I wanted to be sure that you took this information in, so I am writing you all a special letter.
Many would-be patriot educators need more education themselves. They constantly parrot ideas that have already been proven untrue, such as the importance and purported meaning of the infamous "Act of 1871" ----which was repealed in 1874.
And the idea that the District of Columbia wasn't a Municipal Corporation Government from the Get-Go, when it was and still is. And the idea that the Washington, DC City Government couldn't be bifurcated into a District City and a United States Municipality, when there is no Constitutional prohibition against it.
And the idea that the Sheppard-Towner Act applied to us. It didn't. It applies to the U.S. Citizens who are "residents" under the Residence Act in our country ---- even though it was grossly misapplied to us and used to commit unlawful conversion against us, it wasn't supposed to apply to us. And technically still doesn't.
And the idea that Federal Reserve Notes and the Federal Reserve System applied to us. Not so. That, again, was set up for and applied to our erstwhile Federal Employees and their Dependents living in this country under the Residence Act. We simply got sucked into dealing with Federal Reserve Notes, because our Municipal "citizens of the United States" --- another foreign population of "residents" under the Residence Act, and British Territorial U.S. Citizens, were forced to deal with them and accept them as Legal Tender. Not us.
Mortgage Acts, Securities Acts, Banking Acts, all sorts of Acts that have been passed by the U.S. Congress and the so-called Congress of the United States, objectively don't address us. We just get mixed up in the misadministration of their corporate personnel, misidentified as one of them, and then, subjected under their law.
It's like being press-ganged, secretly. We aren't told a word about any of this, and as the Perpetrators try to say, why should we be told? It's all internal corporation business and doesn't, objectively, concern us.
Americans have cause to know that any Federal laws that pertain to them have to be published in the Congressional Record, right? And if a Federal Law isn't published in the Congressional Record, it doesn't apply to Americans.
Even if a Federal Law is published in the Congressional Record, it won't apply until and unless an American does something that is federally regulated or enters onto federal property.
The only reason that all this misadministration and misapplication of Federal Law does concern us, is that we have been deliberately left uninformed and misinformed, and therefore easy to entrap, left ignorant, and unable to defend ourselves from False Claims in Commerce and from false registrations and undisclosed enrollments, and non-consensual debts and subjection in their foreign courts, which leads to illegal confiscation of our assets, false tax claims, impoundment, foreign mortgages and land titles, licensure, and other evils that we are not naturally heir to, and which we have repeatedly thrown off by force.
One would think that The War of Independence and War of 1812 would be enough to convince Fat George and all his progeny that we, Americans, are not fond of the British System in any form, but like unwanted suitors, they keep coming back and trying to force themselves on us, by hook or by crook. Force didn't work, so next, they've employed fraud.
The wonder isn't that we have been illegally entrapped and press-ganged, even though these practices have been outlawed for 200 years, the wonder is that those enforcing this evil charade haven't thrown off this system for themselves, haven't recognized it for what it is, and haven't arrested the corporate bosses known as "Presidents" and haven't kicked the Rudy Sylvester out of the members of the so-called Federal Congresses, and haven't rebelled for their own sakes from a "social" system that leaves them in the condition of indentured servitude for life, or even worse, living as Roman slaves equivalent to livestock.
We don't have obligatory Social Contracts in this country for a reason. Learn the facts.
This isn't about the Act of 1871 or the Federal Reserve Act or anything else of that nature; the Brits have their own government(s) suck as they may; the Holy Roman Empire, repulsive as it is, does, too.
The issue is the illegal registration of American babies as foreigners in their own country. The issue is the further illegal registration and creation of Municipal Corporation franchises named after those babies. The issue is no end of entrapment and adhesion schemes being applied to the American Public. The issue is corruption of the courts to allow enforcement of unconscionable and undisclosed citizenship contracts. The issue is usurpation and treason by our Federal Subcontractors against their Employers, the American States and American State Citizens.
Any rebellion in this country wouldn't be against our own Government, it would be against the British Territorial Raj that has surreptitiously insinuated itself and usurped against our lawful government, and against the Holy Roman Empire oppressors that have similarly operated a gigantic fraud scheme in this country, in flagrant violation of their service contracts.
Like it or lump it, that's the way it is, and we are not all so stupid as to mistake all these Red Herring Issues being thrown out like scraps hurled out of a garbage disposal and proposed as the "reasons" and the "facts" behind the situation, when in truth, it’s the result of Federal Subcontractors mistreating their own people and mistreating us as if we were part of their own people, too.
