Many
of you have called or emailed regarding the storm brewing between Nevada rancher
Cliven Bundy and the BLM. We all know how we feel about the all-too-frequent
bullying of individual citizens by various Feds with their usurped,
unconstitutional powers. It's an epidemic that must be stopped.
Well, we
want you to know we ARE doing something about it, and thankfully this time we're
not alone. Sheriff Mack is leaving early Saturday morning for an emergency trip
to Bunkerville, Nevada, along with other members of the CSPOA posse (hopefully
that's some of you!) to stand vigil and find a peaceful resolution to this
conflict (i.e., the feds going home).

as per Lyle Rapacki today:
State Senate President Andy Biggs and
House of Reps Speaker Dave Livingston have both agreed
that Arizona should be involved in supporting CSPOA and Oath
Keepers in going to Bunkerville, NV to support the movement for freedom
there with the Cliven Bundy family. State Senators Al Melvin, Chester Crandall,
and Kelly Ward along with State Reps Brenda Barton, Bob Thorpe, Kelly Townsend
and Warren Peterson are all planning to be at the Bundy ranch by Sunday morning. Furthermore, they all plan to attend the Press
Conference Monday afternoon with the CSPOA and Oath
Keepers along with the Bundys and other sheriffs and public officials from
across the country.

A Delegation of state
legislators, lead by Washington State Representative Matt Shea, along with a
delegation of current serving Sheriffs, lead by Sheriff Richard Mack of the
Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and military and police
members of Oath Keepers, are converging on the site of a stand-off between
federal law enforcement and Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy, to prevent bloodshed
and to stand in defense of hardworking rural Americans who are under assault by
a runaway federal government.
LAS VEGAS, NV, April 10, 2014
The Constitutional Sheriffs and
Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org), led by retired Arizona Sheriff Richard
Mack, and the Oath Keepers organization (oathkeepers.org) are assisting Washington State
Representative Matt Shea in organizing a delegation of current serving Western
state legislators and Sheriffs to travel to the site of a tense stand-off
between Bunkerville, Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land
Management (BLM). The delegation is traveling to Nevada to support a coalition
of current serving Nevada legislators being organized by Nevada State
Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, of Las Vegas, to stand vigil at the Bundy ranch to
prevent Federal Government provocation of violence resulting in another Ruby
Ridge or Waco type incident. They also hope that their example of oath-sworn
public servants defending the rights of the people will prompt Clark County,
Nevada Sheriff Douglas Gillespie and Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to honor
their oaths of office by taking real action to defend the rights of the Bundy
family, the rights of all Nevadans, and the sovereignty of the State of
Nevada.

State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore served the first watch in this vigil shortly
after Cliven Bundy's son, Ammon Bundy, was tazered by BLM "Rangers" during a
heated confrontation. [The video of that confrontation can be seen with the

The
courage and resolve displayed by Ammon Bundy and his relatives is inspiring, and
may well go down in history as a watershed moment - a turning of the tide. But
the above video also amply demonstrates the heavy-handed behavior of the BLM
that risks escalating an already volatile situation into open bloodshed, that,
once begun, may spiral out of anyone's control.
It
is necessary that current serving public servants step in-between the protesters
and the BLM, to protect the rights of the people and to prevent violence against
them by the militarized federal law enforcement that are massing near the ranch
to continue the forced confiscation (theft) of Bundy's cattle, while they also
restrict all access to huge tracts of public land, and attempt to restrict the
free speech of protesters with their absurd "First Amendment Area" (which the
protesters are ignoring, to their honor).
The
Oath Keepers organization, comprised of 40,000 current serving and former
military, police, and first responders, is also calling on its members and all
other patriotic Americans to join the vigil at the Bundy ranch under the
leadership of the current serving legislators and sheriffs. The goal is to have
at least one current serving state legislator and at least one sheriff on the
ground at all times until this is over. And they will be backed by a large
number of military and police veterans, as well as dedicated patriotic Americans
from all walks of life, to interpose and defend the rights of the protesters and
to keep an eye on the actions of the BLM and any other federal law enforcement
present, to prevent a recurrence of the horrid abuses seen at Ruby Ridge and
Waco, and to hopefully pressure the Clark County Sheriff and the Nevada Governor
to step up and do their constitutional duty.
Regardless,
please tell everyone you know to be praying for a peaceful resolution to this
situation and for the safety of the brave patriots headed there and on the
ground there right now.
Sheriffs and peace officers from across the country will be meeting with likeminded supporters for a national convention focused on one goal: restoring constitutional rule in the United States of America.
The purpose of the conference is to equip sheriffs, peace officers and public officials with information and public support to carry out their oaths of office – specifically, to uphold the U.S. Constitution – recognizing that in the case of federal overreach, the county sheriff may be the last line of defense in protecting Americans’ constitutional rights.
“We are going to train and vette them all, state by state, to understand and enforce the constitutionally protected rights of the people they serve, with an emphasis on state sovereignty and local autonomy,” explains CSPOA Founder and Executive Director Sheriff Richard Mack. “Then these local governments will issue our new Declaration to the Federal Government regarding the abuses that we will no longer tolerate or accept. Said declaration will be enforced by our Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers.
“In short,” Mack says, “the CSPOA will be the army to set our nation free.”
We recently had
Sheriff Joe Arpaio at our CSPOA Convention. He's been a good friend of mine
over the years and I want to show my support for his latest initiative to
protect children.
Instead of
merely talking about what should or shouldn't be done about guns, he is taking
action. He is deploying his posse to patrol the schools in his county.
Of course, he
has many critics, especially from those that would infringe upon our second
amendment rights. But just like the loyal patriot and protector that he is,
Sheriff Joe is taking action.
The Obama
Administration's task force will spend millions of tax-payer dollars to talk
about how to violate the second amendment under the guise of protecting our
children.
What Sheriff Joe
is doing is taking action to protect our children and our right to protect
ourselves.
I would
encourage everyone to call their local Sheriff's department and tell them what
is happening in Maricopa County. Let's take action to protect our
children!
This might be the only movement that can make a real difference to get freedom back in America!

