International Public Notice: Written Affirmed Testimony Regarding the Internal Revenue Service

Affirmed Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit by Justice Anna Maria Riezinger, claiming all protections of state and international law, under the penalties for perjury available under the Public Law of The United States of America and without the United States, Incorporated, and without the United States of America, Incorporated, in any manner or form whatsoever represented as registered corporations, and I do self-declare as follows: 

 

(1) I began by asking -- how can any foreign commercial corporation operating in this country inflict an illegal payroll kickback tax on their employees when this is against the Public Law?  And how do they get away with misapplying their foreign corporate policies to Americans? Here is the answer: the Perpetrators of this scheme claim that the victim volunteered to act as a Taxpayer, in other words, they volunteered to act as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service, a titled Person, who collects taxes and tariffs for the British Monarch.  

 

(2) The Perpetrators further legalize and enforce the theft by additionally claiming that the victims also voluntarily admitted to and adopted the status of a British Territorial Subject, that is, a U.S. Citizen, by filing out the "tax return" form--- so they are now obligated by their own action to pay the tax and be sure the accounting is correct, and are presumed to accept other obligations of foreign citizenship as well;  

 

(3) They characterize these payments as "Gift and Estate Taxes".  They are making a gift of their labor to the King, like any Serf in the Middle Ages, plus are offering to pay the estate taxes of the Pope's Commonwealth holdings;

 

(4) If you love the Monarchy and you love the Pope and you feel that you owe them a third or more of your earnings plus interest --- in exchange for the "benefits" they offer for your voluntary service as a Taxpayer, you are free to hop to it.  Those "benefits" are also financed by you.  So you are: (A) paying for the benefits they allegedly provide in exchange for your volunteer work; (B) paying the taxes to the King and the Pope voluntarily; and (C) supposedly, your ability to contract and to refuse contract remains unabridged.  

 

(5) Throughout, the Perpetrators claim that you don't have to do this.  They claim that you don't have to adopt British Territorial Citizenship or Holy Roman Municipal citizenship, either. They claim you don't have to act as a Taxpayer. 

 

(6) It's all -- purportedly -- voluntary.  That's why IRS Commissioners come out on the steps and raise their hands and croon about this being "the most successful voluntary tax system in the world" ---- and at over $4 Trillion dollars a year extracted from Americans and from our economy for the benefit of the British and Holy Roman (Commercial) Empires, that's not a joke. 

 

(7) According to the Perpetrators and true beneficiaries of this scheme, you are doing this to yourself. Voluntarily. According to me and my testimony and first-hand knowledge, the vast majority of Americans have not knowingly agreed to any such voluntary foreign service and have instead been coerced and misdirected to fill in these forms and send in these payments under color of law and conditions of non-disclosure.  I say that Americans live in dread of April 15th every year.  I say we live in dread of armed men coming to our doors and busting those doors down and seizing our records and computers and everything else of value out of our houses.  I that say we fear for our lives.  I say we have complied out of fear and because of coercion under color of law, not because we ever "volunteered" and not because we were ever given any disclosure about this evil system.  

 

(8) I say that I and everyone else I know,  were told that we "had to" sign up for a Social Security account and that we "had to" fill out the IRS / Internal Revenue Service forms every year and that we "had to" fill out W-2s, W-4s, etc., and "had to" allow employers to hold back a portion of our earnings from every paycheck. We were instructed to do this by people who appeared to be officers of our government, so we complied out of the deliberately induced False Presumption that we were obligated to do all this recordkeeping and make all these payments as a matter of Public Law.  

 

(9) It was never voluntary.  We were never given enough disclosure about any of these convenient accommodations to even make a choice.  We were simply entrapped, defrauded, and coerced under force of arms and color of law by people presenting themselves as government employees.  They were actually acting as unlicensed privateers and running a confidence racket -- a totally unauthorized confidence racket -- on American soil; 

 

(10) The so-called Title 26 of the British Territorial Federal Code was: (A) never ratified by our States, that is, the States of the Union, and (B) it was never even ratified by the British Territorial States-of-States that usurped against us.  Title 26 never had any authority but the authority of tooth and claw imposed by foreign undeclared agents impersonating government authorities; 

 

(11) Not only is Title 26 totally bogus, but like all the other chicanery practiced against us, it was illegally enforced.  Even if you accepted the whole idea that the "Federal Income Tax" and all the other associated franchise taxes were valid and legally imposed, the armed enforcement used by the Internal Revenue Service, aka, IRS to carry out its raids was "borrowed" from the BATF-- the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.  Title 26 includes no armed enforcement provisions for the Internal Revenue Service at all, and contains no viable enactment clause, no proof that it was ever read into the Congressional Record;

