America and the American people have no debt, "national" or otherwise. We already paid. It is self-evident via simple transactional analysis who the debtors are: our Federal Subcontractors running the "United States" Government.
We are dealing with the Successors of men who purloined the United States Corporation under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure on February 2nd 1871, and have continued to impersonate us ever since--- but fraud is fraud and it has no statute of limitations.
Is it any surprise that they followed up this illegal usurpation and fraudulent imposition with more?
They are the ones passing out hokey I.O.U.s -- that is, Promissory Notes -- Federal Reserve Notes, based on the value of their Citizen's labor, signed by both their Secretary of the Treasury and Treasurer of the United States --- their officers, not ours.
Here's an example of it -- Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant trying to pass off "US" debt on Americans:
Who is passing the phony buck? They are. Whose signature is on it? Theirs. Who "paid" for goods and services with an I.O.U.? They did. Who gave them actual goods and services in inequitable exchange? We, Americans, did.
So who is the creditor here? We are.
And who merely "presumed" that we were adopting their foreign United States Citizen's obligations based on registrations obtained under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure? They did.
Who targeted the natural estates of American babies, via these undisclosed Third Party registrations? They did.
Who is now trying to hold a worthless unconscionable contract over the heads of their grown up Creditors? They are.
Who gave them the value of our labor? They illegally and immorally helped themselves.
Who securitized these "performance bonds"? Criminal "investment" banks acting in collusion.
Who legalized peonage in a country where both peonage and enslavement are illegal? They did, using more undisclosed and unlawful contracting processes resulting in adhesion contracts.
They are always quick to talk about "American debt" but the fact is that they are the Debtors in this situation, and the Americans are the Creditors.
We are also, nominally, their employers, but they provide no services commensurate with the debts they rack up, and importantly, there are only eighteen services they have a contract to provide.
So they can only charge Americans "reasonable and customary" rates for eighteen services, which doesn't include all the other "services" they provide themselves.
The recent insults including the "Big, Beautiful [Budget] Bill" seem to indicate a wild attempt to sell our personal data -- which they have the obligation to protect under Article IV of The Constitution of the United States of America (the British Territorial Subcontractor) -- to Palantir, Inc.
And then also this abomination from Trump's budget bill:
"No State or political subdivision thereof may enforce any law or regulation regulating artificial intelligence models....during the 10-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act."
--Section 43201 (c) (1).
They can only be talking about their "States", because they are employed by ours, and as a result, they aren't in a position to tell us what our States can and cannot do.
Still, this wouldn't be the first time they have used deceit and similar duplicitous names to mislead the public and the world into thinking that their "States" are our States of the Union.
Caveat emptor.
Elon Musk tried to help Trump reduce government waste and graft, tried to expose the criminal negligence of the Rump Congress still sitting in Washington, DC, but even as he uncovered hundreds of billions of dollars being wasted, Trump was working on a Bill that would gut privacy rights in America for profit, and add $2.2 trillion to the "National Debt" --- which from the American side of it, doesn't exist.
So whose "Nation" is it, that bears this humongous debt? Theirs.
Their foreign "nation" of British Territorial citizenry merely "residing" here under the Residency Act, meaning only those who are legitimately and voluntarily acting as British Territorial or Municipal citizenry: federal employees and their direct dependents.
Not the hundreds of millions of Americans who have been "mis-registered" by "mistake".
This is why the Federales get so upset when we call them out on the Dead Baby Scam. It means that they are all automatically bankrupted, and there's also good reason to pierce the corporate veil and make it personal.
Elon Musk and his pals known as the Silicon Valley Rat Pack, and also as the Paypal Mafia, which includes Palantir owner Peter Thiel, and other noted billionaires, bought the United States of America, Incorporated, out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy and threw their shareholder support behind Donald J. Trump.
Musk thought it was just a simple problem of mismanagement and overgrowth of bureaucracy keeping the United States of America, Incorporated, from being "great again".
If you are dealing in the actual and factual world, Musk has been 100% right about that all along. What he didn't count on were the complicit crooks in Congress, and the confused, clueless reactions of the American Public.
Most people have a hard time envisioning a hundred billion dollars, much less a hundred billion dollars wasted.
