There are all sorts of definitions of the word "state", but when we are
talking about government we are talking about either (1) a "non-material
juridical entity" operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea, or,
(2) we are talking about a "material juridical territory that is geographically
defined" on the land.
I keep harping on this until I am blind, so I really, truly do hope that
you are all paying attention.....
Law comes from religion. Religion--- what we believe in, what we consider
to be right and wrong--- defines what "law" we live under. That's the way it is
and the way it has always been.
According to Semiramis (also known as the "Queen of Heaven", the "Great
Abomination", the "Mother of All Whores" and the inventor of idolatry) if you
want to rule over people, all you need is a "pillar and a post".
What you do, is you take one object---- a tall vertical supporting
column--- and you label it a "pillar" and you take another tall vertical
supporting column, and label it a "post", thereby creating a difference between
them.
Even if the difference is merely a name or a label, it is enough to fool
people into thinking a difference exists.
This is the essence of "divide and conquer".
You divide people using the same methods. You apply labels to them and
exploit their differences: black and white, rich and poor, short and tall,
Catholic and Lutheran, Republican and Democrat, Palestinian and Israeli.
This is one of the essential esoteric teachings of Freemasonry worldwide
and it is the foundation plank of the Babylonian Slave System which is now
masquerading as the lawful governments of the world.
Just call it something different.
Exploit the differences.
United States v. United States of America.
But what happens when we wake up like the dumb beasts on Christmas Eve and
decide to look and think and talk?
Anyone who has bothered to listen to news outside the box for the past
several years has heard rumors of vast hordes of "Chinese gold" in Indonesia,
etc., etc.
You've also heard mindless claims that all the gold of Africa got mined and
transported over the Silk Road to China, because, supposedly, the Chinese would
only take gold in trade.
That is all plain out-and-out nonsense. The Chinese traditionally traded
in jade and in food, because then as now, they had a large impoverished
population and relatively little arable land.
The gold in Indonesia is Spanish gold that happens to be under the control
of Chinese people. Ferdinand Marcos was Chinese, not Filipino.
The gold was shipped to Indonesia by Spaniards and by trustees of Spanish
hordes as long ago as the 1400's. Check out the Crown of St. Stephens---- a
bank chartered in the 1400's ---to begin to get a clue of just how active
Spanish (and Catholic) interests have been and for how long.
Some Americans--at least the ones I consort with--- know that the Petro
Dollar was engineered by Kissinger because we are consistently the top EXPORTER
of refined oil products in the world and always have been.
(Get a clue: we are also the main supplier of guns and weapons and "defense
supplies and materials". We never re-tooled our industries for peace time after
World War II. We kept right on chugging out the same old crap and developing
new versions of it and promoting wars for profit all over the world.)
Other Americans think that we are in constant dire need of oil and can
never get enough oil----- and don't make the distinction between crude oil ----
the raw material that we can't get enough of, and refined oil products--- which
we can't offload fast enough.
"Let us therefore make him a little chamber, and put a little bed in it for him and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick, that when he cometh to us, he may abide there" (IV Kings 4:13). Such was the Sunamite woman's regard for the prophet Eliseus, that she would make such preparations for his entertainment! Will we do as much for Christ who is ready to come to us? Take pains, O Christian, to occupy this night in pious thoughts, and aspirations, for the love of God and for the good of your own soul, making yourself worthy to receive the graces which He is ready when He comes, to give you. Think how Mary, who was near her time, and Joseph her spouse obedient to the Imperial command, and perfectly submissive to the will of God, journeyed with the greatest inconvenience to Bethlehem, and when, because of the multitude of people, they found no place to receive them they took refuge, as God willed it, in a most miserable stable, at the extreme end of the town. What love does not the Savior deserve, who for love of us so humbled Himself!
COLLECT O God, who makest us rejoice in the yearly expectation of the feast of our redemption: grant, that we who cheerfully receive Thy only-begotten Son as a Redeemer, may behold without fear the same Lord Jesus Christ, coming as our judge. Through our Lord.

