Is Congress About to Start a Civil War in America?

Are the criminals in Congress who want to disarm law abiding Americans about to pass unlawful measures that will trip the trigger on a civil war in America, by hiding it in the next budget law?

We all know that any so called gun control bills would be totally treasonous, and won't stop any violence anyway because criminals are not the ones that will obey them.

It's the deluded so called "law abiding" Americans that will be tricked into believing that these codes and statutes have any weight of law, when in fact they are completely against the Supreme Law of the Land, and will be null and void from their inception.

Let's get real folks. Perhaps the Federal Corporation has the right to deny it's own employees the right to carry firearms, but they certainly don't have the right or authority to strip average Americans of the right to arm themselves to prevent government tyranny.

6. Therefore you will still have the God given right to self defense with any firearm you have regardless of configuration.

9. The 2nd amendment was about stopping tyrannical government, not hunting.

Gun Show in Kalispell - I am so disgusted I could spit.

I went to the gun show in Kalispell today, All Day.   I could not believe the disgusting overpricing on everything that even looked like a semi - automatic rifle.

I am really mad about this.  The stupid sheeple are finally waking up and are in full panic mode. They are panic buying every gun, magazine, part, accessory, and all the ammo, and paying ridiculous prices for ALL of it.

They are doing this in the big cities at the gun shows, and in every major gun shop across the country and driving the prices up for all of us who have been paying attention all along. Now, all of a sudden, they are worried about losing their guns. Where were they, when we asked them to help us STOP THE UNLAWFUL GUN GRABBERS with political action that could have made a difference.  Where were they when we told them that Obama and all their henchmen were gun grabbers. Where were they when we asked them to chip in with a little money to stop the illegal usurper from being elected, and when we asked them to help us educate the masses about their jury rights and unlawful, so called "gun laws".  They didn't bother to make any effort to stop this before now?

That makes me very, very angry. They have priced my family and I right out of the market!

I HAVE A RIGHT TO BE MAD AS HELL ABOUT THIS.

My family and I have kept fighting this evil, corrupt government every step of the way since 1967,
We have fought, and spent every spare penny, and homeschooled our kids, and worked ourselves to the bone, to stay out of the way of government. We have warned our friends and neighbors, and everyone we could get to, about what the true law in the United States is, and I even spent 13 days in jail in Billings Montana over the money issue, when the Montana Freemen offered to pay for a statewide radio system as a safety net for patriots, and the FBI and local cops and news media refused to tell the truth about why I was there. In fact they didn't even bother to ask me why I was there. They just made up their own story and put it out there as if it were truth.

I have a right to be mad as hell about this.

Where in God's creation are the local government officials who all took an oath to uphold, defend, and obey the Constitution for the United States of America. I say again, WHERE ARE THEY. Why the silence?
As far as I am concerned they have all breached their oath of office BY BEING SILENT on this gun grabber attempt to make criminals out of law-abiding peaceful people with the stroke of a pen.

Where are you Sheriff of Lincoln County? You are still collecting your paycheck are you not?

I was in the courtroom the day you took your oath Roby.  I have the signatures of 35 of Lincoln Counties' finest patriots who witnessed you taking your oath to the Constitutions of the USA and the State of Montana. Why are you silent?  WHY ARE YOU NOT LEADING to make Lincoln County safe against these government terrorists who are threatening the people with gun confiscation? Why are you not forming a posse, to stop the jack booted, black suited thugs of government while you can still stop them peacefully and without bloodshed.  Make no mistake Roby that by your silence on this issue, you are fostering a situation where people will get desperate. You need to be leading as a peacekeeper, and a peace officer. NOT as a "law enforcement" officer under orders from federal outlaw tyrants!.

If you don't believe that you have the duty to stop federal tyranny, then you don't have the requisite knowledge required by the duty of your station in life. We offered to send you to the meeting of sheriffs where you could have learned how to keep your oath. In fact it would have been an all expenses paid trip, but you didn't take advantage of that.

