To give you a brief summary, the United States as you know is a corporation under compact by the Constitution for the United States of America to provide certain services. It was never delegated the authority to create federal states or federal citizens or "foreign insitu trusts." It is through this process that the federal United States has achieved jurisdiction. This has been done by fraud and has had terrible consequences for the living people under whose names "foreign insitu trusts" were created and for all Americans who are stuck paying the corporate debt of the US. Every court case in their courts are submitted to a federal reserve bank, securitized, turned into a bond, which creates money for these judges and prosecutors. This is done even before a person is found guilty. Go to any County District Attorney's Website and see how they boast about their near-100% conviction rate. Every statutory violation has a monetary value attached to it, and the victim's "foreign insitu trust" is claimed against for the value of each violation, which can be worth millions of dollars. The courts also receive public funds to operate. The private prison systems also receive millions of dollar each year for each person sent to prison. The person in prison is also made to work as a slave. That is what the 13th amendment allowed them to do. The 14th amendment allowed them to create a new kind of citizen under the pretext of granting citizenship to freed slaves. By the use of semantic deceit all Citizens were turned into federal citizens.

The Northwest Ordinance, Federal Proprietorship, and the Western States

The Northwest Ordinance of the United States is part of our Organic Law and provides a progressive means for Territories to become States, however, there has been no Continental Congress since 1860 competent to actually enroll the States created by Statehood Compacts.

The "Congress" operating in DC since then has been operating in other capacities in the international jurisdiction of the sea as a corporation and as the "representatives" of a foreign constitutional democracy of 57 "states" including the seven Insular States of Guam, Puerto Rico, etc. plus 50 inchoate Federal States.

There hasn't been a "Land Congress" since 1860. We haven't sent anyone to Philadelphia (not DC) in a Fiduciary Deputy capacity to act in behalf of the Land Jurisdiction in 150 years. Let that fact sink in.

Remember--- The Constitution we are owed has no 19th Amendment. Our Senators report to our actual State Legislature on the Land and can be recalled. Our Congressmen are accountable directly to the people. But we haven't operated our actual State Legislatures on the Land and we haven't called a Continental Congress in many, many decades.

This is technically all right because we are the recognized sovereigns of the land jurisdiction and if we don't want to do our job, there's nobody to force us to do it. On the other hand, the work has piled up and the mayhem has increased. At some point we have to remember who we are and do our part, call our Congress to Philadelphia, and clear the backlog.

Ode to Sheriff Mack --- How To Get Enforcement of the Actual Law of the Land?

People all over this country are complaining about "lack of enforcement" of the basic Organic and Public Laws.  I hate to break it to you, but you all have to take action in your own behalf to provide enforcement.  You are "self-governing"--- remember?   

The rats--- for profit governmental services corporations run by banks-- have usurped upon your lawful jurisdiction and set up incorporated "Counties" and incorporated "States".  As soon as you incorporate anything, it is removed from the jurisdiction of the land and taken out from under the Law of the Land (including the Constitution) and moved to the international jurisdiction of the sea and the Law of the Sea. 

As a result, you no longer have Sheriffs operating under the Law of the Land and you no longer have enforcement of the Organic and Public Laws.  What you have are men in "similarly named" private corporate offices---Mall Cops and commercial mercenaries-- who are charged with enforcement of "codes, regulations, and statutes" that apply only to the franchises and employees and officers of their respective (and often different) corporations.  

Throughout much of America, nobody is being paid to mind the store or provide enforcement of the Organic and Public Laws anymore.  So, now does it make sense why you have no access to the guarantees of The Constitution and no enforcement for the indictments of Common Law Grand Juries?  

To get action and enforcement you have to have a Common Law Sheriff operating the land jurisdiction of your county, and you also need an entire Common Law Court backing him up.

This country has been embezzled since the Civil War by foreign banking interests.

