Conference Week

Those of you who have been following along are aware that somewhat over a year ago we formed The Living Law Firm to research and probe and float test cases in the courts, seeking to discover the nature of The Beast and its history.

Over the past year and half we have met privately, online, via teleconference and small discussion groups working on specific topics ranging from illegal foreclosures to military court history to undeclared "wars" on our soil, the earliest records of the Colonists, the role of the Dutch East India Trading Company---- you name it, we've dug into it.

The Living Law Firm team has been aided by volunteers with every kind of expertise along the way, and so many of you have sent us your money and your prayers as challenges have arisen. You've kept us going through busted water heaters and illnesses, through the day to day grind of paying for copy paper and light bills.

For the next week I will be very busy working with members of The Living Law Firm whose search has taken them deep into the history and inner workings of Administrative Law. As a result, I may not be as talkative as usual and may not be responding to calls and emails--- be of good cheer. It means I am "nose down and at the grindstone".

In recent weeks The Living Law Firm has accomplished some miracles. 

We have delved out a simple process that average people can use to completely correct their political status records, reclaim their identity, and return home to their natural permanent domicile on the land and soil of the organic states.   

We have put a giant Private Registered Indemnity Bond in place for each state of the Union, which people can use to protect their homes and land from bogus foreclosures, providing the "First Ever" simple DYI systemic answer to mortgage fraud. 

We have taught people how to lawfully stop paying taxes they don't owe and how to defend themselves from IRS attacks.  

Thank You, and No, I Can't Keep Up.....And Did You Know You Are in The Service?

This morning I looked in my email inbox and saw 50,410 unanswered emails blinking at me.  There is no way on Earth that I can answer all or even a small fraction of these. It just isn't possible.  If I had a full-time staff devoted to answering emails for me, they might keep up.  As it is, it would take 50 people working over 1,000 emails each today.

Realizing--- and finally admitting---- that I am never, ever going to be able to get through all those emails, I just had to hit the "delete" button and hope that the ultimate answers to the mysteries of government and life were not part of the overload.

I also had a heartbreaking question forwarded to me by my Webmaster --- a friend who has been sending $10 a month since September and never got a thank you from me.  Did it arrive?  Did it make a difference?  I burst into tears.

Living Law Firm Update -- November 2016

The Living Law Firm is a loose association of researchers and non-Bar attorneys and retired judges who are working pretty much around the clock to put an end to the corruption of our commercial and judicial systems. The work runs a wide spectrum--- from international banking to individual foreclosures, from international counterfeiting to land patents. 

 

We have undertaken a staggering but necessary array of work, all of it aimed at ending abuse of the legal system and promoting peaceful resolution of claims. The fundamental thrust of this is to find systemic cures---- broad spectrum cures that will impact everyone by changing the system itself, instead of one by one actions that impact just a few people at a time.

That said, there has been such an outcry for specific help that a few of the Living Law Firm members are being freed up to do private casework. With foreclosures we have an exceptional record to date handling individual cases, though our goals in doing so have gone far beyond each separate case.

Times being what they are, we can't do these additional individual cases for free--- we are barely nosing through our current caseload on the donations everyone has been sending in--- so individuals seeking private help should be prepared to pay up to $3000 for the research and briefs and other paperwork needed to end their own mortgage nightmares. Each case is different--- some can be handled with a lot less ado and other cases are more complex.

Until we have the means to permanently unravel the entire trademarking and copyright infringement scheme that has been employed to create these false mortgages and title deeds, it is still a matter of slogging it out one by one.

Update on Living Law Firm Progress

Foreclosures:
We expect that by the end of this week we will have the actual structure and mechanism of the foreclosure fraud detailed out, step by step, in a way that average non-accountants can follow along and grasp. That step by step will give the citations to the patents and trademarks and other public records that are all admissible evidence in any court. We are going to release this to the general public, for free, and let you have at it in your individual cases--- at the same time that we pursue remedy in behalf of all Americans. The Final PUSH -- Update on Living Law Firm and Foreclosure Fraud

When a woman is in labor the pain comes in waves and along with that pain comes exhausting physical effort that leaves you tired and weak in the aftermath.  You coast down the back side of the pain and then fall back, only to rise up again on the next wave.  That's how this whole effort has been. 

Yesterday I got word that confirms what I have hoped for.  The Living Law Firm is getting ready for the final PUSH on the foreclosure issue.  

We have to shuttle some folks around the country.  We have to pay for hotel rooms.  We need about a week of group effort to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together and maybe another week to write it all up-----but I am confident that a major goal is within reach. 

We can end the foreclosure madness.

Our Living Law Firm is slogging it out against incredible odds aiming to do something that nobody at present even imagines---- stopping ALL foreclosures nationwide forever. 

Think about it.  

Six million families get to stay in their homes.  

The criminal banks get held to account.  

Not just one family.  Not just one home.  Millions of homes saved.  Millions of Americans in possession of their property with no more fear of attack.

I want to make a name change from The People's Law Firm --- which though correct, sounds a bit like Mainland China --- to The Living Law Firm, because what we are doing is for living people.

  

Yes, you read the headline right.  Twenty homes have been saved, in a row, out of twenty million,  without a single loss.  I think that twenty straight wins says something important---- it says that we have it nailed. We have the fraud figured out.  We have the facts. We have the process.   And we are busting case after case---- but for this to really matter, more lawyers have to take the plunge to come walk the walk as a Private Attorney General, more paralegals have to be trained and it has to happen now.

It is of paramount importance that American homes and ranches and businesses be saved, that American families not suffer eviction, and that this scourge of lawless fraud by the banks be ended.   

We CAN stop current foreclosures in their tracks and return millions of homes that have been unlawfully foreclosed and seized back to their owners.  We can do this not just some of the time, but all of the time, not just for the lucky few and the wealthy and the famous----but for Mom and Pop, too. 

Standing here today I know full well that twenty wins is just a drop in the bucket. It's not even a scratch on the surface of the biggest real estate fraud swindle and betrayal of trust in history------but I also know that the Truth has been loosed, and when what is True comes, what is False must pass away.  

The crack in the dam of the monolithic foreclosure fraud is here. 

We know that this announcement will bring on a flood of urgent pleas for help and we have to admit that we don't even BEGIN to have the manpower and resources to answer the need at this time so we ask that all of those battling foreclosures bear with us.  We are continuing to move forward as quickly as we can on as many fronts as possible. For lack of a better way to proceed, we may establish a "Client Lottery" for now, and just draw names out of a hat to determine which foreclosure clients The Living Law Firm represents. 

The seed money people have sent and are sending is allowing us to get on our feet and keeping the "boys in the field" supplied with paper and ink and filing fees and beans and rice. No doubt by Wall Street standards this homegrown law firm is just a gritty little low-brow bunch of scrappers----- but as of tonight, it's scrappers who have gone toe to toe twenty times in a row, and carried off the prize. 

Despite all the nay-sayers, we must have something right.

1. I just deleted 43,000 emails.  I have also been inundated with calls.  Please, unless you have something that applies to the Big Picture, leave me alone and let me work. I am up to my ears in vexatious international claims and banking issues trying to recoup and deploy American assets.  I do not have time to sneeze, and I cannot get involved in individual law suits.    

2. I have 390 million Americans who are in deep Kim Chee, all of them wanting answers and remedies for everything from tax issues to unlawful arrests to foreclosures to correcting their political status.  If there were any simple 1,2,3  and One-Size-Fits-All answers we would have published the recipe already.  It's not that we are stupid and just need someone to suggest it, okay?  

So far the kind of solutions that average people can easily apply by themselves have been few and far between.
