Rumors of "FBI Out to Get Her"

Let's get this straight. The FBI is a subcontractor of a Subcontractor of my Subcontractor.

They are Cousin Amos's Cousin Bubba. They are so far below my level of activity they don't even know that they work for me, and it's a helluva shock when they find out.

If the FBI ever has guts enough to address me, guess how long it will take me to get hold of my Subcontractor and start the proverbial %$#@$# flowing downhill?

Not long.

The FBI, like all "Federal Agencies", has no authority to address Americans, unless we are doing something criminal, like plotting to murder people, or actually engaged in the interstate manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms.

They could also report on us if we were conspiring against the Constitution(s), but as we are enforcing the Constitutions, that wouldn't hold water, either.

So the FBI holds no power that is any threat to me and they are welcome to snoop --- as I have said before --- all they please. They will get an education and be bored to death.

It's true that they have recently been following me around again and hiding in the bushes with long-range listening equipment, but that is hardly necessary, because I don't guard communications.

My telephone really is my telephone. My email is my email. My mailbox is my rented mailbox. I don't hide anything or deal in secrets. No "conspiracies" here. They and all the other Snooper Pooper Agencies can listen in and take notes and record anything I say to their heart's delight.

As I said, they get educated by doing this, just like other Americans. And as they do, they wake up and go ---- "Whoa! OMG! That means......"

Then they go paddling away and they check it out for themselves.

And they "discover" that yes, I'm right.

So what's there to be made out of that?

Heck, they line up and get going to get their own State National credentials.

As Federal Employees they can't act as State Citizens, but you'd better believe that they want access to their Constitutional Guarantees and Protections just like everyone else.

That's part of what is so great about all of this. Everyone's fat is in the fire, and everyone has a vested interest in saving America, once they take the Smart Pill and realize what is going on.

They also have access to all the international liens and other records and correspondences sent over the past twenty-plus years.

Including a large, several inches thick FBI File that I have compiled in Due Course of Fully Informing them. I've done my Public Duty. They haven't done theirs ---- which is another reason they really don't want to talk to me.

They have copies of my Irrevocable Will.

They have or could get access to the vast compendium of legal documents and notices and court cases and historical records that litter all my computer hard drives.

They can observe my PayPal Accounts and money transfers.
If they want to track me buying a new windshield for my car, so be it.

I could really care less.

Certain "Persons" have (wrongly) reported that I stole American assets, that I was "preaching against the government", that I wasn't a "judge" and so on.

So there's the FBI, loyally laying out there in the wet weeds, but....

I am a form of judge known as a "Justice" -- the same kind of Justice that inhabits their Supreme Court. Not impersonating anyone or doing anything wrong, staying in my lane, tending to my business.

And if they slog through the hundreds of liens and claims that make up my public records, they will find that I saved their bacon along with my own and didn't steal anything from anyone.

In fact, I prevented our country from being stolen from under our unwitting noses and did the FBI's job for them.

Yes, it's pathetic that a Great-Grandma from a tiny burg in Alaska had to do this job for Employees who are paid to protect us and failed with a capital "F"--- shameful, really. But it is what it is.

They were ignorant and misdirected. And still are. But like I say, they get a free education, each and every day.

I certainly don't worry about it, and neither should you. If anyone from the FBI comes and asks you any questions, just be scrupulous about telling the truth. Because believe me, they already know the truth about me---in great detail.

The next ones in line will be those who spread all these lies and caused the FBI to waste all the money and time to investigate me and my activities with such a fine-toothed comb.

Me, Tarzan! You, Jane!

Or, to put it another way ---- Me, American! You, US citizen!

Or, again --- Me, Employer! You, Employee!

Or, again --- Me, Owner! You, Tenant!

Or, again -- Me, Landlord! You, Title-Holder!

Or, again --- Me, Sovereign! You, Indentured Servant! (U.S. Military)

Or, again --- Me, Sovereign! You, Slave! (Municipal Civil Service)

Or, again --- Me, Your Boss! You, Worker for Hire!

Or, again --- Me, Landlord! You, Custodian!

Or, again --- Me, Civilian! You, Military!

Or, again --- Me, Free Man! You, Corporate Person!

The American People are the Employers, Landlords, Owners, Possessors, Sovereigns, Bosses, Patent Holders, Civilian Government ...... everyone got that?

This country belongs to you, as long as you accept and claim your birthright political status as an American State National or American State Citizen.

Let the foreign subcontractors mis-characterize and impersonate you as a U.S. Citizen or citizen of the United States, and you are just a foreign worker on our shores, a bankrupt, penniless, landless, stateless Pauper or an Indentured British Territorial Servant serving a Tour of Duty.

So which is it? Are you "Tarzan"? Or "Jane"?

You are the only one who can decide that and make that choice.

People do sign up and serve in the U.S. Military. People do set aside their natural sovereignty and serve as slaves to the Municipal Government and as "citizens of the United States".