In 1868 some crafty lawyers and members of Congress operating as the Board of Directors of "The United States of America, Incorporated" adopted the actual Constitution---- a document known as "The Constitution for the united States of America" ---as the basis of their own corporate charter. They made a few minor changes, like changing the name to "the Constitution of the United States of America" and voila---- the name game began in earnest. They also incorporated the Municipal Government of the District of Columbia as the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and issued a third similarly and deceptively named "Constitution" known as "the Constitution of the United States".

Armed with these deceptively named dopplegangers they began making "Amendments" by fiat. It's easy to amend a corporate charter so that's what they did with their "Constitution of the United States of America"---- added the 13th, 14th. 15th and so on without any mandated ratification process by the actual states on the land. Using this deceit they by-passed the actual Constitution owed to the organic, physically defined states. Instead, they created "Federal States" for themselves--- merely "inchoate" legal fictions on paper, and adopted names from the actual states on the land.

Prior to the 1870's the actual physically defined states used the names "State of Delaware", etc., after that period of time the "Federal States" began using these names, too, and the actual states on the land were named "Delaware State" and so on in the federal system.

About Federal Title 12 USC 95a and b2 - Who owns your property?

I have read 12 USC 95a and b2 and all I see is the usual duplicitous lawyer-speak in which they offer a last minute used car salesman pitch---- the essence of the offer is, give us everything and we will pay your debts during your lifetime. After you die, our corporation owns your land and home and etc.,etc., in perpetuity.

Now I want to point out that this offer is being made by a bankrupt entity and the only way that they can possibly pay your bills during your lifetime is by selling your interest in your property. I also want to point out that you don't own things in the way that you think you do or that they claim you do. Every land asset is actually held in trust by the United Colonies of America, not any version of "United States" or "United States of America".

How to Restore the Land Jurisdiction Government Owed to Your County

Millions of people are just waking up like disgruntled bears waking from a long hibernation, or maybe like me, when I can't find a cup of coffee in the morning.  However that may be I get all sorts of rambling, critical and mostly ignorant emails interspersed with hundreds of requests for help from people suffering from some aspect of abusive courts every day.  I cannot possibly answer them all, but I will take stabs at providing more general information that will help people take affirmative action in their own behalf. 

I want to point out that all American Common Law Courts are courts based on the land, practicing the Law of the Land.  Their jurisdiction is tied to the land as a result.  My court is in Alaska. I have no way to help someone in Idaho.  The people in Idaho have to help each other. That's the first big misunderstanding.  

The watery Federal Courts provide the same "service" in every state, just like Burger King delivers the same Whopper the same way 24/7 from San Francisco to Portland, Maine.  

Land Law doesn't work like that.

The World Bank was a Secondary Creditor in the 1933 Bankruptcy of the United States of America, Inc.  

They full-well knew that the Priority Creditor was the American People, and logically, their heirs and descendents. 

But when it came time for settlement and all the debts were paid off by those same American People --- nobody informed the Priority Creditors who were still alive, much less their heirs and beneficiaries. 

Instead, the World Bank came in as a Secondary Creditor and claimed the collateral assets owed to us under the pretense that our whereabouts and identities are unknown, and that the assets were "abandoned" by unknown heirs. 

I hope you all have your Shinola Sensors turned on to High Alert. I also hope that you are all as determined to see justice done as I am and that you will all stand up and demand not only return of your gold, but return of your land patents, your labor, your businesses and your families and cars and everything else that these vermin have claimed to own and use as collateral benefiting them and their organizations.

For those who have been attempting to "look me up" among the Bar Association Members in Alaska or searching for my face among the judges of the Administrative and Admiralty Courts ---you won't find me or any of the other Common Law or Federal (Postal District instead of US District) Judges in those locations, because we are part of the Land Courts and they are part of the Corporate and Maritime Courts.

There are three(3) Court Systems in America: (1) Common Law; (2) Administrative Law; (3) Maritime/Admiralty (which includes Martial Law).

