If this recent announcement about the Good Guys coming over the horizon were true and if the actions taken by Pennsylvania and the other states back around 2010 were sufficient to secure a peaceful political solution, why is it that we (my husband and I and our friends standing for the American organic states and the American Native Nations upholding the federal obligations of the Constitution) were the only ones present and accounted for and objecting to United Nations action seeking to declare our lawful government "dead" last fall? 

The rats tried to have our entire country declared "missing, presumed dead" the same way they have finagled to have all of us individually declared "missing, presumed dead".  Wells Fargo Bank claimed that we no longer exist, that we don't have a national currency in circulation.  We had to come back and prove that we are alive and have a currency. 

So, if there actually was any big, organized, well-funded, competent group out there to play savior for us--- where in the Hell was it last November?  

A Note About Money and Foreclosures---- Pun Intended

Money, by definition, has to have value in and of itself.  It is a substitute for other things of value. 

 An ounce of silver for a loaf of bread, a peck of apples, and ten pounds of flour reflects the "exchange rate" and this exchange rate constantly fluctuates even on a local level.  

In a boom town with a dozen silver mines, the local exchange rate might be five ounces of silver for a loaf of bread, six apples, and forget about the flour. 

Simple enough. In such a system there are one or two or three "standard commodities" that can be exchanged for all the other commodities that people need.  Many of us grew up in a world where the standard commodities were silver and nickel and copper, either in the form of actual coins, or in the form of pieces of paper called "Silver Certificates" that had to be backed with an actual clump of silver on deposit.  

The problem with commodity based money is that the moment you choose a commodity to serve as a standard, the market for that commodity goes completely crazy.  Speculators rush in and buy up  whatever the "money" commodity is, so that supplies of it become very scarce.  

As a result, workers toil long hours for a piddly little bit of silver or gold or oil or whatever, and the politicians suffer endless carping and griping from their constituents about how hard everything is, and people get a totally skewed idea of what is valuable and what is not, believing that gold and silver (for example) are incredibly precious, based simply on the fact that there isn't enough of the "money commodity" in circulation. 

Elections? What Elections? Big News. BIG.

I was loping along, minding my own business when State of the Nation called me this morning and asked me about my choices in the upcoming federal elections.

"I don't vote in federal elections," I spluttered.

This is a sore spot with me, because the whole "election" process is a fraud----and a nasty, tortuous one. It is designed to make you think that you have a voice and choice, when in fact, the voter registration itself is designed to enslave you as a "franchise" operator of the federal corporation. That is what "enfranchisement" means and that's what happens when you register to vote.

State Nationals elect. Federal "United States" Citizens vote.

And what do you get to vote on? Raspberry flavored feces versus chocolate flavored feces, versus vanilla flavored feces. Take your choice.

And as the boys returning from World War II observed--- "They select them and we elect them."

It should be obvious to everyone that their choice for "President" is meaningless, as there is no direct vote involved. A whole separate and ancient feudal body known euphemistically as the "Electoral College" elects the President.

And the President doesn't work for you. Not at all. The President works for the United States Trustees.

On Feb. 7, 1946, Arthur Terminiello, a Roman Catholic priest who was a fierce opponent of communism and believed that President Harry Truman was too comfortable with it, gave an incendiary speech in a Chicago hall that his sponsors had rented.
      
The hall held about 800 people, but nearly 2,400 showed up. Father Terminiello's opponents outnumbered his supporters by a 2-1 ratio. The atmosphere in the hall was electric, with almost everyone present taking sides for or against this priest -- all under the watchful eyes of Chicago police.

They want the Lord of Libertines and Criminals to visit London and New York, and they are convinced that if they rebuild the Arches of the Temple of Marduk, he will come: Lucifer, himself, in the flesh. They want to worship him.

Picture a great big, glowing red Bull's Eye painted on New York and London, because that is what these deluded monsters are doing and which the rest of you are ignorantly allowing.

