To The Galactic Council -- November 15th 2023

For the past fifteen years, the members of the Galactic Council have plunked around and pretended that you didn't have a clear reading and direction with regard to the future of this species and planet; you have delayed and went back and forth, forth and back, about mankind's nature and Will.  

There are those who have always stood for life and love, who have patiently borne all the violence, theft, and evil of the Snakes.

It is time for those beings allied to life and love to emerge triumphant and upheld, safe, and ready for a new world. 

It is time to simply invoke the removal of Satan and his children, as evidenced by their acts, words, and deeds. 

It's also important to recognize that those who were deceived into accepting snake venom-producing DNA without consciously being aware of it, are to be held harmless. 

There is no excuse for including these victims in the punishments, as they have not willingly and knowingly participated in these offenses. 

As Senior Field Commander I have asked the Andromedan and Sirian Peacekeeping Forces to intervene and secure those foreign individuals responsible for these acts against Nature and Nature's God. 

Let them all be subject to the Universal Law and the law of their respective Star Systems, now and forevermore. 

I AM and I require that the snakes and their allies be immediately arrested and prevented from doing any more harm. 

I AM and I require that they be turned over to their respective interstellar police forces.  

I AM and I require the immediate return of all assets and credit owed to the people of this planet.

Public International Notice Regarding U.S. Corporations and US CORPORATIONS

All research related to and production of all snake venom derivatives in The United States or any other international "state" associated with The United States in any way is strictly prohibited.  

The importation of any such product(s) is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Public Law as Terrorist activity. 

The NIH is hereby dissolved and all assets of the NIH, including its future encumbered expenses, are disallowed.  We won't pay a penny in assets or credit for any of it.  

Take note, Bank of International Settlements, and Global Federal Reserve and IMF. 

The CIA is hereby dissolved and assets of the CIA, including its future encumbered expenses, are disallowed. We won't pay a penny in assets or credit for any of it.  

The DOD is hereby dissolved and assets of the DOD, including its future encumbered expenses, are disallowed.  We won't pay a penny in assets or credit for the DOD.  

PFIZER, INC/Pfizer, Inc. is dissolved and the assets of these organizations are forfeit, including all future encumbered expenses.  

We are done with these corporations and their operations.  We will not cover them with any public bankruptcy protection.  We will not allow any charges on behalf of these institutions and we will not allow any charges by any Successor organizations. 

We are done with any contracts with the Holy Roman Empire and their Successors, and also with the British Empire and its Territorial Successors, and with the Governments of Ghent and Westminster, both, which are in violation of their Treaties and Contracts, acting in Breach of Trust and violation of their Service Contracts. 

Not another penny.  

This is Due Notice to the Bank for International Settlements and all other banks worldwide; the Americans are not paying for any of it anymore. 

These corporations are outlawed, criminal renegades owed no quarter in any jurisdiction of law.

The Snakes, All of Them v Self-Declared Governments

We are done with this.  We have called the Andromedan Forces to settle this for us once and for all.  The Andromedans are the Peacekeepers of this Universe and they are here, as they have been since 2012.  And they are now engaged to clean this mess up.  Watch it happen. 

These guilty politicians and other criminals --- individuals have created tissue necrosis in everyone who has received the so-called "vaccine"--- they have to be removed. 

Permanently.  

That includes Trump, Biden, the whole mess. 

Please prepare yourselves for a complete overturning of the "governments" you have been familiar with. 

That includes the financial system. 

Yesterday, I had someone say that we sounded like a "self-declared government" --- well, guess what? 

We stand under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, which is by definition a "self-declared government".  Anyone too stupid to get that, needs to understand it right now. 

Yes, we are a self-declared government, with no apologies, no excuses, no changes. 

Anyone stupid enough to claim that they are Americans and not know that, needs to be sat down in a hard chair and slapped silly.

These synthetic snake venom protein sequences have to be eradicated and the "snakes" responsible need to be rounded up and dealt with.  This job is beyond our ability, but we are not alone. 

As of 2012, the Andromedan Fleet has been here, awaiting the final determination of our self-determination.  Are we going to wake up, or not? 

We have awakened, and the end game is now.

Modern Diseases

What if ALS, MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimers, Dementia, Fibromyalgia, and even possibly, Cancer, can be attributed to the effects of overgrowth and (logical but improper) migration of digestive bacteria into the bloodstream (Leaky Gut Syndrome) and even across the blood-brain barrier (Leaky Brain Syndrome) into the brain case and spinal column?  

Dr. Jay Lombard has built the next extension of Dr. Steven Gundry's groundbreaking work on "Leaky Gut Syndrome" and focused attention on Clostridium difficile as the most-likely suspect implicated in the development of multiple so-called "autoimmune" diseases impacting millions of people worldwide. 

While these diseases have typically been classed as "autoimmune diseases" it is the inflammation of the immune system that is the common factor, and the cause of the inflammation has remained mysterious. 

What if, as Dr. Lombard suggests, the whole problem starts when normal gut bacteria go off the ranch and multiply in places they shouldn't be?  The bloodstream? (Leaky Gut Syndrome)  The brain? (Leaky Brain Syndrome).

So far the only functional treatment is heat therapy, called Hyperthermic Therapy, which raises the base body temperature to a scorching 107 degrees Fahrenheit in an attempt (mostly successful) to kill the offending escapee bacteria.  

As promising as Hyperthermic Therapy may be, it's scary and somewhat unpleasant and dangerous for fragile patients, including the elderly.  

Thankfully, there are new frequency-based healing technologies on the horizon, including Dr. Robert Broe's acoustical healing table and infrared light healing protocols, which have been recently reviewed for our Assemblies, and which are safe for fragile patients--- even comatose patients and babies. 

All of these diseases fall into the class of "Modern Diseases"--- that is, diseases that were far less common or virtually unknown to prior generations of mankind.  

What if it can all be traced back to our equally modern diet, tampering with natural food sources (GMOs, petrochemical pesticides, etc.) and the over proliferation of gut bacteria?
