Be Grateful.....For the Russians???

Yes, be grateful for the Russians. Very grateful. And not for the first time, either. You were never taught this in school, but during the Civil War the British were poised to come ashore and attack the people they were honor-bound to protect. It was the Russian Czar who sent his navy to impose an international blockade that prevented the British from attacking then. It is the Russian-Chinese Alliance that is preventing them from attacking us now.

The Brits were ready to tear us a new one back in the 1860's, but the threat of war with Russia over it was too great a risk to take for the pleasure involved. It's the same thing now. Russia is protecting us. The British Government, the British Crown Corporation and the old European Hegemony left over from the Holy Roman Empire is the threat. That's the group that has been feeding off us like vampires and embroiling us in wars for profit for the last 150 years. Not the Russians. Not the Chinese.

For those of you who can't read the Tea Leaves: France, specifically, Bank of France, is returning $475 trillion dollars of ours that they just happened to have in "safe-keeping" for us. Of course, they weren't saying a word about this arrangement to us. They were laying back in the weeds hoping that we would be too stupid to be able to follow the paper trail and figure out that we aren't the ones in debt. They hoped that we would just abandon all those assets and never exercise our creditor status, but..... we did. Thank God.

During the time period when they hoped we would be Numbnutz and allow them to claim abandonment of those funds, they generously used a portion of our own money to loan back to our servants in the Territorial United States Government and they launched what I have called "Le Neu Republique"--- the New (supposedly American, but actually French) Republic, in hopes of simply creating a new government service contract for themselves via a process of debt assumption. If we were dumb enough to assume the debt, they would be sharp enough to assume the priority creditor position and loan our money to our public servants at interest.

How cozy. France loans us our own money at interest, and to our Hired Help, appears to be the New Boss on the Block. Can everyone here say the Big Word--- "usurpation"? That's why we repeatedly rebuffed Jacob Rothschild and said, "Thanks, but no thanks." to the offer.

It's our money. We don't need to loan it to our Hired Help at interest. And we don't need French contractors in here providing us with "essential government services" last time I looked. With $475 trillion in the bank, we can afford to hire and fire whoever we want. We can have an actual American Republic instead of something that appears to be American and isn't.

Now, some of you who have been following the actual news instead of the fake news will remember talk last fall about Canada coming in and taking over the bankrupt United States? If the British Government had its way, we'd be at war with CANADA --which owes us a ton of money and would be hoping to win and thereby avoid paying---and the UN CORP, which is in a similar position.

But once again, the Russians came to our rescue, put their foot down, and said, "NYET!" to that plan.

Once again, as in the 1860's, the Russian Navy weighed in, very quietly, and gave the British Schemers enough to think about.

So it's because of the Russians that our unprotected borders are not crawling with Mexican, Canadian and UN Troops. It's because of the Russians that our country is at relative peace and making headway toward recouping our purloined assets and settling our business affairs responsibly. It's because of the Russians that people and countries that are deeply indebted to us-- the Brits, the European Union, and most of the rest of the world--aren't busily trying to kill us or take us over to avoid paying their own debts.

America, with respect to the British Government, has been like a stupid young school girl in love with an evil older man, the seventeen year-old who mistakes self-interested lust for love, and trustingly gives and gives and gives to Uncle Monty. It is long past time for everyone to grow up and wake up and figure out who our real enemies are and have always been.

For the past 150 years all we have heard about are the bad Russians, be afraid of the Russians, the evil Ruskies.... but the Russians have kept watch and stood at our back more than once and have defended us against powers and principalities that pretended to be our friends and allies ---and weren't.

Also, if you look at the situation in light of the Secret Treaty of Verona (1822) it is apparent that we and our American republican states, with our egalitarian ideals, and our desire for limited government---are natural enemies of the old Holy Roman Empire and the British Monarchs, as a mongoose is the natural enemy of a snake. They believe in the "divine rights" of Monarchs and Popes, but we don't and the Russians don't either.

We have far more in common ideologically with the Russians in terms of honoring the Common Man, aka, soldiers, workers, and farmers---than we will ever have with the Monarchists and Papists.

It's time we recognized the self-interested motivation that the old European Monarchies and the Popes have had for preaching anti-Russian propaganda to us for decades. They've kept us deluded about the "Russian Threat" because Russian Communism, like American Independence, is a threat to them and their power and their feudalistic system that requires enslaving the many to feed the gross appetites of a few.