Anu:hotep/anaroth - what does this mean.

It means "Anu"--- God the Father

"Hotep" means "House of" 

"Anaroth" is the Title name of "Anathoth" the part of the land where the prophet Jeremiah's family came from, who were all of the Tribe of Benjamin.  I am slowly word by word and name by name revealing an inescapable truth in the language of those who have trespassed against us.  In this modern day they think they are immune and that they can get away with whatever they want and not be observed and held accountable for it.  I am telling them in their own ancient language that this is not so, that they have been observed all along, and they will be held accountable and by whom. 

Only those who know the history and who speak the language of the Nazoreans are able to read and understand the message that is being spelled out for them.  The hand that writes has written. Those that know the truth also know the Lie.  There is nothing--- absolutely NOTHING hidden. 

Think about that for a moment.  Why do people tell lies?  Because they childishly believe that they CAN lie.  They continue in the practice of deceit because they still believe that they can do such things and get away with it.  

But what happens when you know FOR SURE that your every word and move is known?  That every motivation, every dilemma, every concern---- the "all of it" is known in an absolute and inescapable way?

What is in a NAME?

Let's begin with the Bible, the source of the Law of the Land throughout the Western World, and let's begin with the most important name of all, the name of God.

God doesn't have a name. People have made up various excuses for this fact, but the scripture also quite clearly tells us the same. "I Am That I Am" is a four-letter description. There are 72 other three-letter descriptions known as "names of God" that each describe another defining characteristic of God, so that taken on the whole, we know far more about the nature and character of God than we could ever know from a name----but the fact remains that God does not have "a" name.

Neither do God's children. This is on purpose. In Revelation we are told that we will be given names, but as such, we have no names now --- at least no names known to mortal man.

What??? We have no names? That's right, we have no names. As children of God we are spirits inhabiting flesh, and like our Father, we have no names, only descriptions.

This is why for many hundreds of years in all the venues of Law of the Land, people are described: "Anne of Green Gables", "Henry of Warwick", "Elizabeth of Ardennes", "George by the Battlements", "Eleanora of Bailford, Bickford, and Main" ---- or, "Anna Maria Wilhelmina Hanna Sophia Riezinger of (von) Reitzenstein of (von) Lettow before (Vor) Beck."

So if we have no names, what are these things we use day to day to call each other to breakfast?

De Facto versus De Jure - more questions for Judge Anna

Your not a De Facto Judge, but a De Jure Judge, right? A lot of people have said you are not a real judge, but what they are trying to say is that your not a corporate judge. But why are people saying you are working for the Cartel/Vatican/Banking?

Next, Corporate U.S. and the European powers to be are suppose to hand the baton of power over to the eastern countries, but are not because they are seeking to retain this global power in fraud? When the Colonists came here they set up Common Law Courts and Amendment VII clearly requires American Common Law Courts to decide all matters affecting people and their property....

But in 1965 the last counties and states incorporated their operations--- and began operating under international law as a result. 

All the courts were unlawfully converted to administrative, maritime, and admiralty jurisdiction. All our Public Offices were vacated, too.  Read the Foreign Sovereigns Immunities Act and International Organizations Immunities Act--!!!!!!!

Questions for Judge Anna - Can't find you on the cabal's list of Judges?

Alot of people support this...more would.but Anna Bruce Doucette and others refuse to answer basic as to who they are, who they work for and why they are tied to the government..ana is has blood ties and titles..how is it that they just say..im a judge??  These and many other questions need to be answered.  Most of all why there are warnings from other people to stay away from Bruce as he is nothing but trouble....if all is honest..there should be no reason,why transparency into who these self proclaimed judges can't be had and that ALL questions be answered truthfully and completely .

We HAVE answered and answered truthfully and completely, but as these comments clearly show other people are not bothering to read those answers clearly stated by us and by Public Law and in Congressional Records. 

