Imagine this situation: 

You have spent decades of your life studying public documents that are available to everyone to read.  You look around and realize that nobody knows what those documents actually say -- so you bring forward the facts to help educate people who are suffering and "being destroyed" as Amos says, for lack of knowledge. 

And certain people start calling you a "liar" and a "fake" and God-only-knows-what-else, even though they haven't bothered to read it all themselves. They just "know" what they think they know. And then they demand that you "prove it" to them because they are too lazy to read the documents and prove it to themselves. 

Let's recap --- they haven't read the documents. You have. They won't believe  you when you tell them what the documents say.  Then they still refuse to read the documents for themselves and demand that you "prove" to them what the documents say....

Mothers Day

It's Mother's Day.  Who cares if it was a Hallmark Holiday?  

The truth is that it is a celebrating of all the acts--- great and small -- that we all make every day of every year, to take care of and nurture others and to take care of the Earth and otherwise pay our dues. 

I am very proud this day of my most recalcitrant child, my Step-Daughter, Brenda, who --- having almost nothing to spare --- nonetheless spent all that she had to save her cat companion, Sassy, an elderly feline who is her only companion. 

Some people would say, well, the cat has had a good run.....put her down. Don't trouble yourself.  Dying is inevitable.  Let it be. 

But in the face of this reality, Brenda chose life.  And life is worth choosing. 

I am content.  Despite everything, all the many ills and problems, all the disasters, all the wrong choices, all the things that weren't right --- in the end, this is right. 

If all parents could look back and say--- "My child chose what is good, what matters most!"  -- then this would be a better world. 

Shills, Shillings, and the King's Shillings

Ever wonder where the slang use of the word "Shill" came from, as in, "He's a shill." --meaning that someone was acting in a dishonest capacity? 

A couple hundred years ago, disguised King's Officers haunted the pubs of England, Ireland and Scotland. They would offer to buy rounds as people still sometimes do, only they would slip coins -- British Shillings -- into the bottom of the tankards. And when the victims got to the bottom of the glass they would find "the King's Shilling".

Immediately, they would be clapped in irons by waiting Marines and press-ganged into the King's Navy using this excuse.

Well, obviously, this is insane, dishonest, and pseudo-legal chicanery. The acceptance of what was advertised as free beer does not logically add up to a pledge to serve without pay in the King's Navy for a period of years. Nonetheless, this is what this horrendous government did to its own people.

Here is my Final Reply:

If I am a "fake" Judge, Larry, your butt is on the line for not prosecuting me. 

Put up or shut up, Larry. 

Otherwise, continuing to slander and defame me and accuse me of committing a crime without pursuing prosecution will be ample grounds to charge you both civilly and criminally.  And since you are claiming to be a Territorial United States Citizen, you have no recourse to say you are merely expressing your "opinion" and exercising your First Amendment rights---- because you have none. 

This game can be played from both sides.

The Sixth Sunday After Easter

Facts About the "Justice" System

The "equity law" that the British adopted in the 1750's is a horrible excuse for a justice system. It allows the King's bill collectors to act "as" the King and to "dispense justice" on his subjects however they like without regard for the written law, past precedent, the findings of juries or anything else. Any British Subject facing such a court is utterly at their mercy in a venue that is something straight out of the Dark Ages.

The conversion of the British Judicial System to this travesty and the pollution of the British Common Law under Lord Mansfield gave the British aristocrats a virtual carte blanc to do whatever they wished secure in the knowledge that the King's bill collectors would help them out in any issue provided that the King got his cut.

This is a large part of the reason that the Colonies rebelled in the first place. And it is long past time that we did so again --- by savaging Great Britain in the Court of Public Opinion worldwide and refusing to put up with their evils on our shores.

So now that you know what "Equity Courts" are and why they are evil, please realize that these evil foreign courts have taken over your courthouses like a cuckoo bird stealing a nest. The British Territorial United States began usurping against our lawful Federal Government during the so-called Civil War and started closing our courts in May of 1865. By the 1930's their puppet, FDR, had informed all the senior judges and justices that from then on, only (British) Maritime and Admiralty Law Courts were to be allowed here---- and quote, "We don't care what you call them!"

