Repetitious History

Hillsdale College sent out a timely reminder -- several years ago, about the end of the Roman Republic.  Joe Average is saying WT? Who cares? That was thousands of years ago!  

But the story is the same.  Take note. 

Those of you who remember the facts as stated in all the history books will recall that a Roman General entrusted to act for the Roman Republic, one Julius Caesar, acted in gross Breach of Trust and crossed the Rubicon River.  He led his victorious army back into the center of Rome and thereby killed the Roman Republic.  

Abraham Lincoln issued a phony Declaration that appeared to be a Declaration of War, but wasn't really ---- and did the same.  He killed the Federal Republic by misdirecting the U.S. Army to fire on Fort Sumter, which was ironically enough, built to defend South Carolina against the British Fleet in 1812. 

Via fraud based on Public Ignorance, deliberate non-disclosure, and similar names deceits, Abraham Lincoln and the British-based Bar Associations contrived to rig a white collar takeover--- first by rigging an election, and secondly, a British Territorial U.S. Military takeover to follow.  

Both the crossing of the Rubicon and the illegal firing upon Fort Sumter had the same effect: the rise of a military junta occupying the lawful seat of government, the rise of an Empire steeped in blood and deceit, followed by gross corruption and criminality --- which is now being discovered and ended. 

The difference in the story, as both acts were illegal, is that the bulk of the American military is loyal and once the facts are exposed, the British perfidy won't be appreciated or supported.  Correction will come, and not only in America, but throughout the world.  

Abraham Lincoln was a Bar Member and thanks to the Titles of Nobility Amendment passed to the Federal Constitution in 1819, he was not eligible to hold a Public Office in the Federal Republic.  So, finding a loophole, he ran as a British Territorial "United States of America, Incorporated" candidate.  

The people believed that they were participating in a Public Election, and instead, were voting in a private corporation election, instead.  

The same fraud has been promoted ever since. 

As a result of this fraud and the resulting refusal of the delegates of the Southern States of States to participate in it, a little ole thing known as the American Civil War was fought.  It had nothing to do with slavery and everything to do with British fraud though most Americans were told otherwise. 

Having failed twice to win by force of arms, the Brits and their European Allies decided to win by fraud instead. 

Fraud, Breach of Trust, and Violation of Commercial Contract, Conspiracy Against the Constitution, Illegal Commercial Mercenary Warfare, Inland Piracy, 

Kidnapping, Unlawful Conversion, State Terrorism, Military Pillaging and Plundering, Illegal Military Occupation, Identity Theft, Impersonation, Mischaracterization, and More. 

All these are criminal acts. 

And criminal acts are null and void.

Your Supreme Court or My Supreme Court?

We haven't convened a Supreme Court in this country since before the American Civil War (1861) so that's a news item most people need to hear and see.  

The Federal Constitutional System created three Supreme Courts just to deal with the international and global business matters entrusted to each of the Federal Subcontractors, which brought the total number of "Supreme" Courts up to seven (7).  

Seven Supreme Courts?  Your head must be spinning, right?  What kind of "supreme" is supreme?  

It's kinda sorta like the difference between those United States and these United States. 

We have our Supreme Court for our purposes and our jurisdictions and they have their Supreme Court for their purposes and their jurisdictional segments, and everyone pretends to be supreme with respect to everyone else.  

However, the Delegator always remains supreme with respect to the Delegatee, at all times.  Even if all the contracts were in full force and being honored by all parties, the Delegator would still outrank and be able to countermand the Delegatee.  

This means that our unincorporated Federation of States has always had the authority and ability to countermand anything the Queen or the Pope or the Lord Mayor commanded in our names.  This is because the Federal authorities all operate under our Delegated Authority, and any time we disagree with whatever they are doing, we have the absolute right to intervene and say, no. 

Think of it like this: you hire a guy to mow your lawn, a guy to take care of your car, a guy to do all your furnace work, a guy to do your gardening, a guy to.....you get the picture.  So you set up a court to make decisions about which each one of these guys can do and can't do according to their contract and with respect to the jurisdiction they operate in -----and at least in the context of that contractor and that contract, these courts are each "supreme".  

