The Bundys - An article by Anna Von Reitz

Many people have asked me what our Living Law Firm has done or is doing for the Bundys and others involved in the Oregon Wildlife Refuge Stand-Off.

Even I have wasted time and money writing letters and making phone calls and posting on Facebook to no avail---- and just like Thomas Deegan in West Virginia, you can't help Stubborn and Wrong.

Just recently I have had word that one of the Bundys might be starting to listen, but only because they have run out of money to pay "real" attorneys.

Sigh.

 "United States Citizens" or "citizens of the United States" when they are not. 

United States Citizens have never been protected by the guarantees of The Constitution, so, as long as you agree that you are a United States Citizen--- guess what?

The Watchmen

There is a principle in Law that we are responsible for both our acts and our inaction.

If you witness a murder and have the opportunity to take action to stop it without forfeit of your own life and fail to take such action, you are an accomplice to the crime.

This was forcefully brought home to me when a friend witnessed a violent mugging in a parking lot in California.  An elderly couple getting into their car outside a mall were approached at gunpoint by a middle aged man intent on robbing them. My friend just happened to be in position to ram his car into the robber without endangering the elderly couple.  This may have saved their lives.

However, following the dictum that "no good deed goes unpunished" my friend was arrested by the police (who, as always, weren't there when the crime was going down) and charged with a laundry list of felonies and misdemeanors including "Attempted Vehicular Homicide". 

He was also sued by the gunman in a civil suit for damages. (The rat was knocked to the pavement and sustained bruises, abrasions, and a broken wrist---- the same hand that was holding the gun.  I am sure you are all sobbing in sympathy with him.)

Isn't this just Every Good Man's nightmare?

The time has come to be honest with the world and with the people in it.

The old British Empire was rotten to the core.  It used press-ganging, enslavement, and inland piracy --- otherwise known as "colonialism"--- to cheat the entire world.

We are not talking about normal tax bills.  We are talking about tax bills equal to or greater than the entire value of the homes and property---- plop!  Good ole JOSEPH RALPH DOE owes $135,095.00 in taxes on a $100,000.00 home.  Pay up, or else your place will be sold two weeks from now on Saturday.....

In answer to the question ---- why is the signature line on my "personal" check actually a line of micro-print endlessly repeating "authorizing signature"?   Why is this hidden?  Why is this necessary?

I am supposing it's the truth, biting everyone in the butt-----again.

I told everyone to look at what appears to be a signature line on what appears to be their "personal checking account" checks under high magnification.

I told them that instead of it being a line, it is a line of microprint, endlessly repeating "authorizing signature" or words to that effect.

Unanswered Letters -- Second Batch, Number 1--- For Woody and Arnie Rosner

The problem as Arnie notes is very long-standing and began with a gross over-reach and misrepresentation and fraud back in the 1860's.  The fraud occurring here was just part of the fraud occurring worldwide.  As we have learned, what happened here also happened in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India, Africa, Europe----- all using the same boilerplates. 

So this was begun throughout the old British Empire like a virus infecting the whole machinery of government and the relationship of all those governments infected with the people that government is meant to serve.

Arnie's interpretation of reality is simplistic in my view and pre-supposes that all these people did know (or do know) what they are doing and know that it is wrong and are doing it anyway. 

I take the more measured view that I didn't know what was going on and was just a cog in the wheels during the years I worked for the STATE OF ALASKA and Department of Labor and so on, so if I didn't know this---- who did?  Maybe some people many steps up the ladder, but nobody in my ranks which were still fairly high in the overall structure.

My observation is that information is kept compartmentalized in such a fashion that there is very little chance of anyone outside the core management group ever getting a glimpse of the Big Picture and seeing that it is a crime syndicate at work. This then allows the rats to trade on the good, well-intentioned people they hire and use them as a smokescreen and as unwitting tools to accomplish their fraud.

I have talked to many, many people in state and federal government and the light is just now, very dimly, beginning to come on. 