Am I worried about President Trump working with the Russians? No, I am glad and grateful to see it. I am relieved to see it. It tells me that the President is not a fool, and that perhaps, at long last, we will have the common sense to give Uncle Monty a well-deserved kick the rump, clean up our own mess, and restore our own government.

We claimed our independence from Britain in 1776. It's high time we exercised it.

Service and Taxation

Your private earnings are being deliberately mischaracterized as corporate income in order to tax you and make you liable to pay federal income taxes.

As I have said before, the federal government is totally foreign and is supposed to operate only in international jurisdictions.  So when you pay federal taxes you are paying them to a foreign government, as if you were a German paying taxes to France.

Federal services are supposed to be paid for by: (a) our states and (b) by sin taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms and (c) by any special purpose directly apportioned or excise taxes that are truly necessary.

The states have resources and public lands to manage and sell and all that guarantees substantial income, so that they as the actual parties making the contract to receive services from the federal government are supposed to be paying the lion's share for those services that they would otherwise be expected to provide for themselves.

Above and beyond that, the federal government has the income from alcohol, tobacco, and firearms manufacture and sales.  Such so-called "sin taxes" placed on regulated substances bring in a lot of money to pay for federal services each year.  There are also special excise taxes placed on gasoline and oil purchases, telephone services, natural gas utilities, internet services, pension and insurance plans and international sales of goods and services. 

Between the deliberately mis-applied income tax and all these other taxes, the Average American pays between 50 and 60 percent of their earnings every year for services from the federal government corporations, and that is not counting the substantial bite taken out each year by inflation.

Inflation is, in effect, a silent and murderous tax that clicks along no matter where your money is or what it is or is not invested in. 

Compare these rates of taxation with the most abused serfs in the Middle Ages who paid the king up to 25% of their gross production every year, and you will see that we have indeed suffered through "great tribulation"--- as in paying "tribute" to Caesar.

The income tax is especially onerous.  It was imposed on federal employees as a "privilege tax" to be paid as franchise taxes, supposedly in equitable exchange for the benefits of public employment, and also on federally chartered corporations in exchange for the benefit of incorporation--- bankruptcy protection, stockholder asset protection, and so on.

This special tax on federal employees can certainly be seen as unjust, until you realize that these people have knowingly signed up to work for this foreign government and that people are free to accept or reject their offers of employment, warts, enfranchisement, income taxes, and all. 

The rest of us, however, who don't get a federal paycheck and who are not operating as federal franchises, are not now and never have been liable to pay federal income taxes.

Think about it--- can France tax a German?  No.

Can a German volunteer to pay a tax to the French government? Sure, if he wants to.

And that is what happened in World War II.  The Territorial United States Congress set up a Victory Tax program by which patriotic Americans could volunteer to have an amount equal to the tax paid by federal employees deducted from their take home pay and put toward the war effort.  We signed up by the millions..... but, even through the Second World War ended in September 1945, the end date on the Victory Tax legislation simply set the end date "as the end of hostilities" and Congress never repealed the legislation nor amended the language.

Using the so-called Cold War as its excuse, the Territorial United States Congress went right on taxing millions of Americans under false pretenses.  Ever since then there has been some kind of euphemistic, specious "war" going on which allows the cretins to claim that there are "ongoing hostilities" that justify continuing to tax Americans under these false pretenses.

Once unsuspecting Americans sign a 1040 under penalty of perjury stating that they are Withholding Agents, other juicy provisions kick in as well.  A "Withholding Agent" is a Warrant Officer in the Queen's Merchant Marine Service, and you have unwittingly sworn under penalty of perjury that you are one.  You automatically become subject to Territorial United States statutory law, are presumed to have voluntarily given up your political status as an American, and are required to file and keep filing taxes every year thereafter.  If you don't you are not doing your "voluntary" quasi-military job duties, and if you complain that you aren't really a Withholding Agent, you are dead in the water because you have already signed on the dotted line that you are one.  

In this way, the perpetrators not only get the fat tax revenue, they gain control over you and subject you to their territorial statutory law, which allows them to prosecute you under the British Equity Law system and allows them to use their "discretion" to dispose of you and your assets however they see fit.

Thus, what started out as a Good Faith effort by Americans to help win the Second World War became an instrument of oppression and false impersonation the likes of which the world has seldom seen since the days of Ancient Egypt.  Since 1941 the territorial Internal Revenue Service and the municipal IRS have pillaged and wantonly plundered the earnings and assets of millions of Americans who never held any kind of federal job, never realized any actual profit or benefit from this system, and who never actually owed any "income tax" at all. 

