Common Law has its origins in the Stone Age.  It's the tradition, often verbal, that a group or tribe has established as its standard of justice over time.  Please note that such a standard applied to a Zulu Warrior standing before a gathering of his tribal elders is just as much the "common law" for him as British Common Law is for a Brit. 

For the Record, Rothschilds v. Rockefellers

It isn't the Rothschilds that are primarily responsible for the misery and defrauding of America. It's the Rockefellers, Morgans, Mellons, and all the other Players named yesterday in my explanation of the fraud process used to undermine and commandeer our institutions including our governmental organizations.

The Rothschilds are businessmen. They are there to make a deal. If they can make money or leverage an advantage, they take the shot, they win or they lose. They are, for the most part (some noted exceptions) rather jaundiced and jaded, unimpressed with money and all it means, merely very, very adroit users of money as a tool -- which is all that money is or was ever meant to be.

They, of all people on the planet, know what "money" and "credit" are, and also all the uses of "debt" and "securities".

But taken on the whole as an entire family, the Rothschilds are not particularly malevolent or ill-intended. They generally take the tack that good business results in profit for everyone. They'd rather milk the Cash Cow than kill it for the insurance money.

"A" Does Not Equal "A"

The fact that the name "John Mark Doe" can function as either a Trade Name of a "vessel" belonging to one of the land jurisdiction states operating in international trade, or as the name of a Foreign Situs Trust belonging to the Territorial United States operating in international commerce, was the basis of the entire fraud  that FDR used to fleece your parents and grandparents out of everything they had--- their labor, their money, their land, and their peace.  

Since "John Mark Doe" looks exactly the same as "John Mark Doe" there is no way to tell the difference, except whatever anyone claims and can prove.  So they got your Mother to sign an undisclosed contract and they lied and told you that you had to sign up for "Social Security" when in fact you were never eligible and didn't want to apply.  And they took title and claim to everything including your DNA in exchange for nothing but their hot air. 

Similarly, there is little or no distinction visually or verbally between the unincorporated United States of America that our organic states are part of and a foreign for-profit corporation merely calling itself the United States of America (Inc.).

Are you "John Mark Doe" an innocent private non-citizen "vessel" belonging to one of the sovereign states of the unincorporated United States of America? 

Update on Cookie and a Couple Notes

Cookie has returned home and her symptoms are much improved. She has dutifully gone to the lab and had blood drawn for a gozillion tests and is being examined with other diagnostic tests to find out exactly what is wrong.

It could be a number of things--- interference with the electric pulse or contractile status of her heart caused by an electrolyte imbalance or mechanical obstruction, enlargement of the heart, leaky valves in her heart or veins or arteries--- or even kidney failure, leading to excess water retention, toxicity, and strain on the heart....

We just don't know yet, but the search is on and the testing process has begun in earnest.

It's a difficult time for her, her family, and of course, her friends.
We all look forward to whatever relief there may be in finally having a name for the malady. It seems that for us mere mortals not knowing for sure what it is, is at least as bad as the illness itself.

It will be about a week before results start coming in and the process of diagnosis moves forward. Meantime, she is slowed down to a mere 1,000 rpm instead of her usual 10,000 rpm---- zippppp!

Slowing down is really hard for her. Almost comical. Imagine a Chihuahua running on a waxed floor suddenly having to think about this....? Oh, hey, I have to slow down.... and how do I do that?

The End of the "Re-Flagging" Controversy

A couple days ago I announced that we forgave Puerto Rico's debts--- just paid them off and said, "God bless you."

This is because Puerto Rico has always been a Territory of the Territorial United States and a Commonwealth of Britain. 

We, the actual states and people, have no actual standing as priority creditors with respect to it in a bankruptcy situation, so we can't just come in as the Principal Party Creditors and seize upon the assets of Puerto Rico as we can with say, the State of Ohio. 

To say this another way, the State of Ohio, for example, owes us first and foremost and it owes us so much that no Secondary Creditor can hope to get  anything out of it once we show up--- and we have shown up.

But with Puerto Rico, this situation is different.

Bad News: World War I and II Happened

Well, the facts are in front of your face.

It's not really your government. It hasn't been your government since 1860. Two rival gangs of mostly-European commercial banks and trading companies set up an illegal commercial mercenary "war" on our soil and got away with it. Details of the Treason Against the Actual United States

During 1909 the vermin surreptitiously placed a "title" on all land in America, as "security" for the debts of The United States of America, Inc., which started operations in 1868 and which was bankrupted in 1907. 

