The good news for the Americans and for all people worldwide, is that the fraud was caught and the objections have been made by the unincorporated government --- the actual government -- of the United States.   We're still here, still on guard, and at this point we have our fangs sunk deep into the buttocks of the perpetrators of this gigantic HOAX.

The Great Fraud of Today - Part Two: Corporations Are Not Governments

During the 1990s alert financial analysts working for the Department of Defense discovered an odd thing.  Numbers weren't adding up.  A vast amount of public money was being embezzled. As the members of what came to be known as "The Paradigm Project" dug deeper, something even more astonishing appeared.  Almost all of the governments on Earth were being run as private, for-profit governmental services corporations chartered under the auspices of the UNITED STATES, INC. 

All these franchises named things like: FRANCE, ITALY, UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, JAPAN, etc., were in turn being controlled by the UNITED STATES, INC. municipal government, an oligarchy run by members of Congress and originally limited to the "plenary" governance of the Washington, DC Municipality.  

So first shock-- almost all the governments on Earth aren't governments.  They are merely for-profit corporations in the business of providing government services.

We've uncovered the Great Fraud of the so-called American Civil War, which was never a war but an illegal commercial mercenary action on our shores.  We've dissected the Great Fraud of the 1930's executed by FDR and his minions.  And now, we need to face the Great Fraud of Today even as it is taking place.

The past few days have been rocked by disclosure after disclosure.  Smoking guns abound.  The extent of the travesty is now becoming clear -- and along with it, the identities of those responsible and the nature of the current reality.

Out of Texas we have the Lufkin Case, where the subversion of our federal judicial system has been unearthed.  In 1991 the Congress entered a change in the Judicial Oath, altering the Oath required by the corporate Constitution in a subtle but devastating way which served to remove the judicial officers from the judicial branch of our government and place them solely under the control of the municipal legislative branch of government--- that is, under the rule of the members of Congress acting as the oligarchic municipal government of the District of Columbia.

International Trade Bank? What?

I think there has been a misunderstanding -- internationally -- about the United States of America v. United States, and that confusion has led to a vast confusion about banking here, too.  Please let me take a few minutes to go over the situation as it stands.

The international jurisdiction naturally belonging to the now-fifty sovereign organic states of the Union is split between two entities, the United States of America and the United States. 

The United States is a corporation that has nineteen delegated and enumerated powers that it exercises in behalf of the unincorporated United States of America.

Medical Licensing, Yankee Doodle, Inc., and the Way Things Work

Licensing means that you are being given permission to do something that is otherwise unlawful for you to do.  Licensing also implies the existence of a king who stands over you and who decides whether or not to grant you the privilege of doing whatever that illegal business or activity is.

For example, acting as a pirate is against the law.  However, in England, if the King gave you Letters of Marque to act as a privateer (a pirate) then it was perfectly legal for you to engage in smuggling and robbery on the High Seas,  or wherever else the King said you could do it.   The King as Law-giver could also suspend the Law at will and grant you the privilege --  a license -- to kill as per James Bond, or to pillage or any other thing.

So, since when has it ever been against the law to be a doctor or to practice medicine in this country?  

To The Leaders On The Earth

Let's go over this again.  

There is the actual, factual union of fifty (50) geographically defined states of the Union.   This is the "Terra Firma" level of national identity and organization that defines each sovereign state's borders and which also determines your nationality as a Wisconsinite, Virginian, Texan, and so on at birth. 

There is the union of unincorporated body politics that represent and do business for the states and people composed of fifty organizations named like this: California State, Oregon State, and so on, that are member states of the United States of America.  These are the doing-business-as names of unincorporated business entities organized by the people in each state to exercise the land jurisdiction and undelegated portion of international jurisdiction belonging to each state.  These entities are all land jurisdiction republics. 

IRS Claims of "Frivolous Return"

[This is a reply to a woman who revoked her election to pay federal income taxes and received back a snooty, threatening letter accusing her of having made a "frivolous return"--- when in fact the IRS was admitting her right and ability to claim her exemption by sending her a Voucher in the same letter.  Read on.]

This [sending out "frivolous return" responses] is standard practice with the IRS, which is just a private bill collection agency.  

Anything that you send back to them can be considered a "return" in a sense, and it is in that sense that they are using the word.  You have not sent them a "Tax Return" at all and cannot be accused of having done so.  

Your right to revoke your election to pay is tightly bound to your citizenship or lack thereof.  It is also tied to your new found awareness of what a "Withholding Agent" is---- and that is, a Warrant Officer on a Merchant Marine vessel.