Common Law is the Law of the Land, which includes the Organic Law of this Country---- The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of Confederation, The Constitutions (1787) and (1789- 1791), plus the Public Law, the United States Statutes-at-Large. This is all "Land Law" affecting "Land Assets", which includes people, livestock, houses, barns, etc., etc., And this is why Amendment VII specifically requires Common Law regarding all important decisions regarding people and their property interests.

Thank you Stewart. I have never doubted your dedication to freedom. It's really unfortunate that fallen human nature gets in the way some times, but the only thing we can do when that happens is admit our faults and get up and try again.

Retraction or Clarification - Paul Stramer regarding Stewart Rhodes.

To whom it may concern (anyone who has read this blog) about Stewart Rhodes.

On January 6th I published an article written by Anna Von Reitz where she accused Stewart of "being engaged in Controlled Opposition", and that Stewart "actually works for" a corporation implying the one masquerading as our federal government.

I have known Stewart for years, and actually met him at a Republican Convention in Helena when I was a State Committeeman for Lincoln County, and a bit before he started Oathkeepers if I recall correctly.

Anna's opinion at the time was NOT my opinion, and never has been. I do NOT believe Stewart has any motives that are not honorable. I have seen him take the heat that most patriots are taking from the left and a lot more heat, that most of us don't get.  I told Anna that on January 7th in the following words.

"I have known Stewart since way before he started Oathkeepers, and he is NOT WORKING FOR THE OTHER SIDE. He has gotten rid of his BAR card.

 He is right in  that he has NOT accused you of being on the side of the enemy, which is essentially what you did to him.

 We need to exercise way more patience than that, or how are we going to attract God's Grace to help us win this thing for America?

 I fear that now I will never be able to convince him to take another look.  So now what?

I live in Manhattan, Mt and was wondering if you are in regular contact with Anna Von Reitz. My question to you and Anna: Are people having any success in the courts or in their dealings with the Corporation using the "I am one of  free sovereign independent people of the united states? Ernie The Montana mountain man Tertelgte (sP?) tried a version of that and merely succeeded in pissing off the judge.
The reason for the question is that it seems to me that none of these people seem to give a damn about the the law of the land, commercial law or any other kind of law and are simply Hell bent on keeping the scam going.  if this is truly the case do you understand the position that puts those of us who are fed up with this thing in? Never mind the complete ignorance of the public of any of these concepts. It looks to me like the Feds are setting up for gun confiscation and who knows what else in the coming months. It certainly looks grim. Do you have any encouraging words?

Specifics for Sheriffs and Federal Agents Regarding the Difference Between "Law Enforcement" and "Peacekeeping" - by Judge Anna Maria Riezinger

This information is crucial and needs to get into the hands of all 3100 County Sheriffs and all Police Departments and all Officers and Federal Agents Nationwide.  Please help by broadcasting, reading, making videos, printing pamphlets, hand-delivering, and talking to all those you know. 

The Articles of Confederation, The Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution are Organic Law of the Land.  The Law of the Land is all Common Law.  It functions on the land jurisdiction of the United States and is attached to it.  A Common Law Court functions only within the geographically defined boundaries it serves.  All the offices associated with a Common Law jurisdiction or a Common Law Court including the Office of Sheriff are by definition Public Offices.  They are administered under the Organic Law and the Public Law of the United States known as the United States Statutes at Large. All Public Offices serve the government "of the people, for the people, and by the people".  All Public Offices are created and maintained by unincorporated body politics---- free associations of landowners and other members of the "free sovereign and independent people of the United States".  As you can see from reading Amendment VII, all conflicts arising between people and affecting private property of value in excess of $20 are owed service by a Common Law Court.  The Sheriff on the land is responsible for the enforcement of the Organic Law of our nation, including The Constitution, and the Public Law. He is the highest peacekeeping officer in America within the boundaries of his County. He has sweeping powers to deputize men and commandeer equipment, facilities, and supplies to secure the peace and guarantee the enforcement of the Organic Law.  A Sheriff on the land is elected by the people acting in free association as landowners in their counties. He has a Public Bond and he has an Oath of Public Office. 

