Mass Shootings – When will these atrocities be stopped?

How many more mass shootings have to happen, before we as a nation address these atrocities? Well, we’re making a movie right now that DOES address them.  The movie is titled GOOD GUYS WITH GUNS – How an Armed Citizenry Deters Tyranny and Atrocities. An “atrocity” is like what happened Friday morning when 10 people, most of them kids, were slaughtered in yet another mass shooting at a school.  There have been over a dozen school shootings in the last year! As usual, all the networks and pundits are screaming to take away guns. Our movie proposes different solutions, solutions you will never hear on network TV.   In the movie we propose things like taking a look at 1) the psych drugs the shooters are on; 2) the violence from Hollywood movies and games; 3) the ill-prepared schools; 4) the growing “gun-free zones”; 5) the lack of concealed carry by teachers; 6) the moral decay since Engle v. Vitale  removed worship in the public schools and 7) the motives of the Globalists who want to usher in a one-world, totalitarian police state.

Please spread this around far and wide on social media, and to all your people.  If you are in one of the states that went for Trump, please check the leftist target state lists, but even if your state is not listed, be prepared to protect your electors in case it becomes a targeted state.  Don't put anything past the terrorists who seek to STILL find a way to steal this election, this time through naked coercion and force against the Electors. 

We do need to stay cool and otherwise give them plenty of rope to hang themselves, but this is a serious threat that we must address.  We have no option of "sitting this one out."  And we simply cannot leave this to the police.  We have seen, in the past, people under direct death threats go unprotected by police even after they have directly requested protection. 

We saw that most recently with a black Republican woman candidate in Maryland.  Even after direct death threats by radical Muslims, all she could get from her local PD was token increased frequency of patrol car drive by's of her house. 

And, wherever there is civil unrest, the police will be even less able to provide any real protection. 

In addition to being prepared to help any Electors who contact us, we also need to be proactive about keeping watch over them when and where they gather on December 19.  

Don't presume that the Marxist radicals will not actually kill some Electors in the hopes of terrorizing the others into doing their will.   We are through the looking glass here.  And they are both desperate and deranged.

Citizens in our (once) free republic founded under the English common law system, have both the power and the right to vote according to conscience when they sit on a jury and can vote not guilty even in the face of the law and in the face of the evidence. The defendant also has a right to expect that his jury will be fully informed of their rightful power to vote “not guilty” if they believe justice requires it, regardless of the evidence. Anything less is not a real jury trial.

The jury issues no opinion, gives no explanation of its decision. It simply renders its verdict, and if the verdict is “not guilty,” that acquittal cannot be questioned or overturned by any court. It is telling that a conviction can be overturned, but an acquittal cannot — the deck is stacked on the side of the liberty of the individual on trial. While a judge can overturn a jury conviction that in his judgment is unsupported by the evidence, or where the jury harbors prejudicial animus toward the defendant, the judge cannot overturn an acquittal even if the evidence is overwhelming — even if the defendant admits on the stand that he did the actions of which he is accused.

No More Free Wacos - Oathkeepers warns military and feds not to "Waco" the Bundys

I received this from Stewart Rhodes this morning. Thank you Stewart. 

"Paul, thank you for doing that. It speaks highly of your character and decency, which I have never doubted till this unfortunate incident. But you have done the stand up thing, and I am impressed. 

And I apologize for any harsh words I may have aimed your way, even indirectly. I am so worn down sometimes from all the crap thrown my way no matter what I do or say and while I just try to do what I believe is right for the cause. I am not perfect, and I make mistakes all the time, but the only man who doesn't make mistakes is the man who does nothing, and that is the worst mistake of all. You, like me, are a man who cannot just sit by and do nothing. And in that we have common cause, even if we don't agree on everything.

My response:

Thank you Stewart. I have never doubted your dedication to freedom. It's really unfortunate that fallen human nature gets in the way some times, but the only thing we can do when that happens is admit our faults and get up and try again.
So count on my help for your next security operation, and in the mean time feel free to write on my blog in any comment section after any article, or not, it's up to you.

Retraction or Clarification - Paul Stramer regarding Stewart Rhodes.

To whom it may concern (anyone who has read this blog) about Stewart Rhodes.

On January 6th I published an article written by Anna Von Reitz where she accused Stewart of "being engaged in Controlled Opposition", and that Stewart "actually works for" a corporation implying the one masquerading as our federal government.

I have known Stewart for years, and actually met him at a Republican Convention in Helena when I was a State Committeeman for Lincoln County, and a bit before he started Oathkeepers if I recall correctly.