 

(12) In order to contrive armed enforcement for the Internal Revenue Service and its municipal counterpart, the IRS, False Personas were created based on the Given Names of Americans and Individual False Narratives were constructed and placed in coded Master Files attached to their Given Names and Social Security numbers.  All of these Master Files contained fictional accounts of activities attached in some way to the manufacture, sale, or transportation of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms across state borders.  According to the Master File I accessed in the 1990s, I or someone else called "Anna Maria Riezinger" was located in Barbados and was purportedly engaged in operating a distillery there.  This False Narrative provided the excuse for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms to pursue armed enforcement action based on False Information provided by the Internal Revenue Service concerning someone or something operating under my name under the regulatory authority of the BATF;   

 

(13) The same pretenses and fictional narratives as described just now have been used to persecute millions of innocent Americans over a period of decades and the Perpetrators of this white-collar genocide and institutionalized aggravated identity theft scheme have never been held to account until now;  

 

(14)  The evidence collected by Bill Benson, a retired fiscal agent of the State of Illinois, and M.J. "Red" Beckman, and published as The Law That Never Was in 1985 conclusively proved that neither the States of the Union nor the British Territorial States of States ever ratified any Sixteenth Amendment.  

 

(15) The key findings are summarized toward the bottom of page 23 of the Fourth Edition of The Law that Never Was, Volume 1, and reveal that each one of the States polled did not ratify the Amendment proposed and instead offered their own version of the Amendment, resulting in a situation where each State of State Legislature not only failed to ratify the proposed 16th Amendment, they counter-offered their own unique amendment instead and thereby nullified any possible ratification of the original proposal.  

 

(16) Read that the so-called Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified, never read into the Congressional Record, never codified as Positive Law, and never provided for any armed enforcement provisions, so that this filthy illegal and immoral foreign racketeering operation has falsified identities and generated frivolous narratives against millions of innocent Americans, misrepresenting them and their activities so as to bring them under the authority of Title 25 and the armed enforcement and regulatory powers of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms --- and all done under color of law; 

 

(17) I suspect but at this stage of our investigations cannot prove that precisely the same mechanisms and lies were used to claim jurisdiction over the people occupying the Branch Davidian Compound in Waco, Texas, and to invoke the armed regulatory powers of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, which were employed to lay siege and murder the families, including the children, taking shelter there; 

 

(18) The white-collar genocide on paper that has occasioned these actual and suspected crimes and the loss of trillions of dollars rightfully belonging to Americans each year are crimes under both the Geneva and Hague Conventions, and while the only "war" associated with the so-called American Civil War or any other conflict since then has been a Mercenary Conflict instead, the same institutions and persons responsible for these acts of terrorism on our land and soil have consistently claimed the exigencies of declared war and have misrepresented their own authorities as military powers --- another gross lie and fraudulent misrepresentation;

 

(19) While my Mother recognized her mistake when she registered my name as that of a United States (Incorporated) Citizen, and corrected it on the public record of the British Territorial State of Wisconsin, County of Jackson, retracting any possible supposition that she ever donated me to the British Crown Corporation and making it clear that their operatives never disclosed which "United States of America" and which "United States" they were talking about when they solicited her to sign paperwork identifying her daughters as some form of United States Citizen or citizen of the United States, agents of these venal commercial corporations have continued to press false claims of ownership interest in me, my Given Name, and my physical and intellectual assets;

 

(20) Most recently I have been deliberately and repeatedly mis-addressed by the Department of Justice in the person of one Daniel Applegate, who has alleged that I owe not only tax debts but citizenship obligations to foreign nations and foreign commercial corporations that in fact owe me and my husband -- now his estate -- billions of dollars; 

 

(21) Repeated communications addressed to Mr. Applegate and the IRS and the various District Courts have fallen on deaf ears and the Department of State under Marco Rubio has consistently failed to provide the debt swap remedy for this situation guaranteed under Title 12 of the Federal Code, known as a Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption which is an option in lieu of payment for services owed by these brigands to me and to every other American; 

 

(22) The nature of this whole scenario is international crime practiced under color of law by foreign commercial corporation syndicates, many of them operating unhindered as illegal monopolies supported by quasi-military mercenary organizations supported by the secular administration of the Roman Curia and the British Crown Corporation;

 