But, when you incorporate anything, you remove it from the jurisdiction of the land and from the Law of the Land. 

Thus, when our Counties and States incorporated as franchises of the Federal "United States, Inc."---either out of stupidity or treasonous intent,  they became franchises in the same sense as we have franchises of Dairy Queen.  They no longer function as our organic counties or states.  They function as private corporate entities no different than Burger King or Walmart.  They have no authority as government, and are merely "governmental services corporations".  All the offices that were public offices associated with them immediately also devolve to merely private status.  Thus the "Sheriff" working for such a "Federal County" or "Federal State"  is no longer a Public Official.  He is a private security officer working for a private corporation, no different than a mall cop working for Walmart. The fact that he may or may not be working on a contract requiring him to provide "law enforcement services" in a particular county in no way imbues him or his office with any governmental authority or immunity.

I am not an attorney but think it is vitally important to explain because the whole of the Judge's article revolves around this point regarding Common Law which it seems was taken out years ago. This would be very basic for a judge to know and would ultimately make her argument null and void. 

All of the flags with gold rim, now show we are under Maritime law but this too was not noted nor was the comment answered. 

Could you please elucidate as to how this fact -- which contradicts what Judge Anna Von Reitz is writing -- could have gone unnoticed?

I appreciate your attention to this as it is not making sense.

Fortunately there are a few of what I can call Super Patriots, who are doing their dead level best to stop that from happening, but even those super patriots, who are under extreme pressure on a daily basis, and can barely find time to get a handful of hours of sleep in a night, can fall victim to our own human frailty. Things like ego, anger, and lack of Christian Charity. Things like impatience in touchy situations. I know this because I have had the same problem, and it took many years to learn to put those feelings aside when the pressure is on, and I still have to watch myself very carefully on occasion. We must be self-less in our journey and our battles for peace and freedom.

There is a time and place for just anger. Even Christ Himself gave us an example of that when he drove the money changers from the Temple. His anger was Just, as ours should be when confronting the evil in the world, but his Anger was also well considered and directed at the actual enemy of good.

Now I know, that sometimes truth can only be uncovered with animated discussion of the issues, and sometimes even heated discussion. But there is a fine line between that, and a selfish disregard of the other patriots we are trying to work with to save peace and freedom in America. Patience is a virtue, and it comes from the root of all virtues, HUMILITY.  Humility vanquishes pride, the root of all evil, like the truth vanquishes fraud, which when proven destroys every contract that it touches.

Burns, Oregon, Is Not Bundy Ranch

Let me be clear: the situation in Oregon does not remotely compare to the events that took place at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada. In Nevada, the federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) was the aggressor, which included a very real threat of violence against the Bundy family. The Bundy family appealed to their neighbors and friends for help. And help rightly arrived. The legal nuances of the Bundy situation notwithstanding, BLM gave the appearance of preparing another Waco incident that just could not be tolerated. Over 80 innocent Americans, including elderly men and women and small children, were murdered by our federal government during that unconscionable raid. There must NEVER be another Waco in this country.
The decision of Ammon Bundy (Cliven Bundy’s son)--and the men who are with him--to mount an armed takeover of the remote, empty Malheur National Wildlife Refuge building in Harney County outside Burns, Oregon, is unwise, careless, and downright foolish. There is no just cause for such action.
Previous to the move to take over the federal building, a peaceful protest in support of the Hammond family had taken place in Burns. This protest was commendable and well-conducted. Hundreds of local residents took part in that peaceful protest. The local community of Burns was very sympathetic to the plight of the Hammonds and rightly angered by the federal government’s treatment of them.
Dwight Hammond, Jr. and his son Steven had been arrested, tried, and convicted of arson for the burning of federal land that adjoins Hammond land. The Hammonds say they were burning their land for agricultural purposes and the fire inadvertently spread to federal land. The feds say the Hammonds burned the land to cover up poaching. The two men were found guilty by a jury and sentenced to five years in prison. A district court judge found the sentences to be excessive (and therefore unconstitutional) and sentenced the men to less time; but the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overruled the lesser sentence and the five year prison term was reinstated.