People do sign up for unearned welfare benefits from foreign governments, and they accept these welfare benefits as such, instead of accepting them as gifts. It happens every day.

What matters is that you know that you have a choice, and you know what you are giving up when you opt to become a Federal citizen or dependent.

So if you are "Tarzan" come on over here and stand under the Public Law and the Constitutions, and join your State Assembly.

And if you are "Jane" --- get out of the way of Tarzan.

Liens and Threats of Liens from "AmericanNationalWhatever"

This country and all its assets already belong to and are in the possession of the American States and People, just as they should be.

That is thanks to the work of Anna Maria Riezinger and The Living Law Firm.

We corrected our political status many years ago and published the same internationally and brought it forward in all venues of the law.

We possess and own and control our own names. Nobody else has any right to use them. Wherever they appear in any medium, in any form, we own them. Not only that, we own the medium in which our names appear -- any document, any transmission, any digital or "quantum" form of representation of our names is already owned by us. Not you.

We possess and own and control our political status, too. We have declared and defined it. Not you.

We possess and own and control the Sovereign Letters Patent covering this entire country and everyone in it. Not you.

We possess and own and control all the Delegated Powers that have been released due to bankruptcy and incompetence. Not you.

We possess and own and control all the Debt of the Municipal and the Territorial United States. Not you.

We operate the State Assemblies. Not you.

We operate the international government, our unincorporated Federation of Sovereign States, doing public business as The United States of America since 1776. Not you.

In fact, our Federation has been in existence for over 9,000 years on this Continent, a little known fact, but worth noting. The United States of America and everything and everyone it represents belongs to us. Not you.

We enforce all three of the Federal Constitutions and the Public Law. Not you.

We have the standing, the rights, the records, the material interests. Not you.

We are the only legitimate government left standing. Not you.

All --- and we do mean "All"--- assets of the State Trusts are ours. Not yours.

If you are a Federal Territorial Person, aka U.S. Citizen, we own you.

If you are a Municipal PERSON, aka "citizen of the United States", we own you.

The Servants -- Public Employees -- are not the Masters. We are.

And that is just the way it is. If you establish any liens against us, they will be removed and laughed out of our courts.
And you may be deported. Or imprisoned. Or fined. Or strung up as a traitor to the American States and People, engaged in criminal evasion of your Constitutional obligations, attempted unlawful conversion, conspiracy against the Constitutions, and inland piracy.

All of that said and published and standing true upon the public records of many nations, there is one other fact to share with you.

If you are an American born in this country, or a Naturalized United States Citizen who wishes to adopt a State of the Union as your house, home, and permanent domicile, you can come home.

And then you, like us, will own and possess and control this country and its assets and have your natural and unalienable rights restored and be counted as an American State National or an American State Citizen, too.

The door is open and the opportunity to reclaim your identity and your birthright and your inheritance as an American is standing in front of you because Anna Maria Riezinger and The Living Law Firm did all this work for free, to save your ungrateful stupid asses and your share of the American Dream.

All you have to do is wake up and claim it.

Your Ship of State is still sailing because of us. Your State Assemblies still have standing because of us. And your country is not being invaded by foreign governments or subjected to civil war because of us.

So if you have the brain box of a chicken, it's time to wake up, figure out who you are (Americans), and who we are (Americans), and if you can ---- if you are not a Federal Employee or Dependent and not dependent on Public Assistance at this time --- serve your actual country.

State, State Trust, State of State

These are three (3) completely different entities.

California is a physically defined State of the Union.  It has borders.  It is populated by people called Californians.  These Californians are the Employers of a business entity called "State of California".  

California and Californians exist in the actual world as land and soil, flesh and blood---- State and People. 

Californians acting in their capacity as State Citizens govern California through their lawful State Assembly, which is guaranteed to them by all three Federal Constitutions.  

California functions under Public Law and Californians have a Public Duty to uphold and obey the Public Law, which includes Treaties like the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty, the Four Organic Laws of the United States, the Federal and State Constitutions, and the Ten Commandments.  

That's California, the actual State, which employs the "State of California" which is a business entity.  

As a business entity, the State of California has no physical borders or content, and is called "an inchoate state".   

The State of California business organization can be structured in any number of ways.  It can operate as an unincorporated business, a corporation, a trust, or as an incorporated entity----even as a foreign incorporated entity.  It's a Subcontractor of California.  It's current service contract is expressed as The Constitution of the State of California.  

Employees and dependents of the State of California are, as a condition of their employment or receipt of public welfare benefits, obligated to pay various taxes that don't apply to other Californians, and to obey the internal rules, codes, regulations, statutes, and Executive Orders of the State of California and it's Governor.  

This is really no different than IBM Employees having to follow the public policies and codes and rules of IBM, Inc., and being obligated to obey the orders of IBM's CEO. 