(23) I am obligated to bring forward my direct knowledge of this treasonous activity by foreign Federal Subcontractors and I have done so, now and in the past, in lieu of being complicit in the destruction of my own country, it's people, and it's economy.  I am also prompted by the knowledge that these same false-hearted and duplicitous vendors of "essential government services" owe the living people of this country an insurmountable debt and settled contractual service obligations which they are attempting to evade;

 

(24) The current degree of lawlessness has not been seen since the days of the Emperor Justinian and at no time has the authority of the law, especially international law, been so completely debased and abused in the cause of injustice, criminality, and fraud; 

 

(25) I have come with clean hands as the Fiduciary of the nation-states that make up this country and the living people who derive their nationality from these same nation-states, as well as an international Fiduciary upholding the Public Interest of all the other nation-states that have been swindled; I have placed these issues firmly in possession of the living people, the traditional governments, and the Principals and Functionaries responsible; 

 

(26) An immediate and permanent dissolution of the Internal Revenue Service and the IRS and other similar "services" worldwide is called for, along with prosecution of Daniel Applegate and the District Courts and the U.S. Department of Justice for crimes against me and crimes against humanity in general. This horrific mockery of justice seeking to misrepresent living people as franchise corporations, public trusts, and estates formed in the presence of the living owner must come to a complete and irrevocable stop; 

 

(27) An immediate release of all prisoners held in state-of-state jails and Federal prisons for supposed tax-related crimes, including so-called tax protestors and evaders, is called for as a logical result of the fact that the Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified by the States of the Union and never ratified by the Territorial States of States, either.  Any action these people have taken to resist the imposition of a fraud upon themselves and this nation is justified;

 

(28) The assets seized-upon under all access and legal presumptions supplied by the non-existent Sixteenth Amendment and the Insular Tariff Cases self-interestedly entertained by the British Territorial Supreme Court, including property tax seizures and utility taxes and fees exercised by British Territorial States-of-States and their County franchises, must be returned and restored to the rightful American owners, or they must otherwise be consensually provided restitution, repair, and damages for six generations of commercial crime and conspiracy against our Constitutions;

 

(29) I affirm that all of this was done with obvious pre-planning and malice aforethought, based on known acts of suppression and secrecy and historical precedents, under conditions of strict non-disclosure, and under color of law;

 

(29) Other than this, I say naught, and cause my signature and biological seal and video deposition to appear as Witness to this testimony in the form of an affidavit and fulfillment of my duties as Fiduciary for The United States of America -- our unincorporated Federation of nation-states:

International Public Notice: Bastardizing Law Again

Remember what happened in England almost three centuries ago. 

The English King lost his head and his land jurisdiction in the English Civil War.  The Parliament, a legislative body never intended for any such role, stepped in as the non-consensual Trustee of the forever conjoined soil and land jurisdiction of England.  

This new bureaucratic system was a nightmare to administer.  The Law of the Sea was always infinitely corrupt and the Admiralty Courts were infamous for illegal latching and salvage activities, up to and including the Bottomry Bonds Scandal that finally resulted in public demand for Admiralty Court Reform.  

So the Admiralty Courts were stripped of most of their powers and granted subject matter jurisdiction over a total of four (4) matters, all of them explicitly dealing with operations on the sea and sailors. Not a word about land or land lubbers at all. 

This, in turn, became untenable, because it imposed strict bottlenecks in the flow of new income for the King and the British Navy. Some new means of opening up funding streams had to be found.  

Enter Lord Mansfield, a Scottish Admiralty Barrister, and his Big Idea: weld the old Admiralty Law to the English Common Law to create a new species of law known as Special Admiralty or Equity Law -- a hybrid bastardization that combines the ruthless efficiency of the corrupt old Admiralty Courts with British Common Law and allows Admiralty Law to function on Land. 

The King's Bench was reborn as a bastard in the 1750's  

The important thing for people to know about the King's Bench and the "Equity Law" it practices, is that the King holds all the "equity" in everything, and the Judges making the judgements against the debtors appearing before the King's Bench get a tidy commission percentage from everything they collect. 

This is the Machine that Americans have been facing in all the District Courts and Roman DISTRICT COURTS that have illegally and unlawfully proliferated throughout this country with nobody being the wiser.  

So, bastardizing the law for profit and commingling jurisdictions is something the Brits have done for over two hundred years. 

They are at it again, or to be specific, mercenary forces are at it again, as the shadowy World Martial Authority proposes to combine Land Law with Commercial Law to cobble up a brand new bastardization of law and commingling of jurisdictions known as the Uniform Commercial code or UCc-1.

