Is and was there a News blackout on the CAFR?

OK, let's establish the fact that there has been a massive and cooperative effort by the Government, the News Media, and Controlled Education in creating and maintaining an almost complete blackout of the mention of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) in their efforts to keep the general population clueless as to the financial takeover of the wealth of this country by collective government over the last 70-years.

We all know Google is the most extensive search engine on the planet today. The trillions of open source records maintained by Google is of no equal.

Well, this aspect of Google can be very telling when specific time periods are selected to be searched. For this example here, we will search the "News" feature of Google. Google archives go back over a hundred years.

So was there any mention from the "Syndicated News Media" of the CAFR over the last 60-years?

Keep in mind the CAFR accounting structure started in 1946 by the efforts of GFOA (Government Financial Officers Association) and became the standard by action of GASB(Government Accounting Standards Board) across the land in 1977. The CAFR is local government's statement of Net Worth, the most informative showing of the actual and massive wealth held and income generated by every local government across the land, or in personal comparison, an individual's Statement of Net Worth.
  

A document every taxpaying individual from across the land should have been going over with a fine-tooth comb to investigate and learn the "true" financial picture of their local governments that were hitting them up for decades crying shortfalls of money for more, more, more in taxes, fines, and fees. Increases perpetually enacted each and every year. The CAFR is local government's Holy Grail of accounting. So was there a cooperative effort being done to make sure the population did not have a clue?

For or against, the person running for public office should be required by you and all that you know to make mention on their website; news-letters; and emails lists of the following. Silence in this matter is confirmation of being part of a syndicate that is extremely contrary to the population's interests. 1. What is Taxation? ANS: A revenue source.

2. What is Investment Return? ANS: A revenue Source.

3. What do Enterprise operations do? ANS: Generate a revenue Source.

* Pension management accounts are established to pay salaries and benefits at retirement from the investment return generated.

** TRF management accounts are established to pay local government (City; County; School District; State) general purpose operating costs from the investment and Enterprise return generated. Taxation ended!

Per understanding CAFRs, people have been intentionally kept in the dark so long they forget the basics:

1. A "Budget Report" is a selective funding of x accounts from x re sources (set up to be primarily funded with taxation and done so "for the year")

2. An "Annual Financial Report" is the showing of "all" income: Investment; taxation; and Enterprise, plus the "accumulated wealth over decades. Budgets are for the year, an AFR is for it all since creation of the entity.

There is a big difference between the two. A correct analogy would be: The budget to operate your house vs. your statement of net worth.

The public has been played with the biggest shell game of selective p resentation there is allowing for massive fortunes to be made by the inside players over the last several decades..

Every investment fund large and small is a power base. Where that money is invested determines what company; real-estate venture, etc., is made or broken. Thus in line with that, never a mention of the 184,000 AFRs of the corresponding local governments..nor the many thousands of specialty investment funds they contain. I note gov pension funds facilitate the same. Paying employee benefits from the return on the funds is an after thought for the government players.

The head communists back in the 30's and 40's said they could take over Am erica without firming a shot. The undercurrents of that statement were that they could depend on the greed and opportunity of the players to accomplish that goal and it did. US Collective government since 2000 brings in more gross income than the entire gross income of the population of the United States.

Taxation is rammed down the public's throat (1/3rd of the gross income) and Investment / Enterprise income (2/3rd of the gross income) the "silence is golden" rule is strictly enforced with the full symbiotic cooperation of the syndicated media; controlled education; and both political parties as applies over the last century.