So, you say, there must be a remedy to this gross injustice.  If nothing else, the rats must have left an "out" for themselves, and so there is.  If you are not a federal employee or dependent and not operating in the capacity of a federal franchise corporation, you can "revoke" your election to pay federal income taxes that you never owed in the first place. 

All you have to do is send a Registered Letter, Return Receipt Requested, to the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service (Territorial) and the Commissioner of the IRS (Municipal) and inform them of your decision to revoke your election to pay federal income taxes and setting an effective date for the revocation.

This last bit can be tricky, as they keep changing the dates of their own fiscal years so as to trap unwary people with a few months of unaccounted for "income" left hanging---which they then use to prosecute the victim.  It used to be that July 1 was the beginning of the federal fiscal year for all departments and agencies.  Then some began using October 1 as the beginning of their fiscal year.

My advice would be to set the effective date a year and a half or two years prior to any current tax year.   For example, for the 2017 Tax Year due April 15, 2018, I would make the effective date July 1, 2016 or January 1, 2016, just to be sure I made the severance date include all possible taxes due for 2017.

For those who haven't filed in a few years for whatever reasons, you can revoke election to pay retroactively for up to ten (10) years, so long as you have not filed any of those years.

The bottom line is that if you aren't a federal employee or dependent and aren't operating as a federal franchise corporation as a result, you never owed the income tax in the first place.

But what about the Congressional Acts that tax Social Security income of retirees?  The Territorial United States Congress and its "Acts" have no authority related to an American standing on dry land.  That's for starters.  Secondly, the only portion or percentage of Social Security income that can be taxed would be that portion deriving from actual federal employment.

Say that you worked as a federal civilian employee for twenty years and then worked in the private sector for a Mom and Pop Store for twenty years.  The only portion of your Social Security that would be taxable would be the portion derived from actual federal employment. 

Please note that many Americans have trivial amounts of federal employment wages that contribute a few dollars per month to Social Security payments, mostly from part-time work such as firefighter wages for the Park Service, or a couple year stint in the military fifty years ago.  Each case is different so you have to look at your own employment history, but in the vast majority of cases the amount of federal wages and the resulting contribution to Social Security retirement payments is far less than the standard deductible and can be safely ignored.

So unless you actually worked for the federal government your whole working life, you most likely don't have to pay income taxes on 100% of your Social Security payments and may not have to pay any federal income taxes on your Social Security payments at all. 

Please note that the vermin will try to mischaracterize Social Security payments based on your actual labor as "benefits"--- which are welfare payments, not pension payments based on money you and your employers paid into the system. 

They will also try to mischaracterize Social Security payments as "income" instead of pension payments.  The word "income" specifically means corporate accruals of profit separated from capital.  If you aren't an actual federal employee and aren't acting in the capacity of a federal corporation franchise, you have no "income"--- what you have are "private earnings" being mischaracterized as "income". 

This additional after-the-fact Second Helping of people's earnings is perhaps the most galling betrayal of trust of all.  Most American are owed 100% of any Social Security payments tax-free, but by continuing to tax federal employee wages a second time, even after they are separated from employment and officially "retired", the vermin in Washington, DC contrive to make what superficially appear to be claims on the pension payments they owe to people who never worked an actual day in their life for the federal government and they thereby reduce the quality of life for millions of American Seniors for no good reason but corporate greed.

Do you want to support corporations that knowingly, willfully bilk millions of innocent American Seniors out of pension payments they earned fair and square? 

I don't.  That's why I pulled the plug in 1998, revoked my "voluntary" election to pay federal income taxes, and never looked back.  It is past time for the good-natured and patriotic and generous American people to pull the plug and stop paying taxes they don't owe to foreign government corporations that have acted in gross breach of trust and promoted commercial crimes on our soil.

Let them tap all their Slush Funds and "Externally Managed Investment Funds" and pony up every penny and every service that they owe to American Seniors ---and unless you worked for the federal government your entire working life, slap their hands when they come to tax your Social Security payments a second time. Revoke your election to pay and stand there on your little flat feet and repeat after me: "I ain't no Federale."

If You Understand Nothing Else, Ever --- Understand This

Here are the niceties:  a man is not a name.  A name is a "person". 

