International Public Notice: Notice to Federal Agents and Agencies

As presented recently, the foreign Federal Subcontractors operating under The Constitution of the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States have been very remiss in their duties and have since the 1930s hired hundreds of subcontractors known as Federal Agencies to do their work for them. 

Instead of putting these Agencies and their Personnel on their own payroll and paying themselves for all this extra help, these Territorial and Municipal parent corporations have charged all these additional services for themselves against their contracts with our Government without our permission and without our knowledge and without presenting us with a single bill or accounting--- leaving us to think that they were paying for all these extra people to do their work for them out of their own receipts.  

Instead, they have been illegally, unlawfully, and immorally accessing our credit and charging all this largesse of "government" to us. 

As a result, we have had more than 350 Federal Agencies ram-rodding around pretending to have authorities re-delegated to them by our Federal Subcontractors, being paid using our assets and credit, which has resulted in the Federal Subcontractors misdirecting these so-called Federal Agencies to do things that are harmful to us, but profitable to the parent corporations.  

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and its grotesque malfeasance and fraud regarding nicotine and the NIH (National Institutes of Health) regarding the recent so-called pandemic, were used as examples of Federal Agencies (that is, subcontractors of Federal Territorial and Municipal Corporations that are themselves Subcontractors of ours)  operating against the Public Good and Public Interest, but nonetheless purloining their paychecks and merely presumed authorities -- ultimately, from us. 

The promulgation of all these Federal Agencies began in the years immediately following the so-called Civil War, and rose to a crescendo during the Administration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. 

We never agreed to pay for all this extra Hired Help for our Hired Help, and are serving Notice that we will not pay for any services of any Federal Agencies that don't serve the Public Good, nor will we support the paychecks, benefits, and pensions of any Agency Personnel who refuse to take the required Oath (or Affirmation) owed by our Public Employees: 

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service (citizens of the United States) or uniformed services (U.S. Citizens), shall take the following oath:

 “I, (Name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” 

This section does not affect other oaths required by law. (Pub. L. 89–554, Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 424.)

This is both a Public Law and a Federal Statute. 

 

All Public Employees, including Agency contractors, are required to know and accept the responsibility of a public paycheck, which includes taking this Oath.  

The Constitution referenced is the Municipal United States Constitution, but all Constitutions must conform to the Federal Constitution issued in 1787 as amended and as ratified by our States.

Only amendments ratified by our States are enforceable as Law; any other amendments passed as By-Law Amendments or unratified Administrative Policies are peculiar to the foreign service providers and their personnel only.

The concept of "re-delegation" of enumerated powers and representational capacities has repeatedly been considered by the United States Supreme Court as recently as last year and found wanting.  Members of Congress have been repeatedly told that no, they cannot delegate away their legislative powers and re-delegate their legislative powers to Agencies. 

The power of Agencies to create and enforce Administrative Code is strictly limited to their own internal operations and to their own personnel, and cannot be foisted off as "Law" on the Public at Large.  

This same issue of "re-delegation" applies in many aspects of government services incorrectly structured as public-private partnerships, such as the relationship of the Territorial and Municipal parent corporations with the Internal Revenue Service/IRS and the Social Security Administration/SSA, which are privately owned for-profit subcontractors trading upon and operating under color of law "as if" they were actually part of the Federal Government and as if their Agents were imbued with authority under our Delegated Powers.  

They are not.  

As an example of how these private organizations have purloined public power, we have examined the Internal Revenue Service/IRS --- which claims to have power and authority vested in it by the unratified Sixteenth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America.  

As already noted, an "Amendment" that is not ratified by our States has no force of Public Law impacting the General Public of this country and can only pertain to the service provider and their personnel adopting such a measure.  

The Sixteenth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America was never ratified by our States and never passed into any form of Public Law.  In essence, it provides for a "kickback tax" to be paid by Federal Employees and their dependents as tax on the privilege of public employment.  

This is an instance of our Federal Subcontractors playing dirty with their own Employees, and then foisting this off on the General Public, using the False Registration and impersonation scheme that we have detailed elsewhere, enabling them to "mistake" members of the General Public of this country as Federal Employees and Dependents.  

This has promoted charging us for the vast unauthorized expenses of these so-called Federal Agencies and using these Agencies to harass innocent Americans under color of law, to illegally confiscate the value of their labor and their physical assets and to terrorize them with loss of their good reputations and the enforcement of illegal bills of attainder against them-- resulting in shame and jail time for people who never owed the Federal Corporations a dime.  

This one so-called "public-private partnership" alone, between the Internal Revenue Service and IRS and the Territorial and Municipal parent corporations operating as our service providers, has resulted in literally trillions of dollars of damage to our overall population and the economy of this country. 

None of this was ever authorized by our Government under our Delegated Powers and is about as "Federal" as the Federal Reserve, another glaring instance of malfeasance and misadministration by our foreign governmental services providers and their vendors. 