Please note that "The United States of America, Inc." was a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation in the business of providing governmental services and it never, ever had any valid claim on anyone's state public or private land anywhere in this country.

That bankruptcy ended in 1953 with all debts settled and discharged.  However, the vermin then claimed that it was "impossible" for them to identify and return title to the purloined land assets to the actual heirs and owners, that they were "unknown" after nearly fifty years, and that as a result, it all had to be "claimed as abandoned property" and set aside in a giant public trust, which would itself benefit from the land assets and all the taxes generated from taxing the lease-holders--- all the people who have bought land and participated in land sales ever since.

"The Department of Agriculture" has held the agricultural liens ever since.

Re-Flagging Your Vessels

The way that the vermin in DC have established control over you and your assets is via the presumption that you are "voluntarily" operating as a franchisee of their corporation----and therefore, are operating in "international commerce" as opposed to operating in "international trade".

As you know, if you have been following along, the Founding Fathers split the international jurisdiction owed to the sovereign states into "delegated" and "un-delegated" functions.

The delegated functions they granted to the federal government are all in the international jurisdiction, and all but one, the so-called "International commerce clause" are absolutely restricted to the actual domain of the "High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways".

Please note the word "commerce". Commerce is business conducted between corporations. If you are not a corporation and not voluntarily functioning as a franchisee of any corporation, you are instead involved in private international trade----which is not among the delegated "powers" of the federal government to regulate.

Why would I order the DOD Financial Services Division and the U.S. Treasury to pay off the $70 billion dollar debt of Puerto Rico?

The shortest answer is---- because most of you are still (wrongly) mis-identified as Territorial United States Citizens. If that debt isn't paid off, Mr. Obama has it already set up to apportion that Puerto Rican debt onto YOU ---or to be exact, onto a public transmitting utility named after you --- "JOHN T. DOE"---  and the Territorial States of States such as the State of Washington, State of Ohio, and State of Montana.

The sudden addition of a billion and a half debt to those State of State organizations would bankrupt virtually all of them, and then YOU would have no choice but to go bankrupt or find a means to pay your share of that Puerto Rican debt.  This debt would appear as a very large and unexpected additional "tax bill" in your mail box, addressed to your name written like this: "MARY T. FURCTWANGLER".  In many states, it would come with a thirty (30) day eviction notice.

According to them, Jesus paid for absolutely everything and everyone, from the fish in the sea to the stars in the sky, and as his appointed (through Peter) Stewards, they, the Pope and the priests, are responsible for caring for, monitoring, and husbanding everything until his return.

The Fruits of Endless War --- How Insurance Fraud Funds "Your" Government(s)

Let me say it again for the benefit of all those still asleep: there is (1) the actual United States composed of fifty (50) independent sovereign nation-states which are geographically defined, (2) the Territorial United States which only exists on paper composed of (57) fifty-seven incorporated "States of States" such as the State of Washington, and (3) the Municipal United States which also exists only on paper composed of (57) fifty-seven incorporated "STATES OF STATES" such as the "STATE OF OHIO". 

Unfortunately, the perpetrators of this grand fraud were allowed to create these shadow "states" via the loophole provided by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 giving the Congress the plenary right to govern the District of Columbia.  So they have. They set up shop for themselves in 1864 and have been operating as a crime syndicate ever since. They have played no end of semantic deceits and made false claims against you and your assets  (a process called "hypothecating debt") and have indulged in constructive fraud and kidnapping and racketeering and inland piracy at your expense.

How to Correct Your Political Status and Why

Chances are you aren't obligated to be considered any form of federal Municipal CITIZEN nor as a federal Territorial Citizen, but you have been entrapped in a profit-making scheme that pretends that you have knowingly and willingly agreed to act as a volunteer federal employee--- specifically, as a "Withholding Agent" -- a Warrant Officer in the Merchant Marine Service, and that you have purposefully and knowingly enrolled in the Social Security program which is only available to federal employees in order to receive benefits from the Public Charitable Trust (PCT) which was organized in the wake of the Civil War for welfare relief of former plantation slaves.

What? You never worked a day for the federal government? You were never told that "Social Security" is only for federal employees and dependents? You aren't a former plantation slave? You never got any benefits?