But just as obviously, a business entity hired to provide services to Californians has no authority to rule over its Employers.  Our relatives created a State of California entity to serve them, not to rule over them. 

The original State of California business organization was an American Common Law Business Trust doing business as The State of California. 

This original American owned and operated State of California was replaced in the aftermath of the Civil War by a British Territorial corporation doing business as "the" State of California.  

The assets of The State of California were placed in a State Trust called the "California State", the State of California Legislature was called upon to draft a new Constitution, and the British Interloper was installed on an "Emergency" basis.  

This happened all over the country, in every State of the Union, and nobody knew what was going on.  Joe Average on the Street was never given any full disclosure about these new arrangements being undertaken "for them" by their employees.

Please note that these State of California Legislators were employees of California and had no authority to rewrite their own service contract or create any new Constitution for the Californians, but.....this is what they did.   

As a result, instead of having an American company providing public services for the People of California, we suddenly had a British Territorial corporation, a franchise of the British Crown, providing those services and the only visible sign of this was a change from "The State of California" to "the State of California". 

This Cuckoo Bird-like substitution put a foreign government in de facto control of public services in California and every other State of the Union, in Breach of Trust and violation of the Federal Constitutions.  

This obvious conflict of interest and the change in business structure from an American Common Law Business Trust to that of a British Crown Corporation set up the opportunity to access the credit of Californians and the abuse of their assets as collateral for debt run up by a foreign commercial corporation. 

It's the same thing that credit card hackers do today.  The identity of the American Common Law Business Trust doing business as The State of California was stolen and impersonated by a British Crown Corporation operating as the State of California, Inc. 

This unlawful conversion and the failure of rank and file Californians to wake up and recognize the con job has allowed the Perpetrators to undermine the lawful government for six generations-- and it set up the cycle of so-called "Public Bankruptcies".  

Owing to their business structure as incorporated entities, these British Commercial Corporation franchises doing business "as" the State of California and the State of Ohio, et alia., had bankruptcy protection for themselves and their stockholders. 

So they ran up the credit of the victims to the stratosphere, and went bankrupt in 1907, leaving the hapless Americans on the fork for their debts.  

That was so much fun and so much money was made that the Roman Catholic Church got into the act next, and did the same, letting their "State of State" franchises go bankrupt in 1933.  

And they've been up to the same old crap again, resulting in the current bankruptcies of both the Municipal and Territorial United States Governments.  

The important take home point is that these corporations are not our government and never were, and we are not responsible for their debts, nor are our assets collateral for their debts. 

The further take home point is that they are standing on our land and soil, and while they are, they are responsible for upholding their respective Constitutional obligations with respect to us and obeying the Public Law.  

All of this has been nothing but a gigantic commercial fraud scheme against the American States and People-- the same Employers that all these employees of ours are obligated to protect-- and all orchestrated by the other Principals involved: the British Monarch, the Pope, and the Lord Mayor of London.

They have misdirected our employees to wage economic war against us, while collecting their paychecks from our largess.

  

The actual living people of this country own the land and soil, every cubic inch.  The actual living people of this country have met all their obligations under the Federal Constitutions and the State Constitutions, too. 

Bottom line: our erstwhile foreign Subcontractors have acted in Gross Breach of Trust. 

Their corporate Employees have endeavored to unlawfully convert us into franchisees just like they are, and to impose their rules, codes, regulations, and statutes, as if we were British Territorial Citizens or Municipal United States citizens getting paychecks --- just like they are, and as if we were under the same obligations and conditions of employment that they are. 

But the truth is that we are Americans, not Brits, not corporate franchises, not officers of the Holy Roman Empire, not "residents" or "inhabitants" of any Territorial "State of State" or Municipal "STATE OF STATE", either.  

We are Americans, State Nationals and State Citizens, and we are now properly declaring the facts and correcting the Falsified Registrations that our foreign employees have created to mis-characterize us in violation of both the Hague and Geneva Conventions. 

We are also assembling our State Assemblies and acting as the Employers of these "State of State" organizations, accepting our Public Duty to uphold the Public Law, including the Federal Constitutions, and beginning the enforcement and correction owed under these deplorable circumstances.

Any American acting in any capacity for these foreign Subcontractors and their State of State franchises needs to be fully informed of their obligations as employees of the actual States and People.  

The State Trusts that were formed in the wake of the Civil War belong to us along with all material rights, titles, and interests.  

We, the Californians, Arizonans, Wisconsinites, Texans.....  are the "Qualified Heirs" and also the Presumed Donors and Beneficiaries of all resources, profits, and assets held in any State Trust.

The appropriate liens and claims have already been lodged, registered internationally, and recorded and published. 

All Americans who are not Federal or State of State Employees and who are not presently on public assistance are called to correct their political status records and join their State Assembly.

We are the Employers, not the Employees.