Seeing his investment and his friend's investments endangered by Trump's Budget Bill ---and for no good reason, has made Musk genuinely angry. Too late, he realized that Trump lacked both the power and the inclination to clean out the real swamp in Washington --- the so-called "United States" (never ask which one) Congress.
The gross dereliction of duty and criminal negligence displayed by these "elected representatives" is self-evident; their lack of accountability, too. But then, they are just proxies chosen in shareholder elections, and though they are illegally and unlawfully and immorally accessing the Public Purse, they are just "elected officers" of privately held foreign commercial corporations in the business of providing "essential government services".
They have no public offices at all, and neither does Trump. And they don't own, though they can make fraudulent claims, the United States Corporation, any more than they own the United States of America, Incorporated, which is a franchise of the British Crown Corp.
Okay? Everyone have a faint inkling of what is going on? The Pope bankrupted the UNITED STATES Municipal Corporation and sent it into Chapter 7 Involuntary Bankruptcy.
The foreign British Territorial Corporation that Trump is "President" of, is the Receiver of the UNITED STATES bankruptcy. So all the Municipal Government apparatus and all its Agencies and all its personnel have been dumped in Trump's lap, and he has undertaken the job of Settlor of the Bankruptcy by initiating a necessary audit of all the Municipal Departments and Agencies.
That's what DOGE has been doing for the last several months.
At the same time, the United States of America, Inc. has had to bear the costs of administering and reorganizing and dismantling the bankrupt entity which is unwieldy and exceedingly expensive, especially when Musk and Co., just recently bailed out the United States of America, Inc. out of Chapter 11.
Trump's move to give Palantir the Chief Surveillance Goon Squad spot should, reasonably, be read as making his pay off to Peter Thiel for Thiel's assistance hauling the United States of America, Inc. off the rocks. Realistically, this reward for the ultimate phishing scheme was probably promised to Palantir a couple years ago, and since the data of all U.S. persons and all United States Persons and all citizens of the United States is under public ownership assigned to the United States of America, Incorporated, Trump could probably get away with it and sell it as an asset to Thiel.
The question is --- who is legitimately a "United States" citizen of any kind? The sane answer is: Federal Employees, those that receive regular paychecks from Uncle Sam, not the hundreds of millions of Americans who have been "presumed" to be Federal Employees based on their illegal conscription as "Taxpayers" and (potential) recipients of Social Insurance benefits.
Even the Federal Employee data dump to Palantir might not be legal, if those employees were born in the actual States and the surrender of their personal data to "public" ownership was not disclosed in their employment contracts.
With our States of the Union in Session, there is no basis for the pretense that our government was ever "absent" or "in interregnum". Our government was lied to, kept in the dark, suppressed, misidentified, and victimized by its own vendors and subcontractors, but there is no valid excuse for any of the what Chief Justice Harlan called "mischief" that has gone on here.
As we read President Trump's Budget Bill, what we see is the paying off of a lot of "political bills" ---pork barrels, promises, quid pro quos by the busloads, but more than that, we see the attempt to move this country into a surveillance state in which privacy does not exist, and free expression and free will is curtailed and tailored to the demands of an ever-increasingly oppressive quasi-military occupation that is being promoted --- not by the Chinese, but by the British Crown.
The addition of $2.2 trillion more to the Federal Spending Spree that Elon Musk was purportedly hired to stem may also portend something even more shocking and more important -- the Smart Money says that the United States of America, Incorporated is going bankrupt. Again.
Whether it would be a return to Chapter 11 or a full out Chapter 7 isn't clear, but what is clear is that the shareholders are on the warpath and probably pulling out at a very substantial loss. The friends that saved Trump's bacon and put him into office are unlikely to keep him there, if he fails to roto-rooter the Swamp. And also give them what they want.
The Swamp, meanwhile, is telling Trump -- you work for us, Silly Bugger. Yes, you control the military, but you can hardly order the military to remove us from power, because we hold the purse strings, and SERCO, a British Municipal Corporation, is the military paymaster. So, even if it is American money paying them, any attempt to get rid of us, would have to be done at the polls -- which we control via the political parties, or by insurrection of the Americans themselves --- in which case, we'd be forced to call upon the U.S. Military to put down the insurrection....