Well, then, you have to stop calling yourself any kind of "US citizen" --- because citizens all work for the government. They have a duty and obligation to obey every statute, code, and whim of the government as a result, and they are also liable to pay federal income taxes. You also have to stop voting in any "US elections" including "State of State" elections, because the States of States are just local franchises of the federal corporation(s) defined at 28 USC 3002 (15).

So, Step One--- withdraw and rescind any and all applications and enrollments as a "registered voter". You have no natural interest in the elections of a foreign corporation that you don't work for, right?

A Very Important Announcement--- The Nature of the Battle

This morning it comes across my desk that the foreign organization calling itself "General Post Office" is assembling an "army" to invade the Continental United States. 

Let me point out that no such foreign entity has any right to be on our soil ---and that includes the forces of the UN Corp and NATO and the US ARMY. 

We are not allowing any additional illegal commercial mercenary actions to take place on our soil and we don't care who is trying to do it or under whatever name or NAMES they are seeking to accomplish these venal ends.  You can call yourselves God, Mother, and Apple Pie for all I care and the answer is still the same.  You have no right to be here causing trouble on our soil.

Another Declaration of Independence --- Everyone Take Note, Share, Go Viral!

Yesterday a Reader sent me a link to an important historical find--- another parchment copy of The Declaration of Independence has turned up --- in England, Chichester in Sussex, to be exact.

Why is this important? 

Because up until now there has been exactly one such original in existence, and that one has been crumbling to dust in the National Archives without corroboration except for 26 printed copies prepared for members of Congress at the time. Read that--- this is an "original copy"--- handwritten in wet-ink and signed with wet-ink signatures by the Founders. 

It is in a whole different league of rare documents and is a true Primary Source document. 

The discovery has also thrown light on a long forgotten debate--- whether the authority for the Declaration derived from the people acting as a unitary nation in support of the Declaration or from the federation of states representing them in international jurisdiction?

INSTRUCTION As in his gospel, so in his epistles, and especially in this, St. John proves the divinity of Christ which had been denied by some heretics. He says that Christ had come to purify all men from sin by water and blood, that is, by. His blood shed on the cross for our rec­onciliation, and by the water of baptism to which He has given the power, the divine effect of His blood, and has thus proved Himself the divine Redeemer. This His divine dignity is attested by the Holy Ghost who lived in Christ and worked through Him with His fulness, and when sent by Him after our Lord's Ascension, produced most won­derful effect in the apostles and the faithful. As now on earth three, the Spirit, water, and blood, give testimony of Christ's divinity and agree in it, so also in heaven three, the Father, who calls Him His beloved Son, (Matt, III. 17.) the Word, or the Son Himself, who wrought so many miracles, the Holy Ghost, when He descended upon Him at the baptism in the Jordan, (Luke III. 22.) give testimony of His divinity, and these also agree with one another in their testimony. If Christ is truly God, then we must believe in Him, and this faith must be a living one, that is, it must prove fertile in good works, and this faith conquers the world by teaching us to love God above all, to despise the world with its pleasures, and to overcome it by indif­ference. Let us strive to have such faith, and we shal overcome all temptations and gain the eternal crown.

ASPIRATION O Lord Jesus! strengthen me by a lively faith in Thy divinity, so that I may not suc­cumb in the spiritual combat against the world, the flesh, and the devil, and be eternally lost.

The Doctrine of Scarcity -- Calling Out Pope Francis

For many generations the Doctrine of Scarcity has been enshrined in the politics of the Roman Catholic Church. It has been a core teaching of the Church that the poor are blessed and that there is something precious and noble about the suffering of poverty, starvation and deprivation of all kinds.

Being poor was thought to be a virtue, indeed, a necessity of virtue.

Everything related to a healthy human life-- the need to eat and drink and have sex and even wash our bodies--- has been denied in the name of the Doctrine of Scarcity.

You have said that you want a "poor Church". That's fine. Divest it of its riches, its pomp, its self-adoring and venal glories. Make of it what it was meant to be, a simple fellowship bound together by the Holy Spirit and the teachings of Jesus. Let all the Orders stand in awe of the Franciscans and the other Mendicants, who have placed their faith so utterly beyond the grasp of Mammon.

Indeed, Francis, if there is any virtue in poverty it is simply this---that by being poor, the poor give us the opportunity to grow beyond our own selfishness.
