That makes them Seditionists. The definition of sedition is "to incite violence against the lawful civil authority". It's a felony crime. They should be arrested and charged with sedition the instant they throw any anti 2nd amendment bill in the hopper. It is NOT possible to change, abrogate, or replace the 2nd amendment with a mere statute. There is a constitutional process to do it lawfully. Get real everyone. These people are criminals, and need to be in jail the very instant they even PROPOSE such so called "laws", which are all null and void from their inception, and don't give me any noise about the so called "corporate government". It was all done with fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, which makes all their contracts UNILATERAL, making them all null and void also. NONE OF THIS WILL STAND BEFORE GOD. States to feds: Hands off our guns

A growing number of states are moving forward with legislation to exempt them from new federal gun controls and, in some cases, brand as criminals anyone who tries to enforce them. 

In Montana, a similar bill prohibiting state or local police from enforcing a federal assault weapons ban has passed both houses of the state legislature and awaits reconciliation between the two chambers before it goes to the governor. 

Gov. Steve Bullock, a Democrat, has not revealed his position on the bill. 

Montana went for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney by double digits in November. And GOP Rep. Krayton Kerns, who penned the legislation, noted that Bullock would be up for reelection in a few years.

“He probably needs one gun rights vote,” Kerns said. “Maybe this will be it.”

History bears this out in spades as the movie shows. Again I challenge any gun grabber to  prove this wrong.

I am forced to think at this point that YOU WANT THAT VIOLENCE so you can declare so called "martial law" and come at the freedom loving people of America with military force. Be careful. Many of those military people you are counting on, take their oath very seriously. They just might turn and kill the officer that gave the unlawful orders, and then keep right on coming for YOU!  Be careful of trying to use any foreign troops on our soil, because ALL the armed people in America will consider those troops as a foreign invasion and will fight like nothing the world has ever seen to preserve our freedom. Your kind has never tried your evil in any country like America, where self defense and firearms ownership are enshrined in the supreme law of the land. I WOULD NOT TRADE PLACES with any of you. You are your own worst enemies. You are biting off far more than you can chew, and again your arrogance will be your downfall.

We are willing to forgive you at this point if you just stop what you are doing, withdraw all your so called gun control bills, and apologize to the American people, then step down from your office and leave. But if you continue to incite violence against We the People, passing some so called "laws" (which are null and void on their face) and then send your goons to collect guns or even arrest some lawful gun owners on some trumped up charges from those so called "laws", well then we can't guarantee your safety, or that you will ever get a second chance. We WILL NEVER START ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE AGAINST YOU, but let me be perfectly clear about this, WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE AGAINST US OR OUR FAMILIES as a result of your non-laws.

Local officials step outside the law AGAIN!

One important thing you left out Ted. All these gun grabbers are OUTLAWS. If they were not outside the law with their attempt to get the guns, they would be proposing an outright repeal of the 2nd amendment following the constitutional amendment process. They will not obey the US Constitution, and they know such a repeal attempt would fail, so they are going OUTSIDE THE LAW to try by statute or executive order to create a monopoly of lethal force in their own hands. When they come for you and your guns, what will you do?

This article came from one of our readers this morning, and it's great to see people taking a stand for the US Constitution, but I am forced to make some comments on some of his points that if not made could lead to some misunderstanding about what the law really is for the United States. Many believe the we have "Constitutional Rights".  We don't. We have God given rights under positive divine law, and under the natural law, THAT NO GOVERNMENT EVER CAN TAKE AWAY, because no government ever gave those rights. They were not ever within the authority of government to give or take away. He is absolutely right that the US Constitution is still in full force and effect, and we will point out how that has been reinforced by supreme court rulings very recently.

I feel that a lot of American citizens feel like they have no choice but to surrender their guns if the government comes for them. I blame traditional media sources for this mass brainwash and I carry the responsibility of all small independent bloggers to tell the truth. So my focus today is to lay out your constitutional rights as an American, and let you decide what to do with those rights. (Again, we don't have Constitutional rights. We the People WROTE the Constitution for government to follow, not the other way around. We have God given rights which no government, legitimate or otherwise, can take away. The enemies of freedom want you to believe that government gives rights, and they talk about "constitutional rights" all the time. Even the gun grabbers want to retain their own "constitutional right" to bear arms, but they want to deny yours.) About a month ago I let the “democracy” word slip in a discussion with a fellow blogger. I know better. Americans have been conditioned to use this term. It’s not an accurate term and it never has been a correct term to describe our form of government. The truth is that the United States of America is a constitutional republic. If you are religious you might choose to think of it this way… Say that members of your congregation decide that mass fornication is a good thing. Do they have the right to change the teachings of your God? The truth is the truth. It doesn’t matter how many people try to stray from it. Did I just compare our founders to God? In a way I did, but please note that I am not trying to insult anyone. For the purpose of the American Government our constitution and founders who wrote it are much like God is to believers. It is the law. It is indisputable. (This is a question of "Who is the law giver"? We know that the author of a law is the law giver as God is the author of the Ten Commandments, and the Natural laws. It follows then, that the author of the US Constitution is the law giver. Look at the preamble. It says " We the People do ordain and establish..... We the People are the authority who established these rules for government servants to follow, and we limited those powers government could exercise, delegated from our God given natural rights and powers, without which government has no power at all, except in our day they have USURPED much power illegitimately and unlawfully that doesn't belong to them at all. They have become the outlaws, and usurpers.)

