim, puts the tourniquet on the femoral artery, and disarms the bank robber.  It's always him. Always.

It's so predictable, so wildly beyond any kind of statistical probability, that it is a family joke.  He is also the one who gets stuck with all the really, truly awful s^*&t jobs of life that absolutely nobody wants to do or has the strength to do. It always falls on him ---- and its not that I and others don't try to help --- it's because we don't have the strength or we don't have the knowledge.  And there he is.

There has not been a lawful government in power in this country since 1860, but there now is. 

The hereditary Head of State has taken definitive action to end any presumption of Interregnum and called in all the debts and exemptions owed to this country, its states and its people.  We have not abandoned as much as a silver dime.
