The following is the direct text of a letter in reply to one John Chapman, a very confused Anglophile and his entourage of subscribers. It explains in some detail the actual condition of England and to some extent, the condition of the native peoples of the British Isles.
Quite simply, the English people have been conquered and abused for a very long time, by a combination of Continental European interests. French heirs own their land and soil, while Germans control their sea and air jurisdictions. The native peoples of the British Isles have suffered precisely the same fate as Native Americans in this country, absent the open air internment camps known as "reservations"; the native Brits simply haven't recognized the severity of their condition until now:
For your combined information, a message from the American Fiduciary, to John Chapman, et alia:
I don't have a "nom de guerre" and have never been at war with anyone. I have a pen name, properly recorded and copyrighted, and explicitly explained to my readership. "von Reitz" is a short version of the old family name "von Reitzenstein" --- a foreshortened version which I created and adopted on October 10th 1981, as I was attempting to draw a line between my private life and my (possible) public literary life. If I had had any idea that I would be engaged in world affairs I would have simply kept the internationally trademarked and also individually created surname "Riezinger" left as a bequest by one of my great-great-Grandfathers ---- and been done with fatuous suppositions and suspicions promoted by madmen like you, John Chapman.
I am not, as it turns out, "Dutch" of any kind. My family lines in Germany are: (1) Tyrolean, (2) Bavarian, (3) East German/Prussian. Got that? Nobody from the Netherlands, not a single Dutchman anywhere. Donald Trump has Dutch ancestors --- not me.
As it turns out, "Great Britain" is a Company, not a country, and the whole idea that Englishmen and Scots and Irish and Welsh were suddenly transformed into "British" is just another part of the Great Fraud against us all. Even the idea that "British" land exists, is a misnomer and misconception. Here's the actual history: 1066 A.D. the English were overrun by the French and all their land and soil came under French possession and ownership down to the last goat inventoried by William the Conqueror, so what you are misrepresenting as "English" was French even at the time of the Magna Carta, which was the product of French heirs of the Conquest, not Englishmen.
Another kind of "conquest" in a material and commercial sense happened when misguided persons imported William of Orange and put him on what could have been left of the English throne and that led to Queen Mary, a German, being adopted as the "British" Monarch. Germans have ruled over the "British" ever since and the "British" label represents denigrated English, Scotch, Irish, and Welshmen who are held in a form of perpetual indentured servitude known as "British Citizenship", while their assets, including their land and labor are commandeered as collateral backing the debts of the Great Britain Company and British Crown Corporation, otherwise known as "the Firm".
Are you and your poor readership jotting all this down, so that you can know what you are talking about from now on and stop touting the "glories of England"? On top of the French Conquest misfortune and the subsequent divvying up of every square meter of England to the Norman Barons' possession and ownership, "England" has been a German-held commercial hell hole since the very early 1700's, so our American relatives left just in time.
There is --- and get this firmly in your brain --- no such thing as "English sovereignty" and there hasn't been any such thing in a long, long time. What passes for English sovereignty is a "monarchy" in the international jurisdiction of the sea, and this has been their condition for substantially before the American dust up with "King" George II, so we can all be sure that every land treaty signed by the English / "British" Government since 1702 has been conceived in fraud and misrepresentation by foreign occupiers of English, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh land.
That's why the people in England suffer so much neglect, live in substandard housing that has gone without proper maintenance for decades, have the worst and slowest health service in Europe, and have borne the brunt of endless war-faring under the misdirection of German merchant-"kings". This is why they have been the victims of population collapse and why they are being overrun by illegal immigrants. This is also why Keir Starmer is selling off their land out from under them at bargain basement prices. This is why there are "administrative units" six deep claiming ownership rights to every parcel of land in "Britain" --- these administrative units represent six different foreign banks or banking cartels, dunning the actual owners for debts owed by the Great Britain Company and the British Crown Corporation -- foreign, privately owned business enterprises that keep all the profits for themselves, while assigning all the debts to poor Joe Cockney.