Which goes to underscore the fact that these people are dangerously delusional, vengeful, and basically dishonest because they won't accept correction when they are shown to be wrong and won't respect the rights of others to voice their opinions and won't admit their wrong-doing in stealing the work of other people and claiming it as their own.

A Reply for Michigan General Jural Assembly to "T-ROH"

A brief history of who and what this "T-ROH" organization is. 

A man named Keith Livingway made a claim on abandonment to the name "The United States of America" when the 1868 Corporation came out of bankruptcy. 

Some British Territorial United States scum infringed on our copyright  back in 1868 and used our name to name a foreign commercial corporation -- "The United States of America---- Incorporated".  Put a big, red line under the word "Incorporated".   

The United States of America is not the same as The United States of America, Incorporated.   More semantic deceits. 

The pukes then ran that corporation into the ground and bankrupted it, giving everyone the impression that our country had somehow been bankrupted.  

No sovereign entity can be bankrupted.  Only commercial corporations can receive bankruptcy protection.

There is a logic to this.  

The Roman Curia defined all manner of incorporated entities  --- everything that you can think of --- cooperatives, trusts, S-Corps, C-Corps, foundations, LLCs......the list goes on. 

So, by Maxim of Law, the Creator is responsible for what they create.

This entire situation derives from and returns to the Roman Curia.

The Enemy is Now in View -- For All Americans

This morning we have confirmation that the organization hoping to benefit itself from all this criminality is the International Monetary Fund (IMF).  

Whereupon it becomes a matter of utmost importance for all people worldwide to sue the Pope and the Vatican Chancery Court for the liquidation of the International Monetary Fund as a corporation involved in criminal activities ---which it surely is and which it has demonstrated by knowingly making false claims before the World Court and also misleading President Donald J. Trump. 

We are heading up a Committee to Prosecute the International Monetary Fund.  

All corporations are obligated to perform lawfully and for lawful purposes --- not legally.  Even commercial corporations bear this obligation with respect to living people and their Natural Persons. 

As everyone including French President Macron and IMF Director Christine LaGarde have cause to know our government is not in any "abeyance" and our claim as the Priority Creditors of the United States has been given full Public Notice and  Due Process and has been subjected to international agricultural liens and cured.

1. First false idea --- "The Federal Government owns all these federal lands in the western states."   

No, these States own all the land within their borders.  They just need to be formally enrolled as members of the Federal Union by a Continental Congress.  So by all means, the actual land jurisdiction States have been summoned to assemble and take care of that business at long last.  

The Federales have been using this excuse for 150 years to claim that -- technically -- Nevada and Oregon and the other western states are still "territories" subject to their administration.  

As such, they have claimed a "proprietary interest" in the land holdings of these States-in-Waiting and acted improperly as usufructs and asset managers. 

BLM and FBI are both sister-subsidiaries owned and operated by the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC. so when BLM got its tit in a wringer --- finally --- for trespassing on the property rights of the actual Nevadans, they went running to their fellow corporate subsidiary, the FBI, to enforce their proprietary interest against the people that employ them.

A number of needs have hit my dashboard today.

One of our allied program managers needs a place to stay in Oak Park, Illinois tomorrow May 8, 2018 through Friday, May 11, 2018.  She's going to be working during the days on relief programs for children and victims of human trafficking-- like Thasja and the children who were taken at the same time.  It will cost more than a thousand dollars just in hotel fees and cab fares, and she couldn't afford to come to the meetings without help. 

Our lead researcher into the historical copyrights which are key to proving the ownership interests and identities of parties to contracts is in desperate need of financial assistance this month to finish filing several major program claims.  This is important to all of us and is the culmination of over five years of hard work. 

Our chief engineer who is responsible for the development and deployment of the new, safe banking system is in need of travel funding that will allow him to meet with other key people directly and finalize agreements needed to actually implement this system for our banks and credit unions. 

One our most talented Ancient History researchers who has successfully detailed the evidence of what really happened in the Dark Ages in Europe has been hospitalized with a mysterious illness that has not been diagnosed.  Please pray for him and his family and send donations for his wife and daughter needed to travel to the hospital. 