I was doing some research today to further both my knowledge of Ham radio operations for August license testing and to compile information for the communications plan I am writing for my chapter.  In that research, I found an absolute gem of a document published by the FCC during May of 1943. As I believe you like American history as I do, I have attached a PDF copy from the FCC website for you on this email.  I’m almost tempted to print and frame this for hanging in my office, and I may do just that!

We both know of course, that this document was made during the years of World War II, and that 1943 was a year when victory for our country didn’t look promising. From everything I have read in terms of after action reports by battlefield commanders and like information (I focused on this part of history during college for my minor in American history), we were pretty much getting our butts handed to us on all fronts!

When we started this almost 2 years ago, I knew it would be a challenge just from reading the articles Anna was writing at the time. I knew her perspective was unique and she had some information that no one else was writing about. I scoured the Internet to find every article she had written at that point and tried to arrange them in chronological order on a single page index at the domain name annavonreitz.com so that people could actually do one search on a search engine for her name and find everything she was writing.  As time went on we gradually improved the website to include search features and products, and a few documents.

The Four Kinds

There are those who are deceived by Satan and his minions and who in helpless delusion fail to embrace the Truth, and so, are lost.

There are those who through horrible adversity are overthrown and unable to seek and find the Truth, and so perish---like the seeds sprouting on stone. (Luke 8.)

There are those who, though they hear the Truth, are too beguiled by the pleasures of the world, and so, they become entangled and choked by the proliferation of the vanities surrounding them. And they, too, are lost.

Among all the rest are those who possess, as Jesus said, a "good and noble heart" and these overcome all the deceptions, the circumstances, and the temptations, not by their own strength, but because they bear witness to the Truth. They become shining lights and sources of hope and comfort for the whole Earth.

A Letter to the Ostriches

Please note, this is a response to a specific blog post but applies all across the board to everyone saying and thinking that I am a "Vatican Agent" and all the rest of the disinformation floating around in cyberspace these days.

All this fraud began in the Middle Ages and with the ignorance of people at that time.  They thought the afterbirth was a horribly mis-shapen baby, a "monster" they called a "human"---- so they developed this whole superstitious practice of naming it after the living baby and baptizing it and giving it Last Rites and providing it with a Christian burial, etc., etc..  That is how it started, the history of it, and it is firmly recorded in the Summa Theologica so that is the truth of the genesis of the whole practice revealed--- but this is 2017.  We know what the "afterbirth" is.  There is no excuse on this planet for continuing any of those practices or presumptions.  

Another big fraud that we are still living with is "Peter's Pence" --- a tax imposed by the Medieval Church to pay for the expense of the Crusades which was levied on the income of parishioners and collected by the Inquisition every April 15. 

Step One Complete..... Now What? Dear Ernie.

I keep getting questions from people who have sent back their endorsed Birth Certificates to the Secretary of the Treasury and their Form 56 and instructions, etc., and they are asking me---- now what?  

Step Two:  You have to do the expatriation and the revocation of Voter Registration, too.  

This is a double-whammy trap they have created---- both Municipal "citizenship" and Territorial "Citizenship" have to be renounced.  

Returning the BC to the Secretary of the Treasury "surrenders" the "criminal" PERSON back whence "he" came and cashiers the MUNICIPAL "citizen"---- now you still have to deal with the Territorial Citizen---- the presumed Foreign Situs Trust operating under your Upper and Lower Case name.  

Your name in the form "John Michael Doe" is a Trade Name when domiciled on the land, and a Foreign Situs Trust when domiciled on the sea.  You have assumed all your life that you are acting on the land and are a landsman, but thanks to the surreptitious corruption and falsification of the public records which your Mother unknowingly signed at the hospital, you have been mis-identified as a orphaned, fatherless child donated to the "State of........." organization, which is a foreign corporation operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea.

The "Federal Reserve" is Only The Whipping Boy

Back in the days of overt slavery there was a peculiar practice called the "whipping boy". When the Master of the Plantation did something bad, something worthy of whipping, he simply called his "whipping boy" and the unfortunate slave took the beating that the Master deserved. 

This caused righteous indignation on the part of the slave and did nothing to improve the behavior or moral character of the "Master".

It is the same with the Federal Reserve.  They were de-fanged and and mastered long ago and only exist as a repository bank and store front for the Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF) not be be confused with the Economic Security Fund --- also "ESF".

The name "Mary" is a sorrowful name, the opposite of "Sarah". She who weeps v. She who laughs. Let both come before Our Father for settlement of their claims.

It's time and indeed, past time, for these things to be settled. We are weary of waiting and existing and watching the old falsehoods pass away. Let them be gone, like a bad dream, like foam on a wave of the sea, like the darkness fading before dawn.