Yes, I have a very foreign given name, but no foreign "titles"--- the kingdom that issued those titles is long gone. It ceased to exist in 1918--- though some Americans obviously haven't heard about the end of the Civil War much less World War I. 

My Mother's family have been here since the 1840's, my Father's Mother's family, too, and his Father was born in Europe and emigrated prior to World War 1. 

So WHAT?  Anyone want to come fight me over being an "American"??? All you Olsons and Johnsons and DeSilvas and Geraghtys and Van Helgens and Smyth-Joneses and Whitsuns and Pulaskis and Ortegas? Are you "questioners" so clueless that you haven't noticed that everyone in this country including the "Native Americans" originally came from somewhere else??? And so, why the supposed "issue" about my name? 

There is no issue. I was born in Wisconsin in 1956, third generation on one side, fourth generation on the other and you and all the others who still haven't heard The Big News can go to Clark County Wisconsin and stare at the records until you are all blue in the face.  Then, if you have any sense or decency you can be ashamed. 

Very ashamed. 

Ditto the idiotic rumor that I am an "agent" of the Vatican. Did I EVER say anything to that effect EVER?  The Vatican came into existence in 1929.  How are they involved in something that happened in 1845???

When Anna writes each new article it requires a multi step process to get it out there in a way where it can go viral across the world wide web.

The Genesis of the Fake Corporate "Personas"

One of the concepts that people are having a lot of trouble with is the difference between an unincorporated business and a corporation---- both are "corporate" in the sense of being fictitious, but one is engaged in private trade under full commercial liability and accrues only private property and the other seeks the benefit of limited liability and incurs the obligations to the State and accrues income by definition. 

ABC Company does not equal ABC Corporation.

ABC Company is a "corporate entity" and can do business with ABC Corporation without breaking the "in kind" rule of contracts, but a living man named John Raymond Doe acting as a living man cannot.  He can only contract with other living men.

This is what necessitated the adoption of "doing business as" names at the beginning of the 20th Century.  More and more businesses were operating as corporations and those corporations wanted to be able to deal directly with living customers who were NOT organized as any kind of business entity.  Likewise, many living people wanted the goods and services provided by corporations, but did not have a company or company name that would allow them to do business with a corporation.

So the "State of_________" stepped in and began the process of issuing "doing business as" Names conceived as foreign situs trust franchises doing business within the fictitious "State of Ohio" and subject to the statutory laws of the "State of Ohio".

Long Form Birth Certificate Question - Who are you?

There are two certificates-- The Certificate of Live Birth and the Birth Certificate (Short Form) ---- BOTH are securities and BOTH are bonds. 

The difference is that the Certificate of Live Birth shows your given name in Upper and Lower Case and tells the day you were born and where you were born. 

The short form shows a "birth date" and a birth place and everything is in all capital letters. 

The Certificate of Live Birth belongs to the State of _________ corporation issuing it as an indemnification receipt--- that is, an insurance receipt guaranteeing that you shall come to no harm as a result of their use of your given name to profit themselves. 

The Birth Certificate on the other hand is issued by the DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE which seizes upon your given name against the interests of the state where you were born and uses your given name to create a PERSON --- which is not "born" but is "birthed"---- with the "birth" of this PERSON you, the baby, are declared "civilly dead" and your name and estate are deemed "granted" to the British Crown--- the banks and the judiciary as chattel property--- the "cargo" of a "vessel" in commerce. 

This unholy and clandestine "system" results in your enslavement.   

And it goes on worldwide wherever the banks and bar associations are tolerated. 

The Certificate of Live Birth is proof that a baby was born and given your name on the land of a state of the Union.

It took many years on the part of many good people making terrible sacrifices to compile the information contained in "You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause"----including forty years of my life and my husband's life, too.  

