The Money Spell -- Chapter Two -- Ounces

 By Anna Von Reitz

An "ounce" is universally acknowledged to be a measure of weight. In Europe, even recipe ingredients are measured by ounces or grams, pounds or kilos, that is, by weight, instead of by volume --- cups, etc.
So, no surprise that gold and silver and other precious stuff has been measured by weight in Europe and elsewhere for centuries, even though the origins of this practice have been purposefully obscured along with a lot of other history.
And, true to the practices of the Liars, it is also no surprise that there are many kinds and varieties of "ounces" used to do this measuring. The English went so far as to use two different kinds of ounces---- one for Imperial use, the Troyes Ounce introduced by Henry II, and one for Commonwealth use, the Common Ounce, also known as the Avoirdupois Ounce.
Please note that a Troyes Ounce weighs 31,1035 grams, while a Common Ounce also known as an Avoirdupois Ounce weighs 28.3495 grams.
They will try to tell you that "Avoirdupois" simply means "goods sold by weight", but what it actually implies is "goods sold tax prepaid" --- the King deducted a tax on Commonwealth gold, so his Imperial Troyes "ounces" were always slightly heavier than the Common "ounces" of mere merchants and he always got his share of the take in exchange for his Hallmark.
This basically amounts to a one-tenth tariff on gold bought, sold, or traded outside the Royal Vaults.
In the aggregate, this one-tenth tariff does add up --- and leave it to the English to have two weights both called "ounces" --- one used internationally (Troyes ounce) and one used domestically (Common or English ounce).
And the Troyes ounce is not exactly equivalent to a Troy ounce nor to a Spanish ounce.
True to form, the English adoption of the Troyes ounce, purportedly named after Troyes, France, seems to be a convenient semantic deceit to conceal a deeper and still more duplicitous meaning---an effort to confuse the actual Troy ounce with the similar-sounding Troyes ounce, and over time, succeed in calling both or either a "Troy" ounce.
A Spanish ounce, or "onza", weighs 437.5 grains -- which translated into grams equals 28.3495 grams, the same as the Common English ounce. Together they make up the Common Ounce used in international trade.
And then, there is the actual Troy ounce, which weighs 480 grains, or 31.10 grams, which is slightly less equivalent to the British Imperial Troyes ounce, at 31.1035 grams.
These are parallel systems with the Troy ounce slightly less than the Troyes ounce, and the Spanish onza being equal to the English Common ounce.
But where did the names for these specific weights come from?
The Troy ounce existed for thousands of years prior to the creation of the Troyes ounce used by King Henry II, a fact that was deliberately and stubbornly obscured along with the existence of Homer's Troy and the source of Troy's wealth, which was the actual motivation for King Agamemnon's assault.
Anyone familiar with Ancient Greek culture should step back when considering the idea that over thirty Greek kings went to war over a woman, no matter how beautiful.
Even as a teenager, with a very limited exposure to Greek men, I had a few guffaws over that one, and read Homer with a jaundiced eye---- wondering what was really going on?
Troy was famous for its vast gold horde, the quality of its coinage, the beauty of its jewelry which surpassed that of the Crete, and its advanced knowledge of metals. Shields and swords and body armor from Troy were stronger, lighter, and more beautiful than any other armaments available in the Bronze Age.
They were the arms manufacturers of the Ancient Mediterranean and together with their Carthaginian Cousins who transported Trojan goods as far as Cornwall and Ireland, they were the dominant cultural and economic force of the Eastern Mediterranean. Not the Greeks.
The Greeks only achieved fame after they became rich off of looted Trojan gold.
The history of the heroes of Troy stretched back Millenia even in Homer's day. And who were these men, whose lives were celebrated by Homer eight hundred years after the Fall of Troy?
Akkadians and Anatolians, and their Cousins, spread all the way from Turkey west across Northern Greece to Bosnia and Croatia, south to North Africa, east to Babylon and India, the same fierce people who gave birth to Alexander the Great and Hannibal.