A man is naturally unincorporated and sovereign in nature. He does not depend on recognition or written charters or agreements for his existence. He doesn't even have a name when he starts out, and when he acquires a name after being born, that name is "corporate" but not "incorporated".

A Given Name is a Trade Name operating within the international land jurisdiction. "John Mark Doe" is a person that belongs to one of the people.  It is a possession or gift given to us by our parents, just like a bicycle or a hope chest. Such a name is "corporate" but not "incorporated". 

For example, we often see business names like "Fletcher and Sons" and "Bo-Peep's Sheep Yarns" that are not incorporated entities. These small businesses are corporate, fictional entities, but they are not chartered by any government or parent corporation, receive no special privileges, are not franchises and owe nobody but their owners for their existence.

Is and was there a News blackout on the CAFR?

OK, let's establish the fact that there has been a massive and cooperative effort by the Government, the News Media, and Controlled Education in creating and maintaining an almost complete blackout of the mention of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) in their efforts to keep the general population clueless as to the financial takeover of the wealth of this country by collective government over the last 70-years.

We all know Google is the most extensive search engine on the planet today. The trillions of open source records maintained by Google is of no equal.

Well, this aspect of Google can be very telling when specific time periods are selected to be searched. For this example here, we will search the "News" feature of Google. Google archives go back over a hundred years.

So was there any mention from the "Syndicated News Media" of the CAFR over the last 60-years?

Keep in mind the CAFR accounting structure started in 1946 by the efforts of GFOA (Government Financial Officers Association) and became the standard by action of GASB(Government Accounting Standards Board) across the land in 1977. The CAFR is local government's statement of Net Worth, the most informative showing of the actual and massive wealth held and income generated by every local government across the land, or in personal comparison, an individual's Statement of Net Worth.
  

A document every taxpaying individual from across the land should have been going over with a fine-tooth comb to investigate and learn the "true" financial picture of their local governments that were hitting them up for decades crying shortfalls of money for more, more, more in taxes, fines, and fees. Increases perpetually enacted each and every year. The CAFR is local government's Holy Grail of accounting. So was there a cooperative effort being done to make sure the population did not have a clue?

The Government Under Contract

The federal government is a subcontractor hired by our states to provide the nineteen enumerated services described in each of three very similar constitutions. 

(1) The Constitution for the united States of America  (land) National Government

(2) The Constitution of the United States of America (sea) Territorial Government

(3) The Constitution of the United States (air) Municipal Government

The 1824 Webster's Dictionary clearly states that the word "federal" is a synonym for "contract".  The "federal government" is a "contract government".  They are here to provide "essential government services" as stated by Article IV of all three constitutions.  And they are foreign with respect to us and our states of the Union. 

Euphemisms, Labeling, and Deceit--- More Tricks from Satan's Closet

Today I sucked down my first cup of black coffee in an equally black mood. I hadn't slept well, my eyes were bleary. And here was my cheerful, chirpy husband already hard at work, with Sean Hannity's voice blaring on the radio. I don't have a whole lot of respect for Talk Radio personalities, because frankly, if a Great-Grandma in Big Lake, Alaska, has been able to learn what I have learned about the actual history of this country----how is it that Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity and Mark Levine don't know?

(A) They didn't ask. (B) They don't give a rat's pattutee.

In the first case, (A), if they didn't ask--- why not? I did. Seems obvious enough. Were they afraid to ask? Not intending to ask? Didn't know how to ask?

Charity at Home

Among all the questions I get--- and I get some strange questions -- none perplex me more than inquiries about where I donate money and why?  

Well, obviously, for some years now my husband and I have been supporting a mammoth effort to research America's history and the history of law and religion throughout the world.  This has not been a small or inexpensive endeavor for an oil painter and a legal beagle.  The bulk of whatever charitable giving we have goes to the members of The Living Law Firm and the researchers and paralegals supporting them.  That's the way it is, and the way it has to be, if we are to continue to make the strides homeward that we have made. 

That said, there are lots of worthy efforts and we don't forget them or fail those duties, either. 

Why Incorporating and Privatizing Government is Evil

The main reason that incorporating and privatizing government is evil is that it mixes public and private functions in an inappropriate and ultimately irresponsible way.

Think about it for five seconds.

What is the goal of any private, for-profit corporation? To make money.

What is the goal of any public, non-profit organization supposed to be? To provide service.

What do you get when you mix the two? The equivalent of Exxon with a license to sell you any service they want to sell, provide any service they want to provide, and charge you as much as they please for it.