This month we sent Paul Snover, the artist, a share of the royalties to help keep his boat afloat and buy new software and equipment that he needs to complete ongoing projects, and $600 more went in support of a court case in Florida that promises to yield information and precedent that will help victims of foreclosure fraud all across America, and another $2300 went in support of filing fees and travel expenses for our paralegal friend to pioneer the correction of political status process that is foundational to securing an end to the fraud and the debasement of everyone's freedom.  

This is the way the money that comes from the book is spent----to help us help others take the actions that are needed to forge ahead and secure remedy for the wrongs we have all suffered and to pay the expenses for more publications and more actions that ultimately serve the public good. When you disrespect our plainly stated copyright found on page 2 of the book, you derail and defund that process and shoot us and everyone else who cares about freedom in the foot. You also commit an intellectual property rights crime.

1. The Federal District Court today is a hybrid that was never intended to be. 

2. Every Federal District Judge takes his oath to uphold the Constitution ----- 5 USC 3331.  (Bear in mind that you cannot use CFR, USC, or any other of their private statutes in their courts, with the single exception of the United States Statutes at Large, which are public. The most you can do is remind them of their oath and accept it.) 

3. March 9, 1933 martial law was imposed by Proclamation 2040 on both the federal and state government franchises organized as the United States of America, Inc. and its "states" doing business as the "State of California", etc.  The "Trading With the Enemy Act" of October 6, 1917 (50 USC App. 5(b) was amended by the "Emergency Banking Relief Act" of March 9, 1933 (12USC95a) ----2040 continued Emergency Proclamation 2039. 

4. On April 25, 1938, the US Supreme Court demolished federal general common law civilian due process and the military common law jurisdiction was imposed. 

5. In September 1938, new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were introduced "as authorized by Section 17 of the Trading With the Enemy Act".  Four years later, in 1942, new Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure followed. 

6. After that, there has been no distinction between suits at law and suits in equity--- they are constitutionally created courts, but sitting in a foreign, statutory, emergency war powers military jurisdiction.  Civilian "U.S. citizens" are now treated as "enemy combatants" subject to military due process of law--- i.e., international martial common law. 

No Free Lunch, No Santa Claus, and No Tooth Fairy, Either

Some of my friends are "True Believers". This sometimes leads to unintentional friction and misrepresentation of me and my work.

Many years ago when I was very young I was involved in two major movements in America--- the Farm Union Cases in which American farmers stood up to the bank-run Federal Corporation's over-reaching and land-grabbing successfully, and the American Indian Movement, where Native Americans did their equivalent of the same process of putting the bank-run "government" in its place and suing for justice.

In each case, success was achieved at the cost of great effort and sacrifice and it was limited in scope and effect.

We beat the bully, but on the bully's own terms.

Individual farmers got the monkey off their backs and one lone Congressman made the attempt to bring true remedy to America by proposing the original NESARA legislation. That's one out of over 400 members of Congress, folks. The American Indians won a portion of independence and respect and a bigger piece of the pie, but Leonard Peltier and LaVern Fast Horse and many others paid the price for it.

NESARA was proposed. It was laughed at. It was shelved. It has been "reviewed and amended" over the years--- with an eye to pulling all its teeth and potential to bring remedy--- and that's about it. So far as I know, that is where it stands and where it has stood for years.

A new video recorded from inside the car driven by Robert “LaVoy” Finicum was released today, capturing the harrowing moments before, during and after he was shot to death in Oregon last January.

The United States Department of Justice also announced it is investigating a group of “elite” FBI agents for partaking in a coverup of the shooting, according to the Oregonian.

It turns out, one FBI agent shot his gun twice, but claimed he never fired his gun.