The Greeks sacked Troy and murdered the Trojans and they carried off vast stores of wealth as their reward, but there were always rumors of even greater stockpiles that the Trojans hid.
And later, more rumors about the missing wealth that Alexander the Great acquired in his lightning fast conquest of the known world.
The Romans reasoned that there was still an incredible gold hoard to be had, and they looked for it everywhere they had outposts. When they found the Trojan Hoard, it took thirty (30) years to pack it overland to Rome and sequester it in tunnels under the city at a deeper level than the catacombs, which were used as a deterrent to superstitious thieves.
It was this hidden wealth, not the prowess of arms and engineering, that led to the growth and expansion of the Roman Empire.
Later, when the Roman Catholic Church became aware of the gold resources of Rome, the gag order regarding the source of this wealth clamped down even harder. Indeed, even the existence of the gold, much less its provenance, was kept secret on pain of death. And even the existence of Troy was denied.
It was a mythical city, we were told. A legend. Like King Arthur and the Round Table.
So it remained until the nineteenth century when amateur archeologists and linguists began unraveling the centuries-old lies and rediscovering the culture of Ancient Turkey. And Troy. And the link between the Trojans and the Cathaginians. And the link between the Trojans and Persia. And the link between the Trojans and the Croatians and Slavs.
It turns out that the wealth of Rome isn't the wealth of Rome. It's Trojan wealth that the Greeks took from the Trojans by guile and force of arms, only to have the Romans do the same to them. Karma. This conundrum continues to be reflected in the relations between the Church of Rome and the Eastern Orthodox Church to this very day.
The immediate question is -- what kind of ounce is the basis of the American dollar?
The Coinage Act of 1792 referred to a dollar that was at least 90% silver and weighed 26.73 grams; the "ounce" had been redefined again, to allow for an even heftier tariff of more than 10% assessed against our currency to pay back war debts.
We were being spanked and the peaceful members of the British Commonwealth rewarded.
Over the years the meaning and content of the "ounce" has continued to prove variable. The 1986 American Silver Eagle (not a dollar, notice) is defined as one Troy ounce of 99.9% silver.
The American Silver Eagle looks like a dollar, spends like a dollar, has a weight like a dollar, but like Jacob, the Liar, who started out as a Hebrew and became an Israelite, it's not a dollar, because no such official weight and measure was established by a Federal Republic Congress.
No Federal Republic Congress has met since 1860. And the Federation's Continental Congress in receipt of the Federal "Powers" is still in the process of taking shape.
So we can be sure that regardless of the muddle of different ounces and the different purities of silver adopted, no actual United States Silver Dollars have been struck since 1860.
The last official American United States Silver Dollar was the Seated Liberty Dollar of 1860. It was 90% silver and weighed in at 26.96 grams. If you find one in good condition, it is worth $268 in the current market.
Interestingly, the pieces of paper proclaiming themselves to be United States Dollars weigh exactly 1 gram each, and if exchanged on a weight basis would approximate one fiat dollar per gram of silver in a Seated Liberty Dollar.
What you should be taking home is that the value of any piece of paper representing a dollar must be based on actual assets in the physical world, and it has to be that way, or we are engaging in a swindle.
When the value represented by a paper dollar dwindles as a result of inflation or other market factors, the value reappears on the "other side of the ledger" as an increase in the value of the physical asset underlying the paper.
The up and down of the commodity prices underlying currencies, whether gold or oil, is what determines the "representative value" of the currency, and that is why we are concerned about the de-coupling of the "dollar" from the oil commodity standard, and also, concerned about commodity price rigging of gold and silver, which has been a problem since the days of Troy.

