The most basic "service" we can make in terms of notification and creation of liability for the snakes is via a simple affirmed and witnessed demand for performance.
This is couched in their language and to some extent requires us to engage with them, but if you want to establish your own personal claim to non-citizen status, there is no better way currently available.
Experience has shown that honoring or not honoring their good faith service obligations has been left to individuals. As a result, there is no uniformity to what the public can expect.
Some people apply for Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions and are immediately released from levies and collections. Others continue to wait for months or years for action.
This is just one example.
Some people retract or time out registrations of privately owned cars and trucks without reproach, others are harassed without mercy and coerced to give up their ownership interest in their own property.
This inequality has been one of the worst aspects of the whole misadministration and confusion we have suffered.

This template is created for you as individuals and intended to be used now as a means of establishing your non-citizen status and lodging your claim with the officials who are technically responsible for honoring it.
Part of the problem is that each time a new administration begins, our records seem to be mysteriously "lost", which means that we are constantly having to reapply pressure and repeat ourselves.
This Demand is pure, clean, simple and exact. This is who we are. This is why we are writing. This is what we demand of these officials as part of their "good faith service" obligation.