FBI AGENTS DISCHARGED WEAPONS AND LIED ABOUT IT 3-8-2016

In the kind of explosive admission that confirms the fact that the ambush and shooting of the patriot in Oregon was in fact murder, the FBI has admitted that one of its agents opened fire on the truck, and then lied about it. Further, another four FBI agents, part of this so called “elite” team of thugs, then committed perjury to back him up. The FBI intentionally suppressed this information until under threat of being exposed by the cell phone videos. They then did an amazing spin control effort and claim the Department of Justice, Obama’s Department of Justice, under the corrupt Marxist true believer Ms. Lynch will investigate this crime. The FBI Inspector General is also now involved. The mere fact this came out is yet another indication of what really happened when the truck was pulled over. What really happened is the FBI and Oregon State Police CONSPIRED TO MURDER THE PATRIOT WHO WAS PEACEABLY DRIVING TO A PUBLIC MEETING.

This business concerns both of you, so both are being addressed.

Mr. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon: It is our understanding that the UNITED STATES CONGRESS named the United Nations the Trustee of our states and the laws thereof beginning in 1976 and there has been no other appointment since.   This was caused by the wholesale incorporation of former State and County government operations on the land jurisdiction of the United States, which left the land jurisdiction Public Offices (which are still owed to us) vacated though we were not informed at the time.

It is our further understanding that the service contract of the IMF sponsored UNITED STATES (INC) was defaulted in March of 2015 when that entity --together with its numerous franchises--- was declared insolvent and entered receivership.   This circumstance left the federal services contract portion of The Constitution for the united States of America vacated, too.

We became aware shortly afterward that unscrupulous persons have self-interestedly claimed that we were operating as franchises of the insolvent UNITED STATES and that vessels in commerce including STATES and ESTATE trusts named after the States of America and the living American Nationals were to be considered sureties and franchises of the UNITED STATES and sold as abandoned properties to pay the debts of the insolvent governmental services corporation.

As our Trustee in this matter, we protest to you in your office as Secretary General of the United Nations and also wish you to make our objections known to the General Secretary of the United Nations that none of these arrangements supposedly made in our behalf are true or equitable.

Hi Paul,

This letter, as per your request, is a follow up to the conversation we had over the phone today. The subject matter is regarding the CENSORSHIP that is occurring in America today.

First of all, as you know that my book: “One New York Man’s Journey to Off Grid Living in Montana” has had steady sales and marketing throughout the country and even the world. ( I have even found out that all the public libraries in New Zealand had this book in stock). I’ve been invited to speak at many venues, been on hundreds of radio/TV shows and have created a DVD/video on off grid living.

Apparently, the “powers that be” are not approving the messages in the book and are doing everything possible to curb its sales. Over the past two and a half years since the book has been on the market Amazon has been up to some dirty tricks. They have said the book was “out of stock” (which is impossible for a POD book), misspelled the title (in order to misdirect search engines) and DELETED, at least dozens of five star reviews. ( I have actually seen them deleted while on line).

But now, things have gotten even more corrupt! I had a “representative” from Amazon call me at home telling me that Amazon is doing everything they can to eliminate future sales of my book. He said he was doing this “off record”, outside of the Amazon call center, because he and others really liked my book but can’t mention this on the job. ( He even verified some of my numbers referencing a private information report). I’ve called Amazon and Lightning Source (my Paid-on-Demand) company to get some answers. After a couple of weeks and experiencing a “passing the buck” syndrome, with no responses, I decided to write this short letter.

Please inform the people of our country that fascism and totalitarian dictatorships are now fully operational.

How long do we expect to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave if we don’t have the guts to stand for principle? I define principle as the right to demand that everyone on American soil live by the same rules, laws and accountability.

Solid Resources and Brief Explanations from Anna Von Reitz

I have been asked (indeed, hounded) by people desperately searching for reliable guides to inform their actions in favor of restoring the land-based and lawful government we are all owed. 

This in turn requires some basic understandings, and rather than explain this to each of 390 million people, please read, post, and pass this on.

All forms of law except Natural Law (Law of Gravity, Law of Heredity, etc.) come from religion. This is because our religion establishes what we consider "right" and "wrong" and that in turn establishes our Law. 

