International Public Notice: Full Circle

It has been eleven years, five months, and nineteen days since I sent my Letter to Cardinal George of Chicago.  Today, that demand for solace and redress and justice for the living people has been answered by the High Courts of the world.  

Evicting me from my house based on false claims of tax debt, personage, and barratry was the Final Straw.  

Not only am I getting my house back, but we took the entire tax structure down with it.  

Take a deep, deep breath.  

Most people don't realize this, but the so-called Sixteenth Amendment was the mechanism that created not only the "Federal Income Tax" but all the other taxes that piggybacked along with it: property taxes, utility taxes, school taxes, road taxes, gas taxes, gift taxes, estate taxes, franchise taxes, inheritance taxes, capital gains taxes, license taxes, sanitation taxes, and yes, carbon taxes.... 

We were able to prove by a simple process of deduction that the Sixteenth Amendment never really existed, that there was no lawful authority backing it, and last but not least, our States of the Union never ratified it.  

So the Sixteenth Amendment and all the roster of taxes that it supported and allowed and expedited--- it's gone like so much wood smoke from a bonfire, drifting away among the bare birch trees on a day in late fall in Big Lake, Alaska: October 22nd 2025. 

Take another deep, deep breath. 

This isn't merely the end of the IRS.  Or the end of the complicit DOJ.  This is the end of the endless make-work of record keeping and tax consulting and tax enforcement and tax prosecutions and tax litigations.  This is the end of foreclosures and evictions and tax-based confiscations of property, the end of people being jailed because they purportedly owe tax debts, the end of arbitrary "tax assessments", the end of bank account seizures based on "Notices of Levy", the end of endless wrangling over tax legislation, the end of slander against "tax protestors". 

The Tin Hats were right all along.  It just took forty years of slogging, between that day when Nelson Rockefeller admitted on C-SPAN that he made hundreds of millions and paid no taxes on it,  to today, when the good people of this country will be able to say the same. 

This isn't a pittance.  This isn't rejoicing because you don't have to pay taxes on your tips.  This is Big One, Baby.  This is the end of taxation and all that goes with it.  

Good-bye to the Fear and Loathing surrounding April 15th.  

Farewell to having jackboots pasting papers to your front doors. 

No gangs of armed thugs storming into your house, terrorizing your families and pets, seizing your computers and records, killing your plants, stealing your furniture.   

Ta-ta and good riddance to the BATF sponsored (and very illegal) IRS deputy raids.  

Of course, this also means the end of the billions and billions and billions of dollars wasted every year on the entire Tax Industry and endless hours spent by business owners keeping tax records.  

H and R Block and a gazillion other tax-based businesses will be gone in less time than it takes to say "1040" and while I feel sorry for the people who are losing their jobs and businesses, this is their opportunity to find a far better purpose and meaning for their lives. 

To the 87,000 IRS workers Joe Biden hired in anticipation of a second term and plans for cracking down on all the peasants --- go home.  The peasants won.  

To the rest of you reacting with stunned disbelief, those who have grown up with the assumption that of course, you must owe taxes, must pay taxes, must keep tax records --- no you don't.  

But, but, but.... what about government services?  Who will pay for the roads?  The Schools?  The Assistance Programs?  

All that and more has been paid for since 1941.  The Vermin were double-dipping and continuing to charge you.  There is absolutely no need for anyone to pay taxes.  No taxes, ever, at all. 

So now as you read these words and begin to grasp what they mean, yes, there will be reclamation and restitution.  All the money you paid into Social Security, Federal Income Tax, Mortgages, Property Taxes, and hidden taxes you weren't even aware of -- all that is coming back to you, plus interest.  

This is not a pipedream and you won't have to enforce it.  The System is being thrown into Full Stop and Reverse.  

Every case will be different, but there will be restitution for farms and businesses and homes that were stolen by misapplying statutory laws to living people.  There will be atonement.  

Even as I was going through the ordeal of a mindless and lawless eviction, I recognized Providence's hand in it.  I knew there was something more afoot, some reason that I had to go through this insanity and why it had to be right now, so soon after Jim's passing. 