Except that the Delegator always has the last word concerning how they want the work done and what work they will pay for.  

So, who is the Delegator? 

The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, is the Delegator in international and global jurisdictions.  Why?  Because our Forefathers set it up that way.  They deliberately set up the Federation to act as a Holding Company to hold and manage their "mutually held" powers --- that is, those powers that each sovereign state donated to the Federation to be mutually administered for the benefit of all.  

This includes the power to negotiate international and commercial treaties, the power to establish common weights and measures, the power to mint coinage,  establish a common currency and issue credit, represent our country's interest in international court proceedings, provide for a mutual defense, and so on. 

Notice, however, that all the mutually held powers, including all those that were eventually delegated to the Federal Subcontractors, involve only international and/or global powers and issues.  So what is going on? 

The original Union of States retains the National Jurisdiction of the Soil, and it is the Union of States and the individual Members that are the Big Muggly-Wuggly. Even though they delegated most of their powers in international and global jurisdiction away, first to The United States of America and secondarily to the Federal Subcontractors, except for those retained under the Tenth Amendment of the Federal Constitutions -- the Union States remain the ultimate Delegators of it all.  

Thus, with respect to the Federal Government, our Federation of States acts as the Delegator and Comptroller, enabled to stop, redirect, pay or not pay, adjust, or redefine any federal function --- quite apart from any Supreme Court decision.  

With respect to the Federation States, the matching Union States remain the ultimate owners and Delegators, even though the Union States rarely take action of any kind in international or global affairs at all, and are in fact protected by having delegated those powers to the Federation.  This is why when assignments are made, The United States, the actual name of our Union States Government, acquires the bedrock assignment and re-delegates all the mutual powers to The United States of America. 

It's a complex organizational structure, and it was made more difficult to navigate owing to the destruction of one-third of the American side of it and one-third of the Federal Subcontractor side of it, and the failure to Reconstruct these elements for the past 160 years. 

Still, as is apparent, the US Supreme Courts are venues designed to decide contractual disputes at the level of the Federal Subcontractors, and the American Supreme Courts are designed to decide spats between the States and none of them have the ultimate power retained by the people of this country to decide their own fate and course. 

Meantime, the Federation of States is now in Session, so the Federal Subcontractors and their State-of-State and STATE-OF-STATE franchises down to the county level, incorporated, however styled and named, are obligated to either deport or honor the orders they are being given.  

That includes orders to vacate/make room in our courthouses for the American Courts, orders to honor the 1858 American-Russian Alliance, orders to Cease and Desist the Pandemic operations, and orders to our bankers to issue lawful money and to begin the process of removing Federal Reserve Notes from circulation. 

And those orders stand above the orders of any supreme court.  

Why?  Because the Employer directs the activities of the Employees, the Delegator directs the actions of the Delegatee, and Truth stands above all Lies.

Dear Shelby -- Modern Warfare

You need to spend fifty years as I have before you will reliably discern the Truth almost "at a glance", and will have to learn all the means that the Masters of Deceit employ to "debunk" this and "debunk" that, when really, their only aim is to mislead for their own advantage. They have zero interest in the Truth.  

My heart went out to you when you told the story of your own attorney Father and your subsequent separation from him. He got caught up in the steamy culture of the Bar Associations, where Truth is not the object at any time --- only "the appearance" of Justice.  I wonder if, to this day, he ever realized what his commitment to deceit has ultimately cost him.  And you. 

I have researched the matter and I know that what happened at Hiroshima and Nagasaki was NOT an atomic blast by definition.  The only place on Earth that shows the actual, verifiable signs of an atomic blast is at Sodom and Gomorrah.  There, you will observe the lingering radioactivity and the glass plate "shield" underlying the surface sand and dust that has accumulated in the centuries afterward. 

God acts in Truth and that Truth is established in fact.   His Angels didn't tell Lot, "Hey, we are going to rain down an atomic blast and wipe these cities from the face of the Earth." ---- they just told him to get hiking and don't look back.  All these thousands of years later, the Geiger Counters go bezerk at those town sites, and if you dig down a couple feet you hit the glass shield. 