Dorothy
and I traveled to the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump over the
weekend to visit five Idaho inmates, Ammon Bundy, Scott Drexler, Eric Parker,
Steven Stewart and Todd Engel. Ammon and Scott are Dorothy’s constituents in
District 8. This is a very difficult time for these men to be away from family
and loved ones as they spend Christmas alone with little console.
We
found the men to be mostly in good spirits but under duress and living under
very unpleasant circumstances. 96 inmates share a common cell, two stack bunk
beds 4” apart, open showers and toilets. There is no privacy whatsoever. There
is little more than a dog run for limited exercise. Inmates get 1 hour per week
to converse with a visitor over a video phone. They might as well have been in
Afghanistan. We talked to each man getting their story, asking what we could do
for them. The weekend was emotionally draining for Dorothy and I, yet we faced
none of the foreboding unknown. Dorothy and I are both convinced that their
incarceration is a miscarriage of justice that must be corrected.
I
know many of you to be patriots concerned about our country and what remains of
optimistic opportunities once realized on the rugged and untamed Western lands.
These men are political prisoners who will pay a horrible price if we do not act
on their behalf. They have been falsely accused under the guise of domestic
terrorism when in fact they were defending their right to assemble and redress
the government under 1st Amendment guarantees.
I was
shocked to discover how under-handed the authorities in charge of this case have
proceeded. Not unlike any tin pot dictator’s decree, evidence that would shed
light on the true disposition of this case has been sealed by Judge Navarra,
(selected by Harry Reid for an Obama appointment). Damning evidence that would
disclose the government’s true agenda while exposing their unjust zeal to lock
away these witnesses of the truth forever.
Charges
have been levied that would send these men to prison for life including
conspiracy against the government and criminal violence. For such alleged
crimes, the accused have been remanded without bail to prison as dangerous and
possible flight risks. Interesting that it took the government about two years
to come to that conclusion. The stand-off occurred in 2014, their incarceration
was in March of this year.
The
judge has divided the cases into three trials. The Idaho “gunmen” include, Eric
Parker, Scott Drexler, Todd Engel and Steven Stewart who are in the first tier
set for February 6, 2017. I plan to attend the trial in Las Vegas with one of
my sons. I hope that you can be there too if only for moral support.
Ammon,
Ryan and Cliven Bundy will be among those in the second trial due in May and the
rest in August.
We
hope to get a State Attorney General whose constituents are affected by this
case to open the sealed documents and bring transparency. You can help too,

Are you beginning to see a pattern here? There are two sides to every
conflict. Why is that?
Have you listened to the arguments and accusations about purported Russian