I think the reason is now self-evident.  We are heading into winter across most of this country and with fuel costs skyrocketing, food costs skyrocketing, electricity costs skyrocketing, it's a no-brainer to know that the vultures are circling, waiting for people to lose jobs, be unable to keep up with mortgages, unable to pay taxes.....and that's where the Perps come in, to profit themselves by others' misfortune.

Only this time, that's not going to happen.  Say good-bye to the Sixteenth Amendment. 

Because one more hodunk DISTRICT COURT in Alaska played the same game these courts have played since 1865, even though they were given fair warning not to, millions of American families won't face foreclosure or eviction this winter.  They will be able to spend their money on food and heat and all the things they need, and not on foreign taxes.  

That's why I had to be evicted and why it had to happen now, so that our people wouldn't starve and freeze and be ousted from their homes and farms under armed force --- all on the basis of lies and false pretenses.  

I am humbled and grateful to stand as the Injured Party, an instrument in the hands of Nature's God, who took a victim and brought victory far beyond anything I could imagine. 

Take another deep, deep breath.  

No, there is no appeal for them.  This has been decided by the Highest Courts on Earth.  The criminality, the lies, the misrepresentations, the impersonation of Americans as British Subjects and Municipal citizens of the United States ---the imposition of dozens of taxes on our weary backs is over.  

It's over, and you have lived to see it.  

Enforcement begins tomorrow, 8 A.M.

International Public Notice: Interpretation of the Vatican Chancery Order

People have asked -- why the Vatican Chancery Court? 

It's a chancery matter because the issue involves a property interest and the Vatican Chancery Court is the highest court in the world when it comes to resolving property interests. 

 

It's also a Postal Court issue, because it involves identity and address.  Thus you have both courts invoked, and a Regional Post Master signing the Order.  The Regional Postal Court is the highest court in the world when it comes to resolving issues of address and identity.  That's why passports are issued through the Post Office. 

So if you look at the Final Order(s) my husband and I received,  the primary question is "the status of the Parties" and "relationship of one to the other".  

The Final Order reveals that the Upper-Lower Case Name with a First Middle Last form is a "vessel" in International Commerce. 

Next, it reveals that the All Capital Letters NAME with a FIRST MIDDLE LAST form is a "vessel" in Global Commerce.  

It also reveals that these "vessels" are at peace with the British Crown and the One Holy, and are exempt from levy and tax.

How can that be, when we are all being taxed and levied up the wazoo?

Two explanations have been offered:  

(1) While we are supposedly "wards" of both the Territorial and Municipal Governments, and they are both responsible for paying any debts we may have, neither one is paying and both are dunning us to pay instead, using the pretense that we are actually wards of the other government. 

It's a run-around scam.  

The Municipal Government running the JOHN WILLIAM DOE franchise pretends that we are the Territorial franchise named after John William Doe, instead; at the same time, the Territorial Government running the John William Doe franchise pretends that we are Municipal Corporation franchise operated as JOHN WILLIAM DOE, a Municipal citizen of the United States, instead.  

This convenient ruse gives each complicit corporation an excuse for not paying the debts of their own franchise, including its taxes and the mortgages these franchise operations owe. 

Both parent corporations then unleash their collection agents on the Third Party victim, the living man who has no idea that he has been impersonated and that his name is now being used as the name of a foreign incorporated commercial franchise --- much less two such franchises.  

In this manner, the criminals double-dip and get us to pay for the expenses of both their franchise entities, including taxes and mortgages these foreign corporations have created via their unauthorized borrowing against our Good Names and assets---while we are not even aware of the existence of these things operating under our names and charging off their debts to us. 

Our False Trustees are thus both benefiting from not paying our expenses while still having control of our assets and using our assets as chattel property backing their debts, plus, they are dunning us to pay their operating expenses and taxes---- and this is all based on the False Premise that we are Federal Dual Citizens and Wards of their "States" --- both Territorial (State) and Municipal (STATE). 

What should be happening, if we were legitimately wards of their States/STATES, is that both the Territorial and Municipal Governments should be eagerly paying all our expenses and not asking a penny from us. 

It's all Bunko.  We are not legitimately wards of their States. 

And they are-- neither one--- treating us as faithful trustees. 

Both are terrorizing, plundering, and pillaging under color of law and using constructive fraud to do it; that explains how it is, that both "vessels" are exempt from levy and free from taxation, exactly as the Vatican court of Chancery determined, and yet good old Joe is taking it in the shorts. 