It's the ultimate soft-racketeering machine, like the old magazine subscription scam on steroids.

You order one magazine subscription fair and square. The publisher sends you three sample magazines "for free"-- but if you don't promptly and actively say --- "Thanks, but no thanks!" -- you are on the hook to pay for three more magazine subscriptions you never wanted, plus the one you did order.

That's how the corporate government has been working, too. Selling you more and more and more services, at their own behest, at their own rates. And nobody has been minding the store close enough and acting with enough authority to say the big fat "NO!" that is necessary to prevent this from happening.

150 Years of Non-Performance

Immediately after the Civil War, the Democratic Party led the attacks on the freed plantation slaves. The history shows that they systematically resisted the drive to give black men the vote, resisted the effort to distribute homestead land to blacks, and ultimately spearheaded the plot to "confer federal citizenship" on the former plantation slaves, thereby making them the first victims of the corporate franchise system that has all but overtaken the whole country today.

Now, I don't believe in political parties any more than I believe in Federal Reserve Notes, so let's begin by saying that I openly despise the "Two Party System" --- with the emphasis on "System" and just because I am anti-Democrat does not prevent me from being anti-Republican as well.

Both the modern political parties that have dominated and decimated our public life for a hundred years got their start in my home state--- Wisconsin. Why Wisconsin? Because a large number of German Communists who were kicked out of Germany following the 1848 Worker's Rebellion eventually settled in Wisconsin and brought along the "Hegelian Dialectic" and the political party system with them.

Protect Yourself

I was listening to a YouTube video by Roy Potter yesterday and he said something that people need to be reminded of--- something simple, but important.  You have to protect yourself.  You cannot depend on the local Sheriff or the police forces or even the military. Protecting you is not their job anymore.

There were a couple high profile cases back in the 1970’s that underscored this new reality in which it is no longer the job of the police to protect the public, and the courts came out in black and white and said so.  If you are being robbed at gunpoint, a police officer can stand there and ignore the whole situation.  Why? Because he is no longer employed in a truly public capacity.

He is working for a Municipal or Territorial corporation, under the same provisions as a security guard at Walmart.  Even the Sheriffs no longer take proper public oaths of office. So this goes a long way toward explaining the lawlessness that infests the police and also the day to day experience of Joe Average American with the police.

These men are hired to enforce the “private law” and “public policies” of a British Crown corporation, not the Public Law owed to the people of this country. They are in fact acting as commercial mercenaries, whether they realize it or not.  Like the Pinkerton Service, they are hired to protect the property interests of the corporations that employ them.  If they also enforce the Public Law, that is merely their personal choice.

Sheriff Richard Mack went to the bother of nailing down the fact that is “okay” for these men to also enforce the Public Law, if they want to, by taking the matter all the way to the United States Supreme Court in Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc.

Lies, Lies, and Liars

As a follow-up to my further expose of Satanism -- the worship of The Father of All Lies--and the practices of his followers in the world we live in, please take note of this information in light of the release this morning of The Memo, which details who lied to you, how they lied to you, why they lied to you about Donald Trump in order to "influence" the election.  

1. Notice that what the perps accused Trump of doing --- using the Russians to influence an American election --- is precisely what they were doing themselves.  The pot is calling the kettle black.  According to the liars, Trump was colluding with the Russians to influence the Presidential Election, but in fact, they were themselves ginning up a non-existent Russian connection to influence the election even after the fact.  Even though Trump won fair and square, they were counting on lies and help from their old buddies in Congress to get him impeached.  How's that for interfering in an election?

What to Want

There are people all over the world asking me what I want?  

They ask me what I want, and they sit back in their chairs like the audience in a movie theater at the end of the opening credits, waiting for the real show to begin, but no answer comes.  

Oh, I mean, it's clear that they are waiting for something either like a personal laundry list of the kind, "A new BMW, a winter home in a large safe compound on the French Riviera, the restoration of my family castle in Italy, an annual income of at least $100 million for my retirement......"  or, else, something vacuous and vague and idealistic, like, "World peace." 

And always underlying this expectation, appears to be the taken-for-granted idea that there has to be some agenda, some reason, some selfish personal motivation behind what I do, and if I just tell them what that is, they will (a) be able to figure out what makes me tick, and (b) evaluate whether they can or will provide whatever it is I want, and (c) potentially secure my assistance by giving me what I want--- also known as, buy me off.  