White Hats--- Pay Attention Please

As long as we are debunking things this week, let's have done with the idea of "Thirteen Families" of the "Illuminati".  

There aren't Thirteen Families. 

There are Thirteen Tribes. 

And they are all one family, stemming from one source: Abraham.   

Their history is very recent in terms of the age of the Earth --- less than a week ago, in God-Time. 

Everyone talks about Twelve Tribes, but there are actually Thirteen--- just like everyone talks about Twelve Disciplines and forgets about Judas Iscariot. 

Now, among the tribes there are fates which were spelled out by Jacob's Blessing.  Dan is the stumbling block, Ephraim holds the scepter, Asher holds the baking championship. 

And all this is spelled out in the sky, too, with thirteen constellations.  You've just never been baldly told what the thirteenth constellation is --- it's the star system of Sirius, the Dog Star, the Morning Star.... the birthplace of Satan, the Son of the Morning Star. 

So this one family that gave rise to thirteen tribes has been misrepresented as thirteen families and nobody is connecting the dots.  

The Ten "Lost" -- as in spiritually 'lost" tribes ---  left the Middle East behind a long, long time ago and moved westward, eventually populating Western Europe.  

No Thanks. It's Not Lack of Money. It's Lack of Value.

Money, even actual money like gold and silver, is being used as a symbolic representation of value.  

You can increase the amount of money so long as you have supplies of gold, silver, etc., or you can increase the amount of credit or securities, but increasing the availability of these symbols of value doesn't increase the value of what they represent.  

All it does, when you increase the availability of money or securities without increasing the value of what these symbols represent, is create inflation and devaluation of currencies worldwide. 

Here's an example of it.  

You have a blueberry pie and it can be valued at fifty cents, ten dollars or a hundred dollars --- depending on the buying power and value that the dollar represents.  

But it is still just one blueberry pie. 

If there is no lack of "money" and everyone suddenly has and starts spending these "Prosperity Packages" the money supply expands, but the actual value of the goods and services represented by that money remains the same.  

It's still just a blueberry pie.

So what happens, predictably, is hyperinflation.  

Suddenly, an hour of labor costs $60, costs $600, costs $6000.... and soon the money is absolutely worthless.  

Just as it was in the Weimar Republic a hundred years ago, people will be paying $100,000 for a loaf of bread. 

And it will still just be a loaf of bread. 

I remember when I could buy a loaf of bread for $0.25.  Now, a comparable loaf of bread costs $3.69.  According to that, a "dollar" is worth 1/15th of what it was worth in 1960.  

If these "Prosperity Packages" are released ---purportedly as payment for all the damage these pukes have caused-- the value of the "dollar" will hyperinflate and it will be worthless almost overnight. 

So what good is it and what actual value have you received?

What is your reaction?

Horror, is the correct answer.  

Now, bear in mind, that I am a Great-Granny who does not believe in money.  To me, it is a phony construct and form of idolatry and it shouldn't exist.   

However, at least for now, it does exist and people have gotten in the habit of using both credit and money as a means to "symbolize value" and conduct trade---so what happens when there is a big glut of gold or credit, either one?

Missing Tax Money? Not Really

This morning a friend forwarded links to these two videos to me--- (below) in hopes they would more succinctly enlighten my Readers about the "missing" National Credit we are owed.  (He says my articles are too long. Sorry.)

Unfortunately, though these links provide some discussion of the fact that $21 T in National Credit is AWOL, they assume that it is "tax money" that is missing, and that is not at all true. 

We know precisely where all the "tax money" went --- to the Bank of England and to the Queen and to the British Crown --- and that most of it went under conditions of fraud, too.

No, the $21T in "National Credit" that is missing is from a different source.  It's credit that the American States and People are owed that was never credited back to them when they exchanged actual goods and services for I.O.U.'s from the same louses that were taxing us under false pretenses. 