For someone who has worked as a Securities Trader on Wall Street it is child's play to look at a "Birth Certificate" and recognize it as a bond.  It's on bond paper.  It's signed by an officer of the probate court--- the Registrar.  It has the required form and numbers.  But how many of us work as Securities Traders on Wall Street---- ?

Yes, I have been quiet this week.  And yes, there is a reason.

I have been holed up all week with a small group of researchers following breakthrough information discovered last week scattered throughout the Foreign Affairs Manuel. The results will take several days to explain.

Look at these two groups of words "United States of America" and "united States of America" --- look close. 

In the first group, you have a proper name in Upper and Lower Case, something called "United States of America".  This name implies that the "United States" belongs to something called "America".  In the second group, you have the word "united" being used as an adjective to describe something called "States of America".   Same four words, totally different meanings and entities involved.

The "United States" belongs to America as a possession (territorial), but the "States of America" are united.

Notice we had over 6000 first time visitors in one week, and over 12,000 page loads in one week.

This does NOT include traffic from the blog.

The Expatriation Ad Campaign is working even with the limited exposure we have at this point.

We have 147 new subscribers to the automated email system for Anna in just the last week,

and 390 new subscribers in the last 30 days.

We have had 25 new people subscribe in the last 24 hours. If that continues that would be about 750

So now we know the system is working as intended, and the only thing remaining is to push millions

Why A Name Change is Vital

It is apparent that a lot of people are confused about the name change issue. 

All you are doing is a perfectly routine adult name change.  Nothing fancy.  Nothing hard.  No arcane procedures.  No Voo-Doo.  Nothing.  Just a plain old name change in state magistrate level court.

You are changing the "style" of your name from all capital letters like this: JOHN MICHAEL DOE to upper and lower case form like this: John Michael Doe.

Why are you doing this?  The only explanation to the court is that you want your name to be expressed in its grammatically correct form.  JOHN MICHAEL DOE is not a proper name in English.  Period.

There isn't a judge on the planet competent to argue otherwise. 

In fact, if he or she attempts to argue it, you pull out your sturdy copy of The Chicago Manual of Style, 16th Edition, turn to Foreign Languages, Section 11:1147 and the description of Glossa and American Sign Language.  Put that under their nose and tell them to take a deep sniff of the corruption.

So -- what are you doing besides choosing to use proper grammar?

This is what can be expected of the mostly foreign owned for profit corporation masquerading as our federal government as they apply their 14th slave amendment to the people of America.  They steal your name and your life and your prosperity calling it "the rule of law" when in fact it's a violation of everything that is right and holy.

Trusts or No Trusts - How they should work, and where they came from.

By definition, a "trust" involves trusting someone or something to take care of property that belongs to you, the Donor.

And presumably, a trust is only necessary when you are dead or disabled, correct?

Right.

So let's go over what we know happened from the historical records.

1863, the United States Army was put in control of the nation's fate, our money, our lives, and everything else.  That never changed.  No peace treaty ending the Civil War was ever signed. Instead, President Johnson made a series of public declarations of peace on the land jurisdiction amounting to a commercial contract.

1868, the Rump Congresses acting without authority created a "national citizenship" that applied to the "United States" ---- their company and its employees and subcontractors--- presuming that everyone was a "United States citizen".  To overcome this presumption you must take action to Expatriate back to your natural standing as a non-citizen.

Toward A More Complete Understanding

It is important for everyone to understand that we are engaged in a process--- a learning and fact-finding and research and legal process that is ongoing.  Every day we learn more.  Every day we connect dots that we didn't know about before.

This necessarily gives the impression of two steps forward and one step back, because that is what it is.  It's a process of discovery.  We don't have a road map.  We are obliged to go down many rabbit holes to find out where they go and if they connect and precisely how they connect. 