It is worth noting that the Internal Revenue Service/IRS has no enforcement powers of its own, and instead, illegally "borrows" enforcement powers from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) ---and uses constructive and purposeful fraud to do so. 

Having created and operated foreign Legal Fiction Persons named after American babies, the same fraud artists have made up entire life narratives for these fictional characters, all involving the interstate (international) manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms -- they then present these False Narratives wherein the identically named Legal Fictions are engaged in things like running rum distilleries in Barbados, to the BATF officers, who then assist the IRS in collecting the purported taxes owed by these Legal Fictions from the totally clueless Americans they are named after.  

This is a force of arms racketeering and international money laundering scheme promoted by private subcontractors of the Territorial and Municipal Corporations responsible, and it has been used to Terrorize innocent Americans for over a hundred years. 

Most recently, Joe Biden accessed our credit illegally and without any valid authority, to hire 87,000 more IRS Agents to harass and terrify Americans who aren't Federal Employees, and who aren't aware of ever having adopted any Federal citizenship obligations. 

Thanks to the unconscionable nature of the birth registrations obtained without disclosure to the parents of the victims, and the age of the victims themselves, these purported contracts have been the fraudulent basis of this impersonation and racketeering scheme, the foreign money laundering, the financial terrorism, the accusations of "tax evasion" and tax debts -- all purportedly owed by people who are actually the creditors and employers of the scum responsible for this situation.    

The responsibility for the performance, misdirection, abuses, and ignorance overall of these Federal Agencies and Federal Agents, remains the liability of the Territorial and Municipal service providers, who have self-interestedly let these Agencies run roughshod over their own Employers, to misrepresent their Employers, and to mischaracterize and impersonate their Employers in the name of their own corporate profit.  

These "errors" and omissions have not yet been satisfactorily corrected and resolved here in The United States nor in the various occupied Territories and Municipal enclaves abroad. 

For starters, we wish for all 87,000 new IRS hires made by the Biden Administration to receive pink slips --- Notices of Termination of Employment.    

We won't pay to harass and terrorize ourselves anymore, and there is no imaginable need for such a mammoth workforce to collect employee payroll taxes from people who are legitimate federal employees.  

All Federal Agencies are hereby put on Notice of the nature of their employment and limitations of their roles and authorities as mere vendors to our Territorial and Municipal Subcontractors and nothing more.  

Agencies cannot exercise re-delegated powers of any kind.  

Agencies cannot continue to misaddress members of the American General Public as if we were Federal Dual Citizens. 

All Courts and For-Hire Jurists are hereby fully informed that they cannot rely upon and should not give credence to contractual obligations presumed to exist on the basis of undisclosed and unconscionable birth registrations and the subsequent creation of Municipal franchise PERSONS, nor can they rely upon the purported "life-narratives" of fictional Legal Persons provided by Federal Agencies including the Internal Revenue Service/IRS, BATF, FEMA, SSA, etc. 

When living people show up in the foreign courts of Admiralty and Maritime Commerce and tell you that they have the only survivorship interest in these Legal Fictions named as Defendants or as DEFENDANTS and they bring forward foreign Birth Certificates as evidence of the crimes committed against them by these shameless and treasonous human traffickers -- believe it and Cease and Desist from continuing to misaddress these Americans. They are the victims of crime, not the promoters of it.  

These Americans are in fact the Employers and Creditors of the recklessly mismanaged and criminally misdirected Territorial and Municipal Corporations and their Federal Agencies.  

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.

The Church's Year

The Introit of this day's Mass, which begins with the word Oculi, is the prayer of a soul imploring deliverance from the snares of the devil:

INTROIT My eyes are ever towards the Lord: for he shall pluck my feet out of the snare: look thou upon me, and have mercy on me, for I am alone and poor. To thee, O Lord, have I lifted up my soul: in thee, O my God, I put my trust: let me not be ashamed. (Fs. XXIV.) Glory be to the Father, etc.

COLLECT  We beseech Thee, Almighty God, regard the desires of the humble, and stretch forth the right hand of Thy majesty to be our defense. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, etc.

EPISTLE (Ephes. V. 1-9.) Brethren, be ye followers of God, as most dear children; and walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath delivered himself for us, an oblation and a sacrifice to God, for an odor of sweetness. But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not so much as be named among you, as becometh saints; nor obscenity, nor foolish talking, nor scurrility, which is to no purpose; but rather giving of thanks: for know ye this, and understand, that no fornicator, nor unclean, nor covetous person, which is a serving of idols, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words; for because of these things cometh the anger of God upon the children of unbelief. Be ye not therefore partakers with them. EXPLANATION The apostle requires us to imitate God, as good children imitate their father in well-doing and in well-wishing; besides he declares that all covetousness, fornication, all disgraceful talk and equivocal jokes should be banished from Christian meetings, even that such things should not be so much as mentioned among us; because these vices unfailingly deprive us of heaven. He admonishes us not to let ourselves be deceived by the seducing words of those who seek to make these vices appear small, nothing more than pardonable human weaknesses; those who speak thus are the children of darkness and of the devil, they bring down the wrath of God upon themselves, and all who assent to their words. A Christian, a child of light, that is, of faith, should regard as a sin that which faith and conscience tell him is such, and must live according to their precepts and not by false judgment of the wicked. Should any one seek to lead you away, ask yourself, my Christian soul, whether you would dare appear with such a deed before the judgment-seat of God. Listen to the voice of your conscience, and let it decide, whether that which you are expected to do is good or bad, lawful or unlawful.

