Why A Name Change is Vital

It is apparent that a lot of people are confused about the name change issue. 

All you are doing is a perfectly routine adult name change.  Nothing fancy.  Nothing hard.  No arcane procedures.  No Voo-Doo.  Nothing.  Just a plain old name change in state magistrate level court.

You are changing the "style" of your name from all capital letters like this: JOHN MICHAEL DOE to upper and lower case form like this: John Michael Doe.

Why are you doing this?  The only explanation to the court is that you want your name to be expressed in its grammatically correct form.  JOHN MICHAEL DOE is not a proper name in English.  Period.

There isn't a judge on the planet competent to argue otherwise. 

In fact, if he or she attempts to argue it, you pull out your sturdy copy of The Chicago Manual of Style, 16th Edition, turn to Foreign Languages, Section 11:1147 and the description of Glossa and American Sign Language.  Put that under their nose and tell them to take a deep sniff of the corruption.

As a Thing Is Bound -- Or, What Goes Around

At 4 p.m. in the afternoon of January 18, 1930, in a house located at 1301 Sycamore Street, in Oak Park, Illinois, a baby has just been born.  His name is Michael Allen Cooper. He is the son of Marian Louise Cooper (nee Schoenbrauner) and Allen Robert Cooper.  The new Mother a  graduate of the Illinois Polytechnical College and is employed by the John B. Gorham Research Institute in Barrington, Illinois.  The Father is an Associate Partner in the investment firm Cooper, Sullivan and Brown in Oak Park.  The family, including an older son, Richard Randolph Cooper, moved to Oak Park from Cincinnati, Ohio, two years ago.

So reads the birth announcement in the local Oak Park newspaper.

It is understood by everyone reading this announcement that Michael Allen Cooper is the proper English name of a living baby boy.  This name consists of two parts--- the bicameral "given name" of Michael Allen, and the surname, Cooper, which was his Father's name before him.  It's understood that the given name was selected by his parents, and the surname was inherited from his Father's family.

It's understood that his parents are married from the fact that they have the same last name and the Mother's Maiden Name is provided in parenthesis.

Chances Are That You Have Never Been A "United States Citizen"

Most of us grew up being told that, of course, we were "United States Citizens". 

Well, surprise, surprise, surprise..... 

Chances are that you are not and never were. Except maybe for a stint in the military, which is the most common way that Americans EVER (and temporarily) serve as "citizens of the United States".  

Since you didn't know better, and nothing about "United States Citizenship" was ever explained to you, you  just accepted that you were a "US citizen" without deeply researching the question of whether you were or not.  

How would it be if I told you that the United States (Minor) is a separate foreign nation AND also a private foreign corporation operated by the French-sponsored IMF?

Whether they did it knowingly or not, American Nationals made an election to join the U.S Tax Club when they filed their first Form 1040 Individual Income Tax Return. As the Federal Income Tax is a tax upon the National Government and those who live and work in federal territory, the U.S. Congress could allow those in the 50 states of the Union to voluntarily join their corporate entity, but in order to stay in alignment with the 13th Amendment, they also had to allow those American Nationals the opportunity to terminate that election and exit the U.S. Tax Club. My main question is what happens to the Social Security payments to the individual who does this.
Can anybody give me a history of that from people who have done this?  A history that is NOT from the outfit that is making these papers available at WeissPars.com?

"US Citizenship" ---- Why Won't You Believe That You Have Made a Wrong Assumption?

I recently explained why the NLA Common Law Grand Juries don't work and can't work as the Fourth Branch of Government they claim to be---- and it is simply that the people operating these juries aren't classed as Americans.  They are still operating as "US citizens". They can't operate an American Common Law Grand Jury for the same reason that Englishmen can't operate an American Common Law Grand Jury. 

I gave everyone the actual Naturalization Act that addresses this issue: Seventh Congress, Session 1, Chapter 28, Sections 1- 4, passed April 14, 1802.  This is so straight forward, so cut-and-dried that a grade school kid can grasp what it says and what it means with no problem.

And yet, I still get people who want to argue with the facts.