The other explanation (2) is simply that we've been mistaken for someone or something else.  

Obviously, and repeatedly, we have brought everyone's attention to the fact that States are not States of States and that our States of the Union never got involved in the great Mercenary Conflict called the American Civil War. 

We owe no war debts to anyone at all, because we haven't been at war since the War of 1812.  We didn't ratify the Sixteenth Amendment. We didn't start or condone the Indian Reservation System.  We didn't invade Germany or Iraq or any other country. 

All the "National Debts" wracked up by the reckless spending of both our Subcontractors, Territorial and Municipal, who were never authorized to do anything like this, is our "National Credit" which we are owed back from their Principals as prepaid credit with interest.  

While the first supposition leaves us being mistaken as the wards of two different Federal Subcontractors, both operating as foreign commercial corporations in the business of providing governmental services, the second leaves us as the victims of "mistaken identity" fraud or outright identity theft.  

The Vatican Chancery Order provided by the Postal Court ultimately reveals that the living people should never be addressed and never be charged for any levy or tax at all, yet we and our "shipping" is constantly being accused of owing taxes and being levied by the IRS, the Department of Justice, and numerous other characters engaged in strong arm racketeering, personage and barratry schemes, extortion, and armed trespass.  

It's time for all this criminality to end and for the District/DISTRICT courts to disappear back to the District of Columbia where they belong, time for the Territorial Administrative "States" to be shut down in favor of our actual States of the Union, time for these lawless corporations to be sacked along with the Principals responsible, for Gross Breach of Trust and Violation of their Service Contracts --- The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America --- both.  

All the "United States" military has to do is recognize that they have been serving and following foreign "persons" instead of serving the people of this country in good faith, which they are contractually and morally obligated to do.  

Bitter as the pill may be, the realization that they have been operated as a private mercenary force since the 1860's and abused and used by foreign powers ever since, should be sufficient motivation to make a clean breast of it and put an end to this circumstance.  

Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents, Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.

International Public Notice: The Territorial Administrative "State" 2.0

As mentioned in our earlier Notice, our country as a whole has been betrayed by subcontractors hired to provide us with specific enumerated services. 

They are supposed to provide those services under the terms of three separate Federal Constitutions that are divided up jurisdictionally. 

The American Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic was supposed to provide services related to the land and retained sea jurisdiction belonging to our country, but it has been mothballed and commandeered since the 1860's and its functions have been surreptitiously undertaken by the remaining two foreign Federal Subcontractors.  

The British Territorial corporation known as "the United States of America" -- Incorporated, is supposed to provide us with naval protection for our commercial shipping on the "High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways".  

The Roman Municipal corporation known as "the United States" is supposed to provide services related to the air jurisdiction --- postal service, copyrights and trademarks, patent office, etc.  

But in actual fact, ever since the American Subcontractor went dormant in 1861, the latter two subcontractors have been running amok and acting in Breach of Trust against the interests of their employers.  

They have undermined the American Government and sought to replace it with their own colonialist regime. 

They call this a Territorial Administrative State --- a form of military dictatorship in which commercial corporations run the government. 

The best known example is found in the history of South Africa, where Cecil Rhodes' British South Africa Company was allowed to run the government of South Africa, and India, where the British Raj showed up and started terrorizing the traditional government of the Maharajas, plundering and pillaging under color of law. 

We've had the same thing going on here in America; we were simply kept ignorant of it.  

And now comes a reckoning. 

All these years these corporations have pretended to "represent" us to the rest of the world, while dishonoring our principles and bilking our people and asset-stripping our States. 

Here's an example of it.  

We have all the hard evidence needed to demonstrate that our States of the Union never passed the so-called Sixteenth Amendment creating the Federal Income Tax, but these disloyal employees have been misaddressing Americans en masse and enforcing this private corporate payroll tax on everyone indiscriminately -- whether people have any "federal income" or not. 

The people themselves have been misrepresented as "persons" -- and presumed to be "citizens" of these foreign governmental service providers.  Americans have been routinely misrepresented as British Subjects and/or Municipal "citizens of the United States". 