Anna's opinion at the time was NOT my opinion, and never has been. I do NOT believe Stewart has any motives that are not honorable. I have seen him take the heat that most patriots are taking from the left and a lot more heat, that most of us don't get.  I told Anna that on January 7th in the following words.

"I have known Stewart since way before he started Oathkeepers, and he is NOT WORKING FOR THE OTHER SIDE. He has gotten rid of his BAR card.

 He is right in  that he has NOT accused you of being on the side of the enemy, which is essentially what you did to him.

 We need to exercise way more patience than that, or how are we going to attract God's Grace to help us win this thing for America?

 I fear that now I will never be able to convince him to take another look.  So now what?

 God have Mercy.

The enemies of America would love nothing better than to get patriots fighting amongst themselves, and by so so doing to divide and conquer our country and shove the whole of the history of America into the dustbin of history, by changing all of that history and making it disappear forever from the minds of all men.

Fortunately there are a few of what I can call Super Patriots, who are doing their dead level best to stop that from happening, but even those super patriots, who are under extreme pressure on a daily basis, and can barely find time to get a handful of hours of sleep in a night, can fall victim to our own human frailty. Things like ego, anger, and lack of Christian Charity. Things like impatience in touchy situations. I know this because I have had the same problem, and it took many years to learn to put those feelings aside when the pressure is on, and I still have to watch myself very carefully on occasion. We must be self-less in our journey and our battles for peace and freedom.

There is a time and place for just anger. Even Christ Himself gave us an example of that when he drove the money changers from the Temple. His anger was Just, as ours should be when confronting the evil in the world, but his Anger was also well considered and directed at the actual enemy of good.

Now I know, that sometimes truth can only be uncovered with animated discussion of the issues, and sometimes even heated discussion. But there is a fine line between that, and a selfish disregard of the other patriots we are trying to work with to save peace and freedom in America. Patience is a virtue, and it comes from the root of all virtues, HUMILITY.  Humility vanquishes pride, the root of all evil, like the truth vanquishes fraud, which when proven destroys every contract that it touches.

This is certainly a principled argument that speaks well of Stewart Rhodes and his approach to self-government at the local level.  

In our system of things, the true power stays with the individual who delegates to the county who delegates to the state who delegates to the federal government. 

Not the other way around. 

It is true that the local people have got to have the cajones to take a stand and until they do, you can lead a horse to water, but can't make him drink. 

You can prove that their property rights are being violated by thugs----commercial mercenaries acting under color of law----and you can offer to stand with them, but until they find the courage and conviction to free themselves, nobody else can do that for them. All that is perfectly true. 

However, there is a bone to pick with the Oathkeepers as an organization and with Stewart Rhodes; I have already picked it once and I shall pick it again.   It does not remain for any one small group of people to determine whether our Constitution and our Law of the Land is respected or not.  

That kind of thinking leads to "sanctuary cities" and armed bands of thugs holding mountain passes and robbing travelers while claiming that is okay because that is the "law" of Harney County.

My opinion on the matter is that when a man or woman takes an Oath to uphold The Constitution, they must uphold it or be exposed as Oath-breakers instead of Oathkeepers.

The Jurisdiction of the Land owed to the People of the Oregon State is being violated by federal over-reach and that is a violation of The Constitution and the Law of the Land in general.  The longevity of the mis-administration and fraud committed against the western states by the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and now, by its United Nations Trustees in receivership, in no way affects the standing and the political status of those men who have taken over the BLM facilities in protest of armed acts of "criminal aggression" in the words of the Nuremburg Trial, perpetuated by employees of the "Bureau of Land Management" which is nothing but a trademarked name acquired by the IMF as part of its deal with the entirely criminal and fraudulent Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration at Bretton Woods.

Read that as--- the "Bureau of Land Management" is precisely the same as a company name like "Stanley Tools" or "Kentucky Fried Chicken" that has been acquired by backdoor deals among private, mostly foreign-owned banking cartels in the business of providing "governmental services", and then "traded upon".  The sharks come in, buy a recognized brand name like "Stanley Tools" which has enjoyed a good reputation for many years, and then start producing cheap knock offs that they sell at premium prices to the unsuspecting public, which is never made aware of the change of ownership and administration of the company and the brand.

In the same way the "governmental services organizations" have changed ownership and management and even the law under which they operate, all without telling the public a word about it, and thus defrauding the people they are supposedly serving.

So What Does All This Mean?

