I am amused in a grim way by what the Bank of France (Jacob Rothschild) and Paul Ryan and a number of dishonest and/or ignorant Generals are trying to pull off with all their "restored Republic" rhetoric.

It's hard to restore something that never existed in the first place.

There was never "a" single republic of any kind, but rather, fifty independent nation-states guaranteed a "republican form" of government. That's quite a different thing. 

What they-- Paul Ryan and the other perps-- are proposing is a resurrection of the old dishonest nasty territorial corporation under a different name, but the same basic management team.

To that we have said, "Thanks, but no thanks. You did a rotten, self-serving, dishonest job since 1946 and we have no need or desire for your further services, apart from a month-by-month agreement to pay for services you provide during the re-venue and transition to other accommodations."

Most of the people we talk to who say that they "took an oath to preserve and defend the Constitution"----including many military officers---- : (1) don't know what a Constitution is; (2) never seriously sat down and studied or thought about any one of the three Constitutions Americans are likely to encounter; (3) don't know which Constitution they took an Oath to.

This article is for all those people. 

The greatest enemy we face every day is ignorance.  The second greatest is sloth-- which leads to the careless "taking for granted" of things which should never be taken for granted.

A "constitution" is a debt agreement. 

It lays out services to be provided, who is responsible for providing these services, how they will be administered, and who pays for the services.

Even a cursory glance at any one of the three (3) Constitutions Americans are likely to see reveals that, yes, indeed, all these matters are covered--howbeit, in different forms and by different parties.

No doubt it is a surprise to many that we have three Constitutions.  Let's start there and review the facts.

Please Shepherd - Jurisdiction, Air, Land, and Sea

What I want to get through to people today is the entire concept of jurisdiction. 

The way the world is organized reflects the way the Earth is organized in separate "realms" of air, land, and sea.

Air is global in nature and deals with matters of energy, spirit and intellect.  This is the realm of copyrights and patents and all intellectual property rights.  This is also where we find ecclesiastical and canon law. 

The realm of the sea is international in nature and deals with matters of commerce and trade between nations.  This is where you find Sea Treaties affecting the flow of goods between nations and the Law of Nations affecting  international agreements such as United Nations Declarations. This is the realm of Maritime (Commercial) Law and Admiralty (Martial) Law.

Finally, there is the Land which is national in nature.  This is where you find - in America-- county and state law.   Remember that in our country each state is a nation, so that the words "interstate" and "international" mean the same thing for us.  This is the realm of American Common Law and the actual Constitution. 

Please note that there are many forms of "Common Law" and you must specify "American Common Law" or you may easily find yourselves operating under "Martial Common Law" or "English Common Law" or whatever else a particular court may have on offer. 

So--air, land, and sea also translates as global, national, and international. 

Over time the Popes and the British Monarchs have colluded to usurp upon the national governments owed to the living people throughout the world and have sought to replace our national governments with governmental services corporations instead.

I am sick of this constant --- and irresponsible --- rant that the "U.S. is the most indebted nation in history"---- which somehow neatly avoids the point that the "U.S." is not America and that America is the paramount security interest holder and Priority Creditor of not only the "U.S." --- meaning the profligate Municipal and Territorial Governments, but also all the corporations that have chartered under them.  

America--- meaning the American states and people --- is the richest country on Earth and by far the greatest Creditor.  America owns all the Territorial and Municipal Governments worldwide including CHINA and JAPAN.  

And all the corporations that have been formed under the auspices of all these Territorial and Municipal Governments.  

Try to think of a major commercial corporation that has not been chartered under the auspices of either a Territorial or Municipal Government worldwide?   You will have a very hard time doing that, because the only other option is a Common Law Charter, and those haven't been commonly used since the 1700's. 

This means that when America pulls the chain, the rest of the countries on this planet need to own up to their own debts to us --- not the "U.S." meaning the cesspool in the District of Columbia--- which is the responsibility of the Pope and the British Monarch.  