ASPIRATION  Place Thy fear, O God, before my mouth, that I may utter no vain, careless, much less improper and scandalous words, which may be the occasion of sin to my neighbor. Strengthen me, that I may not be deceived by flattering words, and become faithless to Thee.

GOSPEL (Luke XI. 14.-28.) At that time, Jesus was casting out a devil, and the same was dumb. And when he had cast out the devil, the dumb spoke, and the multitudes were in admiration at it. But some of them said: He casteth out devils by Beelzebub the prince of devils. And others tempting, asked of him a sign from heaven. But he seeing their thoughts, said to them: Every kingdom divided against itself shall be brought to desolation, and house upon house shall fall. And if Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because you say, that through Beelzebub I cast out devils. Now if I cast out devils by Beelzebub, by whom do your children cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. But if I by the finger of God cast out devils, doubtless the kingdom of God is come upon you. When a strong man armed keepeth his court, those things which he possesseth are in peace; but if a stronger than he come upon him, and overcome him, he will take away all his armor wherein he trusted, and will distribute his spoils. He that is not with me, is against me; and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth. When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through places without water, seeking rest; and not finding, he saith, I will return into my house whence I came out: and when he is come, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then he goeth, and taketh with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and entering in they dwell there. And the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. And it came to pass, as he spoke these things, a certain woman from the crowd, lifting up her voice, said to him: Blessed is the womb that bore thee, and the paps that gave thee suck. But he said: Yea rather blessed are they who hear the word of God, and keep it.

Can a man be really possessed of a devil?

It is the doctrine of the Catholic Church that the evil spirit most perniciously influences man in a twofold manner: by enticing his soul to sin, and then influencing his body which he often entirely or partially possesses, manifesting himself by madness, convulsions, insanity, etc. Many texts of Scripture, and the writings of the Fathers speak of this possession. St. Cyprian writes: "We can expel the swarms of impure spirits, who for the ruin of the soul, enter into the bodies of men, and we can compel them to acknowledge their presence, by the force of powerful words." Possession takes place by the permission of God either for trial or as a punishment for sin committed, (I. Cor. V. 5.) and the Church from her Head, Jesus, who expelled so many devils, has received the power of casting them out as He did. (Mark XVI. 17.; Acts V. 16., VIII. 6. 7., XVI. 18. &c.) She however warns her ministers, the priests, who by their ordination have received the power to expel the evil spirits, to distinguish carefully between possession and natural sickness, that they may not be deceived, (Rit. ROM. §. 3. §. 5-10.) and the faithful should guard against looking upon every unusual, unhealthy appearance as an influence of Satan, and should give no ear to impostors, but in order not to be deceived, should turn to an experienced physician or to their pastor.

What is understood by a dumb devil?

The literal meaning of this is the evil enemy, who some times so torments those whom he possesses that they lose the power of speech; in a spiritual sense, we may understand it to mean the shame which the devil takes away from the sinner, when he commits the sin, but gives back again, as false shame, before confession, so that the sinner conceals the sin, and thereby falls deeper.

How does Christ still cast out dumb devils?

By His grace with which He inwardly enlightens the sinner, so that he becomes keenly aware that the sins which he has concealed in confession, will one day be known to the whole world, and thus encourages him to overcome his false shame. - "Be not ashamed to confess to one man," says St. Augustine, "that which you were not ashamed to do with one, perhaps, with many." Consider these words of the same saint: "Sincere confession subdues vice, conquers the evil one, shuts the door of hell, and opens the gates of paradise."

How did Christ prove, that He did not cast out devils by Beelzebub?

By showing that the kingdom of Satan could not stand, if one evil spirit were cast out by another; that they thus reproached their own sons who also cast out devils, and had not been accused of doing so by power from Beelzebub; by His own life and works which were in direct opposition to the devil, and by which the devil's works were destroyed. - There is no better defense against calumny than an innocent life, and those who are slandered, find no better consolation than the thought of Christ who, notwithstanding His sanctity and His miracles, was not secure against calumniation.

What is meant by the finger of God?

The power of God, by which Christ expelled the evil spirits, proved himself God, and the promised Redeemer.

Who is the strong man armed?

The evil one is so called, because he still retains the power and intellect of the angels, and, practiced by long experience, seeks in different ways to injure man if God permits.

How is the devil armed?

With the evil desires of men, with the perishable riches, honors, and pleasures of this world, with which he entices us to evil, deceives us, and casts us into eternal fire.