Meanwhile, don't take any wooden nickels or ten gram dollars.

For Reiner Fuellmich -- How About a Whole Old Judicial System?

 By Anna Von Reitz

Reiner Fuellmich, the German lawyer who has been leading the charge to hold the corporations accountable for the "experimental therapy" recently warned people not to rely on the courts for justice --- and, of course, he is right and realistic about that. He went so far as to call for a "whole new justice system".
I agree with his analysis and his spirit, but I see it a little bit differently, because I know the history.
In my view, we don't need a whole new justice system, we simply need to invoke and set up our old justice system, which our feckless employees sidelined many years ago.
If you are at sea, different laws and different conventions apply than when you are at home, standing on your own ground.
Understand that not only is the national law of the soil radically different and apart from the law of the sea, but even International land law is a different beastie than international sea law.
The present system is all based on international law of the sea, which is not about justice, but about profit and expediency. It is not supposed to be applied to living people, but only to "persons" --- the employees and officers and elected officials running incorporated businesses.
It's important to understand that this foreign and specialized international law of the sea has been inappropriately and universally applied to people "as if" we were all such "persons" via an undisclosed process of "registration" employed by the Popes and the British Monarchs to expand their power base and taxation authorities.
We have been "registered" as persons -- not people -- almost since birth; if we wish to exercise our lawful guarantees, like our Constitutional rights, we have to correct that "registration" and record our lawful status over it.
This process of denying the registration and papering it over with a proper public record is actually pretty simple.
Here, in America, we claim our names and our birthright political status and all our property assets including our DNA with a simple one page Declaration and we record that, together with a couple knowledgeable Witness Testimonies from people who know us and our families well-enough to affirm that we are who we claim to be and were born to a specific know family at a specific time and place within the borders of this country.
That's it.
We may also affirm that we are not "voluntary Transactors in commerce" and claim exemption from the Federal Reserve Act and related legislation.
Then we are free to set up our "other" judicial system and enforce our Constitutional rights and prosecute the individuals responsible for the bad behavior of these corporations as the criminals that they are.
We simply need to return to our lawful system of justice instead of allowing our employees to promote a legal system of administration instead.
Please note that justice is a concept foreign to business relations and war. and that administration is a concept that applies only to things.
If you want a court system that treats us as men and women, we must provide it for ourselves and if we wish to regain control of the runaway corporations, we must bring them to justice using the international law of the land.
Things being what they are, we are best served to do this in America, not Germany, where our pathway back to a land and soil-based justice system is already established and unobstructed:
Ex Parte Milligan (1866) provides for us to reconstruct and staff our land and soil jurisdiction courts at will and provides that the foreign sea jurisdiction courts must then stand down.
Please help us to help everyone else.
If you are an American, come forward, join your State Assembly and staff the courts that are needed.
If you are a European, come to America and meet with us, so that we can explain the situation that the whole world is in ---- and how to get out of it.
We don't need a new court system. We need to resurrect the old court system.
Please make sure to pass the word and land this on Reiner's desk for me.
And if you are an American --- stand up. Declare yourself. Record your declaration. Join your State Assembly. Staff your courts. Go to: www.TheAmericanStatesAssembly.net.

New Year's Day

 Rev. Fr. Leonard Goffine's

The Church's Year

Why is this day so called?

Because the secular year begins with this day, as the Church year begins with the First Sunday in Advent.

What should we do on this day?

An offering of the new year should be made to God, asking His grace that we may spend the year in a holy manner, for the welfare of the soul.

Why do we wish each other a "happy new year"?

Because to do so is an act of Christian love; but this wish should come from the heart, and not merely from worldly politeness, otherwise we would be like the heathens (Mt. 5:47), and receive no other reward than they.

What feast of the Church is celebrated today?

The Feast of the Circumcision of our Lord, Who, for love of us, voluntarily subjected Himself to the painful law of the Old Covenant, that we might be freed from the same.

What was the Circumcision?

It was an external sign of the Old Law, by which the people of that day were numbered among the chosen people of God, as now they become, by baptism, members of the Church of Christ.

What is the signification of Circumcision in the moral or spiritual sense?

It signifies the mortification of the senses, of evil desires, and inclinations. This must be practiced by Christians now, since they have promised it in baptism which would be useless to them without the practice of mortification; just as little as the Jew by exterior Circumcision is a true Jew, just so little is the baptized a true Christian without a virtuous life. Beg of Christ, therefore, today, to give you the grace of the true Circumcision of heart.

PRAYER I thank Thee, O Lord Jesus, because Thou hast shed Thy blood for me in Circumcision, and beg Thee that by Thy precious blood I may receive the grace to circumcise my heart and all my senses, so that I may lead a life of mortification in this world, and attain eternal joys in the next. Amen.

[The INTROIT of the Mass is the same as is said in the Third Mass on Christmas.]

COLLECT O God, Who, by the fruitful virginity of blessed Mary, hast bestowed upon mankind the rewards of eternal salvation; grant, we beseech Thee, that we may feel the benefit of her intercession for us, through whom we have deserved to receive the author of life, our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who livest and reignest, etc.

[The EPSTLE is the same as is said in the First Mass on Christmas.]

GOSPEL (Lk. 2:21). At that time, after eight days were accomplished that the child should be circumcised, his name was called Jesus, which was called by the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

Why did Jesus submit to Circumcision?

That He might show His great love for us, which caused Him even at the very beginning of His life, to shed His blood to cleanse us thereby from all our sins. Furthermore to teach us obedience to the commandments of God and His Church, since He voluntarily subjected Himself to the Jewish law, although He was not in the least bound by it, which ordered that every male child should be circumcised on the eighth day after its birth (Lev. 12:3).