That is, after all, as they make clear, the quid pro quo of existence on this planet. Everybody wants something.  Give them what they want, and they will do what you want.  Back scratching.  Grooming.  Call it what you will, that is the world that everyone knows and nobody loves, but the way the world works nonetheless.  

Know Your Enemy

Quite apart from the political Mess, what we are fighting throughout the world today is a profane and ancient religion called "Mystery Babylon" in the Bible, and more flatly, in the common tongue, Satanism.  

There are people who worship the Father of All Lies, and they are astonishingly common.  Once you clue into their codes and by-words, they are easy to spot and they are roaming about in broad daylight, "doing what they will".  

Lying and deceit of all kinds is a central part of their religion, along with using perverted sex as a sacrament, infanticide, tree worship, ritual cannibalism, blood-drinking, idol worship -- especially the worship of money, the use of "sacred groves" as ritual sites, the emblem of the owl --- the animal totem of their goddess Semiramis, also known as Isis, Ashtoreth, Astarte, Cybele, and Columbia, also known as the Mother of All Whores and the Great Abomination, the inventor of money and temple prostitution. 

The emblems and statues and temples of this ancient evil are scattered all over the Middle East, North Africa, the Greek Peninsula, the Italian Peninsula, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, even Scotland and the Bohemian Grove in California.  It's extremely widespread because it is a sea-going religion popular among sailors and pirates and traders who carried it world-wide.  It is a death-centered religion that preaches what many consider common sense--- "eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die." 

Whether to Laugh or to Cry

I suppose if I were a Jesuit tonight I would be highly amused and there is no doubt that I would be laughing--- loudly----at the apparently universal assumption among the Innocent that if anyone is familiar with such things as black magic, trust law, ecclesiastical law, canon law--- well!  They MUST be a Jesuit......

In fact, if anyone is smart and worldly at all.... they must either be a Jesuit or have been trained by Jesuits.  

That is the universal assumption--- and what an unwitting compliment to them, even if it isn't true.  

Jesuits have a well-deserved reputation as the Hit Men of the Roman Catholic Church.  Please observe, America, that I said very precisely--- "Roman Catholic Church"----- not to be confused with the "Universal Catholic Church".  

Two different things, just like "The United States of America" is not the same as "the United States of America".  

You have to --sooner or later-- develop the eyes and ears to see and to hear.... for your own sake and for the sake of the whole world.  

Sample of a Mandatory FSIA Notice

I am getting a lot of frantic people who have been approached by the vermin who can't figure out how to do a simple (but mandatory) FISA Notice, so I concocted an "example" of how such a Notice might appear to give them an idea.  

Obviously, this is just an example that would need to be re-worked for each individual and each individual case.  People need to put their own names and data into such a Notice, their own addresses, etc.  This just shows the basic form of how such a Notice can be done.  

This is the first thing that needs to be put in place the moment people are approached by the hired Help, including any of the foreign municipal or territorial courts.  This is the reply to make to their services and summons.  Flag them off by making a reply (so they can't say you evaded anything or showed them contempt) and giving them proper NOTICE that you are not "acting as" or in the capacity of one of them.

One More Time S-L-O-W-L-Y

1. You begin your life as "one of the free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States"---- a Virginian, Minnesotan, Texan, etc.... 

2. While still a baby in your cradle, "uniformed officers" conscripted into the U.S. Army, who appear to be civilian doctors, improperly seize upon your name and estate and coerce your Mother to sign a False Information to the effect that you are a "US citizen"--- the same political status you would have if you were a Puerto Rican, born in Puerto Rico or one of the other Insular Territories, like Guam.  

3. This status as a "Territorial Citizen" obligates you to serve the government and obey its every whim, to be defined as a "taxpayer" and subjected to Selective Service, and to need a license---which is official permission to do something that is otherwise illegal--- for things like getting married or traveling in your car from Point A to Point B. It also subjects you to the foreign British Equity Law and Territorial Court System, which is rigged against you so that British-affiliated Bar Association members can rule against you 97% of the time via the abundant use of their "judicial discretion". 

4. Throughout your life these vermin misinform you, either deliberately or in ignorance themselves, and tell you that you "have to" have a Social Security Number, you "have to" have a Driver License, you "have to" have a Marriage License, and you obediently do what you are told. Every time you do, you again unwittingly confirm that you are a "US Citizen" and effectively bear False Witness against yourself and against your own interests, just to get along and survive in this ugly horror show world they have created. 