Who is the stronger one who took away the devil's armor?

Christ the Lord who came into this world that He might destroy the works and the kingdom of the devil, to expel the prince of darkness, (John XII. 31.) and to redeem us. from his power. "The devil," says St. Anthony, "is like a dragon caught by the Lord with the fishing-hook of the cross, tied with a halter like a beast of burden, chained like a fugitive slave, and his lips pierced through with a ring, so that he may not devour any of the faithful. Now he sighs, like a miserable sparrow, caught by Christ and turned to derision, and thrown under the feet of the Christians. He who flattered himself that he would possess the whole orbit of the earth, behold, he has to yield!"

Why does Christ say: He who is not with me, is against me?

These words were intended in the first place for the Pharisees who did not acknowledge Christ as the Messiah, would not fight with Him against Satan's power, but rather held the people back from reaching unity of faith and love of Christ. Like the Pharisees, all heretical teachers who, by their false doctrines, draw the faithful from communion with Christ and His Church, are similar to the devil, the father of heresy and lies. May all those, therefore, who think they can serve Christ and the world at the same time, consider that between truth and falsehood, between Christ and the world, there is no middle path; that Christ requires decision, either with Him, or against Him , either eternal happiness with Him, or without Him, everlasting misery.

Who are understood by the dry places through which the evil spirit wanders and finds no rest?

"The dry places without water," says St. Gregory, "are the hearts of the just, who by the force of penance have drained the dampness of carnal desires." In such places the evil -one indeed finds no rest, because there his malice finds no sympathy, and his wicked will no satisfaction.

Why does the evil spirit say: I will return into my house?

Because he is only contented there where he is welcomed and received: those who have purified their heart by confession, and driven Satan from it, but labor not to amend, again lose the grace of the Sacraments by sin, and thus void of virtue and grace, offer a beautiful and pleasant dwelling to the devil.

Why is it said: The last state becomes worse than the first?

Because a relapse generally draws more sins with it, and so it is said: the devil will return with seven other spirits more wicked than himself, by which may be understood the seven deadly sins, because after a relapse into sin conversion to God becomes more difficult, as a repeated return of the same sickness makes it harder to regain health; because by repetition sin easily becomes a habit and renders conversion almost impossible; because repeated relapses are followed by blindness of intellect, hardness of heart, and in the end eternal damnation.

Why did the woman lift up her voice?

This was by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost to shame the Pharisees who, blinded by pride, neither professed nor acknowledged the divinity of Christ, whilst this humble woman not only confessed Jesus as God, but praised her who carried Him, whom heaven and earth cannot contain. Consider the great dignity of the Blessed Virgin, Mother of the Son of God, and hear her praises from the holy Fathers. St. Cyril thus salutes her: "Praise to thee, Blessed Mother of God: for thou art virginity itself, the sceptre of the true faith!" and St. Chrysostom: "Hail, O Mother, the throne, the glory, the heaven of the Church!" St. Ephrem: "Hail, only hope of the Fathers, herald of the apostles, glory of the martyrs, joy of the saints, and crown of the virgins, because of thy vast glory, and inaccessible light!"

Why did Christ call those happy who hear the word of God and keep it?

Because, as has been already said, it is not enough for salvation to hear the word of God, but it must also be practiced. Because Mary, the tender Mother of Jesus, did this most perfectly, Christ terms her more happy in it, than in having conceived, borne, and nursed Him.

SUPPLICATION O Lord Jesus! true Light of the world, enlighten the eyes of my soul, that I may never be induced by the evil one to conceal a sin, through false shame, in the confessional, that on the day of general judgment my sibs may not be published to the whole world. Strengthen me, O Jesus, that I may resist the arms of the devil by a penitent life, and especially by scorning the fear of man and worldly considerations, and guard against lapsing into sin, that I may not be lost, but through Thy merits maybe delivered from, all dangers and obtain heaven

International Public Notice: About "January 6th" Final Copy

The January 6th so-called "Protestors" are owed the District Courts of the United States, not the United States District Court.  

We have already told everyone how to completely kerflummox the whole "January 6th Narrative" and the violent foreign court actions enforcing it.  

First, everyone misaddressed needs to claim Fraud Upon the Courts. 

Second, everyone needs to claim the survivorship interest in the Estate named after them. 

Third, they need to make it clear that they are not corporations and not representing any corporations. 

Fourth, they need to claim that the Prosecutors have "erred" and made False Presumptions based on unconscionable contracts, serving to impersonate the victims of this political narrative as insurrectionists. 

Fifth, they need to "remove" all the cases from the United States District Courts to the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia. 

Sixth, upon receiving their Case Number from the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia, they need to claim the Saving to Suitors Clause of the Judiciary Act --- as our own Courts are competent to rule on the nature and identity of the Defendants and can also determine the meaning of "insurrection" as it applies or fails to apply to the events of January 6th --- and let our own Courts decide the issue and inform the District Courts. 