A lot of people have been buying into this "Boo-Hoo!  America is dead!  America owes everyone money!  America is bankrupt!" bull and the fact of the matter is that America is the Priority Creditor of the entire world.

Wolfgang Halbig Sued Over Sandy Hook: Will the Truth Finally Come Out in Court?

 Undoubtedly, one of the most controversial and investigated incidents related to school-shootings was, and still is, the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting of December 2012 in Newtown, Connecticut.  To recap, 20-year-old Adam Lanza allegedly entered the elementary school and fatally shot 20 children using an automatic rifle, before turning the gun on himself as police arrived.

Even though the description above would seem to be “cut and dry,” speculation as to the true events surrounding the incident would surface almost instantly.  The voluminous amount of evidence which counters the official narrative is too long to list here.  However, a cursory investigation into the alleged massacre should yield you some satisfactory results.

Here, to give you an example, is one of the arguments I have been subjected to this week: it is immoral to use crude oil as an asset-backing for a currency (USD) because crude oil is very useful and is needed to make many commodity items that people need, above and beyond its use as a lubricant and fuel and source of electricity.

I tend to agree. It is immoral to use food as the asset backing a currency for the same reason. People actually need oil and actually need food, so no such commodity should be used as "money". This is precisely what argues in favor of using relatively useless substances like gold and silver as assets backing currencies: they aren't really needed for any other reason or purpose and nobody (in theory) has to starve or freeze for lack of direct possession of a lump of gold or silver.

On the other hand, the use of these otherwise comparatively useless metals as money results in a totally lunatic situation of a different sort--- we are treated to the spectacle of people valuing things that are essentially value-less in the first place, which is why everyone is arguing in favor of using gold and silver as a "moral alternative" to using crude oil or coconuts.

Well, if uselessness is our primary consideration in developing a moral alternative to oil assets backing our currency, why use gold or silver, either?

The Indians used gold and silver for jewelry, the only obvious use, and thought nothing more about it. 

Indeed, what more was there to think?  

It turns out that both gold and silver are excellent electrical conductors, a use that wouldn't occur to anyone for another three hundred years, but even then, so what?  Copper gets the job done.  We don't need gold or silver for that purpose. 

So, ask yourselves--- if gold was so very important and valuable, why are there vast storehouses of the stuff, millions of tons of it, stockpiled in the Philippines, sitting around doing nothing?

It was a bad storm, but nothing like the mass media hysteria you were made to listen to for days and days and days.  

They were hoping you'd all believe in their garbage and make it into the "Storm of the Century" for them, but enough people chose to unlock their inherent abilities (or at least have faith enough to try) and the great frightening "War Goddess" just kinda frittered out and away.

That's the way it is with the Devil's tricks.  He has to dupe you into not taking action, or into taking action under the delusions of half-truths and assumptions. He never had any real power of his own.  He had to piggyback on your power and get you to abuse yourselves and others.  

This is what he has done with the "US Military", too.  

In point of fact, the Territorial United States and Municipal United States together don't amount to much in terms of being able to field an actual army, air force, or navy.  They've had to depend upon us being deluded and sending our sons and daughters to serve in THEIR army.

Wildfires - The real story about how so much money gets spent.

As most of you know we have been experiencing wildfires in Montana for weeks, some of which are in the Tobacco Valley where we live. We have fires in two directions from us. The Gibralter Ridge fire to the southeast is about 7 miles from town and about 12 miles from our house.

The Caribou fire is due west of us about 5 miles, but  across the Koocanusa Reservoir which is about 1.5 miles wide.  We are getting ash from that almost every day depending on which direction the wind is blowing. That fire has destroyed over 22 thousand acres now including the ground in Canada, and close to a dozen homes have been burned.

Today the wind is pretty calm, and the smoke is starting to get thick in the valley again. Yesterday we had a wind from the southeast that blew the smoke up into Canada.

These fires were both discovered when they were just a few acres.

