International Public Notice -- The Tin Hats Win Again

They were right.  They were always right, and they were right to be concerned, too.  

Obama wasn't born in this country and therefore could not meet one of the primary requirements to serve as President of the United States.  He was born in Kenya, as many knowledgeable people, including members of his own family said.  That has now been proven.

But now we get down to the nitty-gritty of the Great Fraud and the multiple deceptions revolving around, "Which United States?" 

Option 1: There is "the United States" related to our original American Federal Republic, and it's doing-business-as name from 1787 to 1861 --- which was unlawfully and immorally latched upon by the British Territorial U.S. Congress on February 2nd 1871, and which they have been misrepresenting ever since. 

Option 2: There is "the United States" related to the Municipal Government operated as a Holy Roman Empire Municipal Corporation.  

Never mind that when people the world over say "United States" they are all thinking of The United States, the actual country.  

While there is little doubt that Obama was operating under Option 1, as his Predecessors have done, is it still a crime?  

We would argue, yes, it is a crime of state and a crime of fraud. 

The action undertaken by the British Territorial Government operating as the U.S. Congress in 1871 was self-interested and lacked Due Notice and Due Process owed to the actual Owners of the Federal Republic.  They deliberately covered up changes that occurred during and after the commercial Mercenary Conflict that they also misrepresented as a "War" --- The American Civil War. 

As a result of that and undeserved prosecution of our American States and American Federation Officers to whom they owed "good faith service", they have been operating our Federal Republic and using its doing-business-as name, "the United States" as if it was their rightful property and as if they had the right to fill the Office of the Federal Republic's President, too.  

As the British Territorial U.S. Congress made their vacuous claim on abandonment in 1871, they became the apparent owners and ran this version of "the United States" and the associated Presidential Office under False Pretenses.  

They were actually operating as "the United States of America, Incorporated" or as "The United States of America, Incorporated" and their actual Presidents were operating as Presidents of the United States of America, Incorporated, and as "Commanders in Chief" while also occupying the stolen office of "President of the United States".  

As the President of the United States of America, Incorporated, (either version) they were never obligated to be natural born in this country.  

As their version of "United States" was owned and operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the United States of America, Inc., they just pressed the issue in the case of Obama, and bypassed that old-fashioned requirement that the President of the United States ---whichever one it was --- had to be born in this country. 

The bottom line to all of this is that the American people were purposefully deceived and lied to, under color of law.  Even the nature of the political party elections were obscured and misrepresented as if these straw polls were the equivalent to our public elections.  

Not only the Republic, but the republican form of government underlying it were thoroughly misrepresented and subourned and commandeered by the usurping British Territorial Subcontractors. 

Thus, Barack Hussein Obama, was never our President.  

He was never elected by any public election process.  The nature of his office was obscured from the electorate, but the American People knew that something was wrong. So they kept digging. 

And there it is, posted above, proof that Barack Hussein Obama could not qualify as the actual President and was not elected by a public election.  

Does that change anything? 

As "President" of a British Crown Commercial Services Corporation calling itself "the United States of America" Incorporated, or, "The United States of America, Incorporated"  no "natural born" requirements apply.

International Public Notice: The Dirty, Dirty Brits Are "At It" Again

Only six days before President Trump's Inauguration, Britain inked a long term (100 year) agreement with Ukraine, promising economic and military support to the Zelensky Regime, in exchange for control of Ukraine's Rare Earth Minerals. 

So, when Donald Trump suggested that we offer a deal to Ukraine along the same lines, Zelensky had already given away the farm to the Brits.  

There was just one problem.  

Britain can't possibly provide the security guarantees that the Zelensky Government wants and needs. 

So the Brits have a deal they can't fulfill on their own, and probably can't provide even if they talk a majority of European countries into supporting their devious plan economically.  

The reality is that Europe only pays 2% of their GDP on defense and is unlikely to embrace a situation that is likely to require a very much larger percentage of GDP being spent on war -- Britain's favorite thing, but not so much esteemed on the Continent. 

As for committing troops, Britain may hope to set itself up.  

Send a token force of soldiers to Ukraine, and when they are inevitably killed, Britain pulls its NATO card to force the US to come in and support them, thus entrapping us into yet another British intrigue and yet another British-led war in which we pay the price and they reap the profits. 

The only reply to this is evident --- to leave NATO and refuse to be played again. 

The rest of the world and the people of Europe must recognize this pattern from both WWI and WWII.   Britain is always at the bottom of the dog pile and it still is.

In Memoriam: Arthur Firstenberg

Arthur Firstenberg, Author, Activist, and Caring Human Being is dead; he was relatively young and died after a long illness; he was surrounded by family and friends.  His thirty-plus year career spent reporting on the effects of ever-increasing electromagnetic pollution on the environment and biological life was not in vain.  