They are trying to meld together Military Common Law and Commercial Law to create a new form of commercial law, the so-called UCc-1 under their own brand of "uniform commercial law" which is supposed to operate under an indigenous court in New Zealand. 

This insanity is what "Judge" (or "Justice" depending on which day you catch him) Adriaan Fondse is promoting and representing to the world, at the same time he is claiming to be "M1" --- presumably the Cash Master for a tribe in New Zealand, but not what the rest of the world means by "M1". 

This craziness, misrepresentation, and plundering under color of law has to end and the people responsible for advocating this "tradition" of commingling jurisdictions and using this trespass to control and plunder the assets of the living people has to stop. 

Whoever came up with this new version of an old crime needs their head examined. Just because England went disastrously off course doesn't mean the rest of the world has to follow.  

Fondse was asked to simply locate accounts that belong to the (D')Avila Family Trust, nothing more or less.  He was never given any "mandate" --- an air jurisdiction term --- by any executor or Trustee associated with the family trust to do anything else or more than simply locate the assets in the banking system, so that the estate of the lawful Heir can be settled. 

He has instead interjected himself and his ego and his purported office into the middle of an estate settlement process and has been trotting around proposing to cut deals with trust assets.    

This is the same man who collaborated with Hunter Toyofuki-Aki to unlawfully convert our American Government-chartered International Trade Bank doing business as The Global Family Bank into a registered British Maritime Commercial Bank with no material interest or authority to do so. 

These are the same men who think that they can issue American Federation Dollars without a land jurisdiction charter and permission from the American Government. These are the same men who pilfered Federal Reserve Notes out of British Maritime Commercial Bank accounts and tried to make it look like I had something to do with their illicit activities. 

Adriaan Fondse is the same man who knowingly allowed a counterfeit signature "representing" my signature to appear on a document and who did nothing to correct the situation.  

That document which I never signed and never approved of at all ---and wasn't even aware of until it was published as a done deal, purportedly allowed the takeover and "administration" of our American-chartered trade bank by a British Territorial South African business corporation that the phony "Judge" Fondse owned an interest in. 

So, Adriaan Fondse has gratuitously and with "authority" from a tribe in New Zealand, proposed to give a British Territorial South African Corporation, oversight and ownership interest in an International Trade Bank chartered by the American Government, and collaborated with Hunter Toyofuki-Aki to counterfeit my signature to do so, without my knowledge or permission.  

Interpol?  FBI?  International banking regulators?  Provost Marshals?  Are any of you agents and agencies that are paid billions of dollars every year to "serve and protect" the living people of this planet worth the salt in your shit?  

I have made the complaint public, on air, with voice and video, and hereby affirm under the penalties of perjury available under the Public Law of this actual country that an international crime of commandeering has occurred, that it was committed by two men, Hunter Toyofuki-Aki and Adriaan Fondse, who have counterfeited my signature and pretended authorities they never possessed to promote a self-interested trespassing scheme against assets belonging to our nation-states and People. 

Shut down the "World Martial Authority" or restrict it to New Zealand if the native New Zealanders want to be used as the hosts for a pirate base.  It has been done before on Norfolk Island, Puerto Rico, the Mariana Islands, and now the island nation of New Zealand. 

Arrest "Judge" Adriaan Fondse before he causes more confusion and damage; and, investigate his False Claims of having a Mandate from me or the actual estate Executors to seize upon or deploy any assets belonging to or derived from the (D')Avila Family Trust.  Also investigate the False Claims and counterfeit signatures that Adriaan Fondse and Hunter Toyofuki-Aki have used to assert that they ever had my permission to submit The Global Family International Trade Bank to any oversight or ownership interest promoted by the South African business corporation known as "Go New Earth, Inc."

 And everyone on this list, millions of people worldwide, and both Principals and Agents who are being addressed, be aware that the bastardization of English Common Law and Admiralty Law to create "Special Admiralty Law" was a crock and a fraud against humanity and against nature when it happened in the 1750's and it has done nothing but promote trespass and felony level crimes against humanity ever since.  

A further jurisdictional trespass allowing a bastardization of Martial Law and Commercial Law to create a new form of commercial law promoted as UCc-1 by the so-called World Martial Authority can only be expected to have the same or worse results. 

Stop it.  Nip it in the bud.  Instead of trying to build a future on an atrocity committed in the 1750's in England as a means to raise revenue for the King and the British Navy, correct the situation and separate the jurisdictions as they are ordained by Nature itself to be separate.