At least Ray Nixon had the backbone to come to Eureka and say to everyone that he would NOT enforce the Brady bill when it passed. And later he was proved right by the Mack/Printz decision of the Supreme Court that said the federal government does NOT have the right to order the states or the CLEOs to do anything at all.

And how about "We the People"?  How about it Joe Blow citizen?  You pay taxes don't you? Are you getting your monies' worth from your elected officials including your commissioners and sheriff? Are you getting any protection at all against the gun grabbers from the people who keep taking your money who have sworn an oath to the supreme law of the land? Are they taking your money and leaving you high and dry, and leaving it up to patriots like ME to stand up for you?

And now that you are in a panic, and see the gun grabbers coming over the horizon, are you paying way too much for guns in a desperate and selfish attempt to get all you can with the little money you have left because these gun grabbers have bled you dry with their UNLAWFUL taxation (inflation tax) without representation, when in fact you should have been fighting them with your mouth and your pen and your money all along?

Well YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET YOU DISGUSTING EXAMPLE OF A SHEEPLE!
If the shoe fits, wear it! You know who you are!

I am thoroughly disgusted, and I have all I can do to say this!

I will forgive you all of this, if you will just do one thing, and DO IT RIGHT NOW!

If you will just repent of this lack of action for your freedom, your family, and your neighbor, and start standing up for freedom, and telling everyone you know about the unlawful tyranny of the elite so called rulers, and start educating your family and friends about how LAWLESS the gun grabbers are, I can forgive you. I can even HELP you by giving you the "ammunition" to expose these outlaws and government terrorists. I CAN AND WILL GIVE YOU FREE OF CHARGE, all the facts, and educational materials, and real laws that you need to wake people up and get them in the fight, BEFORE this comes to blood.

Recent statements by radical politicians have inflamed the already tense political climate of the past few weeks.

Vice President Joe Biden has indicated that Barack Obama may attempt to circumvent Congressional opposition to the draconian gun controls Obama has always favored with one or more executive orders. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo screamed yesterday for the most restrictive gun control in the nation during his State of the State address. Iowa state Rep. Dan Muhlbauer called for the police-state confiscation of, “the semi-automatics, and all of them.”

In response, Speaker of the House John Boehner, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Reince Priebus, Chairman of the Republican National Committee are missing in action, along with moderate Democrats.

Sane and sober statesmen have fled the field. Only madmen remain.

The “happy few” on the national stage can be counted on one hand.

Judge Andrew Napalitano had the courage to remind Americans why we have a Second Amendment.

"The 2nd amendment wasn't written so we could go hunting. It was written so we could shoot at the gov if it was ever taken over by tyrants." 9 Jan 13

Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer noted that such calls for unconstitutional confiscation would lead to insurrection. And indeed, that shall happen if the worst shall come to pass. Men will chose to be free may steer no other course.

Being a responsible citizen in a irresponsible world is hard. Doing your civic duty in a world that values neither civics, nor duty, is hard. Pledging that last full measure of devotion to God, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, duty and honor, and respecting the individual rights of your fellow man in a culture that no longer respects any of these things is hard.

Hard, but necessary.

No good American wants war.

Defenders of liberty at home and abroad for every moment of the 237 years, 8 months, and 22 days since Captain John Parker told his militia formed on Lexington Green not to fire unless fired upon, Americans are slow to anger.

Indeed, even after the British cut down Parker’s men, the war did not begin in earnest. Nor were we fully engaged later in the day at Concord, as the Acton minutemen of slain patriot Issac Davis allowed the reeling British to withdraw from the North Bridge. It wasn’t until Mirriam’s Corner, when the the British rear guard fired a volley at some Americans who were merely following them, that the militia hidden alongside the road in the woods fired in retaliation, and the American Revolutionary War was well and fully joined.

It took three strikes of the match at Lexington Green, the North Bridge, and Mirriam’s Corner before we determined that April morning to overthrown a tyrannical government.