It means we have been defrauded by international banking cartels operating "governmental services corporations" as if these entities were our lawful government. It means that the Holy See and the British Monarch have acted in secretive Breach of Trust and Dishonor and have undermined our rightful government since 1845. It means that we have caught the rats red-handed, proved the facts, and demanded remedy.

FRANCISCUS, the dba name of the Pope, issued his Motu Proprio and made the members of the Bar Associations responsible for their errors and omissions. This effectively washed his hands of the criminality of the Bar Members and the continuing assaults upon us by the British Crown and ended their privateer licenses and other protections that had been extended to them in Breach of Trust.

So far, so good.

However, there has been no action to dismantle the mechanisms of the fraud that has been practiced against the living people. Every day, babies are born in hospitals and are "registered" as chattel belonging to privately owned and operated corporations masquerading as our government. These corporations patent and trademark our bodies and our names and create "citizens" for themselves that they ultimately control as slaves. This practice of "enslavement by proxy" is no less repugnant than physical enslavement and it has the same results.

They have accomplished this by obtaining undisclosed contracts under conditions of coercion and misrepresentation and by blatant fraud upon the probate courts and falsification of the civil records. They have had each one of us declared "legally dead"---- "Missing, presumed lost at sea"---and have seized upon our estates as presumed secondary beneficiaries. This legal chicanery has been assisted and expedited by a few evil politicians who literally conspired to sell their countrymen into slavery for profit.

Donate to the Brady Ranch Fund We quote now from an excellent press release regarding the event, recently put out by the Oath Keepers, one of our closest allies. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Delegation of state legislators, lead by Washington State Representative Matt Shea, along with a  delegation of current serving Sheriffs, lead by Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and military and police members of Oath Keepers, are converging on the site of a stand-off between federal law enforcement and Nevada Rancher Cliven Bundy, to prevent bloodshed and to stand in defense of hardworking rural Americans who are under assault by a runaway federal government.       LAS VEGAS, NV, April 10, 2014 The Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org), led by retired Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, and the Oath Keepers organization (oathkeepers.org) are assisting Washington State Representative Matt Shea in organizing a delegation of current serving Western state legislators and Sheriffs to travel to the site of a tense stand-off between Bunkerville, Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).  The delegation is traveling to Nevada to support a coalition of current serving Nevada legislators being organized by Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, of Las Vegas, to stand vigil at the Bundy ranch to prevent Federal Government provocation of violence resulting in another Ruby Ridge or Waco type incident.  They also hope that their example of oath-sworn public servants defending the rights of the people will prompt Clark County, Nevada Sheriff Douglas Gillespie and Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to honor their oaths of office by taking real action to defend the rights of the Bundy family, the rights of all Nevadans, and the sovereignty of the State of Nevada. Yesterday, April 9, 2014, Nevada State Assemblywoman Michele Fiore served the first watch in this vigil shortly after Cliven Bundy's son, Ammon Bundy, was tazered by BLM "Rangers" during a heated confrontation.  [The video of that confrontation can be seen with the full article on the Oath Keepers web site, www.oathkeepers.org]: The courage and resolve displayed by Ammon Bundy and his relatives is inspiring, and may well go down in history as a watershed moment - a turning of the tide.  But the above video also amply demonstrates the heavy-handed behavior of the BLM that risks escalating an already volatile situation into open bloodshed, that, once begun, may spiral out of anyone's control.    It is necessary that current serving public servants step in-between the protesters and the BLM, to protect the rights of the people and to prevent violence against them by the militarized federal law enforcement that are massing near the ranch to continue the forced confiscation (theft) of  Bundy's cattle, while they also restrict all access to huge tracts of public land, and attempt to restrict the free speech of protesters with their absurd "First Amendment Area" (which the protesters are ignoring, to their honor).    The Oath Keepers organization, comprised of 40,000 current serving and former military, police, and first responders, is also calling on its members and all other patriotic Americans to join the vigil at the Bundy ranch under the leadership of the current serving legislators and sheriffs.  The goal is to have at least one current serving state legislator and at least one sheriff on the ground at all times until this is over.  And they will be backed by a large number of military and police veterans, as well as dedicated patriotic Americans from all walks of life, to interpose and defend the rights of the protesters and to keep an eye on the actions of the BLM and any other federal law enforcement present, to prevent a recurrence of the horrid abuses seen at Ruby Ridge and Waco, and to hopefully pressure the Clark County Sheriff and the Nevada Governor to step up and do their constitutional duty.    Regardless, please tell everyone you know to be praying for a peaceful resolution to this situation and for the safety of the brave patriots headed there and on the ground there right now.