The World Bank signed accords under the auspices of the "Committee of 300" distributing the "Spiritual White Boy" accounts in 2012, in response to foreclosure of their various organizations by the Paradigm Project. They assigned an "M1" --- King Anthony Santiago Martin, and allowed each government to appoint a countersigner on accounts provided for humanitarian purposes.

And still nothing happens.

Retired Means Retired!

Once you are "retired" you are retired and that is that. You are owed your pension and health insurance from "the government" corporation in the same way that you would be owed your pension and health insurance from IBM or Walmart or REI.  

You do not have any further obligation to the corporation. You can live wherever in whatever jurisdiction you wish. You simply have to make a choice --- freedom or continued slavery?   Having made that choice, you inform the State Secretary of State that you are retiring from any presumption of United States Citizenship or enfranchisement and are returning to your natural birthright status. 

You don't lose anything, you simply change your political status.  You "surrender" the Municipal PERSON created by the Birth Certificate back to the Secretary of the Treasury, you rescind your "Voter Registration" and you record the simple Improved Act of Expatriation that also covers your domicile and your allegiance to the land jurisdiction state.   You inform your bank that your account is a private account and all funds transferred and deposited must be denominated as lawful money.  You put a label "Retired Not for Hire" on the back of your drivers license.  You buy "forever tags" for your license plates and "unregister" your car.

The "UN", Swamp Draining, and Today's Situation Report

The UN is not the United Nations, in the same way that the UNITED STATES is not the United States.

By the fall of 1943 the Vichy French government knew the jig was up.  Herr Hitler's plan to borrow all he could from the Jews of Europe and then murder his priority creditors wasn't working out so well.  So the Vichy began quietly moving their own ill-gotten gains to Switzerland and not a small number of the vermin paid off Swiss officials to become Swiss citizens.  Some of these characters and their friends even took over de facto ownership of certain Swiss banks where they deposited the wealth they pillaged from their neighbors and from the dead. 

Against this general backdrop two corporations were formed in France, one was called the UN Corporation, and the other was the IMF. Both the UN Corp and the IMF were spooled up by the same group of Rothschild-Rockefeller-Railroad Baron and Big Oil interests.  This version of "UN" was and is a privately held commercial corporation created some years before the actual United Nations charter was signed. 

Thoughts About Kings and Brothers

The problem with kings is that they are men and men vary widely in their characters and abilities, so that one may be a perfectly good king and another, even his own son, a disaster.

Witness the Hebrew's experience. They demanded a king, so God told Samuel--- it's a bad idea, but if that's what you want, have Saul for a king. 

And yes, it was a bad idea. Years of war and bloodshed and tragedy and all sorts of scandal and nastiness, even madness at the end----- and finally, the people had the great King David, who was a good, brave, and talented man, but also deeply flawed, and then his son, Solomon, the "wisest" king ever, and yet, he fell away and worshiped idols and accepted all the nastiness of Babylonian religious practices.

The plain fact is that men are not -- generally speaking --- able or willing or wise enough to govern themselves, so what realistic hope is there that they will be able to wisely govern others?

A Reply to "One Who Knows"---- And Apparently Knows Nothing

I have been contacted by over a hundred people who are being presented with huge out of the blue "tax" bills after they have already paid their property taxes for the year.  These bills typically come with "Notices" --- either "Notices of Power to Sell" or "Notices of Intent to Sell".   These Notices can be hand-delivered by process servers or they can come in the mail addressed to whatever name the victim has on their property deed.  The gist of the message is always the same.  Pay this humongous amount by such and such a date, or the county or the state is going to sell your home out from under you and evict you.
Does this sound logical?  No, it doesn't.  The only way it makes sense is if you know that the UNITED STATES is a corporation with all sorts of supposed "franchises" and that it is being liquidated along with its franchises to pay off $20 trillion in debt.   It still doesn't make any sense until you also realize that you have been "enfranchised" in a way you never expected, and that YOUR NAME is a franchise of the UNITED STATES, INC. just like a Dairy Queen franchise.
Are you so clueless and behind the times that you don't believe that the UNITED STATES is a corporation like any other corporation? 

FEAST OF THE HOLY TRINITY

This festival is celebrated on the Sunday after Pentecost, because as soon as the apostles were instructed and consoled by the Holy Ghost, they began to preach openly that which Christ had taught them.

Why do we celebrate this festival?

That we may openly profess our faith in the doctrine of the Holy Trinity, which is the first of Christian truths, the foundation of the Christian religion, and the most sublime of all mysteries; and that we may render thanks, to the Father for having created us, to the Son for having redeemed us, and to the Holy Ghost for having sanctified us.