Today, it seems that the would-be tyrants in distant capitols are almost attempting to goad us into a violent response to their inflammatory provocations, but that is not our nature.

We few, we happy few, are nor so easily bearded. We will zero our rifles, clean and oil them so that they are well-regulated for battle, put aside supplies, and dust off the knowledge of Morgan’s crew. But we will not strike without just and true cause in defense of liberty, for we know the horrors of war that those in far away capitols have never tasted.

We count within our numbers military veterans of Asian jungles and European plains, the Euphrates River valley and wind-swept deserts, and the jagged mountains of the Hindu Kush. We count within our numbers men and women that strap on their armor and badges to hold the wolves at bay, those who put on their bunker gear to rush towards the smoke and the flame, those blood-spattered first responders who breath life into the injured and dying, and who hold together broken bodies and torn spirits.

We count within our numbers architects and poets, welders and judges, clergy and computer operators. We count within our numbers white collar and blue collar and no collar, grandfathers and granddaughters of every color, creed, sexuality, faith, class, language, and size. Neither faith nor patriotism nor thirst for liberty has a container. It flows like water within us.

We demand our nation’s resurgence under proven principles forged in the heat of battle and quenched in the blood of tyrants. We will have our victory, for our children’s futures and that of our children’s children.

If we must be put to the test by those desiring our freedom, that victory, for our Republic’s continued liberty, must purchased at great cost. We have been chosen by God and the moment to make that stand if cooler heads fail and darker purposes come to the fore.

We few, we happy few, echo the spirit of those marched onto the misty morning field of Lexington Green against British steel, struggled in the trenches of France against German guns, buckled the screaming horde at Pusan and Ia Drang, Fallujah, and Kornegal, who now draw the line saying, “this ends here.”

We will not strike first, but we shall assuredly prevail as long as a single free American breathes to fight.

Revived! State law banishing D.C. gun rules

The case before the 9th circuit on the Montana Firearms Freedom Act can stop the gun grabbers cold in their tracks.

Gary Marbut, president of the Montana Shooting Sports Association, confirmed that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has scheduled oral arguments in the MSSA v. Holder case for March 4 in Portland, Ore.

This is the perfect case to finish what Richard Mack and Jay Printz started when they beat the Brady Bill in the 90s.  

In perhaps the most recent and powerful Tenth Amendment decision in modern history, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mack/Printz v U.S. that "States are not subject to federal direction." But today's federal Tories argue that the "supremacy clause" of the U.S. Constitution says that the federal government is supreme and thus, trumps the States in all matters. Wrong! 
The supremacy clause is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the Supreme Court stated once and for all that the only thing "supreme" is the constitution itself. 
Our constitutional system of checks and balances certainly did not make the federal government king over the states, counties, and cities. Justice Scalia opined for the majority in Mack/Printz, that "Our citizens would have two political capacities, one state and one federal, each protected from incursion by the other." 
So yes, it is the duty of the State to stop the Obamacare "incursion." To emphasize this principle Scalia quotes James Madison, "The local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the Supremacy, no more subject within their respective spheres, to the general authority than the general authority is subject to them, within its own sphere." 

The point to remember here is; where do we define the "sphere" of the federal government? That's right; in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution and anything not found within this section belongs to the States or to the People. So where does health care belong? The last place it belongs is with the President or Congress It is NOT their responsibility, and the States need to make sure that Obama does not overstep his authority. 
Just in case there is any doubt as to what the Supreme Court meant, let's take one more look at Mack/Printz. "This separation of the two spheres is one of the Constitution's structural protections of liberty. Hence, a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other..." What? The Constitution, the supreme law of the land, has as a "structural protection of liberty" that States will keep the federal government in check? No wonder it was called a system of "checks and balances." The States (and Counties) are to maintain the balance of power by keeping the feds within their proper sphere.

CO Sheriff: “I Will Protect Constitutional Rights…With My Dying Breath”

Sheriff Ronald B. Bruce has been the Sheriff of Hinsdale County in Colorado since his election in 2007.