We have superior general jurisdiction in all cases wherein American Common Law is competent to render a decision -- that means everything but cases under Admiralty Law and Maritime Commerce. 

Obviously, what happened on January 6th doesn't actually involve sailors or transport, sale, or manufacture of anything on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways, and no "interstate commerce" at all. 

The January 6th cases and their prosecution all depend upon: (1) impersonating the victims; (2) impersonating our government and its intended subcontractors; (3) invoking foreign law; (4) using foreign courts to enforce and prosecute the victims; (5) fraud. 

We all have the means to up-end that whole artificially constructed scenario, and we should. 

The Brits and Papists have been getting away with this "dance me around again" fraud upon the courts for way too long.  And it is fraud upon the courts by the Prosecutors. 

Those Prosecutors know that they are prosecuting peaceable Americans for the "crime" of speaking their minds and visiting their own Federal Capitol and poking around in buildings and visiting sites that actually and literally belong to them.  

Those Prosecutors deserve to have their Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds handed to them,  because they are knowingly impersonating those Americans and knowingly promoting a fraud upon the court by introducing charges against foreign "persons" under foreign laws that don't apply to the people they have in custody. 

Even though these "offenses" occurred within the District of Columbia and within the confines of the City of Washington, DC, the presumption of a valid Municipal Government operating as an independent international city-state under its own foreign Municipal Code is a bridge too far.

Such an entity was never envisioned nor intended nor allowed by the Use Permits and agreements settling the District of Columbia, nor was this the object and purpose of the plenary oligarchy established by Article 1, Clause 17 of the Federal Constitutions, and finally, the present day Municipal Congress was not the body intended to exercise Article 1, Clause 17.  

That trust and honor was intended for and vouchsafed to the American Subcontractors operating under The Constitution for the united States of America.  

The situation requires both a Constitutional Challenge and a jurisdictional change for the victims of this travesty.

It's simple enough to do, and could be done with a tiny, tiny fraction of the effort and money that has been expended on these proceedings and all the unreasonable, cruel, and unusual punishment that has been the hallmark of these proceedings since the very first arrest.  

We could bring suit in the Public Interest against the Municipal Government of Washington, DC and its Board of Directors, and prove that their Municipal Corporation has been in violation of the Constitutional limits and intent since inception. 

And, under cross-examination, we can even prove that they have had Good Cause to know that they are operating in violation of their charters and service contracts, resulting in treason against the actual American Government.    

While they are busily using guile and impersonation and fraud to unlawfully, illegally, and immorally trespass against these innocent Americans, we have the goods to hang them all for treason.  That's what makes Nancy Pelosi so nervous-- not any threat from the people who came to the January 6th rally. 

It's easy to prove that this particular referenced city-state Municipal entity co-exists with the City of Washington, DC, which is the actual object of Article 1, Clause 17. 

It's the City of Washington, DC, which is protected against insurrection, not a foreign Municipal Corporation or any independent international city-state that has no actual right to exist in the District of Columbia. 

So, blow away all charges based on Municipal Code against any named DEFENDANTS.  

The Founders did not ordain any foreign independent international city-state squatting on our shores and even more to the point, did not empower the members of any Territorial Congress to create one. 

Next, blow away any charges of insurrection leveled at the Estates of legally dead British Merchant Mariners.  Being dead, they aren't able to offer any insurrection against anyone or anything. And those inheriting their Estates are all Americans who actually own and paid for every chair and piece of limestone in the Federal Capitol.  

What you are left with are Americans visiting their Federal Capitol and exercising their actual rights peaceably enough.  

A few random petty thefts on one side are counterbalanced by the mindless murder of an innocent bystander on the other side, apparently by the overwrought Capitol Police, who have no standing as Peacekeepers.   

In the history of Big Whoops, what happened on January 6th was a Nothingburger, but the abuses of the judiciary and law enforcement that have followed are rare in the annals of history.  We'd have to go back to Nazi Germany and the Boer Wars to find anything analogous. 

The practices of the Nazis and the British during the Boer Wars are rooted in State-sponsored violence calculated to cover up crimes of State and crush dissent by making martyrs of innocent people as a means of cowing the rest of the populace. 

In this case, the crimes of State include overtaking our Federal Capitol, the City of Washington, DC, by overlaying the actual City Government allowed to the District of Columbia with a foreign "independent international city-state" operating as the Municipality of Washington, DC. 

The independent international city-state calling itself the Municipality of Washington, DC, literally has no right to be there.  It has no right to make charges under its Municipal Code against Americans. The very existence of this foreign Municipal Government is an affront, a trespass, and a crime of treason and usurpation against our Government and the Territorial Government, too. 

By baring its teeth and ravaging the January 6th visitors the Vermin responsible are hoping to "make an example" of these Innocents and obscure their own Crimes of State, their own usurpation, breach of trust, and treason against their charters and service contracts.    