In most cases the path isn't just complex.  It has been deliberately obscured to make it difficult and even nigh-unto impossible to unravel.  There are cinch points in this process that resemble a tangled ball of yarn or a knotted necklace chain.  It takes time, diligence, knowledge, and sometimes great perseverance to move past these points.

The Two Are Not Two. They Are One.

There are two factions--- the UNITED STATES and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA --- fronted by two competing international banking cartels, the primarily French-based IMF and the British/German/American Federal Reserve.  They have both been preying upon us, innocent Third Parties, and plundering our country in the process.  It is key to understand this.

It is also key to understand that these banks, no matter where they were chartered in the world, are all ultimately linked through the Vatican Bank--- so at the end of the day, what appear to be two conflicting forces are in fact one---- like two fists slamming you from different directions, but all emanating out of one central power base. Similar to the apparent fight between the "Democrats" and "Republicans", it is all for show and leads to the same results.  It is the actual modus operandi of these manipulators to always present "a pillar" and "a post" and keep us running back and forth between them for their own profit.

From England Where All This Crappola Began --- The Word Goes Forth

The word from England this morning is that in the heart of every foreclosure there is an improper "re-conveyancing".
Ah, so.... normally when land or houses or other movable property attached to land is transferred, there are "transfer taxes" involved, but when there are trusts involved, this is called a "re-conveyance" instead of a transfer. Hmmm.... so, when your home mortgage was "re-conveyed" after you paid it all off, who told you that a trust was involved?
Clearly, if there was ever an actual mortgage between you and the purported lender, it would be a transfer of the mortgage cancellation, not a re-conveyance of property involved when the debt was paid off.
Just as we have been telling you, the "THING" that holds the mortgage to your house isn't you. It's an ACCOUNT operated as a trust, with the Vatican holding the equitable title (they get the cream) and "MR. NOBODY" --- your NAME in DOG-LATIN ---is left holding the legal title.
No wonder the banks come in and claim that all the funds you deposit each month in the escrow account that they secretively created in YOUR NAME are "abandoned funds". After all, you failed to show up and collect them, didn't you?

The Pope, in his Sacred Office, offers salvation, redemption, and forgiveness, but in his Secular Office as Roman Pontiff, he acts as the Snake, offering the "apple"---- now called "social benefits" ----and as usual with Satan, the deal wasn't fully or honestly disclosed. Nobody said a word about the "civil death" that would result.

So, your Mother--- still reeling from childbirth, clueless, trusting, signed the paperwork selling you into slavery and making you a ward of the state and leaving the rats free to assume that your Father, though named, didn't claim you as a son and that she, herself, your Mother, was just an "Informant" talking about what?

As I have said many times, this website is here for the express purpose of finding solutions for the big mess we are in here in America, and articles are published from several authors that also have freedom in America as their focus. I have from time to time removed some comments from the comments section, that were vicious personal attacks against an author, rather than an intelligent discussion of the issues,  but very rarely. Foul language, and invective accomplish nothing but the creation of anger, and have no place here. We are here to arrive at the truth about what has been done to our country, and true history, not as we see it, but as our Creator sees it.

Yesterday I had the odd pleasure and distinction of finally knowing what the all capital names convention used in court cases is all about, what it is, how it works, how it is misused by unscrupulous courts and lawyers--- all of it finally came out of the closet.

We now know that what appear to be names simply written in all capital letters like this: DAVID MICHAEL DOE are actually not names, but signs written in a debased form of Ancient Latin called “DOG-LATIN”, or “GLOSSA” or “American Sign Language”.

We know that these signs which appear to be names are actually ACCOUNTS belonging to the Vatican. These ACCOUNTS are held as split titles to incorporated entities, with the Holy See holding equitable title in behalf of the Devil and the legal title left hanging in the wind, available for anyone to claim.

Along with all this traffic came troupes of ragged men, “hobos” my Father called them, and he watched them with sad and wary eyes, at once sympathetic and on guard because they were all unknown quantities as they wandered down our long driveway to the farmhouse door----looking for food and sometimes for warmth.