I have taught school all my life. Even as a teenager, I taught Church
School.
I've taught grade school, middle school and high school students and as a
TA in college I have taught adults, too. One of the things that teaching forces
you to do, is to learn.
Ironically, you can't teach anyone else anything without learning things
yourself. You are just learning different things than your students.
They are learning to spell or to write coherent sentences or unravel the
meaning of statistics or discovering the evidence of electrical current or
learning the names of stars.
You are learning how people think and how they react to new information and
being tasked to answer questions nobody in your text books bothered to
answer.
On Friday December 9th, Stewart Rhodes and I jumped in my Radio van and headed for Ogden Utah for a one day meeting of leaders in northern Utah. We had people from Utah, Wyoming and from as far away as California attend the 4 hour meeting and many met for dinner afterward. I must say that I really enjoyed the trip, especially being able to visit with Stewart one on one for about 24 hours of driving.
Of course many of you know that my focus in Oath Keepers is communications, and Stewart asked me to outline for you what we are recommending for gear, and training, and kind of an operational roadmap for your local groups.
I can only tell you what works for us. I live outside of Eureka Montana about 20 miles from Stewart. North Lincoln county is a wonderful place to call home. My wife and I raised and homeschooled 8 children here, and I was a logger for 26 years here and in 4 other states including Alaska. But Eureka is where we love to be.
Here we have helped to build a rather large Amateur radio community. We have about 100 people who are monitoring our network, pretty much 24/7 / 365. We have 4 different communities within about 25 miles in the valley, and they are all tied together with radio. Some of those are ham radio operators, some have a GMRS license, and some refuse to get a license. All are welcome. So how do we do that? How do we tie all these people together?
On July 11th of 2016 I reported that we had 1003 subscribers to the automated mailing system for the two websites. www.annavonreitz.com and www.montanablog.us
That figure has increased by about double in just about 6 months. We now have 2002 current subscribers who are staying with it. This does not count the additional 519 people who have taken a subscription for a while and have dropped out for one reason or another, or those who's email address was not deliverable.
So it took over a year to get to roughly a thousand people, and now just a half year to get to two thousand.
Our military, like all major militaries of the world, has a long and
despicable history of using our soldiers and the "domestic population"----
anyone unlucky enough to be considered either a "United States Citizen" or a
"citizen of the United States" as guinea pigs for weapons tests and for drugs
and all sorts of other heinous invasive procedures.
The reason this is allowed to go on is that when you sign up and enter the
US military you become a MUNICIPAL CITIZEN---- a slave, literally, subject to
the whims of Congress and the DOD. So you have unknowingly given monsters
control of your body unto death, and they are free to cause your death in any
way they please---- send you into battle, let your freeze to death in quarters,
abandon you at Benghazi, inject you with horrible drug concoctions, expose you
to "spent uranium" artillery shells, Agent Orange----- whatever.
Our actual government is in tatters. It is hanging on by a ragged thread.
It exists mostly at the township and county levels and even those bulwarks are
being undermined and downplayed and "enclosed" legally by "Councils of County
Governments".
If we don't wake to hell up and tend to our own knitting---- there won't be
any knitting to tend, no Republic left. Our enemies will claim that there are
no actual American state nationals left. They will point at all the bogus paper
records and say---- all these people are United States Citizens or citizens of
the United States..... there's nobody left. All the American state nationals
are dead.....their governments, the actual sovereign states and their land
jurisdiction governments like the Wisconsin state and the Wisconsin State are no
longer populated, no longer funded, no longer staffed by anyone.
And then they will claim that everything that belonged to our grandparents
is "abandoned property without known heirs" and they will claim that they have
established "exclusive legislative jurisdiction" over us, and they will take
over and that will be that. We will be serfs serving the New World
Order----which is just a name for the Old World Order wearing new suits.
Their "new" order is nothing but feudalism imposed via legal chicanery.
What's new about that?
Al Capone's bookkeeper was a very talented and
engaging young accountant named Easy Eddie O'Hare. Easy Eddie gave us O'Hare
International Airport in Chicago, thanks to his war hero son. And he gave us
the system of accounting that he designed for Big Al, via the FBI and IRS, and
later adopted by the Government Accounting Office in 1946.
This is officially called "Double Entry Accrual
Bookkeeping" or more commonly, "keeping two sets of books".
The IRS and FBI found out about this nifty
trick accounting when they were investigating ---- and prosecuting ---- Al
Capone. They liked it so much that the "Government of the United States"
officially adopted it following the Second World War.
The concept is simple. Split the "streams of
income" into budgeted and non-budgeted categories. Then present only the
budgeted amount for public notice and discussion. People will naturally assume
that the budgeted amount is all there is and not ask about the non-budgeted
income----which becomes a giant secret slush fund.
The first income tax was called "Peter's Pence" and it was collected along
with a Confession of Sins on April 15 every year in both England and France
beginning in the early 1100's as an extra mandatory "offering" to pay for the
cost of the Crusades.
Sound familiar? A tax on income..... a confession (filing)....due on April
15....to support the cost of a war?
Cousin Bubba --- Call Out to Serious Historical
Researchers
Yes, I have groups of serious historical researchers working with
me from all over the world now, and that’s great--- but this morning we are all
being called upon to consider a question of such gravity that it requires asking
for even more help from more people, indeed, for everyone on the planet to get
involved to whatever extent is practical.
Here is what has surfaced over the past few years of prodding and
poking at the BEAST--- the Belgian Electronic Asset System. To
begin getting a handle on this, read the following reprint of a Lexology news

few days have been rife with controversy about Donald Trump, and particularly,
Donald Trump’s supposed feud with the CIA, which the Mainstream Media is busily
promoting as a Big Deal.