It's Late, Past Midnight Again.....

I just want to send out a little LOVE to all the Bar Association Members out there who are feeling like I really hate their guts and want to bash their rice bowls and do all sorts of mean, bad, and nasty things to them. (It's probably just an overactive guilty conscience, indigestion, or the flu.)

Of course, putting a huge commercial obligation lien on their organizations and reminding everyone that they are out of compliance with the Bar Association Treaty that allows them to be on our soil at all and that they have functioned as licensed privateers on our shores and helped defraud the American people and deny us remedy we are owed and generally been heavy contributors to the rotten state of the world in general....yes, I can see why you think that I despise members of the BAR.

What I really think is that many of you, more than half, have been kept as ignorant as your victims. I think that there are plenty of patriotic, God-fearing, decent, hard-working American Lawyers out there, who just need to do one thing to be reinstated as Americans and loyal members of Decent Society: tear up your BAR cards.

Just tear them up and set yourselves free. And then join us in the biggest housecleaning in history! Join the American Common Law Court System founded 1602, by far the oldest and most honorable Court System in the country, the most powerful, the most interesting, and by far the sweetest to work for.

Go to bed at night and sleep like a child (which I am about to do). Have a spotlessly clean conscience. Smile at all the poor sots that are being pelted with rotten eggs by outraged citizens. Be a hero instead. Best of all, actually do what you have been trained to do, and do it in an honorable way and for an honorable cause--- to save the country of your birth, to protect your family and friends and neighbors.

Don't stand around worrying that you won't be able to work in the courts. Pretty soon all the Special Admiralty courts in this country are going to be shut down. Pretty soon, the Federal Courts are going to be reduced to arguing over how many bales of hay were filched by Department of Agriculture employees last year. Pretty soon the only "Admiralty" cases you will ever see or hear about, will be actual cases in Admiralty--- you know, with real ships and real cargo? Imagine it.

Do you all realize that the Bar Associations that have indulged in all these crimes against America and Americans are also in violation of all sorts of Federal Law? They have been operating closed union shops for decades in open defiance of the Taft-Hartley Act and the Smith Act--- and getting away with it. They've been cracking the whip and controlling appointments and threatening you whenever you aren't politically correct? They've been increasing the fees and the penalties until its like dealing with the Gestapo and there is that really UNSAVORY "political" feeling to all of it?

Yup.

Whether you are a rat or not, it's time to jump ship and start swimming.

This is certainly a principled argument that speaks well of Stewart Rhodes and his approach to self-government at the local level.  

In our system of things, the true power stays with the individual who delegates to the county who delegates to the state who delegates to the federal government. 

Not the other way around. 

It is true that the local people have got to have the cajones to take a stand and until they do, you can lead a horse to water, but can't make him drink. 

You can prove that their property rights are being violated by thugs----commercial mercenaries acting under color of law----and you can offer to stand with them, but until they find the courage and conviction to free themselves, nobody else can do that for them. All that is perfectly true. 

However, there is a bone to pick with the Oathkeepers as an organization and with Stewart Rhodes; I have already picked it once and I shall pick it again.   It does not remain for any one small group of people to determine whether our Constitution and our Law of the Land is respected or not.  

That kind of thinking leads to "sanctuary cities" and armed bands of thugs holding mountain passes and robbing travelers while claiming that is okay because that is the "law" of Harney County.

My opinion on the matter is that when a man or woman takes an Oath to uphold The Constitution, they must uphold it or be exposed as Oath-breakers instead of Oathkeepers.

