Billboard advocating jury nullification concerns local prosecutors
This should be happening all over the country, and when it does, the bad law goes away.
You have to see this picture of the billboard that appeared in the Washington Post yesterday morning.
Our own Fully Informed Jury Association had a big hand in making this happen.
If the people just knew their power we could take this country back, and the prosecutors are frantic to stop this because it takes their power to enforce bad law away and hands it back to the people where it belongs.

When the people wake up and realize their power the bad laws get nullified and eventually, like the alcohol prohibition laws, they will get taken off the books. The government goons know this, and that is why they try to discredit juries at every turn. They want the judges to hear and decide all the cases. Many judges have been bought and paid for by corrupt government.
YOU HAVE THE POWER to stop this when you are on a jury.
Currently FIJA bills have been introduced in Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and South Dakota. The most important of all the Bill of Rights is the 7th Amendment. " In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."
This means that government must bring its case before a jury of The People if government wants to deprive any person of life, liberty, or property. Jurors can say no to government tyranny by refusing to convict. http://www.juryrights.info

Former Graham County Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, addresses the sheriffs Monday morning and covers, among other things, his lawsuit against the Southern Poverty Law Center, how the 8th Amendment's forbidding excessive fines and cruel punishment was his big awakening, (He asks if we think the $7BILLION collected annually from radar gun tickets is excessive enough.), the oath of office, the Bill of Rights and its origin, EPA fines, federal over reach, SWAT team abuses, the 10th Amendment, Nullification, Federal Judge John Roll, and much much more.
"We swear an oath, can't take our job unless we do. But, then we don't have to keep it. Really, that's what we're gonna decide... is if we do." Mack explains that he was fortunate to have support from a national organization to take and win his case before the Supreme Court but that "90% of the people in America cannot even touch that system. They don't have the time nor the money to reach, even think about reaching that system. And so you want to tell the citizens, for their rights to be secure, go to the courts. To a completely unreachable system." And when the people go to their sheriffs, they're told, "Go get a good lawyer. And there's your justice system America. Go get a lawyer and go ask the courts to take care of you. Do any of you really think that the founding fathers intended for our American system to be based on freedom, individual liberty decided by the US Supreme Court? And that's the only place you can get it? I hardly think so."
NOTE: The post event feedback surveys clearly indicated that this kind of training on the Constitution was the number one component that sheriffs wanted more of.
On January 30-31, 2012 over 100 county sheriffs and peace officers, from over 30 states, united to uphold their oaths of office, protect citizen liberty, and stop state and federal tyranny. Inspired and led by the example of former Graham County Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, the meeting, which was held in Las Vegas, was funded by the generous donations of thousands of Americans from all fifty states, as well as the support of freedom loving sponsors.
The agenda included training on the Bill of Rights, Interposition, Nullification and the importance of Property Rights versus Privileges. Many sheriffs, a police chief and even a county commissioner shared their experiences, challenges and actions taken to uphold their oaths of office, directly with the sheriffs in attendance.

This project is easily the most important movement in America right now and for the immediate future.
This year, 2012, will make or break the back of FREEDOM IN AMERICA. There is no other action with the answer to immediately protect the residents of this land from tyranny by the criminals in the Federal government. That's not all those who work for the federal government but very many of them.
I will support this movement with my time, and every dime I can spare before any other cause. The reason is that I like to do battle with issues where I think something can be WON for a change.
Sheriffs can STOP FEDERAL TYRANNY COLD IN IT'S TRACKS, and the feds know it and are backing off when the sheriff stands up with his posse.

Sheriff Mack has been screamed at by the Southern Poverty Law Center and he has filed a lawsuit against them for various causes. He should use how loud they are screaming at him for a direct yardstick as to his effectiveness. In fact he should wear that abuse like a badge of honor. I would not be happy if the SPLC was not screaming at me if I were in his position.

There will be a new documentary film coming out on Febrary 9th at the CPAC.
Called "Nullification - The Rightful Remedy" the film will set the stage for a lawful rebellion by the States to right the wrongs perpetrated unlawfully by the federal government over the last few decades, and end the tyranny over the people by a government completely out of control and destroying freedom and liberty at every turn. Here is a preview of that film.
What is Nullification?
What Is It? State nullification is the idea that the states can and must refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal laws. Says Who? Says Thomas Jefferson, among other distinguished Americans. His draft of the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 first introduced the word “nullification” into American political life, and follow-up resolutions in 1799 employed Jefferson’s formulation that “nullification…is the rightful remedy” when the federal government reaches beyond its constitutional powers. In the Virginia Resolutions of 1798, James Madison said the states were “duty bound to resist” when the federal government violated the Constitution.
But Jefferson didn’t invent the idea. Federalist supporters of the Constitution at the Virginia ratifying convention of 1788 assured Virginians that they would be “exonerated” should the federal government attempt to impose “any supplementary condition” upon them – in other words, if it tried to exercise a power over and above the ones the states had delegated to it. Patrick Henry and later Jefferson himself elaborated on these safeguards that Virginians had been assured of at their ratifying convention.
What’s the Argument for It? Here’s an extremely basic summary:
1) The states preceded the Union. The Declaration of Independence speaks of “free and independent states” that “have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do.” The British acknowledged the independence not of a single blob, but of 13 states, which they proceeded to list one by one. Article II of the Articles of Confederation says the states “retain their sovereignty, freedom, and independence”; they must have enjoyed that sovereignty in the past in order for them to “retain” it in 1781 when the Articles were officially adopted.

The only question that remains in my mind is this. What is it going to take to force the rogue court system and unconstitutional power hungry judges across this land to recognize this and start ruling against the illegal corporation in favor of the US Constitution and We the People? I sincerely hope and pray that we can find a peaceful way to make that happen.