The only portion of property within the District of Columbia set aside as a refuge for the Papal Theocracy is the one mile square enclosed within the Boundary Stones and the intention was clearly to create a sacred space in which all those who came to the Capitol on business would be afforded safety

to conduct their business. 

That's all the intent was, and all the exercise can be. 

On January 6th, the people of America came to their Federal Capitol to conduct business, but they found nobody at home.  The doors were left wide open, but not a single member of the Municipal or Territorial Congress was present to greet them.  Not even a single elected Official representing either of the Federal Corporation Subcontractors showed up. 

Even the  Archbishop took a powder and where was Donald Trump?  

He sat like a toad on the sidelines giving his purported supporters good advice, but he didn't actually show up -- not as Commander in Chief, not even as a man.  He was a disembodied Voice, projecting from a safe distance. 

The Good Question is why have a succession of British Territorial Commanders-in-Chief allowed a foreign Municipal Corporation to set up an independent international city-state in the middle of the District of Columbia?  And meekly let this foreign entity run rough-shod over the City of Washington, DC -- the actual Federal Capitol, which they are supposed to protect against all enemies, both foreign and domestic? 

Under the Laws of Trespass, when one leaves the door open, the lights on, and guests are expected to arrive, those guests are not guilty of any trespass when they enter the house and peaceably wander around, which is exactly what these January 6th visitors did. 

 

Nobody including Nancy Pelosi can claim that they weren't expected. 

Enough said about this.  The evidence is clear.  

These people are being impersonated and railroaded through a foreign court system that has no right to even address them, at the behest of an illegally and unlawfully conceived Municipal Government that is operating in breach of trust and treason. 

If the Territorial Government was worth its salt, they would now be sweeping the streets of the City of Washington, DC, washing the windows of all the government buildings, repairing any damage from the winter storms, and making ready for actual public elections -- as opposed to corporation elections sponsored by political parties. 

If Donald Trump knew his butt from buttercups, he wouldn't be spending millions of dollars defending himself from similar charges misaddressed to him by these same cretins, when they have no right to exist in the District of Columbia and no right to mistake him as one of their franchises. 

He'd just tell them all to mind their duties as Usufructs and to get back in their box and honor their contract as written -- or else face the biggest insurance claim in history--- and then, he'd tell the same thing to the Territorial Government. 

And then, if anyone, including the so-called "Federal" Prosecutors stepped out of line, he'd arrest them and throw them in the Brig, where they belong. 

At which point, the shame-faced Prosecutors have a choice -- pay the Performance and Bid Bond, or be gibbeted as pirates -- and the January 6th so-called Protestors would wake up one morning and find that their jail cells were open and all the guards mysteriously disappeared.  Very quietly. 

This is what needs to happen.  All the sideshow prosecutions need to end and these corporations need to back off and stand down.

For Minnesota and Everyone Else

There has always been a Federation running continuously through our history as a country from 1776 to today; it has been embodied by and carried forward by the individual people and their progeny who were involved in the Federation and its work from the start.  

As an instrumentality of the States and the people of this country it is the only such organization that survived the Civil War -- and it only did that by a hair's breadth.  It very nearly died, both because of the dangers involved in continuing its operations and mission, and because of the time span involved. 

Just a very few people-- less than 200-- carried the entire burden for decades.  Most of them survived in remote locations and lived as migrant workers to avoid persecution by the Tory Corporations that usurped upon our lawful government.  

They had to run in the dark and keep on the move, change their names, change their occupations, change their locations like criminals on the run.  My own husband moved eleven times in the first twelve years of his life and endured much humiliation and abuse; he had no chance of a normal life because of his family's unspoken obligation to keep the Federation of States alive.

Just as many people mistake a "church" for a building and not the body of people making up a church, they mistake our Federation and our American Government as a whole, as a thing apart from the body of people who have preserved it.  It's not. 

It is literally as even Abraham Lincoln admitted and described it, a government made of people, existing by the people's participation in it, and designed for the good of the people. 

In the days to come, the people of this country will become educated again about their country and its cultural and philosophical foundations, its organization and institutions, its laws, and their heritage.  

A full appreciation of The United States of America defined as an unincorporated Federation of States will be part of that education.  For now, what is most important and what everyone needs to focus on, is understanding their own role, their own empowerment and limitations, and their own State Government. 

Too many people go from being slaves to imagining that they are the kings of the world. They don't yet grasp the fundamentals of governing themselves, much less governing their State or their country or anything beyond that -- but they must learn. And quickly! 

Too many also are so grammar-deficient that they can't tell the difference between the adjective "Federal" and the noun "Federation" --- and mistake our Federation of States for the Federal Government they are familiar with. That's a stumbling block also.  They are two separate things entirely, but until people get that through their heads, they react as if we were Big Brother. 

Still more people get hung up on the difference between the Federation of States and the Confederation of States-of-States, but that should be easy to dispense with.  

Everyone can observe that there is a State, such as Michigan, and there is a State-of-State called the State of Michigan. 