Our founders did not want a “democracy” for they feared a true democracy was just as dangerous as a monarchy. The founders were highly educated people who were experienced in defending themselves against tyranny. They understood that the constitution could protect the people by limiting the power of anyone to work outside of it much better than a pure system of popularity. A system of checks and balances was set up to help limit corruption of government and also the potential for an “immoral majority” developing within the American People. We have forgotten in this country that we are ultimately ruled by a constitution. (We are ruled ultimately by positive divine law (ten commandments) and the natural laws put into spin at the beginning by our creator, which laws are all higher than any man made law such as the US Constitution, but it is true to say that man made Constitution is the Supreme Law for the United States, a creation also of man.) Why is a democracy potentially just as dangerous as a monarchy? Let’s look at something that Benjamin Franklin said because it answers that question more fully and succinctly than I can.   Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote. -Benjamin Franklin  Even 230+ years ago our founders were perceptive enough to realize that democracy was a dangerous form of government. How so? Because the citizens of a country can become just as corrupt as any government. We have seen evidence of this throughout history. Ask Native Americans and African-Americans if this population can become corrupt. I think in 2012 we are seeing evidence of what Franklin was trying to tell us. Just because a majority of people may support certain ideas it does not mean that those ideas are just. In simple terms, just because most Americans love our president and voted for him, it does not mean that he has the power to go against our constitutional rights. (In fact the supreme law would have never allowed that man to even run for the office, but then the outlaws in government welcomed him and it was all outside the law that he was installed)

Next I’d like to review the text of the second amendment. It is very clear. This is the law of this land. So when Senator Feinstein or President Obama talk about taking your guns, you need to think about something. Are they honoring their sworn oath to uphold the constitution?   A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State , the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. This is a pretty clear statement. The fact is that it took 232 years for the Supreme Court to even rule on this amendment because it has never been successfully challenged. In 2008 a case of Columbia v. Heller the Supreme Court ruled that a handgun ban in Washington D.C. was unconstitutional. One also has to take this into consideration. The Supreme Court supports your right to own guns. If you want to research this decision further you can start here. (According to the foremost Constitutional scholar of our day, Dr. Edwin Vieira Jr. the Heller decision greatly REDUCED our gun rights from what the founders had. For those who try to debate the spirit of the 2nd amendment, they are truly no different from people who will try to take Biblical quotes out of context to try to support their immoral decisions. The founders were very clear on the intent of the 2nd amendment. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence … From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to insure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable . . . the very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that is good. -George Washington The Constitution shall never be construed….to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms. -Samuel Adams I could find hundreds of quotes like these. This country was built on the right to bear arms. It was built on the rights of an individual to bear arms, regardless of what his government or neighbor happened to think. This is crystal clear. Ironically the people who voice their opinions against this right have their free speech protected by your guns. Without guns in this country, all other amendments become null and void, simply because “We the People” will lose our power of enforcement. We need to keep this in mind as our “representatives” try to push gun bans. I don’t care if 99% of people are in support of gun bans (which is far from the case), it is a violation of our constitutional rights, plain and simple. A constitutional republic protects the rights of the individual even when their ideas are very much  in the minority. If I were the only person in America who believed in the 2nd amendment, I would still be within my rights to call upon it. You would all think I was insane and possibly celebrate if I was gunned down, but in the end I would be the only true American among us. Our framers were very clear on this. If my government comes to take my guns, they are violating one of my constitutional rights that is covered by the 2nd amendment. I(What is constitutional is the 2nd amendment in it's entirety. Everyone forgets that most important part. "A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state......   We have NOT done our part to keep this amendment.  Do you want to stand alone? Not me. I would rather be a part of the Lawful Militia of the Several States! I am NOT saying we don't have the absolute right to defend our own lives and those of our families and neighbors, but to stop a tyrannical government MUST be done properly with the mechanism that is required and was required. That mechanism is the MILITIA. There is no other way to be successful. People standing alone will never win this!) Congress could pass gun ban legislation by a 90%+ margin and it just would not matter. I think some people are very unclear on this. This is the reason we have a Supreme Court, and though I do not doubt that the Supreme Court can also become corrupt, in 2008 they got it right. They supported the constitution. It does not matter what the majority supports because America is not a democracy. A constitutional republic protects the rights of every single citizen, no matter what their “elected servants” say. A majority in America only matters when the constitution is not in play. (What he says here is right but doesn't go far enough. The Supreme court can't make a ruling today that changes what the founders believed and what We the People delegated to the federal government. They just think they can. In practice it comes down to enforcement. At the local level the power still rests with the people. Read the Mack/Printz decision. The supreme court says the federal government can't tell the sheriff what to do, Period. The Heller decision was a truncation of our real instruction to government NEVER to interfere with our gun rights, IN THE MILITIA. We have abrogated our duty to ourselves and the law by letting the Militia of the Several States to fall into disuse.) I just wrote what every believer in the constitution wants to say, and what every constitutional blogger needs to write. The truth of the matter is that this type of speech is viewed as dangerous and radical or subversive, and it could gain me a world of trouble that I do not want. It is also the truth. To make myself clear I will tell you again. If they come for your guns it is your right to use those guns against them and to kill them. You are protected by our constitution. (Who are the real subversives, and the real seditionists? Those who would pervert the law! Read the definition of those two words. Subversion is "a systematic attempt to overthrow or undermine a government by persons working secretly from within" and Sedition is "inciting violent overthrow of the lawful civil authority".  Now I ask you, are not people who are working for gun control trying to overthrow the government We the People put in place by the Constitution? Are not those same people willing to create violence to get what they want? Then ask yourselves what is the penalty for these high crimes?)