What they did was set up a double accrual bookkeeping system -- popularly known as "keeping two sets of books".   This allowed them to create multiple accounts under your name, each one presumed to be acting in different capacities.  For example --- your given name in the form: JOHN MARK DOE functioned in the capacity of a constructive ESTATE trust.  JOHN M. DOE functioned in the capacity of a public transmitting utility.  JOHN DOE was a public charitable trust franchise of the Public Charitable Trust (PCT) set up in the wake of the bogus "Civil War" for the benefit of displaced plantation slaves.

Here is the ancient Maxim of Law that deals with the present situation: "As a Thing is Bound, so it is Unbound."

Everyone in this country was improperly presumed upon as a result of Franklin Delano Roosevelt making his "New Deal Speech" which was accepted by the guilty parties as a Declaration.  As a result of it, and a declaration made by the Territorial State of State Governors at their Conference March 6, 1933, all the Federal Citizens including those residing in the federated Territorial State of States became chattel backing the 1933 bankruptcy and all were considered to be franchises engaged in international commerce.

Of course, the vermin never had any such power or ability to speak for us or to actually indebt us in this fashion.  They simply presumed upon us and mischaracterized us and set about falsifying the public records.

I Don't Know April LaJeune / Controversy about A4V

I don't know April. I couldn't recognize her in a crowded room. I wouldn't recognize her voice on the phone. I have spoken to her once on the phone, when I called her up and asked what she was doing distributing material published on my website.

She said she was using "some of it" as part of a larger process she was recommending herself. She also said that she and her staff were charging fees to help fill out paperwork for those who felt the need for hand-holding assistance.

I reiterated that I only take responsibility for the use of material published on my website when it is used for the purposes I recommend. I agreed it was no sin for her to use materials I made freely available for the purposes I stipulated, and it was also no sin to charge a hand-holding fee for hours of labor related to processing such paperwork. She didn't offer to give me any percentage and I didn't ask for one.

An Explanation of the May 3 Letter and The Delegated Powers

It's apparent from the questions we are getting about the May 3rd Letter to Donald Trump informing him that THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ---- another "governmental services corporation" formed in France  over the weekend --- does not have a contract, is confusing people.

The United States of America (Unincorporated): Our original federal Union of land-jurisdiction States delegated nineteen enumerated powers, all of them in the international jurisdiction of the sea. 

As a result of the three Constitution(s), three distinct branches of the federal government were created, all of them represented by States of States, and empowered to exercise jurisdiction over specific administrative areas.

The Constitution for the united States of America was the National Constitution and the powers delegated through it were exercised by the original Confederation of National-level States of States doing business as, for example, The State of Georgia, The State of Ohio and their Union created by The Articles of Confederation.   Those National-level States of States have been moth-balled since the 1860's and secretively replaced and usurped upon by the British Territorial United States.

Why is Trump scrambling around listening to lectures from Macron, leader of a country that has owed us money ever since the Napoleonic Wars?

Obviously, if he is going to Macron for money, Donald Trump doesn't know how much money is owed to the actual States of the Union and is instead getting side-tracked and deluded worrying about debts owed by the States of States.

Let's see --- I have $4,778 Trillion in one pocket and vast, vast hard assets--- gold, silver, platinum---- in eight major banks right here in America, yet I scrabble around desperately trying to raise capital to pay off a $30 Trillion debt owed by the Housekeeping Staff? Hello, again?

Here's an idea, Mr. Trump---- take your actual Public Oath of Office, enter into the actual Presidency, and then, we take $30 Trillion out of our right pocket and transfer it to our left pocket....
What a concept!

Obviously--- Big D doesn't have a clue how much money he has available, and his Generals aren't telling him. But we know.

There's a cell of the old, nasty, corrupt Municipal United States DOD working out of North Carolina and they are playing for the wrong side. Everything they touch turns to lies and kaka.

They are doing their level best to make sure that Donald Trump remains ignorant about the actual finances of this country, and choking off and delaying and misdirecting funding that should already be available.

They need to be shut down. And he needs to be clued in.

Thasja Update -- And Other Kinds of Human Trafficking

The vermin kidnappers of Thasja didn't succeed in making their Border crossing into Mexico yesterday, thanks in part to all of you ringing the phones off the hook at the California Justice Department.