The Federation has the actual States as its members, whereas the former (pre-Civil War) Confederation had our American States-of-States as its members. 

Today, there is and can be no active Confederation.  It disbanded in 1861 and neither it nor the Federal Republic it sponsored has ever been Reconstructed by the actual States of the Union.  

Please make this information widely available as needed. 

Just as the Tories brought in and substituted their British Territorial States of States organizations for our American States of States on an "emergency basis" after the Civil War, they are now trying to promote the idea that their States of States are the members of the original Confederation and that their Confederation is going to reboot the Federal Republic. 

This is another self-interested British Territorial lie seeking to pull the same kind of Substitution Fraud Scheme as when they substituted "a" President --- Abraham Lincoln --- for The President, meaning The President of The United States of America, our Federation of States. 

We must all work hard to learn the facts and be ready to stand our ground and assert our right to run our own country and government -- and our Federal Subcontractors and the Principals responsible for them must be convinced that we know who we are, know our own history, and know them for who they are, too.  

Therefore, work with all speed and spread the word by all vehicles and venues possible, and teach the American people their own history and ability to determine their own destiny.  Make it clear and simple and consistent and true, so that the chaos and confusion that our self-interested government service providers promote is recognized for what it is and set aside. 

We are repopulating our States of the Union first, instead of our Counties,  because we are coming at it from a completely different starting position than the Founders.  

The Founders were the inheritors of already established Estates that in due time became States, when they were already acknowledged to be standing on the land and soil of those States. 

Today, we are also the inheritors of those same States, however, we have been trafficked as babies by a process of registrations, so that we are no longer recognizable (when we start this journey) as Americans populating the land and soil of the States. 

When we start our journey home, we are evidenced only by a Municipal Corporation franchise operated in our NAME, and by the Estate of a British Merchant Marine Warrant Officer who is presumed to be dead and lost at sea.  

We have to overcome these false representations and impersonations and "return" to our birthright jurisdiction and political status in order to inherit what is justly ours.  

The order of operations by which we have been defrauded goes like this: from the soil to the land to the sea to the air jurisdiction.  

Following the Maxim of Law that as a thing is bound, so it is unbound, we must go in the exact opposite direction to reverse the damage: from the air to the sea to the land to the soil. 

This is why I, acting as Fiduciary, have extracted all the Municipal PERSONS and their assets, in favor of those who have hands and feet, and in whom the flesh lives and blood flows --- each one of you, and this description of the inheritor/creditor cannot be overcome by pretending that the actual inheritor is a corporation, dead man's estate, etc. 

That removed you and your assets from the jurisdiction of the air.  

Next, there is the question of the "dead" British Merchant Mariner and "his" Estate --- you are the only one having the actual survivorship interest, but if you don't claim it, the Administration of the Estate remains in the hands of the British Territorial Government and their appointed Executive Administrators -- the Bar Association Members. 

When you stand there on your flat little feet with the evidence of the fact that you were trafficked away from your natural birthright political status -- the Birth Certificate that shows your "death" and the "birth" of the missing British Merchant Mariner -- and declare that you are the owner of the only survivorship interest in this Estate and that you have returned to your birthright political status, guess what? 

You have made the second correction and returned from the sea to the land jurisdiction of this country where you began.  

Because the land is inextricably connected to the soil, upon "arriving" home on the land in your State of the Union, you also automatically repopulate the County where you now live. 

You can now see how you have been removed from your birthright going from soil to land to sea to air, and then, are transported back again, from air to sea to land and soil. 

We have to do what we are doing in the order that we are doing it in order to achieve the desired end result.  

We can't just flap our arms and crow, "I'm an American!" when the paper trail says that you are only evidenced by a Municipal Corporation franchise operating in your NAME and by the Estate of a British Merchant Mariner who is lost and presumed dead. 

Recording our own paper trail to intersect their Legal Process and return us to our rightful political status and identity and jurisdiction is the only way that we can overcome, arrive back home, and claim our inheritance.

Like a game there are rules, and like Nature itself, there is an order to it that has to be observed, step by step. 

We have overcome this pernicious Legal Process designed to sequentially denigrate us first to the realm of "humans" and next to the realm of corporations --- and just in time, because the next "click" in this programme would have had us denigrated further to the status of patented Genetically Modified Organisms, so-called transhumans, owned by DARPA, licensed to Microsoft, Inc., and having no rights at all.

It's thanks to the Federation that your assets have been reclaimed, that you have a sure pathway to save your inheritance, that you are protected by our Public Law from commercial claims to own you as GMOs, and that you have a future. 

The Federation was alive and looking out for you and yours.  It's because of the Federation that all of this has been brought to your attention and you have been enabled to escape the clutches of the Satanists responsible for these usurpations against you and against your State of the Union.

So, those of you entering upon the State Assemblies, stop quibbling and running willy-nilly after this guru and that guru, and don't fear the power of the Federation, because that power is standing for you and yours. All the relief that you need and seek will be expedited if you focus on the work needed to complete the assembling process. 