Most of the articles I am reading on the subject are trying to give you clues without just coming out and saying it. I understand that because certain things in this country will get you on a list that you don’t want to be on. I may well be on that list. This blog is small and growing so I may not be there yet, but I have dreams. I also have my own list of subversives and anyone who attempts to deny my constitutional rights is on that list. I am not the “subversive” here, it is the political representatives who are threatening to take away my inalienable rights. If they come to take my guns and I leave a few of them wounded or dead, and I somehow survive, I have zero doubt that I will spend a long time in prison and may face an execution. But I would much rather be a political prisoner than a slave. If I go down fighting then I was not fighting to harm these human beings. I was simply defending my liberty and yours. It is self-defense and it is what our country was built on. We won our freedom in self-defense. We would not be ruled by a tyrannical government in the 1770′s and we will not be ruled in 2012 by a tyrannical government. There is no difference. This is a case of right and wrong. As of now the 2nd amendment stands. It has never been repealed. If Feinstein or Barack have a problem with the constitution then they should be removed from office. They are not defending the constitution which they have sworn an oath to protect. It is treasonous to say the least. They would likely say the same about me, but I have the constitution, the founders, and the supreme court on my side. They only have their inflated egos. (They have one more thing, military might, and to counteract that we need the over 100 million gun owners to come together in the Militia of the Several States. Just the fact that we do will stop these gun grabbers cold in their tracks because they really are all COWARDS, who would never go out in public without their ARMED SECURITY, armed with the very same guns they want to take away from law abiding and peace loving people all over this country.) I am not writing this to incite people. I am writing this in hopes that somehow I can make a tiny difference. I have no idea how many of my neighbors have the will to defend their constitutional rights. 2%? 20%? I am afraid that 20% is a high number, unfortunately. When push comes to shove many people may give up and submit to being ruled. I believe that our government is banking on this. What I do know is that this country was founded by people who had balls the size of Texas and Patriotic Americans take shit off of no one, especially our own government. For evidence of that, you might research the Revolutionary War. My question is how many Patriots are left? (I offer the current gun sales as an indicator of the number of real patriots. They are NOT buying them to just hand them to the feds! They have drawn the line in the sand and will not be conned once more into letting the OUTLAWS run over them. This is NOT a society getting ready for hunting. They are getting ready for WAR! They won't start it, but might be forced to finish it quickly and get back to the peace they love. I hope we can avoid that "last resort" but at this point I wouldn't bet money that we can.)

I would hope that our officials come to realize that, regardless of our numbers, we still exist because they are calling Patriotic Americans to action. They are making us decide if we want to die free or submit to their rule. I cannot tell you where you should stand on that. I do know that it may make the difference between living a life of freedom or slavery. (I would say that the choice is not between dying or submitting. It is a choice between forming up the proper defense with the will to use it, and giving away our freedom with it's attendant results for us and our children. You must start thinking about this because I believe that the day is coming soon and I personally believe it has already been planned. Not all conspiracy theories are hogwash. What about government agents that "take up arms" to enforce laws that abrogate the supreme law for the United States, which is the US Constitution?
Read what the supreme court has to say about such laws.
"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury Vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803). "Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda Vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491. " An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton Vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p. 442