5. Here is the first take home message, campers!  You are NOT a "citizen" of anything.  Citizens serve the government.  Nationals have the government serve them.  So which one are you?  Uh....duh....are you paying them or are they paying you?  And if they are paying you, what is that payment based upon, if not your own hard work and years of paying taxes you never actually owed?

Ranchers attacked by federal criminals. Where was the Sheriff?

The ordeal of the Bundy family of Clark County, Nevada, against the excessive force and bureaucratic overreach by Federal Government agencies, has had a positive turn in recent weeks.  Cliven Bundy, patriarch of the family, his sons Ryan and Ammon, along with other family members, were acquitted by a jury in 2015 of conspiracy and other charges in connection with the occupation of an empty federal wildlife refuge building in Oregon.  Until recently, they have been held in federal prison for nearly two years, awaiting trial in Nevada on similar charges stemming from a federal assault on their ranch and surrounding grazing lands by armed and militarized agents of various state and federal agencies.  Their alleged crimes?  Their cattle were allegedly trespassing on “public lands”.

After their trial began in Las Vegas late last year, proof of government crimes and corruption emerged during the proceedings to such an extent that the judge declared a mistrial, and a few weeks later dismissed the charges “with prejudice”, meaning they cannot be tried again.

Shortly after their release, Cliven Bundy made a statement outside the office of the Sheriff.

A Great Big Fat Misunderstanding

I can't sugar-coat this or make it easier for anyone, so I am just going to say it flat out: we've been duped----by our own employees and by our own ignorance of what our employees have been doing behind our backs for decades.  

We've been occupied --- by our own army.  

We've been pillaged and press-ganged and kidnapped into foreign jurisdictions, and once there, we've been railroaded through foreign British Equity Courts, which are rigged by definition.  

Okay?  It's really that simple. We've been shanghaied-- by legal chicanery-- and all without appearing to go anywhere at all. 

It's up to us to take control of the situation and sort it out, as the actual owner-operators of this whole shebang.  

Just so you know, just so somebody finally tells you..... 

We are the "Foreign Sovereigns" referred to in the Foreign Sovereigns Immunity Act. Subsections 1605 and 1607 are crucial....  

We have to identify ourselves as Foreign Sovereigns owed all exemptions and immunity the moment these jokers approach us, the moment one of their courts sends us a summons, the moment they dare to say anything whatsoever at all--and the next words out of your mouth should be:  

"Who gave you permission to address me?"

Seventies and Eighties and Nineties

It never made sense to me as a young girl growing up-- that we sent our young men to die in foreign wars.  

It made more sense to send men in their seventies and eighties or nineties, men who had less to lose in terms of opportunity, men wise in the ways of the world, men who had already suffered the vague nature of love, the losses of property, the many slings and arrows of all the fates that guide our paths.....men such as these are worthy opponents! 

Not the callow youths full of flower and nothing beyond the lies they have been told.....not them.  They should not be sacrificed, who do not know what their own lives are, who have not been enabled to live, much less regret.

No, it should be us, the elders, who pledge the fight.  It should be us, who know what we wager with.  

These youngsters have no guess.  They depend on us.  They are our beloved children.

Global Currency Reset Comment for January 2018

When the RV comes, it's all going to be peaches and cream. When the RV comes, miracles will abound.  Peace will reign.  The humble will be raised up.  The evil will be cast down. We will all dance and sing.  It will be a great, great day when the RV comes..... okay, well.....

All fiat currencies are bonds and bonds are I.O.U.'s issued by specific governments.  If the government goes down, how much do you think their I.O.U.'s are worth? 

Why Equity Law is Evil

I have been asked, "Why do I attack British Equity Law so vehemently?"

Here's the short answer--- It's not British and it's not Equity and it's not Law. 

In the 1750's a great hue and cry began in England because of the arbitrary and unjust effects of imposing outdated written "one-size fits all" laws without consideration of mitigating circumstances. 

For example, the sentence for murder is death. 

But what about unintentional, accidental murder?  What we now call "manslaughter"?   And what about murder committed by children by accident?  Or by the mentally incompetent, who couldn't possibly know what they were doing?  How about murder in self-defense? The young woman being choked by a would-be rapist and thief, who finds a loaded gun and fires?  Or crimes of passion? The betrayed husband who finds his wife in the arms of another man and snaps?

The Tenth Leper.... A Call to Conscience

It was not my intention that America: Some Assembly Required be published on the web.  Within hours of releasing a few copies to trusted friends of the cause, the word came back--- "OMG!  This has to go viral!  Now!!!"  