He had his first run-in with radiation sickness while a medical student at the University of California Irvine; after receiving more than 40 dental x-rays he suffered radiation sickness and never forgot the misery and debilitating effects. 

Firstenberg became one of a growing number of early critics of technologies including HAARP which in one way or another, impinge on our bodies and our health and the health of our planet invisibly and silently, and with ever-increasing impact every single year.  

While those benefiting from these technologies are eager to promote more and more uses and applications for them, there is comparatively little or no money being invested in studying the impact of such technologies on biological life. 

Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act prohibits communities from denying applications to install cell towers, which Arthur viewed as a gross overreach of federal authority.  In 2021 he led a challenge of Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court; they refused to hear the case, but it remains a landmark effort in the struggle to restore local control over local environmental issues, and will no doubt be revisited in years to come. 

Major die-offs of Marine Mammals have been attributed to increasing EM pollution and changes in the magnetosphere for two decades, but despite the Endangered Species status of many of these animals, nothing has happened to protect them or us from ever-increasing electromagnetic radiation and magnetic field activity in our homes, communities, and nations. 

Exposure to increased electromagnetic radiation is known to cause numerous serious health effects, but we are relentlessly pushed onward to accept 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G.... with no reference to when or if this assault on the energetic environment will end.  

4G, it is widely said, was sufficient to carry all needful telephone and computer-based signals at speeds well beyond the capability of humans to use and process the information transferred; we have been pressed to accept 5G and now 6G with no consideration of what this may be doing to us and to our environment for no discernible benefit.  

Many researchers suggest that such in-depth and high energy blanketing of electromagnetic radiation may be causing increased birth defects, contributing to autism, and increasing the number of free radical molecules and genetic transcription errors that occur in our bodies.

Firstenberg was one of the first and most knowledgeable critics of reckless electromagnetic development, and the Voice of Conscience in the research community.  If you have not read The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life, this would be a good time to do so -- and remember to silently thank this gentle forthright man and be grateful for his insights.

Urge Congress to ABOLISH THE ATF with H.R. 221

URGENT; ACT NOW: U.S. Representatives Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) and Eric Burlison (R-Mo.) have introduced legislation to abolish the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

If enacted, House Resolution No. 221 (H.R. 221) would abolish the ATF, stating, “The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is hereby abolished.” H.R. 221 currently has 27 cosponsors, including U.S. Representatives Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), and Harriet Hageman (R-Wyo.), among others.

Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution enumerates the powers of Congress, but it does not include the authority to regulate firearms or engage in law enforcement. Additionally, the Bill of Rights explicitly protects the God-given right to keep and bear arms, affirming that Congress has no constitutional authority to regulate firearms. The Second Amendment of the Constitution states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

H.R. 221 addresses the issue of federal law-enforcement agencies with expansive regulatory powers attacking constitutionally protected rights. Along with other anti-constitutional agencies, the ATF’s rulemaking and enforcement actions infringe on the God-given right to keep and bear arms protected by the Constitution.

Representative Boebert stated that the ATF fundamentally opposes the Second Amendment and should be abolished:

I cannot imagine under any circumstance or administration where the ATF serves as an ally to the Second Amendment and law-abiding firearm owners across America. As co-chair of the Congressional Second Amendment Caucus, I’m eager to continue this effort with Rep. Burlison to defend our constitutional rights. The ATF should be abolished before they eventually abolish our Second Amendment.

Representative Burlison stated the ATF is part of a federal bureaucracy that oversteps constitutional bounds and stated it should be abolished because it fundamentally cannot operate within constitutional limits:

The ATF is emblematic of the deep-state bureaucracy that believes it can infringe on constitutional liberties without consequence…. If this agency cannot uphold its duty to serve the people within the framework of the Constitution, it has no place in our government.

It is imperative for Congress to support this legislation to abolish unconstitutional federal law enforcement and uncompromisingly defend God-given rights, which includes the right to keep and bear arms.

Abolishing the ATF would remove federal oversight of firearms, and dramatically reduce federal law enforcement infringing on the Second Amendment. The ATF’s interpretation and implementation of laws conflict with the Second Amendment and threaten the foundational principles of individual freedom and limited government intervention upon which the United States was built.

If enacted, H.R. 221 would significantly improve personal freedoms, shift focus to states’ rights, and highlight the need for a federal government that respects and protects the liberties it was established to safeguard.

Help restore the founding principles of balancing security and freedom, and urge your U.S. representative and senators to support H.R. 221 and protect the unalienable, God-given right to keep and bear arms without infringement.
