Sorry. My knowledge and lineage far pre-dates the Moors or just about anyone else. We get around the inevitability of me or someone like me claiming to own the whole Earth, which is nothing I want to do, by realizing that we are all related and there really is no black, white, red, yellow --- only parts of ONE family and people. Zoom out, Ernest. There is a far bigger picture here.
The Divinagracia Family has a unique set of chromosomes, just like Jesus. It's not arguable. And as I told you, they all come from one of three small towns in Romania. Add to that, Julius Shiva also had the documents that were not subject to the looting of the Presidential Palace in the Philippines.
Thanks for your input, but.... it's time to give up claims based on race or religion and honor what is true.
Despite our seeming differences, just as roses and violets and lilies and chrysanthemums are all flowers, we may present all different forms and colors, and still, there is only one mankind. Cherish that. It is more than you might think, having grown up and having been indoctrinated into a world built of groups and divisions and teams and religions and nations and races and prejudices to go with them all.
The Truth is always simple. It's the lies that are complex.
Look at yourself and value all that you are, but not at the expense of fearing or being angry with someone else who is clueless, someone who bought into the lie, someone who still may not know any better. This is our refining fire. Our test. Can we see the truth and are we humble enough to admit the truth?
And do we have the capacity to love and nurture what is best in all of us?
As I sit here today, there is really nothing standing in my way from claiming the whole Earth and taking it from everyone else. I realized this back in 2011.
Instead, I claimed it for all those who are alive, all those who have hands and feet and blood and minds, the living men and women. I didn't say all white people or all black people or all red people or all yellow people. I could have, but I didn't.
The demarcation isn't between all of us. It's between us and all the dead things, the "legal fictions" -- the Lies -- that are striving to own and rule the world.
Instead, I accepted the overwhelming task of defending the rights of the living people against the corporations. I accepted the horrible responsibility of acting as their Fiduciary. And I have stood here ever since with both feet planted, holding the door open, welcoming people home to an Earth where brotherhood is more than a word, where colonialism is dead and gone, and there is no more room for Identity Warfare anymore.
The Hopi people of the Southwestern United States have a prophecy. You should all read it. Instead of the Book of Revelations with a big war and all sorts of misery and death, with a Messiah to save what is left of the planet in the end, the Hopi say that we will come together from the four corners of the Earth, from the cardinal directions, the black from the south and white from the north and the yellow from the east and the red from the west, and each race will bring its gifts and knowledge forward for the benefit of all. And then peace and abundance will reign.
I believe the Hopi prophecy. I see it happening. I don't think this is at odds with anything that Jesus actually taught or anything he said. At least so far as I can see, this kind of love and brotherhood and sharing of gifts is what he stood for in a world which was separated by the idea of the "Chosen" and the "Unchosen".
Anywhere you look you can see the divisiveness that has been used against mankind since the days of Babylon and the Tower of Babel.
How did "they" the "gods" -- the "Elohim"-- divide us then? By causing us to speak different languages. Yet today, do we hate anyone for speaking Turkish? Or Gaelic?
You see, when it comes to dividing people, it's easy, and almost any difference can be used to pry us apart and make us feel separate and maybe even alienated from everyone else. But step back, zoom out.... and you can see that all these differences are part of the Creation, part of a greater plan, a joyous expression of creativity and love of diversity that makes for a healthy planet and can also be the basis of a healthy humanity.
How many different kinds of insects are there? How many different kinds of trees and flowers? How many different rocks and minerals?
Do we need a sledgehammer?
Nature doesn't make one kind of duck.
So can we please stop the nonsense and posturing and pretenses that favor one race or one religious belief over all the others?
Can we simply believe that we are loved and that the Earth is ours and that we are all part of All That Is? Because this is the truth and the only truth and it will forever be the truth no matter how we try to tear it apart and no matter what we individually think about it.
I am tired of watching people bang their heads against every kind of separation. Right now we are being asked to draw such a line between the Israelis and the Iranians, as if these "team labels" were real.
Again, do we need something to fall out of the sky and enlighten us? The people are real enough, but the "national teams" are imaginary.
It's the living people who always suffer because of these delusions. They tear each other apart over narratives somebody made up. They kill each other over team labels someone made up, too.
It doesn't matter if it's Abraham Lincoln emancipating slave owners and making it appear that he was emancipating plantation slaves instead, or G.W. Bush and his famous "weapons of mass destruction", as long as we believe lies and distortions and deliberate deceits, we are the victims of violence and greed and criminality.
Please realize that I have no axes to grind. I am just here, flat-footed, standing for the brotherhood of man, remembering how it all began, and what we are supposed to be doing here on this Earth.
In case anyone has wondered, we are supposed to be caretaking this planet, and ourselves, and each other, and the rocks and trees and animals and birds.... and even the "creeping" things, the insects and worms, and unseen parts of this realm we are all heir to.
We are supposed to be learning to create and co-create, to use our creativity to solve problems and create good things --- learning to do this and to choose this use of our creativity, instead of telling lies and drifting away into delusions.
I have no reason to lie about Ambrosius Divinagracia, aka, Demetrius Julius Shiva. It doesn't bother me that he was born in a Communist country, because I knew the man and saw his heart. The only hatred he had in him was for injustice and lies and violence against the innocent. His final Will bears testament to his goodwill and honor and love for all of mankind.
However you want to say it, Julius was the real deal. All wool, a yard wide. There was no pettiness, no prejudice, no unjust pride in the man. He didn't pretend or want to be a "king". He was just Julius, one of the last surviving heirs of a family, wanting to see his family trust used for the purposes decreed by his ancestors more than five hundred (500) years ago. He lived his whole life very humbly, choosing to work side by side with gardeners and carpenters and plumbers.
That's where he was happiest, puttering around, building things, dreaming, thinking.
Always the "smart" men, the evil men, the ones in nice suits, who thought they knew better what to do with his wealth than he did and certainly better than his ancestors, cheated him. They cheated him and used him all his life.
And now everyone wants me to sit down and be quiet and pretend that an imposter is the lawful heir, because he goes along with a pre-planned script that suits the social engineers among us. They want to decide who benefits and who goes without.
They didn't trust Julius, who would benefit both capitalist and communist alike.
They wanted his vast wealth and they lied to get control of it. And that is what we are addressing now. Even though he is dead and gone and beyond their spite, we have his Will and his Will is good for all mankind.
Julius, like many others, came here and freely chose to love America and to adopt South Carolina as his house and home and domicile, because he saw the potential for good in our country. He liked our "melting pot" culture and the ideals it is founded on. So he is an American, a South Carolinian, and his estate --- all of it --- including everything that is co-mingled and confused with the personal estate of Severino Sta. Romano, Chief Metals Trust Depositor, comes under the protection of the American Government. Not "the United States" Government.
Let the Trustees, especially the Bank of International Settlements, and the Government of the Philippines be advised.
We all need to sort this mess out as expeditiously as possible.