Remember that it's okay if you feel confused and uncertain and even scared; this is a lot to take in. Just make a good faith effort to read the words and follow the logic -- and go back and read it as many times as needed.  

If you remember nothing else, know that the Federation of States endured the darkness of 160 years to be here and do its best to save you, but you must still take action to save yourselves. You have to read and think and learn to operate your own life and your own State and your own County, and ultimately, your own country, too.   

The present members of the Federation of States have an average age of 82.  Nobody here is gunning for any personal glory.  All serve as volunteers with no salary and no pension benefits. If this suggests to you, as it should, that you have to get moving and take up the torch -- it should.

International Public Notice: Peace Plan Attached

After the League of Nations failed to prevent World War II it was disbanded as being ineffectual.  

Similarly, the United Nations which replaced the League of Nations, has failed to prevent literally hundreds of wars and incursions during its existence and is slated to be disbanded for the same reason.  

Forget the fact that those corporations that created these institutions out of thin air and imbued them with an aura of sanctity and power, were the same corporations that used these storefronts to push their own political agendas and which ultimately failed to fund and support them, thereby resulting in their "failure".  

The demise of the League of Nations can be directly traced to their 1926 declaration outlawing all forms of slavery and peonage worldwide.  

Rome, ever dependent on both slavery and peonage, could not allow that, and their British Bag Men benefiting from the British-Romano Caste System stood by Rome, of course.  

All of this is a Control Hoax brought to us by the same colonialist and corporatist powers that have promoted all the illegal and immoral wars for profit -- in fact, Mercenary Conflicts -- from the so-called American Civil War onward. 

Of course, the United Nations organization has no power to prevent war waged by its sponsors. It can only be used to promote political and economic programs advantageous to its sponsors and as those sponsors are all for-profit corporations acting unlawfully and illegally as governments, the corruption, inefficacy, and hypocrisy of the United Nations is a foregone conclusion. 

So will any successor organization fronted by the same parties as the "next answer" be a mockery of the dream of peace and unity. 

We propose that instead of a United Nations or League of Nations -- that is, nations being represented by self-interested Corporations, that the next effort toward planetary peace should instead be a matter of individual commitment by individual people and the funding for our new Peace Plan Organization should be financed independently by a uniform tax applied to all incorporated entities worldwide as well as donations. 

The countries agreeing to this would immediately be identified as those sincerely committed to world peace and those who declined participation would be caught out as the hypocrites they are. 

The organization itself would be run exclusively by people making an official commitment to peace and undertaking a steadfast obligation to promote peace, harmony, well-being, and health for the Earth and everyone living here.  

Individual people who took our simple Peace Pledge -- basically stated immediately above -- would be enabled to vote on Planetary Initiatives and would agree to donate at least one dollar or one shekel or one franc, etc., according to their national currency, per year, toward the upkeep and mission of the Peace Plan Organization.  

Of course, everyone could donate more according to their commitment to the mission.  

Funded by a steady source of income that could not be simply hijacked or denied by key players, the new Peace Plan Organization would also be set free of political agendas and arbitrary exemptions promoted by self-interested commercial corporations. 

Ideas that people found reasonable and attractive on a worldwide basis would be forwarded to our multinational Peace Plan Organization and analyzed.  The analysis would be published. 

All proposals would be analyzed according to the Dictum that: "If it isn't good for everyone, it's not good." 

Those ideas that proved to be truly beneficial for all mankind would be promoted and discussed and brought to a planetary vote by all those individuals who contributed to the Peace Plan Organization. 

How could we conduct a planetary vote?  By telephone.  One IP,  one numbered account, matched with the Peace Plan Members recorded at that number 1, 2, 3, .... voted up or down with a "1" for "yes" and a "0" for "no".  

Yes, we can conduct a true worldwide plebiscite and the means to do so is already in our grasp. 

Those of us who benefit from peace grotesquely outnumber those who benefit from war, so simply by gathering together and pitching our pennies and votes, we can carry the day --- and put an end to out-of-control corporations, war mongering, fear mongering, divide-and-conquer strategies, political parties, political caste systems, colonialism, corporatism, and many, many more evils that plague mankind. 

The war in Ukraine right now, would not be possible. The war in Gaza right now, would not be possible. 

Why?  Because the entire world could finally focus its attention on the individual situation and act as the instrumentality to bring peace in a way that is impossible today.  

We are urging the adoption of a new Peace Plan Organization to replace the United Nations according to the basics presented herein and we stand by to provide the technology and means to make it a reality. 

The leaders of the current United Nations organization are invited to regard their inevitable demise as an organization and if they are truly committed to world peace -- encouraged to join and support this new and more practical initiative. 

World peace need not be an elusive and frustrated dream; we have it in our power to choose peace and make it so, once we end the controlled opposition that has rendered world opinion "unimportant" in the words of the late-Queen, Elizabeth II.