Controversy is state I’ve learned to live with, a badge of honor that often stings. It’s a badge the Bundy family possesses in abundance, because you stand up, you will always be attacked. My brother and I stood with the Bundy’s in 2014; we saw the truth and we felt the danger. When Oregon happened there was no question in our minds that these men and woman deserved the support of all who love liberty. Their message was pure. But much of America did not feel the same. Why?
Like many activists and prisoners, from patriots to the natives. The hate for the Bundy’s comes from lies who’s intent is to make the story of a warrior misunderstood. Our “justice” system goes to great lengths to ensure the real story does not reach the masses. This works because we don’t really want to know how bad it is. That’s why it’s important to share a story no matter how you feel about a person. Watch it and make sure others do the same, sending it to those who know and to those who do not.
People often say, there’s nothing we can do. But I do something every day and if you will set aside differences and do something with me, we will set this nation free.
Today more bogus claims from Keith Livingway and "The United States of
America" organization (being run out of Post Office boxes in Costa Rica) have
surfaced. In addition to the counterfeit legal tender being issued by these
hucksters and other outrageous acts aimed at attempted constructive fraud
against us, they have issued a commercial claim alleging that birthright
citizenship exists only in the District of Columbia and not the actual sovereign
states.
And guess what? They are actually right about that---- "birthright
citizenship" equals "hereditary serfdom" --- and what would the free and
sovereign states of America be doing practicing hereditary serfdom?
I am very happy to report that Frank O’Collins is not dead and not
really missing, either. He is continuing his work, which is good
news for all honest people. The publication of my last article
about the Reign of Heaven Society and “The United States of America” caused some
jingling and jangling of the grapevine between us. I renew my hope
to meet Frank in the flesh someday.
Based on additional new information, Frank O’Collins never
completed his studies with the Jesuits and did not accept a position with the
Vatican. My sources were confusing our Frank O’Collins with
another older O’Collins ---- also a very serious scholar --- who left the
priesthood and the Jesuit Order some years ago.
All that is good to get cleared up and on the record and corrected,
but the real “rest of the story” as Paul Harvey used to say, is that the Reign
of Heaven Society has nothing whatsoever to do with Frank O’Collins, is not his
brainchild, and is in fact plagiarism and bastardization of his work by……Keith
Livingway.
That’s right. The same man who thinks
that you can buy and sell trustee offices and who pretends to run something
called “The United States of America” out of post office boxes in Costa Rica,
has plagiarized and twisted O’Collins’ work to create his own spin off
organization and deceitfully marketed it “as if” it was associated with
O’Collins and his vision of Ucadia.
This gross disrespect and misuse of O’Collin’s intellectual
property is a travesty of the first order. So now we know and we
know who is responsible.
Let’s do a quick fact check against the deceptions promoted by
Keith Livingway:

Most things that sound too good to be true are too good to be true and to the
extent that we naively believe them we are disappointed and oftentimes
endangered by our own hopes-- because such hopes keep us waiting for someone or
something beyond ourselves to come save us, change things, and make things
better.
For many years now there has been talk and rumors of NESARA
being enacted "secretly" and even at gunpoint.
My Mother worked with and
for General Schwesinger. I was young, but I remember the major points. They

I am a Hapsburg and a von Mecklenburg and a von Strelitz and Grimaldi and von Liechtenstein and many other "bloodlines" run in my veins, but as with all things, we all have free will. If you bother to look you will learn that I am connected by blood to all the ruling families of Europe and that my particular bloodlines go back to very ancient times.