The Jurisdiction of the Land owed to the People of the Oregon State is being violated by federal over-reach and that is a violation of The Constitution and the Law of the Land in general.  The longevity of the mis-administration and fraud committed against the western states by the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and now, by its United Nations Trustees in receivership, in no way affects the standing and the political status of those men who have taken over the BLM facilities in protest of armed acts of "criminal aggression" in the words of the Nuremburg Trial, perpetuated by employees of the "Bureau of Land Management" which is nothing but a trademarked name acquired by the IMF as part of its deal with the entirely criminal and fraudulent Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration at Bretton Woods.

Read that as--- the "Bureau of Land Management" is precisely the same as a company name like "Stanley Tools" or "Kentucky Fried Chicken" that has been acquired by backdoor deals among private, mostly foreign-owned banking cartels in the business of providing "governmental services", and then "traded upon".  The sharks come in, buy a recognized brand name like "Stanley Tools" which has enjoyed a good reputation for many years, and then start producing cheap knock offs that they sell at premium prices to the unsuspecting public, which is never made aware of the change of ownership and administration of the company and the brand.

In the same way the "governmental services organizations" have changed ownership and management and even the law under which they operate, all without telling the public a word about it, and thus defrauding the people they are supposedly serving.

My Answer to "Snopes", NBC, CBS, Ted Turner, and the American Press Club, Too.

First of all, as has been established several times, "Snopes" is the brainchild of a couple liberal Californians and whatever similarly minded (and prejudiced) volunteers they can draft into carrying out their self-appointed mission of making their own opinions into facts.

In my experience, Snopes can't tell an actual fact from a fairytale and would be well-advised to find other employment. Be that as it may, I do understand that those who have been programmed since babyhood to rely on authority and that means anyone else's authority-- instead of using their own brains --- will have a hard time discerning truth from fiction.

Here's your wake up call and my reply to Snopes and all the other pundits out there:

If I am not a judge, why haven't I been arrested for "impersonating" one for the past three years?

If I don't know what I am talking about, why have I not paid the IRS a dime in twenty years?

If I am not "legit" why do I have a 300-page affidavit of probable cause, published (Amazon.com: "You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause") detailing step-by-step (with the public record references) how we have all been defrauded by international banks running "governmental services corporations" as for-profit businesses and pretending that they are the government the people are owed?

How is it that that affidavit has been available for all to see since last June and not one tiny bit of it has been disproven?

The fraud against us begins when the governmental services corporation misrepresents itself as the lawful government and gets us to trust it and go along with it under the false presumption that it is our government when in fact it is just a corporation in the business of selling governmental services.

The next fraud is when they seize upon your given name and copyright it and steal your identity without telling anyone they are doing this.

The third fraud is when they create a trust in your NAME and change your birthright political status without telling anyone.

The fourth fraud is when they fail to tell you that you have the right to reclaim your birthright status and have to take action to do so.

The fifth fraud is when they fail to provide a simple and official process by which to correct the records and repatriate to your native status.

Fraud occurs anytime a Material Fact is misrepresented or omitted so that the victim takes an action which is detrimental to him or fails to take an action resulting in harm to him.

And fraud has no statute of limitation.

As you can see, the self-interested governmental services corporation benefits greatly financially and in terms of holding power over you from doing all this behind the scenes paper-pushing and copyrighting and political status changing---without telling you anything about it.

And as you can also see, it's all pure fraud.

There are -- at my last count which was several years ago--- no less than seven differently named offices supposedly filled by one man which are all variations of similar words:  United States Postmaster General,  Post Master of the United States, US POSTMASTER,  USA POST MASTER, POST MASTER for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,  Post Master for the United States, and so on. 

These are all basically fraudulent titles employing semantic deceit, referring to private corporate offices in various governmental services corporations.  The office of anything calling itself a "General" anything is Post-Civil War by definition and bears no relationship to the office which the Global Estate Trust and the King of Spain established in (I believe it was) 1754 for the First Trustee of the Land, Benjamin Franklin.