So the decision was taken, early this morning, in the predawn hours, to release the text and pray to God.... 

Already, Nesara News has released a "doctored" version of it, which you can identify because it misspells my name on the title page.  Their version has my name as "Reizinger"----- it's "Riezinger".  It is spelled the opposite of the more common name for a reason.  

Another way you can tell the Nesara version apart from mine is that my address always is properly sent "in care of" a Post Office Box.  I am not a Post Office Box, thank you, very much.  

There are numerous other changes throughout the text, as someone edited it without my permission and released it without my permission.

Urgent Public Message for President Trump from Judge Anna

Everyone--- pay attention.

Last year on January 20, 2017, President Trump took his Oath of Office. 

An Office in the Territorial Government is a Public Trust. 

Trusts do not become law for a year and a day. 

His Office, his Trust, would have become law on January 21st of this year--- but that didn't happen, because Chuck Schummer contrived to shut down the government for three days at precisely the critical time. 

This is called "breaking the continuity of the evidence". 

As a result, nothing that President Trump did during his entire first year in Office, all the laws and Executive Orders and Directives he signed---- technically didn't cure. 

Now, either he did this to himself because he wanted to void out mistakes made during the first year of His Presidency, or, far more likely, the Dems saw their opportunity to "win" by technicality and are scheming to invalidate everything he has done and everything he will do this next year and after----just by sitting back and not telling him that his Office never cured.

These are very devious, very skillful, very evil men he is dealing with, people who have been trained in the black arts and ecclesiastical law.  He truly is contesting with Evil in High Places, so it is important that the "Good Witches" and "White Hats" surround him and educate and warn him and protect him, just as I am doing by writing this memo today.

To counteract this, he has to re-take his Oath of Office, re-do the things he wants to stick--- re-sign legislation, re-issue Executive Orders, etc.---and begin the whole timeline over again, being sure that his Office cures and is not interrupted by any more chicanery for a year and a day. 

Thereafter, his work will stand and his term will run and there won't be anything that anyone can say or do against it.

And now you all know why Democrat Chuck Schummer appeared to shut down the government for three days "for no reason".

AD PROJECTS UPDATE and progress report

January 2018 is coming to a close and we have made much progress over the last 3 months. Let's just look at January for a moment.

I am looking at my Aweber autoresponder account and here is what I see. We now have 4312 subscribers just on Anna's list to receive the announcements of her articles the same day they come out.  That list is growing steadily because we are spending lots of money on advertising now. 

We also have other subscribers to a list that is specific to Mint Builder, and the total of the two lists is 4567 people this morning.

When I did a search on Google this morning for 'Anna Von Reitz' I got 5,800,000 results in .48 seconds. That's over 5 and a half million hits with her name in it, in far less than one second.  That compares to just a few months ago, when I would get about 400 thousand hits. This tells me that everything we are doing in the way of promoting these websites is right and working as expected.

In January I spent $799.30 on ads systems to get exposure to the ads on the ad project on this page:

All of that money came from the commissions I am earning on Mint Builder!

What I am saying is that we are pouring almost all the proceeds into more advertising to try to snowball the awareness of Anna's work across the globe.  I also donated $187.50 directly to Anna, with more to come when we get paid toward the end of the month.

By using those ads we create curiosity, not only for people who want the truth about the fraud we have been subjected to, but to many more who are thinking of ways to augment their financial welfare and have not yet been made aware of Anna's work. Go ahead and click on some of those bigger ads and see that they take you to various movies, and then to a form.

The idea is to bring those who are looking for ways to survive the problems we all have been subjected to by out-of-control government agents and tax collectors by helping their finances, and then making them aware of Anna's work also, for long range answers.

When they read the ads, then watch a movie about the subject they are interested in, they are taken to a form where they can get more information by giving us their name and email address, and then to a website where they get the details. The system then starts sending out introductory emails and links to specific information where they can participate in several ways to spread Anna's words around the world, and also to earn some silver and gold if they have a mind to.

We don't try to sell anyone on those ideas, but we do present the information in such a way they can be well informed and make some good decisions according to their own situation and understanding.

We are not calling anyone on the phone, or trying to browbeat anyone to buy anything. We present volumes of information and let people sort themselves out about what they want. The automated systems do the sifting and sorting, and the people using them make all the decisions. The user is in the driver's seat.