Why was He named Jesus?

Because Jesus means Redeemer and Savior, and He had come to redeem and save the world (Mt. 1:21). This is the holiest, most venerable, and most powerful name by which we can be saved.

What power has this name?

The greatest power, for it repels all attacks of the evil Spirit, as Jesus Himself says (Mk. 16:17)And so great is the efficacy of this most holy name that even those who are not righteous, can by it expel devils (Mt. 7:22). It has power to cure physical pains and evils, as when used by the apostles (Acts. 3:3-7)and Christ promised that the faithful by using it could do the same (Mk. 16:17)St. Bernard calls the name of Jesus a "Medicine"; and St. Chrysostom says, "This name cures all ills; it gives succor in all the ailments of the soul, in temptations, in faintheartedness, in sorrow, and in all evil desires, etc." "Let him who cannot excite contrition in his heart for the sins he has committed, think of the loving, meek, and suffering Jesus, invoke His holy name with fervor and confidence, and he will feel his heart touched and made better," says St. Lawrence Justinian. It overcomes and dispels the temptations of the enemy: "When we fight against Satan in the name of Jesus," says the martyr St. Justin, "Jesus fights for us, in us, and with us, and the enemies must flee as soon as they hear the name of Jesus." It secures us help and blessings in all corporal and spiritual necessities, because nothing is impossible to him who asks in the name of Jesus, whatever tends to his salvation will be given him (Jn. 14:13). Therefore it is useful above all things, to invoke this holy name in all dangers of body and soul, in doubts, in temptations, especially in temptations against holy chastity, and still more so when one has fallen into sin, from which he desires to be delivered; for this name is like oil (Cant. 1:2) which cures, nourishes, and illumines.

How must this name be pronounced to experience its power?

With lively faith, with steadfast, unshaken confidence, with deepest reverence and devotion, for in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those that are in heaven, on earth, and under the earth (Phil. 2:10). What wickedness, then, is theirs who habitually pronounce this name carelessly and irreverently, upon every occasion! Such a habit is certainly diabolical; for the damned and the devils constantly abuse God and His holy name.

Why does this name so seldom manifest its power in our days?

Because Christian faith is daily becoming weaker, and confidence less, while perfect submission to the will of God is wanting. When faith grows stronger among people, and confidence greater, then will the power of this most sacred name manifest itself in more wonderful and consoling aspects.

PRAYER TO JESUS IN DIFFICULTIES

O Jesus! Consolation of the afflicted! Thy name is indeed poured out like oil; for Thou dost illumine those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death; Thou dost disperse the blindness of the soul and dost cure its ills; Thou givest food and drink to those who hunger and thirst after justice. Be also, O Jesus! my Savior, the physician of my soul, the healer of its wounds. O Jesus! Succor of those who are in need, be my protector in temptations! O Jesus! Father of the poor, do Thou nourish me! O Jesus! joy of the angels, do Thou comfort me! O Jesus! my only hope and refuge, be my helper in the hour of death, for there is given us no other name beneath the sun by which we may be saved, but Thy most blessed name Jesus!

EXHORTATION St. Paul says: All whatsoever you do in word or in work, all things do ye in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Col. 3:17). We should, therefore, follow the example of the saints, and continually say, at least in our hearts: "For love of Thee, O Jesus, I rise; for love of Thee I lie down; for love of Thee I eat, drink, and enjoy myself; for love of Thee I work, speak, or am silent." Thus we will accustom ourselves to do all in the name of Jesus, by which everything is easily or at least meritoriously accomplished.

PRAYER TO BE SAID ON NEW YEAR'S DAY

O God, Heavenly Father of Mercy, God of all Consolation! we thank Thee that from our birth to this day, Thou hast so well preserved us, and hast protected us in so many dangers; we beseech Thee, through the merits of Thy beloved Son, and by His sacred blood which He shed for us on this day in His circumcision, to forgive all the sins which, during the past year, we have committed against Thy commandments, by which we have aroused Thy indignation and wrath against ourselves. Preserve us in the coming year from all sins, and misfortunes of body and soul. Grant that from this day to the end of our lives, all our senses, thoughts, words, and works, which we here dedicate to Thee for all time, may be directed in accordance with Thy will, and that we may finally die in the true Catholic faith, and enjoy with Thee in Thy kingdom a joyful new year, that shall know no end. Amen.