In praise and honor of the most Holy Trinity, the Church sings at the Introit of this day's Mass:

INTROIT Blessed be the holy Trinity and undivided Unity: we will give glory to him, because he hath shown his mercy to us: (Tob. XII.) O Lord, our Lord, how wonderful is thy name in all the earth! (Ps. VIII. 1.) Glory be to the Father, etc.

COLLECT Almighty, everlasting God, who hast granted to Thy servants, in the confession of the true faith, to acknowledge the glory of the eternal Trinity, and in the power of Thy, majesty, to adore the Unity: grant that, by steadfastness in the same faith, we may ever be defended from all adversities. Thro'.

What I Think. Really.

What I said is that the Muslims have been misled and lied to about their own religious scriptures just as the Jews and the Christians have---- which is verifiable fact well-known to linguists competent to read the words of their Prophet in his original Aramaic language.

We have ALL been lied to and that has caused people to believe things and do things that are heinous.  Does everyone think that the Inquisition was "Christian"?   How about the Crusades?   How about the Pogroms?  Buchenwald?  --- All done by Christians who were misled into committing horrifying crimes against helpless people and all strictly against the teachings of Jesus and against the Ten Commandments. It has all been papered over again and again with sophistry and excuses by people merely pretending to be Christians.

The unincorporated entity known as The United States of America and the incorporated entity also calling itself "The United States of America" are NOT THE SAME entities just because they appear to have the same name.  They are fundamentally different in nature, jurisdiction, and law.  Trying to obfuscate this in any way just slows down any solution to the problem this country faces.

Pay Attention! -- If You Want to Save Your Butts!

Apparently a lot of people didn't notice or didn't pay attention or didn't know what it meant when I told everyone that I had established a Private Indemnity Bond at the U.S. Treasury covering every state of the Union---- but that is critical information to have branded on your foreheads in the days to come.

The UNITED STATES, INC. is in liquidation. The Bankruptcy Trustees are going to try to liquidate, sell, tax, or otherwise raise funds off of all the franchises of the UNITED STATES, INC. This includes the STATE OF MINNESOTA and CRAWFORD COUNTY, MINNESOTA, and JOHN MICHAEL DOE, too.

When your land deeds and car titles and mortgages are all in the NAME OF a UNITED STATES franchise, what do you think is going to happen? You are going to be "assumed to be a surety" and "collateral" for the debts of all these fictitious entities, and the secondary creditors---- banks and foreign investors--- are going to be howling for your blood and for the auctioning off of your assets to pay the bills of the UNITED STATES.

"Power to Sell" -- The Latest Land Grab

All over the country alarmed homeowners and landowners are getting unexpected demands to pay large amounts of taxes that they never heard about.  These bills appear out of the blue, usually with a "Notice of Power to Sell". 

What is happening is that the UNITED STATES, INC. is in liquidation.  That means that the STATE OF IDAHO is in liquidation.  So is CRAWFORD COUNTY.  So is JOHN MICHAEL DOE.  These are all franchises of the UNITED STATES, INC., so they are all being liquidated, too. 

The bankruptcy trustees are going around and trying to settle the debts of CRAWFORD COUNTY by  taxing or selling off property belonging to franchisees like JOHN MICHAEL DOE who happen to have property in CRAWFORD COUNTY for the benefit of Secondary Creditors to the bankruptcy liquidation. 

They are able to do this because they are trying to claim that the whereabouts of the actual owners and their identities are unknown, so that the property is abandoned.

Call to Action: Help Defend Free Speech June 10 at ACT for America March Against Sharia Events Nationwide

Oath Keepers (and all other American patriots),

ACT for America has asked Oath Keepers to assist with security on June 10, 2017 at all of their “March Against Sharia – March for Human Rights” events nationwide, and once again we are answering the call to defend free speech against those who would use terrorist violence or the threat of violence to shut it down.

Our New York chapter had already stepped up to help provide security for the New York City event on June 10, and then the national staff of ACT for America contacted Oath Keepers national leadership and asked us to do the same nationwide.   The ACT staff informed us that they had numerous speakers who feared for their safety because they had taken a hard stance against Sharia law and specifically against female genital mutilation, honor killings, persecution of homosexuals, etc.  Some of the speakers are moderate Muslims or are former Muslims (known as “apostates”), including at least one who was a victim of female genital mutilation.  Others are Christians who suffered persecution in Sharia dominated Muslim nations.

Climate Change. Uh-Huh.

"Climate Change" is code for "Excuse to Tax".  Any excuse will do.  

Back in 1974, the same parties now running around yowling about "Global Warming" were yowling then about "Global Cooling".  They were as intellectually devoid of sense and honor then as they are now. 

The Earth we live on is a living, breathing organism.  It changes.  So do you.
