It's no big secret what happened to Tartaria. Prussia and Russia aligned to create the double-headed eagle, which you still see pictured everywhere. That was Tartaria. A gigantic, largely peaceful, technologically advanced, forward-thinking European Empire. Sometimes you see it with half the image in red and half the image in black, forming the image of a phoenix separating into fire and ash.
Tartaria started dying in the 1700's and pretty much finished out that cycle in the 1800's, leaving nothing behind but a vast bureaucratic record that was destroyed in the 1900's. Three hundred years of dying and ashes, which just happen to be the same 300 years in which the "British Empire" arose and engaged in its insane war for profit regime.
Here's the take-home point for the Bank of England and the Bank for International Settlements: both the Kingdom of Prussia and the Kingdom of Russia survived. The assets on deposit belong to people, not persons. Nationals not citizens.
The same is true in The United States.
The assets on deposit and the credit from the assets both belong to the living people of each country, people who exist above and beyond the system of international law populated by persons.
Remember what we told you? All "persons" are dead in international law, and that pertains to lawful persons as well as legal persons. All dead. All fictional. All corpses. Literally.
Think about it. What inhabits the subsoil, what we call "land"? Buried bodies. Minerals. Fungi. Roots. Ice. Frozen methane gas. Petroleum basins. Aquifers. Compost. Sand. Worms. Beetles. Crystals. Precious metals. Caves. Tunnels.
Corporations. Corps. Corpse. Correspondents. Correspondence.
It is supposed to be the role of the land jurisdiction government (and all associated government bureaucracies) to protect the "persons" -- the dead, legal fiction entities --- that belong to each country. You can see what happens if the land jurisdiction is left vacant.
There is no protection for the "persons". And as the land jurisdiction government is also responsible for issuing money, there is no way to generate new money to meet the needs of expanding businesses and growing populations.
Now you begin to see how and why the "vacating" of England's land jurisdiction by the beheaded Charles II posed such a problem and why the Parliament stepped in to act as Trustees of the land, even though no such role had been afforded to Parliament by Law or by consent of the people.
They did the same exact thing in our country 150 years later, when the Parliament presumed that our land jurisdiction had been vacated by the inoperable Federal Republic ---which held only delegated land jurisdiction responsibilities in the first place--- and resorting to the same tale of "emergency", moved to establish another unauthorized trusteeship for the British Territorial U.S. Congress over our land.
In country after country the same recipe was used.
Some kind of disruption was provoked, an uprising, an assassination, an insurrection by political dissidents. This was used as an excuse to claim that the land jurisdiction was vacant, and an emergency was declared and another unauthorized public trust was formed and the administration of this trust was handed to a body under the thrall of the British Empire.
It's worth asking --- what should have happened in England after Charles II was beheaded? There were two possible provisions already established in English Law. The Lord High Steward could have stepped forward to provide for an interim government, but the Roundheads under Cromwell would not allow that. Secondly, the English people could have assembled to assume control of the villages and landed estates, but that didn't happen, either.
Instead, the Protestant Military set up a representational government under the guise of the pre-existing Parliament and nobody was the wiser.
What should have happened in America in the aftermath of the Civil War Conflict?
Only part of the land jurisdiction was vacated --- that part delegated to the States of America (Confederation) under The Constitution for the united States of America.
The British Territorial U.S. Army military commanders should have immediately announced the situation to the Delegators of the Enumerated Powers, the States of the Union and their unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America, but they didn't.
They pretended that our government was missing, absent, in interregnum. They simply didn't know where we went. And all the while, these men were studiously and deliberately suppressing the States of the Union and the unincorporated Federation government they were under contract to protect.
These were and are stunning examples of violent, dirty-dealing, dishonorable, unlawful and illegal actions backed by commercial corporation interests, but they got away with it and they were encouraged to "try it again" and again and again.
The situation in Tartaria was no different. The Seven Years War in Europe started with most of Europe attacking Prussia at the same time and under nearly the same provocations as the French and Indian "War" in America, and the same bitter rivalries and opposed development philosophies slugged it out from Siberia to Denmark for over a hundred years.
The death of Tartaria came with the collapse of Emperor Wilhelm II's authority over Prussia after the First World War, and the murder of Tsar Nicholas II by Communist partisans: the land jurisdiction of both Prussia and Russia were left vacant, so, for a time, mapmakers were busy erasing both the Tartarian Empire and the names "Prussia" and "Russia".
Once again, Britain rushed in to "protect" Prussian and Russian assets left on deposit with the Bank of England, locking down an estimated 20 Billion metric tons of precious metals, some of it gutted out of India by the British Raj, and of course, being unauthorized trustees again, they had to wisely invest all this....and take their share under custodianship.
By the start of WWII the hidden British-Roman commercial empire had de facto control of The United States, Canada, Australia, Prussia and Russia --- and they were all fighting what remained of Prussia and its allied principalities, intent on destroying every memory, every landmark, every industrial capacity, and splitting the Prussian land mass in half to make sure she could never rise again.
They succeeded. Why wouldn't they? They were funding and directing both sides of World War II, a commercial war-for-profit that cost at least 30 million lives, killed millions of Jewish creditors, displaced 300 million more innocent people, and gave the Perpetrators an excuse to plunge virtually all of Europe into pernicious long-term debt.
The words, "crimes against humanity" fail to describe what they did, and they skated right on, using the Americans as a storefront for their atrocities, and positioning Russia as the next enemy.
Now, in the wake of even worse crime against humanity, the whole Covid 19 Pandemic, they propose to leave an already toothless International Criminal Court with unanswered mandates demanding justice for the people of Gaza and justice for the people of Ukraine and justice for the people of Venezuela and justice for the people of Iran.
They think that the world is asleep, that we don't know the truth, that they can continue to operate puppet governments and remove them at will, conduct unlawful and immoral commercial wars-for-profit wherever they please, and send the bill for all this to the Americans under the pretense that they are "defending America".
But nobody believes it any more.
Donald Trump's Body Doubles trudge wearily up and down the steps of airplanes waiting on tarmac, dodge under helicopter rotors, clutch the edges of podiums, slog across what appears to be the White House lawn, and then speak in an AI generated voice that is distracting everyone with vitriol about rigged elections.
What is possibly more rigged than a Two Party System where capos get to choose the candidates and spend billions in corporate donations to elect the most corrupt and incompetent person? A system so corrupt that they have to cheat on strawpolls? And race each other to the bottom of the cesspool?
We would like to know.
The concept of free elections is totally foreign in this country. This is a hijacked government by proxy and it has been for a long time.
If anyone needs absolute proof of that, try to count how many times you have heard these same Suits spewing about "defending democracy" and "our democratic values" and "spreading the blessings of democracy" to the rest of the world.
And then reflect that what Americans are guaranteed is our own "republican form" of government. Not a democracy. That's the British Territorial "U.S." Government that operates as a democracy and cherishes Mob Rule above the rights of individuals.
Not us. Not ours.
The Prussian-Russian (Tartarian) gold held by the Bank of England belongs to the people of those countries (apart from any stolen from India). The credit issued against these assets also belongs to them.
The same is true of the people of The United States, Canada, Australia, France.... and every other country on Earth.
