I have told you----and everyone else---- the circumstance and the mechanism.  So now the question is: what do we do about it?

They are occupying a foreign jurisdiction with respect to us, and that protects them in the same way that a national boundary would---say, the boundary between Canada and the states. 

If we cross that boundary and attack them, it can be interpreted as: (1) trespass; (2) insurrection; or (3) an act of war.   None of those options serves our best interest nor our ultimate purposes. 

It makes us into the wrong-doers and the bad guys instead of bringing the actual perpetrators to justice.

Stop putting words in my mouth!  I never said there was no Constitution.  The original one is still in effect---so long as there are any actual American nationals and State Citizens willing to hold the rats accountable. 

Read Article I, Section 8, Clause 17.    It grants Congress the plenary government of the District of Columbia.  So they created the Territorial Government of the United States, and following the Insular Tariff Cases of 1900-1904, they created the Territorial States of States. 

Within the District of Columbia also exists the Municipality of Washington, DC---- which the Congress also enjoys plenary control of.  So they created the Municipal Government of the United States, too. 

And each of these has "citizens"---- Territorial Citizens and Municipal citizens. 

We are not naturally citizens of anything.

Congressman Louis T. McFadden Speaks

Thanks to Arnie Rosner for publishing Congressman McFadden's comments and affidavit.  I first read these words about thirty years ago, at a time when I only very dimly began to grasp what they meant and the enormity of the crime perpetuated against Americans by their own employees and supposed "Allies". 

I remember that despite only being dimly aware of the meaning of these words in terms of the "rest of the story" behind them, violent chills ran up and down my spine and there was no doubt in my mind that Congressman Louis T. McFadden was sincere and truthful and calling down perdition upon the criminals who defrauded his country-----and mine. 

These international banks and bankers have only grown more corrupt in the intervening years and the housecleaning that was due in 1934 is even more urgently needed now.  Take a step back in time and view things through Congressman McFadden's eyes in 1934, with the backdrop of the current corruption in view.  Then go to the Scanned Retina webpage and read the rest of McFadden's comments. 

We've been defrauded, lied about, our identity stolen, our resources stolen, our money stolen, our credit hijacked, our people dumbed down, our culture attacked, and now our employees have prepared the ultimate crime--- a claim on abandonment, pretending that we all "volunteered" to be one of them and to "voluntarily" give them our money and our land and our homes and our businesses, too, and to stand good for all the debts they accrued against us without our knowledge or consent. 

I tell you now with God as my Witness---- these vermin MUST be cleared out of the halls of Congress, out of Wall Street, out of the SEC, out of the banks throughout the world, out of every nook and cranny where they have taken refuge.  And their henchmen, the members of the Bar Associations must be confronted with their sins acting in support of this calamitous fraud being practiced not only against the Americans, but against decent nations and innocent people throughout the world. 

Unanswered Letters -- Second Batch, Number 1--- For Woody and Arnie Rosner

The problem as Arnie notes is very long-standing and began with a gross over-reach and misrepresentation and fraud back in the 1860's.  The fraud occurring here was just part of the fraud occurring worldwide.  As we have learned, what happened here also happened in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India, Africa, Europe----- all using the same boilerplates. 

So this was begun throughout the old British Empire like a virus infecting the whole machinery of government and the relationship of all those governments infected with the people that government is meant to serve.

Arnie's interpretation of reality is simplistic in my view and pre-supposes that all these people did know (or do know) what they are doing and know that it is wrong and are doing it anyway. 

I take the more measured view that I didn't know what was going on and was just a cog in the wheels during the years I worked for the STATE OF ALASKA and Department of Labor and so on, so if I didn't know this---- who did?  Maybe some people many steps up the ladder, but nobody in my ranks which were still fairly high in the overall structure.

My observation is that information is kept compartmentalized in such a fashion that there is very little chance of anyone outside the core management group ever getting a glimpse of the Big Picture and seeing that it is a crime syndicate at work. This then allows the rats to trade on the good, well-intentioned people they hire and use them as a smokescreen and as unwitting tools to accomplish their fraud.

I have talked to many, many people in state and federal government and the light is just now, very dimly, beginning to come on. 

For someone who has worked as a Securities Trader on Wall Street it is child's play to look at a "Birth Certificate" and recognize it as a bond.  It's on bond paper.  It's signed by an officer of the probate court--- the Registrar.  It has the required form and numbers.  But how many of us work as Securities Traders on Wall Street---- ?

For Arnie Rosner-- Reply to Suggestions

1.    The organic Constitution is installed as the supreme law of the land.  

The Constitution, thank God, never left and doesn’t have to be “installed”—but it may (once we have educated ourselves sufficiently) need to be seriously corrected in some respects.  Term limits for Congress and no ability for Congress to exempt itself from the consequences of any action it takes and an end to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 all spring to mind. A complete reworking of the sections dealing with courts and the judiciary also. The Constitution is a marvelous thing, but it has been over 200 years and while many needs and issues remain the same, we don’t have to maintain a split jurisdiction allowing any foreign governments to meddle in our affairs. The time will come for a Continental Congress--- a real one, not a fake—that brings together Fiduciary Deputies from every state to take stock of where we are and where we want to be.

2.    It would seem that there should be some sort of NOTICE provided announcing the termination of all contracts and agreements with any current contractors/employees. 

Fortunately or unfortunately, none of these people are actually working for us, and even if we had the right to terminate employees of middlemen employers (which is arguable since we are ultimately the ones paying for all this “service”) – it would cause real panic and chaos because there is no other organized system in place yet.

3.    Some key issues with which we would consider dealing…
Washington, D.C. recognition revoked.  Start charging rent for space. 

The discussion so far is to absorb DC back into the states that contributed to it to begin with and ensure that it is no longer operated as a separate Congressional oligarchy.