The Reign of Heaven Society was founded by Frank
O’Collins, a Jesuit priest who was also a scion of the Collins Bloodline
Illuminati. He denounced the Roman Catholic Church as the “Roman
Cult” and left a very privileged position in the Vatican as a result of his own
research into the history and law and politics of the Church.
Frank was, and perhaps is----he vanished some time ago and nobody
knows where he is, whether he is alive or dead----one of the most brilliant
scholars of this or any other generation, and certainly one of the most generous
and courageous in sharing his knowledge. He ferreted out
information that makes Edward Snowden’s revelations pale by comparison and
shared it on his websites.
He systematically exposed the corruption and the self-interested
venal practices of the Roman Catholic Church as opposed to the Universal
Catholic Church, and explained in detail the odd hybrid that the Roman Catholic
Church became under Constantine and the editing pen of St. Jerome.
The Roman Catholic Church is in fact an amalgamation of both
Christian and pagan Satanic practices of the Ancient Sumerians, and uses both
The Truth and The Lie to gain and retain and exercise power. Thus, like the
society it spawns, the Roman Catholic Church is an institution at perpetual war.
Not only was I born and raised in America (Wisconsin), my
Father was born and raised in Illinois. Any attempt to misrepresent or
mischaracterize me as a foreigner or a citizen or agent of any foreign country
is nothing but a Big, Fat Lie.
The words “United States of America” are not protected by any
copyright or trademark, so any fool can claim to be or to represent the “United
States of America”--- and that is what this group of expatriates in Costa Rica
is attempting to do.
They are also attempting to allege that “Postmaster General” is
equivalent to “United States Post Master”--- which just isn’t so, either.
These people might be well-intentioned, but they are
ignorant as Pat’s Pig and none too careful about telling the truth or checking
the facts before blowing off their mouths and misleading others.
There are now --by my count-- four (4) different organizations
claiming to be the federal government owed to the people of the United States
and none of them are real. Not one.
There’s the “Republic for the united States of America” (RuSA)
which is claiming to be the federal government. There’s “The United States of
America” from Costa Rica claiming to be the federal government. There’s the
“Unity States of America” from Colorado claiming to be the federal government.
And last but not least, there is “The New Republic”--- a French-sponsored group
that I call “Le Neu Republique”.
Are any of these groups the actual legitimate government?
Today is the yearly feast of Saint Nicholas, Bishop and Confessor, and Cannonized Saint of the Catholic Church.
Here is a little history about the real Santa from the "New Roman Missal by the Reverend Fr. F. X. Lasance 1937. December 6th. St. Nicholas Archbishop of Myra in Asia Minor, from the childlike innocence of his own life, and his devout care for the young, is looked upon as the patron of children. He died in the middle of the Fourth Century, and seven hundred years later his holy relics were translated to Bari in Italy. Because of the power he exercised over flames, we pray that through his intercession we may be preserved from the flames of hell. He is remembered for the money which he threw in a window that three young girls might have a dowry for their marriage. Because of this gift his name has become associated with giving and children thank Santa Claus (or St. Nicholas) for their presents at Christmastime.

Few saints enjoy such great popularity and few are credited with so many miracles. Sts. John Chrysostom, Peter Damian, and Bonaventure have vied in eloquence with one another in telling of the merits and the goodness of Saint Nicholas. Born at Patara in Lycia, he visited the Thebaid, ruled the great monastery, was imprisoned for a time for his faith, and ended his life as archbishop of Myra. It is doubtless the story of his restoring life to the children put in the salting tub which caused him to become the patron and the annual benefactor of school children. St. Bonaventure tells the story in a sermon. St. Nicholas was, it seems, on his way to the Council of Nicaea, when he entered an inn whose owner, not content with having killed two young boys for the sake of their meagre purse, had cut them up and was about to sell them piecemeal to his clients. of states created by The Articles of Confederation (1781) was destroyed by
operation of law in 1860. There is no union of sovereign states
and hasn’t been since 1860, except for the undefeated union formed by the
Confederate States of America.
There is no federation of sovereign states operating as The United
States of America. No such federal government.
I can

Various
alternative news sites are filled to overflowing with news about a new “US
currency” being released. The gullibility of some parties and
especially some of those who are eagerly spreading information (along with
disinformation and every rumor imaginable) never ceases to amaze me.
Please
understand and grasp the fact that the words “United States of America” are not
protected property. They are not copyrighted and not
patented. As a result there are now over 350 different entities
calling themselves some version of “United States” or “United States of
America”. They are a mish-mash of patriotic organizations and
fraud schemes.
The one
responsible for this latest bit of nonsense is calling itself “The United States
of America” (as opposed to “the United States of America”, etc.) and is run out
of Costa Rica by Frank O’Collins and Keith Livingway. If you look
at the tag line on this announcement you will see that it is issued by “Reign of
Heaven”--- a cultish organization based on the historical and religious
researches of Frank O’Collins.
Back in
the 1980’s Keith Livingway discovered that something was wrong and caught onto
the ending of the bankruptcy of “the United States of America, Inc.” and
basically, he went to the bankruptcy sale and bought the office of “Postmaster
General” via a claim on abandonment. This is the same as buying a
brand name, like “Twinkies”.
Like many others, Keith made the mistake of thinking the
governmental services corporation was the actual government and he has clung
ever since to his belief that he “captured” the lawful office of United States
Post Master (Ben Franklin’s office) via his action. A quick glance
at the actual title dispenses with this claim. Keith claims to be
the Postmaster General--- this is a corporate office that never existed prior to
the Civil War. In other words, it is another deceptively similarly
named corporate office and never represented any actual office in any sovereign
government and certainly not the Office of the Post Master entrusted to act as
the Trustee of our country’s land jurisdiction---which is the office Keith
claims to hold by these dubious means.