So all the so called "laws" the gun grabbers purport to make ARE NOT LAW AT ALL. That makes the agents that suppose to enforce those laws the real OUTLAWS that Krauthammer should be saying have forfeited there rights. Not only that, but it makes them criminals and seditionists who are guilty of inciting violence against the lawful civil authority of We the People embodied in our Sheriffs and ourselves. These gun grabbers are not content to leave us in peace, to live and work and raise our families and they won't be satisfied until they have an absolute monopoly of lethal force in their own hands. That makes them traitors the very minute it turns bloody by their attacks against law abiding and peaceful people all around the country. These criminals are making an end run around the supreme law because they know that an outright repeal of the 2nd amendment would not fly and they are bound and determined to do whatever they have to. That means they are willing to incite violence against law abiding and peaceful people and are willing to destroy peace and good order in our communities to get their monopoly of force. THEY ARE THE OUTLAWS, THEY ARE THE CRIMINALS, THEY ARE THE SEDITIONISTS, THEY ARE THE TRAITORS. We have an absolute right to defend not only our own lives and those of our neighbors, but we have that same right to preserve the peace and the LAW, which is supremely embodied in the US Constitution which was written (ordained and established) for GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW, not the other way around.
But Krauthammer would never tell you that on Fox or anywhere else that it would make a difference. That makes him a person giving aid and comfort to the enemies of peace and freedom and the LAW. He is saying that the peaceful people who take up arms in their own defense against these outlaws are the problem. NO - THEY ARE THE SOLUTION, just like they were during the founder's days

A Sedition is defined as: incitement of violence to overthrow lawful civil authority

The gun grabbers are willing to incite violence against the lawful civil authority of We the People who wrote the US constitution for GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW, not the other way around.

A tyrant is defined in Miriam Webster as:
A. an absolute ruler unrestrained by law or constitution  or B. a usurper of sovereignty

The gun grabbers qualify eminently on both counts. They are tyrants, one and all.

Treason is defined as: A person commits the crime of treason if he levies war against his state or country or sides to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort. 

The gun grabbers have declared war on the American people, and everything they propose gives aid and comfort to our enemies, whether they be criminals looking to commit crimes, or other governments, or even domestic enemies within our own government who are themselves also traitors.

We will win this in the end. They can't impose a police state in Amerika, which is what they want, without taking the guns first. That is the history of gun control throughout history. They are arrogant and will stop at nothing. Really they are not just coming for your guns. THEY ARE COMING TO KILL YOU!

Elected Officials Are Fundamentally Dishonest

This letter was forwarded to Barack Obama, John Boehner, Chris Murphy, Dick Blumenthal, Elizabeth Esty, and Harry Reid

I live in Sandy Hook, CT. My family and close friends weren't harmed on December 14. That day impacted 26 families with an indescribable, staggering pain and anguish. For most of Sandy Hook, it merely affected us with an inescapable intensity of sadness and grief.

Gun control has long been a focus of many in this country. Though I'm not knowledgeable of all the nuances of the Second Amendment, based on the Founding Fathers' circumstances, it had far more to do with enabling the citizenry to protect themselves against tyrannical government than against local psychopaths. It is about providing a balanced firepower so when King George's successor came knocking on your door, you could fight back. Government today is no less inclined to abuse its authority than it was then. Based on the absurd and ongoing power grab that is present day Washington, it's as threatening as ever.

That so many of you view the NRA with its resistance to further restrictions on firearms as intransigent lunatics has far more to do with how you conduct yourselves in office than it does with the NRA's actions.

You in public office are fundamentally dishonest people. You lead lives of deception at every turn, structuring your lives as comfortably as you can while governing with an indifference and arrogance that is absolutely maddening. When the country is reeling from financial disaster, you waste a trillion dollars on a health care bill we can't afford and you've never read. You claim it's critical because health care costs are killing this country... no they're not, you are! You are killing this country. You endorse the ongoing slaughter of millions of unborn children and whine when terrorists are water boarded. You can't lecture us right in Newtown High School about not doing enough to keep our children safe, while simultaneously slaughtering the unborn. You fabricate the intense, media laden drama of the fiscal cliff and lack the courage to do anything about truly reforming the obscene gluttony of government. You know you'll be out of office before the bill comes due… you don't care and have no integrity nor honor.

You lie whenever and wherever you need to to move forth your agenda. Were you able, you would purge the US of guns… every last gun in the country, if you could. So please forgive Wayne LaPierre and those of us who don't trust you as far as we can spit. You're a dishonest lot, motivated by a distorted worldview. If mass murder prevention were truly your goal, you would welcome armed security wherever needed. It is outrageous that we protect our money with far more firepower than we protect our children.

I have never owned a gun, nor wanted to as intensely as right now. You'll stop restricting guns when only you have them.