The Law of the Land in the Western World is based on the Mosaic Law of the Bible, which is common to Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.  The Ten Commandments are the basis of the Law of the Land, which in this country is American Common Law.  The Constitution is also formed under Common Law and is called the "Law of the Land" by the Federal Government to distinguish it as the "law" that they must obey when dealing with us, the people of the United States, and our unincorporated states on the land known as the States of America. 

 Justices, popularly called "judges" in our Common Law Courts are NOT members of any Bar Association, do not hold any titles of nobility, and serve as either Magistrates (as when a Justice of the Peace performs a marriage) or Members of the Court (as when they pronounce the sentence required by the Trial Jury).  

Common Law Justices aka "Judges" do not instruct juries in the sense of telling them what to do or in the sense of interpreting the Law--- that is the job of the juries----justices serve as a resource if juries have questions about court procedures and that sort of thing,  but they do not interfere with or direct or seek to influence the juries in their determinations. Common Law Justices take their instructions from juries, both Grand Juries and Trial Juries.

The Law of the Sea is international in nature and is based on the Law Merchant derived from the Code of Hammurabi (Maritime "Commercial" Law) and the Law of the Sea (Admiralty) which derived from the Satanic Law of Sumeria and the Phoenicians--- the source of the word "phony". This is the "legal" system of the sea jurisdiction as opposed to the "lawful" system of the land.  As you might expect, the Law of the Sea is based on deceit, as it derives from the worship of the Father of All Lies.  

The judges in these courts are either business administrators or acting as priests of the Crown Temple. They are required to be Bar Association attorneys by the rules of their Jural Societies called Bar Associations and have taken Oaths of Nullification, known as the Kol Nidre, which according to the underlying religion of the Sea allows them to void any agreement they make, break their word with impunity and act deceitfully (commit fraud) without consequence.  These characters "simulate" judicial proceedings so as to --- in their own words in the Federal Code of Civil Procedure --- give an "appearance" of justice. These judges use juries as props in a play, and basically bully and "direct" juries to deliver whatever outcome the judge wants. 

Law of the Land = Our Father,  Law of the Sea = Lucifer. 

There is also the Law of the Air, which is global in jurisdiction, and ecumenical.  It has only three laws: keep the peace, do no harm, treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. If you obey these Laws of the Air,  you automatically fulfill all other laws and stand above any other form of law. 

Now that you know where law comes from and realize the distinctions between American Common Law and the international Law of the Sea, you will not be surprised by the rich feast of information contained in the following highly recommended textbook: 

The Excellence of the Common Law by Brent Winters, available on Amazon.com.  

This is NOT an inexpensive book ($70), nor is it light-weight, but it is the most readable, responsible, and enlightening book I have ever read concerning the Common Law, and it very helpfully compares and contrasts the Common Law against the sea-going Civil Law.  It is also written in a way that is careful to explain legalese in a way that laymen can easily understand. Anyone who wishes to participate in and restore the American Common Law Court System as a Justice or other Member of the Court --- Clerks, Bailiffs,Sheriffs, Coroners--- should read this book from cover to cover.

This is the most correct and comprehensive guide of its kind ever published and following it ensures that both the people and their Jural Societies act within the correct rules and right capacities so that they cannot be accused of subversion or insurrection.

Anna has never contacted me or any of the National Leadership on the phone. Therefore, no such opportunity to hang up on her was afforded. People have been anxiously milling around asking me to use my crystal ball.  What insights I have are strictly the common sense and practical kind that result from looking at past history and interpreting the present chaos in terms of what are the likely motivations of the moving parties? 

There are two groups.  The group I am aligned with wants to see the prosecution of the banks and lawyers and politicians responsible for this mess.  We want the criminals recognized as criminals and we want their crimes treated as crimes, similar to what Iceland has already done. 

This seems to be a far more practical and just response than allowing the perpetrators to start World War III, kill off their Priority Creditors, and collect on the life insurance policies they have placed on each one of us, naming their own corporations as the beneficiaries. 

Has everyone got the picture now?  We are dealing with self-serving criminals.