This, neatly, in a nutshell, sums up the situation minus the Ukraine and Gaza and all that misery.
Americans and the rest of the world need to be aware that the so-called Federal or "United States" or "US" Government has been commandeered for many years by our own unlawfully converted military operating as a British Crown Mercenary Service -- a fact unknown to the men and women serving in this "Service".
However, the "military" has not really been in control as a result of the payment and paymaster controls imposed by the banks and the servicers as described above.
Americans and the rest of the world also need to know that the American Government is not dead, not in any interregnum, and no American has ever been left "stateless".
All these terrible conditions have been brought about by British deceit, secrecy, duplicity, and avarice: they have ever-sought to regain control of their former colonies, and what they could never win by force of arms, they have sought to win via "lawfare" and guile, instead.
We note in passing, that they have treated their own people worst of all, worse than colonials, also known as "territorials". In the midst of a population collapse that has impacted all of so-called Britain for over a hundred years, the Liars have sustained their false claims that the Isles are "overpopulated". If so, the overpopulation has been caused by uncontrolled mass immigration.
The native peoples of Britain have been quietly disappearing; in Ireland, ever since the Potato Famine, in England, ever since the Crimean War, in Wales, since the shutdown of mining, and in Scotland, since the Act of Union. The native Scots have been decimated for over 300 years.
It's not that the British people are natively evil, but their government is, and has been -- generation unto generation; contrary to popular belief, this is not the fault of the Monarchs who come and go, and parade their lives across the stage as figureheads and entertainers.
Despite the show, they are all the pawns of Rome and disposable to the men in the board rooms and whiskey dens and pubs and clubs and conclaves and conferences.
This evil is largely due to the undue influence of commercial corporations on politics in Britain and its (questionably) former Commonwealth holdings -- and an inexorable slow monopolization of these business interests, which have acted as paper parasites and paper terrorists to cast their own debts and taxes onto the living people--- using faked and mirrored instrumentalities of "government" to do it.
More than three billion people are now living under the thumb of governmental services corporations merely in the business of providing "essential government services" --- and not actually being nor functioning as governments at all.
What is the lynch pin and solution to this Mess?
The banks. None of this could have been done without the knowing participation and collusion of the banks, especially the commodity-rigging central banks and the until-recently illegal investment banks.
These organizations -- the banks -- and their "servicers" like SERCO, INC., are key, because they act as the de facto employers, stealing from the living people and giving to the corporations, paying corporate personnel, paying for corporate programs, and limiting corporate expansion by controlling access to credit that doesn't belong to them or the corporations, either one.
They are all happily spending credit that belongs to the living people, who are being enslaved and drained dry by this criminal system built of smoke and mirrors.
Next time a Swamp Creature like Scott Bessent says that American homes (houses) will pay for American debt, step back and ask him whose signature is appearing on all those Promissory Notes, and hand the debt back to him, observing that it's all "US" Debt and not American debt at all.
We are not deceived and we are not amused by these puerile attempts to continue a con game that has been busted for over twenty years.
The actual American Government is back and on track. Our superior jurisdiction is invoked. The banks are on the ropes. And the courts have been exposed.
No wonder Donald Trump is "running for harbor" and trying to bankrupt the United States of America, Inc., again.

All three phony public trusts established in the names of average Americans who are not presently and directly employed by the Federal Government Subcontractors must be dissolved and all claims in commerce and trade arising from the existence of these foreign offshore corporations must be immediately disallowed and no further enforcement can be justified on the basis of this scheme of undisclosed impersonation and purposeful acts of barratry.
This requires an immediate moratorium on all mortgage foreclosures addressed to individuals, all property tax claims addressed to individuals, and all federal income tax claims addressed to individuals.

The status of individual Federal Government Employees must be investigated on a one-by-one basis to examine the actual disclosed content of their labor contracts, before any otherwise private information can be released to Palantir, Inc. or any other action impacting their natural estate can be allowed.
They may have an unlimited right to contract, but all valid contracts must be fully disclosed and validated.