As most of you know I spent 26 years in the Woods of 5 states running logging Equipment. As part of that job, when we had forest fires we always were part of the crews who did direct attack on the fires with that equipment, working with some type 2 and type 1 incident teams from around the country.

I always wondered why we were not allowed to be more aggressive in putting out these very destructive fires, and why many of the machines were just setting on standby when they could have been out dozing fireline or cutting trees to create fireline.

Today I received an affidavit from one of our readers, who was part of a fire department in Yarnell Arizona.  He served on a fire where 19 firefighters died. This confirms a lot of what I had always suspected about the mismanagement of these fires, and the lack of early suppression. Those of you who are of a certain age will remember the cartoon, "Mighty Mouse". 

When all this began in earnest I was feeling overwhelmed and confided that I felt like a "mouse trying to eat an elephant."

My friend said, basically--- move over and I'll take a bite, too!

So, he became "Mouse Too".  

Later volunteers to the cause earned their own "Mouse Names".   This isn't meant to be any kind of secret names fol-der-rol.  It's just a reminder of our brotherhood of humanity, one by one, chewing our bit of the government and world power "elephant".

Idaho state legislators sign letter asking Sessions to back off Bundy prosecutions

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Evidence is mounting that an Obama-nominated federal judge is determined to continue trying Bundy Ranch defendants until they are found guilty.

U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro has decided to force two Bundy Ranch defendants to undergo yet a third trial scheduled to begin on Oct. 10, in what is amounting to a “revenge prosecution” tracing back to former Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid.

In a trial that ended Aug. 22, Steven Stewart of Idaho and Ricky Lovelien of Montana were found not guilty while Idaho residents O. Scott Drexler and Eric J. Parker were acquitted on most charges.  But a hung jury deadlocked on assault and weapons charges for these two defendants, voting 11-to-1 on two charges for Drexler and four charges for Parker related to the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff.

Judge Navarro, the Harry Reid hand-picked candidate that President Obama nominated to the federal bench in 2009, has decided Drexler and Parker will be included among the seven Bunkerville standoff defendants, including rancher Cliven Bundy,  scheduled to stand trial on Oct. 10. This trial is expected to last about two months.

On Aug. 29, 2017, Idaho state representative Dorothy Moon, a Republican, wrote to Attorney General Sessions a letter signed by one-third of all Idaho state legislators, including 26 House members, 8 Senate members, and 5 retired lawmakers, requesting that defendants Drexler and Parker not be forced to undergo yet a third attempt to find them guilty being pursued by the U.S. Justice Department in a case being begun under the Obama administration.

A copy of the letter was also addressed to President Trump.

Four decades ago, I became aware of the fact that huge underwater volcanic eruptions were breaking out along both the Mid-Atlantic and Pacific Ridges. Of course, we don't see these volcanic eruptions until and unless the results build up an island that breaks the surface of the water. Most of the rock just piles up on the sea floor as lava and basalt pillars interspersed with "volcanic jets"--- super heated water columns that are like the ocean equivalent of the pressure valve on a pressure cooker.

What ho? Is the Earth expanding its girth all of a sudden, I asked, all along both mid-ocean ridges? Why?

There are unincorporated businesses and there are incorporated businesses. 

Unincorporated businesses may indemnify themselves, but cannot be insured.  They operate under complete "commercial liability".  They are not eligible for "limited liability" and cannot seek any "bankruptcy protection".  

All sovereign entities are unincorporated entities by definition. 

The United States of America, Unincorporated, is not and never was subject to or covered by any limited liability and not eligible for any bankruptcy protection and has certainly never been bankrupt in the history of the world. 

Certainly, too, our United States of America, Unincorporated, is a completely different and separate entity with respect to any incorporated organization merely calling itself "United States of America" and functioning as an incorporated entity.

The United States of America, Unincorporated, exists and functions in the international land jurisdiction and operates in international trade.