My Grandmother fed them all---sandwiches and strong coffee and if we had it, pie.

Each state is different when it comes to Adult Name Changes. Most states post a simple form on the web if you search for the information using a query like "Adult Name Change California".

This form asks very basic questions. No, you are not a "United States Citizen" --- you are an "Other", if the form for your state asks, and that means you are a Hawaiian, Texan, Floridian, Wisconsinite, etc. in case anyone asks.

At 4 p.m. in the afternoon of January 18, 1930, in a house located at 1301 Sycamore Street, in Oak Park, Illinois, a baby has just been born.  His name is Michael Allen Cooper. He is the son of Marian Louise Cooper (nee Schoenbrauner) and Allen Robert Cooper.  The new Mother a  graduate of the Illinois Polytechnical College and is employed by the John B. Gorham Research Institute in Barrington, Illinois.  The Father is an Associate Partner in the investment firm Cooper, Sullivan and Brown in Oak Park.  The family, including an older son, Richard Randolph Cooper, moved to Oak Park from Cincinnati, Ohio, two years ago.

So reads the birth announcement in the local Oak Park newspaper.

It is understood by everyone reading this announcement that Michael Allen Cooper is the proper English name of a living baby boy.  This name consists of two parts--- the bicameral "given name" of Michael Allen, and the surname, Cooper, which was his Father's name before him.  It's understood that the given name was selected by his parents, and the surname was inherited from his Father's family.

It's understood that his parents are married from the fact that they have the same last name and the Mother's Maiden Name is provided in parenthesis.

Why I Am Polite to the Devil

Numerous people have asked me--- if the former Popes have done all these ugly things to our country and worked with the British Monarch to betray our trust and do evil to us, why are you, our Champion, being so polite to Pope Francis? 

I realize that to many people this is all confusing.  How can I claim to have my blood on the alter of the "Catholic Church" and yet be a Lutheran?  How is it that I sue the Pope and yet greet him respectfully?  If the Holy See is the hub of all this nastiness, why not just "go for the kill" and denounce the Roman Catholic hierarchy down to its toenails?

Rebuttal Versus Reclamation -- Exodus to the Land

The Twelve Steps I published some time ago are rebuttals to presumptions that are being held against DEFENDANTS in court cases addressed to the "CITIZEN" named after you.  These presumptions are fatal and result in being held guilty 100% of the time if they are not answered and rebutted---- and nobody tells you they exist, so, guess what?  The conviction rate in these "Debt Collection Courts" runs 98%. 

Those steps are not going to set you free or reclaim your estate or get you back on the land, though they do increase your chances of escaping a conviction if you are already snarled into one of their courts.

Where's the Mandate?

Years ago there was a wonderful TV commercial with a feisty old woman who looked at her puny fast food sandwich, wrinkled her nose and spouted, "Where's the beef?"

Now you've got another feisty old lady saying, "Where's the mandate?"

You've all learned that the United States is not America. You've learned that, most likely, you aren't a "United States Citizen" nor a "citizen of the United States", either. You've learned that their elections aren't our elections. You've learned that they are not the actual government of this country---- just a foreign jurisdictional enclave and a corporation under contract to provide us and our Several States of the Union with "essential governmental services"-----Well, there is something else you have to think about now.

All your life you have heard it endlessly repeated: "Democracy, Democracy, Democracy....." as if "democracy" were some great thing and we were proud to be a "democracy"-----but America was never a "democracy". The 50 nation states are all republics, and republics are very, very different from democracies.

Republics honor and protect each one of the people. Democracies have no respect for your one-each rights at all. They function by Mob Rule--- whatever the majority wants, the majority gets.

So, if 51% of your neighbors want to eat you for Christmas Dinner, that's a-okay in a "democracy." If they want to steal your land, that's okay, too. If they want to rape your daughters or your house guests like in old Sodom and Gomorrah, well, what do you think?