All the rest of the Bushwah is designed to "redefine" and "relabel" and "explain", but the plain fact is as stated --- no atomic bombs were used at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  If they had been, the ground would still be smoking and the area would be uninhabitable for 60,000 years and the robots we sent in there to study the impacts would be measuring the depth of the melted sand.  We were lied to. 

They may have used any number of other advanced technologies that may have resulted in local elevation of radioactivity and ionic displacement.  My own best theory involves the use of metallic ion incendiary bombs that would produce a similar external appearance without leaving behind the lasting radioactivity and the glass shield, but, however you cut it. by definition, whatever hit Hiroshima and Nagasaki was not an atomic bomb and we, the Public, were both lied to and terrorized by the "threat of atomic warfare" under conditions of deceit.   

This is part of a far greater pattern of lies and deceit being told to the Public by our own employees, leaving us unable to accurately or fairly determine what is going on in the world.  Most commonly, when we dig down, we find that they were simply covering their own butts.  For example, "What did you spend all this money on, if it didn't actually produce an atomic bomb?"  

This would also lead to other questions ---- why are all these nuclear arsenal sites standing vacated all over this country, and why is it that the computer systems used to service the remaining sites haven't been upgraded since MS-DOS?   

Smell a rat, yet?  The plain fact is that to the extent ICBMs might still be useful as tactical weapons, they've been replaced by scalar weaponry for at least forty years.  The latest rage in military circles are gravimetric weapons, which cause changes in physical phenomena like weight and displacement, and dematerialization programs that interfere with atomic and subatomic bonds between atoms in molecules, allowing programmers to "edit out" things as large as a cathedral or as small as a mouse, and geoengineering weapons that predictably alter weather patterns and terraforming programs that can sink part of entire continents and set off volcanoes, and scalar "slice and dice" technologies that can locate any three dimensional space and disrupt electrical circuits within that space to cause "instant death" of any animals within that defined space. 

Are you beginning to understand why messy bombs that ruin the real estate are not of any great importance anymore?  And why everyone's attention has been focused on mirages, non-threats, so that the madmen in charge could more readily work on what they were actually interested in?  Which is and has always been more and better ways to kill people. 

Think about that.  Think about what our society has spent its money on.  Think about the crazed lunatics, the real-life Dr. Strangeloves, who have benefited themselves from this Bad Choice?   Think about the even crazier CIA and FBI and DHS and NHS and DIA and DARPA and, and, and ---all these secret society agencies--- that have been tasked with masking and defending all this insanity?  

Think of the men and women who have been functioning as for-hire cheap mercenaries being misled to believe that they were serving the "cause of freedom" when this county hasn't in fact mounted a lawful soldiery since before the Civil War?  Imagine their disappointment when they realize that they have been lied to, too, and if they had walked down the street to General Alphonse's Murder For Hire, Inc. shop, they could have earned eight (8) times the money, and had better health and life insurance, too?  

Right now, the Schmucks are trying to soften us up and "depopulate" us, including all the Service Members, because they have signed a real estate deal in our names of course, and without any flaming authority to do any such thing, to give up large portions of the Earth's surface.  The rest of us who remain after "the cleansing" are all supposed to live in reservation-style internment camps in remote places, and produce the goods in factory settings for the elite.  

And you thought the Chinese were crazy for building all those new cities in the Gobi Desert? 

Right now, they are brazenly trying to kill off their quota for 2022 in Shanghai. 

And you, my friend, need to stiffen up and go beyond the confused and analytically driven state you are in, because while you are distracted with trying to tunnel your way through mountains of deliberately obscured and twisted information, and while your attention is fixed on trying to comprehend why anyone would do what they have done, they are making progress toward their ends and you are not making progress toward yours.  

Your purpose is to shore up light and truth and life.  Your purpose is to say, "Hey, we want joy!"  Your purpose is to stand in the doorway and block it and say, "No, we don't give our permission to these cretins to destroy everything and remake it in their image."  

You don't need to know every little step of everything THEY are planning.  What you need to know is that their agenda is death-driven, and our agenda is life-driven.  That's really all you have got to know and you have to know that down to the depths of your soul.  Once you know that much, you will know which side you are on and why.  It will become apparent what is true and what is a lie.