While en-route to the Mexican Border, the kidnappers turned back and around, most likely tipped off that they were being observed and reported on. They beat tracks in reverse direction and are being closely surveillanced now.

One of the terrible things about the crime of physical human trafficking, is that it gives the vermin a hostage.

The situation with Thasja and the little children with her remains tense, but we are closing in and we have whipped and beaten the "authorities" into taking action. We may have uncovered one of the largest trafficking operations on the West Coast. It is beginning to look that way.

And Here, at Last, Is "The" Real Problem

A bunch of renegade criminals trying to escape the consequences of their own acts, have proposed to call themselves by various names --- "Committee of 300", "British Marshall Plan Committee", "Committee of Rome", "Trilateral Commission", "Council on Foreign Relations" and "United Nations (Inc.)" ---- all acting without any public office, oath, or authority. They have acted in collusion with the guilty Central Banks to seize upon the Special Deposit Assets of Depositors from around the world and pretend that it all magically belongs to one man that they control.

I personally know at least two dozen Trustees of Historic Trusts --- family trusts, treaty trusts, and business trusts -- whose assets have been illegally seized by these bankers and handed off as "abandoned funds" to these tricksters.  If the banks are dishonest, so are the governments, and if the governments are reduced to be being crime syndicates, we all suffer worldwide regardless of what other accommodations are made --- because fraud and criminality can only result in more fraud and criminality.

Dear Mr. Trump:

We do not have a contract with any incorporated entity merely calling itself "THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".  We present the only actual entity known as The United States of America in any form and you are now infringing on our name so as to give the world, as well as many Americans, a deliberately false idea of relationship and authority.

As we have repeatedly informed Mr. Rothschild, we do not accept any further service contract with France/FRANCE and our government is not in abeyance.

Any services rendered will be considered a gift so long as they are rendered in accord with the Constitutions and commercial contracts we are owed by both the Holy See and Britain.  Any continuance of illegal mercenary actions on our shores by France/FRANCE will be interpreted as international crimes and dealt with accordingly.

Somehow, though I repeat and repeat the most important part of the message isn't getting through.

There are and there have always been two (2) populations of people in this country. Pay attention. This is critical.

The two groups as defined by the Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783 are: the "free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States" and the British "inhabitants" left here after the Revolutionary War to provide-- as Article IV of all three Constitutions puts it --- "essential government services".

The Brits are subjects of the King (or Queen). No mystery about that.

The Americans are supposed to be acting as "free, sovereign, and independent people", but thanks to British Breach of Trust and legal chicanery and deliberate falsification of public records and bankruptcy fraud and identity theft --- you have (nearly all) been mis-characterized as "volunteer" British Territorial Merchant Mariners and British "citizens".

It's up to you to correct the falsified public records and clearly identify your permanent domicile on the land and soil of the state where you were born, and to stand your ground and properly identify yourself in the face of any police or court action--- but most importantly, to behave accordingly.

Think about it --- if you really were a "volunteer" in the British Merchant Marine service, you would be expected to obey their rules, would you not?

Let's Make This Perfectly Clear

I don't recommend any kind of A4V "Process" for Joe Average.  That  only extends to people who are legitimately federal employees and/or dependents because of the bankruptcy---- they aren't actually getting any 1930's style "A4V" redemption per se.  They are getting debts discharged in bankruptcy.  

If you are not a Federale and don't want to be listed as bankrupt, stay out of it and get your assets out of the bankruptcy slush pile by sending your BC to Mnuchin and telling him to move it and set it aside.  No A4V's except for legitimate "FEDERAL PERSONS" and no TDA's.  

Once you move back to the land jurisdiction, those FEDERAL PERSONS are re-flagged as vessels operating in International Trade, not Commerce--- and the remedies of Commerce --- bankruptcy, etc., do not apply.  You are owed remedy for this situation in probate, instead.

And the monsters responsible are moving her to the Mexican Border crossing at El

The US Attorney General, Summer Stephan, has been alerted and done nothing.

The police in Oklahoma City, Oakland, and L.A. have been given detailed up-to-the-

moment information pin-pointing her whereabouts and the names of her abductors ---

 everything necessary to make the arrests.