The excuse given for this is the idea that our government as a whole disappeared in the wake of the Mercenary Conflict that began in 1861, but the loss of the Federal Republic was just the loss of a Subcontractor.  

Our actual government remains and was never part of the conflict. 

Even after we have fully declared ourselves and expatriated from any presumption of Federal Dual Citizenship, even after we have brought our State Assemblies into Session for five years, there are still those attempting to say that the people of this country are missing, or that we are "stateless", when neither we nor our States of the Union went anywhere.   

All that actually happened is that our Federal Subcontractors, our Services Providers acting under their respective Constitutions, failed their duty to fully inform their Employers and in gross self-interest, acted to suppress, slander, falsely accuse, and denigrate their employers, the people of this country, instead. 

That is their shame and their problem now.  

Amazingly, having determined that the "universal securitization"  they've been working as an unjust enrichment scheme is both unlawful and illegal, and results in both peonage and enslavement, their solution is to change the kind of commercial paper they have been using to promote this evil. 

Instead of "monetization" based on "universal securitization" giving rise to endless debt notes, they propose to vest everything in endless debt tokens instead. Whether debt notes or debt tokens, the end results are the same: peonage, enslavement, and odious debt.   

The motive appears to be avoidance of their own taxes and trying to shift off the consequences of their own spending onto their unlucky employers.   

As we struggle to come to grips with this unpleasant reality, our military and other militaries of the world stand in the crosshairs, as they have been (mostly) unwitting accomplices to these crimes of state, and have been at the mercy of the crooked bankers who have profited from all this.  

As we stand at the brink of worldwide denouement about all of this and the role of the old European colonialist -- especially British and Roman Municipal -- interests in it, some militaries have opted to stand with the actual people they are supposed to be protecting and others have chosen to play more games to defraud their employers and sell out their own countries. 

The military of Burkina Faso and its young leader, Ibrahim Traore, has gone full boat national and decided to protect the sovereignty and promote the good of Burkina Faso as a nation-state, no holds barred.  

Our military appears to be trying a Mixed Bag approach: seize upon the St. Germain World Trust under False Pretenses that a worldwide peace exists (thanks to buying off combatants) and distributing the corpus of this venerable trust to the people of the world as a sop, while continuing to avoid the real problems of misadministration of justice and crooked central banks and misrepresentation of the national governments they have commandeered.  

We, Americans, have declared our birthright political status and assembled our State Assemblies in all fifty States of the Union.  We aren't a large group, but we and some of our native nations are the only ones that have the standing to operate a lawful national government.  

Before anyone interprets this situation as an "us or them" situation, please note that Native Americans are Dual Nationals from birth, being both members of their tribal nation and also State Nationals.  Example: a Winnebago born in Wisconsin is both a member of the Ho-Chunka Nation and a Wisconsinite. 

These are political statuses that protect the living people and unite us all to our cultural and traditional roots, without causing harm to anyone. 

We reflect that the only reason we have governments is to protect the people and their assets and any government including any military government, that fails to do that, has outlived its utility.  

The government of Burkina Faso is being accused of being a military dictatorship acting out of school.  We disagree.  We disagree with the CIA's meddling and regime change activities, which have resulted in "the US" being expelled from the country and having its embassy shut down.  

This shameful situation is par for the course.  

The CIA long ago ceased to be a national intelligence service, and has instead been the handmaiden of venal commercial interests, including the central banks that are, together with the British and European colonialist powers, responsible for this corruption and criminality of our government and its various agencies. 

Wake up, America.  Wake up, each and every one of you, those who are in the armed services and those back home guarding the home fires; this is your country and the time to serve it well and truly has come.  

As a first step, reaffirm your identity as an American and that means your identity as an American State National.

Doing this helps put an end to the presumptions of the "Territorial Administrative State" apparatus which has tried to vacate our land and soil jurisdiction and convert all our people into foreign citizens -- British Subjects and Municipal "citizens of the United States".   

Whether the members of our Armed Forces know it or not, they are serving as the indentured servants of foreign commercial corporations that have been undermining the actual government and people of this country for decades.  

Reasserting their individual identity as American State Nationals extends the protections of our Constitutions to them and helps put an end to any presumption that our land and soil is "vacant" and subject to claims by the British Monarch or Municipal Authorities, either one.