Your idea that the "English" settlers arriving in the early 1600's had standing as a sovereign people is entirely mistaken. They were still ruled over by Frenchmen who continued to occupy England and possess it to this day. And since then, since 1702, the native people of the British Isles have been ruled over in the international jurisdiction of the sea by Germans who have held the native people of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales in perpetual indentured servitude, and considered them to be Wards of the State.
So -- French heirs in possession of the land and soil; German "rulers" in possession of the sea and air. Not an Englishman in sight anywhere.
The Federation is not "Federal". The so-called "Federal Government" is named after the Federation, because the unincorporated Federation of States holds all mutual powers of the sovereign nation-states and is in fact the Delegator of all "delegated powers" assigned under the three "Federal" Constitutions.
I am a native of my sovereign nation-state, Wisconsin. I am a sovereign with sovereign land and soil rights. In our country, there is no way for anyone to have "civil rights" and also have standing on the land and soil. "Civil rights" are not rights, they are privileges granted to public employees in lieu of the natural and unalienable rights owed to American State Nationals.
The whole concept of "Commoners" and social caste systems and "titles" is repugnant and part of the whole "British" farce, having no meaning or right to be applied in this country to people who have fought eight long years to dissolve any ties to that European nightmare. All Americans born in this country have natural and unalienable rights, not "civil rights".
As for your final nonsensical claim that I have negotiated "your" land rights without your permission, once again, you are clearly in the dark and have no clue whatsoever what is actually going on.
Via a series of fraudulent and self-interested processes and False Claims in commerce, the German "British" Monarchy acting in collusion with the Roman Pontiff and Roman Curia, had twisted things around and misrepresented Americans as foreigners on their own land and soil--- specifically registering us as "U.S. Citizens" and secondarily registering us as Municipal citizens of the United States --- two foreign political statuses that trafficked our Good Names first into the international jurisdiction of the sea, and secondly into the global jurisdiction of the air. This trafficking of our Lawful Persons into these foreign jurisdictions created the appearance that we had "voluntarily" left our land and soil jurisdiction vacated. They then intended to use this undisclosed set up to claim that our American Government no longer existed and that this country's land and soil were vacated, available for them to claim and dispose of.
What I and my cohorts have done is simply to put a very big stick in their red wagon wheels, to pre-empt their False Claims and constructive fraud against this country and its people. We "returned" from their acts commandeering our identities and their crimes of personage seeking to misrepresent us as foreigners and "second class" and "third class" citizens in our own country--- and shoved it down their throats.
We are pleased to announce that the Roman Municipal ESTATE trust scam, otherwise known as the "dead baby scam" has been permanently overturned worldwide, and the British scam that used the Roman scam as its template, albeit in the international jurisdiction of the sea, is next.
Thanks to us raising the alarm, John, you have a claim to own your land and soil in The United States, and a declared reversionary trust interest allowing you to claim it.
You are like a dog chained to a fence for so long that you love your abusers and can't recognize your salvation when it comes.
We have opened up a pathway for you, a man considered to be a Ward of the King (indentured servant) and until very recently, a slave of Rome, to regain your birthright political status as an American State National and then also claim your land and soil and also your personal sovereignty ---- which depends on possessing your land and soil. All you have to do is declare your claim to your birthright political status in writing, and provide two Witnesses who know you well enough to know who you are and where you were born in this country.
Otherwise, without us, you'd be circling the drain, about to be sucked down with the "British" Empire and their failed attempt to create and operate a system of Corporate Feudalism. And so would most of the other people on this planet who were unlucky enough to be misidentified, misrepresented, and illegally seized upon by undeclared "British" Crown Corporation Agents secretly engaged in unlawfully converting national assets to private "corporate" ownership.
Suggest you slap yourself awake and take in the actual view. Nobody here is trying to steal anything from you, but you do have to take action on your own behalf, stand up and be counted as an American, and claim back your own birthright. All I can do is keep the door open for you to do so.