Former Graham County Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, addresses the sheriffs Monday morning and covers, among other things, his lawsuit against the Southern Poverty Law Center, how the 8th Amendment's forbidding excessive fines and cruel punishment was his big awakening, (He asks if we think the $7BILLION collected annually from radar gun tickets is excessive enough.), the oath of office, the Bill of Rights and its origin, EPA fines, federal over reach, SWAT team abuses, the 10th Amendment, Nullification, Federal Judge John Roll, and much much more.
"We swear an oath, can't take our job unless we do. But, then we don't have to keep it. Really, that's what we're gonna decide... is if we do." Mack explains that he was fortunate to have support from a national organization to take and win his case before the Supreme Court but that "90% of the people in America cannot even touch that system. They don't have the time nor the money to reach, even think about reaching that system. And so you want to tell the citizens, for their rights to be secure, go to the courts. To a completely unreachable system." And when the people go to their sheriffs, they're told, "Go get a good lawyer. And there's your justice system America. Go get a lawyer and go ask the courts to take care of you. Do any of you really think that the founding fathers intended for our American system to be based on freedom, individual liberty decided by the US Supreme Court? And that's the only place you can get it? I hardly think so."
NOTE: The post event feedback surveys clearly indicated that this kind of training on the Constitution was the number one component that sheriffs wanted more of.

This project is easily the most important movement in America right now and for the immediate future.
This year, 2012, will make or break the back of FREEDOM IN AMERICA. There is no other action with the answer to immediately protect the residents of this land from tyranny by the criminals in the Federal government. That's not all those who work for the federal government but very many of them.
I will support this movement with my time, and every dime I can spare before any other cause. The reason is that I like to do battle with issues where I think something can be WON for a change.
Sheriffs can STOP FEDERAL TYRANNY COLD IN IT'S TRACKS, and the feds know it and are backing off when the sheriff stands up with his posse.

Sheriff Mack has been screamed at by the Southern Poverty Law Center and he has filed a lawsuit against them for various causes. He should use how loud they are screaming at him for a direct yardstick as to his effectiveness. In fact he should wear that abuse like a badge of honor. I would not be happy if the SPLC was not screaming at me if I were in his position.

THERE IS HOPE FOR AMERICA WITH THE COUNTY SHERIFFS
I present here an article that has some solutions for America, but I must preview this article by JB Williams with some comments. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a different legal entity than the United States of America. JB doesn't mention this. The corporation in all caps is what the federal judges are enforcing now, not the organic Constitution. This is why they say you "have no standing" in their courts to bring Constitutional arguements. To them you are chattle property, and your account is created from your birth certificate and set up at the department of commerce. It's a stawman fiction and uses your person as collateral for the account and you have a monetary value accordingly. I know of at least one man that was able to tap that strawman accounty to pay off a pickup in an amount over 20,000 FRNs (Federal Reserve Notes). The federales caught it too late and it stood.
The problem with their fiction is that it was a unilateral contract. (One Sided) In other words it was done without your conscious consent. You were tricked into signing away your sovereignty.
Another way to put it, is that you were the victim of Fraud, Threat, Duress, Intimidation, and Coercion.
Such a contract is null and void, not only at law, but also and more importantly before God Almighty.
Are Washington DC politicians absolutely sure that they want to make the US Constitution null and void? If the US Constitution is null and void, then so is the union of states that it created, as that fragile union of sovereign states was very carefully ratified via a very specific and carefully crafted balance of power between the federal government and the states.
If the federal government continues to breech that compact without remedy, the union of states expires with the Constitution itself and it is every man for himself at that point. Are DC elitists ready for what comes with the decimation of the US Constitution and the union of states it created?
“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Richard Mack is well known as the first of eventually six sheriffs to take on the Brady Law. And, much to the delight of pro-gunners around the country, the Supreme Court agreed with Mack in 1995 that the federal government did not have constitutional authority to force state officials to conduct background checks.
Mack is no longer in office, but that has not stopped him from staying involved in promoting constitutional issues. He is now taking the lead in informing sheriffs of the authority they have as the chief law enforcement officer in their counties. While this has come as a surprise to many federal officials, the Constitution is quite specific in terms of what they are allowed to do. Almost all the powers which “We the People” have delegated to the federal government are listed in the 18 clauses found in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution....
