The Vaxxed are now suing the Unvaxxed for Failure to Warn and Assist. They claim that the Unvaxxed knew that the Covid 19 vaccines were dangerous and didn't do enough to warn everyone else.
So the self-righteous victims of this corporate crime, are now turning (again) on their Unvaxxed brethren, and suing their own friends and family members for failure to warn them strongly enough.
Of course, the same friends and family members didn't know anything more than everyone else, they simply had horse sense. They intuitively felt or rationally determined that something didn't smell right about the whole situation and followed Nancy Reagan's advice.
They said that little two-letter magic word --- no.
It was only after the Mad Rush when the disaster became apparent and the results started accumulating that the Compliant Good Little Girls and Boys realized that, yes, even the "health" system had been weaponized for mercenary profit, seeking to increase medical sector profits by making everyone sick and by paying large bonuses (up to $500,000 in California) as rewards for every Covid-related death.
Nobody who wasn't in on the Covid 19 scam knew anything about it.
The Rest of Us were all as blind-sided as the next person. We didn't have any special knowledge going into the quote-unquote pandemic. We simply had a healthy skepticism and kept watching the narrative for holes, and as soon as holes appeared, we started sounding the alarms.
We sounded the alarm day after day. We often begged and pleaded, saying, "I wish you wouldn't...." and "These vaccines are still experimental." and "We don't know the long term effects of injecting foreign mRNA." and just plain old "Don't do it."
Despite being ridiculed and threatened, despite being yelled at, despite being stared at, despite being the most unpopular guy on the block, we took our lumps and all the social shaming, unemployment, and ugly talk about arresting us and throwing us in concentration camps.
And we didn't get vaxxed. We didn't even get tested.
We did just fine. We didn't get sick. We didn't fall over dead. We had no "health anomalies". The only worry we had was our Crazed Neighbors, wearing cloth masks (a cloth mask imposes the same barrier to a virus as a split rail fence poses to a mosquito) and carrying around tape measures to maintain a six foot "No Touch Zone" around themselves and their children.
By the time it was all done, we realized that we were living in a world of approximately 2/3rds crazy people, and the recent rash of lawsuits only underlines the fact --- so it's no longer a surprise.
Only about one-third of the population can still think for itself, though, faced with the results of their own actions, beliefs, and obedience, about one-third more are rethinking the process that polluted their DNA, left loved ones dead, and left others maimed or struggling with chronic diseases for the rest of their truncated lives.
So they are learning to think, which is good. They are doing so even though they have been irreparably harmed. They are waking up. They are joining the Tin Hats Cotillion. Belatedly, but joining.
The remaining third of the population is suing their relatives and friends who didn't take the shots and who also didn't bar the doors and windows in an effort to keep them from taking the shots, too. These people are obviously deep in denial and not thinking clearly:
The idea that they are miserable and doomed and have "vaccine-induced AIDS" or cancer or are otherwise dying because what they believe to be their government could make a buck by killing them -- is still a reach for many victims.
It is slowly dawning, and while it does, they are beginning to -- in between medical appointments -- consider their options. Suing their unvaxxed friends and relatives is just one of the less fruitful ideas.
If anyone wants to sue someone or something over their vax injuries, we suggest bringing a commercial claim in International Commercial Court against the parent corporations of the offending organizations, as well as the direct offenders.
Go ahead and sue Sunnydale Community Hospital, Inc., a franchise of the State of Colorado, Inc., and sue its parent corporation, the United States of America, Inc., and sue its parent corporation, the British Crown Corporation, too. Then start back up the other side of the tree, and sue the local television station that aired commercials assuring the public that these shots were "safe and effective" -- and sue their parent corporations, too.
Just start at the bottom and chew.
You may never get the satisfaction of winning, but let's face it, in this situation there is no way to win. You are dying and the smug vermin responsible don't care. They deliberately exempted themselves and their families from taking the shots.
So lien their assets and make their lives as miserable as possible for as long as you can, and leave your Estate to make them miserable after you die. Strike a blow for humankind, and exit laughing as you go.
Remember, Chief Fast Horse's Grandfather started a suit against William Randolph Hearst for cheating the Natives in the 1920's; that suit just settled -- basically a hundred years later -- long after Hearst and the Chief's Grandfather were both food for worms.
The sheer duration of this pursuit of justice should be an inspiration to everyone.
It started with the Robber Barons thoughtlessly stealing 198 million ounces of gold from the local Native tribes and never giving the Natives their share. It ended rather badly for the Hearst heirs.
So, leave Auntie Maude alone, proudly wearing her large plastic funnel cap covered in aluminum foil. She tried to warn you. She took the flak for doing so. You didn't thank her at the time. You gave her a wide berth and snubbed her at Thanksgiving Dinner. So have the good grace to think beyond your navels now.
Sue the parent corporations, Successors to Contract, European Principals, and Underwriters, instead. Make up your mind to carry on the fight even after your death. Create a foundation -- one completely devoted to commercial prosecution of every entity responsible for the Covid-19 Pandemic. Invite other victims to join you. Carry on, knowing that even if it takes a hundred years, justice will be done, and the ax will finally fall on those entities responsible.