been a deliberate effort to confuse things via many different “deceptively
similar names” deceits. Here are a few examples:
“the United States” sounds just the same as “The United States” but these
are completely separate and different entities. “Economic
Stabilization Fund” abbreviated “ESF” sounds similar to “Economic Security Fund”
also abbreviated “ESF”. “Hawaii” sounds the same as “HAWAII”….
The word “employee” popularly means someone who works for somebody
else, except that on government documents it is arbitrarily defined (by act of
Congress) to specifically mean a federal government worker or volunteer….. The
word “person” in common popular usage means one of us, a living being, but in
Federal-ese it is arbitrarily defined to mean “corporation”.

As I have stated in previous articles, the blatant criminality of the establishment has been openly exposed via WikiLeaks, Project Veritas and other new media outlets. This same criminality that was uncovered by these great news sources is commonplace out West, as it seems to me that whether by decree, a rigged court system or overwhelming force, the Federal Government “always seems to get their land.”
Dung beetles are fascinating creatures. They collect
feces over the course of their entire lifetime, and carry it around in a big,
ever-expanding sack on their backs. If any bird eats a dung
beetle, they are in for an unpleasant surprise.
There are human dung beetles among us--- people, who, for whatever
reasons, carry around every injustice and slight and misfortune that occurs to
them in a big invisible sack on their backs. Some even go so far
as to reach back in history for injustices and injuries and losses that were
suffered by their great-great-great…..grandfathers.
Notwithstanding the rioters in the streets of major American cities who are attempting to create the chaotic conditions for a neo-Bolshevik take-over of the United States through a “purple color revolution” of the George Soros/Gene Sharp pattern, tens of millions of Americans are provisionally pleased with the election of Donald Trump to the Presidency. Only “provisionally pleased”, though, because even among his most ardent supporters no one can be certain of what he actually intends to do, or will in fact do, once he has been inaugurated.
The most important duty of any and every President is to fulfill the “Oath or Affirmation” that he “do[es] solemnly swear (or affirm) that [he] will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of [his] Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”. U.S. Const. art. II, § 1, cl. 7. To this end, he must rigorously perform his constitutional duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”, the Constitution being first and foremost among those “Laws”. U.S. Const. art. II, § 3. On his official website, Mr. Trump assures us that he will champion what he describes as “Second Amendment Rights”. Unfortunately, a careful reading of this declaration demonstrates deficiencies in his understanding of those “Rights” and their proper applications.
Each year at this time school children all over America are taught the official Thanksgiving story, and newspapers, radio, TV, and magazines devote vast amounts of time and space to it. It is all very colorful and fascinating.
It is also very deceiving. This official story is nothing like what really happened. It is a fairy tale, a whitewashed and sanitized collection of half-truths which divert attention away from Thanksgiving's real meaning.
Today I read a story by Jon Rappoport, one of the few journalists left
alive in the world. In it he described a meeting between President-Elect Trump
and the major media Talking Heads and Svengalis in which Trump openly called
them liars.
Well, they are liars. Might as well say so, right?
They lie about everything that it is possible to lie about, to the
detriment of this country and the world. They pass off their narrow opinions as
fact. They routinely misrepresent what is actually going on. They pander to
politicians and manipulate voters to the extent that they can. They violate---
with aplomb and arrogance -- every existing known standard of journalistic honor
and professionalism.
Mainstream Media in America is 90% owned by six foreign multinational media
conglomerates and we have allowed this to go on.
What country in its right mind allows its media to be owned by
foreigners?
When there is an argument about money, don't try to make it into an
argument about morals. Reply in kind.
Some corrupt federated and incorporated fake "county governments" have seen
a way to line their pockets with money from pipeline company and oil company
profits. So they cut a deal allowing these corporations to put a pipeline
through.
The problem for these corrupt "county" organizations is that they are just
franchises (like Dairy Queen franchises) of parent corporations in the
governmental services business. They don't actually have anything to say about
it if the people form their own unincorporated land jurisdiction country
assembly and say otherwise.
We dealt with this same problem in Nebraska, but did it intelligently.
Please
spread this around far and wide on social media, and to all your people. If you
are in one of the states that went for Trump, please check the leftist target
state lists, but even if your state is not listed, be prepared to protect your
electors in case it becomes a targeted state. Don't put anything past the
terrorists who seek to STILL find a way to steal this election, this time
through naked coercion and force against the Electors.
We do need
to stay cool and otherwise give them plenty of rope to hang themselves, but this
is a serious threat that we must address. We have no option of "sitting this
one out." And we simply cannot leave this to the police. We have seen, in the
past, people under direct death threats go unprotected by police even after they
have directly requested protection.
We saw that most recently with a
black Republican woman candidate in Maryland. Even after direct death threats
by radical Muslims, all she could get from her local PD was token increased
frequency of patrol car drive by's of her house.
And, wherever
there is civil unrest, the police will be even less able to provide any real
protection.
In addition to being prepared to help any Electors
who contact us, we also need to be proactive about keeping watch over them when
and where they gather on December 19.
Don't presume that the Marxist
radicals will not actually kill some Electors in the hopes of terrorizing the
others into doing their will. We are through the looking glass here. And they
are both desperate and deranged.

It is incredibly important that if they do form up/task a security team,
they MUST inform local police so the local cops know who they are and what they
are doing. That's not asking for
permission, but it is being courteous and professional, and is in
everyone's interest. Most of our guys should know that, but please pass it on
anyway. I will also make that clearer in the call
to action. We want to avoid any chance of an accidental "blue on blue"
with local police.
The Living Law Firm is a loose
association of researchers and non-Bar attorneys and retired judges who are
working pretty much around the clock to put an end to the corruption of our

Just as I
wrote in my last article about President-Elect Trump in which I pointed out the
need to adjust our thinking about the office of the President and learn to think
of ourselves as consumers of government services buying them from a company
headed by a CEO called “President of the United States”---- we need to start
thinking of ourselves as inheritors of America and its traditions.
There is
an understandable tendency to claw back to the roots of the Republic to try to
find our way forward. Necessary as it is to do all this historical
research so that we have a clear view of the past as we move forward, it can get
in our way if we focus too much on what happened then and not enough on what can
and should happen now.
We have
important, basic, guiding precepts: self-governance, equality,
private property rights, self-respect, brotherhood, duty to God and country,
responsibility for ourselves and for the welfare of others, the supreme value
and uniqueness of each living man and woman.
These are
our inheritance, both from our Judeo-Christian history and from our Founding
Fathers.
We are
not taught to value our rights as possessions, but in Law and in fact, our
rights are our most valuable and sacred possessions without which we can have
and can aspire to no others. This is why the Preamble to the
Constitution comes first and foremost and is in fact the most valuable part of
the contract established between the British King and his subjects and the
American People.
Normal is coming unhinged. For the last eight years it has been possible for most people (at least in the relatively privileged classes) to believe that society is sound, that the system, though creaky, basically works, and that the progressive deterioration of everything from ecology to economy is a temporary deviation from the evolutionary imperative of progress.
A Clinton Presidency would have offered four more years of that pretense. A woman President following a black President would have meant to many that things are getting better. It would have obscured the reality of continued neoliberal economics, imperial wars, and resource extraction behind a veil of faux-progressive feminism. Now that we have, in the words of my friend Kelly Brogan, rejected a wolf in sheep’s clothing in favor of a wolf in wolf’s clothing, that illusion will be impossible to maintain.