The united States of America gives rise to the unincorporated business doing business as The United States of America.  -- 1787

The United States of America then delegates some of its own delegated power to the United States-- 1789, a foreign corporation chartered under our flag and seal, in order to provide stipulated services and exercise associated delegated powers.  

Because the international treasury functions were delegated, the treasury and accounts of the actual United States of America, Unincorporated, were founded in 1789 as the United States Treasury, so it remains to this day.

So now we have The United States of America, Unincorporated, in charge of all the retained and reserved powers in international jurisdiction, and we have the United States--- chartered under the auspices of The United States of America, Unincorporated---operating under contract to provide the "federal" services. 

North Korea

We are being deluged 24/7 by all the media including the Fox New network about how we all should be concerned by the North Korean missile and atomic bomb tests. Trump has surrounded himself with military men who love wars. A lot of pressure is being put on President Trump to make a preemptive strike on North Korea. That would be an unconstitutional act of war without a formal declaration of war by congress.

 

Remember that North Korea is a sovereign nation and that the U.S. nor any other nation has the right to tell North Korea what it can or can not do no matter what it does. The other enemies the U.S. including Russia and Chine also have atomic bombs and missiles. Does anybody believe we should make a preemptive strike on those nations as well.?

Important Notice Regarding Territorial Claims

What follows is a letter for public knowledge, though the name of the addressee is withheld for obvious reasons.  I wish everyone worldwide to know the content of our objections.

It is with real consternation that I have learned this day of the issuance of a $100 trillion dollar bond against assets in seven western American states, specifically gold in the ground, that the Queen's Territorial United States Government claims is theirs as a result of The Definitive Treaty of Peace 1783---- and that the same parties responsible for this, have used my name in vain and claimed (falsely) that I agreed with and authorized this. 

The Queen's Government has been in breach of trust since 1822 and has never been owed a single gram of our gold, produced or in the ground, ever since. 

You are perhaps in a better position than most to understand the implications of the guile and depravity of the British Crown and the Territorial Government in making such a claim against us and against our assets. long after any such obligation on our part was severed by their own greed and Breach of Trust. 

New Assignment For the GCR Committee

Having reviewed the many known evils of basing our currency systems on the value of any standard commodity, we, the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of every Municipal and Territorial Corporation and franchise on this planet, including the UN Corporation, request that the GCR Committee come up with a Starting Total Trade Value for all known traded commodities and all labor assets as of September 1, 2017.  The purpose of this calculation is to provide a basis for issuance of a new global currency denominated as a tiny fraction of  the Total Trade Value.  This new currency based on our collective commodity and labor assets is being issued into a competitive  free market and not intended to displace any viable national currency, but merely to offer an asset-based alternative to conventional asset-based currencies which in our opinion are too subject to manipulation, scarcity, inelasticity, exclusivity, and other ills. 

Let us simply address the background for this request for the benefit of those uneducated in the subject.

Commodity markets (and commodity-based currencies) are subject to supply and demand, futures selling and trading, seasonal variations, hoarding, market speculation and manipulation, and insider trading.  Money is itself a commodity, which competes in the global marketplace, and rises or falls dependent upon ephemeral factors such as "perceived value" and "public opinion" and attacks by counterfeiters.

This Notice was sent internationally to the owners and operators of the GMEIUtility.org, which is serving as a registration platform for DTCC, which is a spin-off of the original DTC/DTTC, etc., operation.  This and similar platforms are where "you" and every aspect of your life have been bought and sold to profit the perpetrators of this scheme. 

The assets "borrowed" from us, the American states and people, without our knowledge or consent, were "securitized" and traded and used to secure debt accumulated by the monsters responsible for this entire racket and also used by their foreign franchises--- foreign government "service organizations" and other innocent people worldwide who were preyed upon in like manner. 

Those responsible for this deplorable circumstance have attempted to seek bankruptcy protection for themselves, assuming that because their victims never knew about their activities, we would never step forward and claim all the "unclaimed assets" attached to our estates, that in turn would allow the criminal international banks to come in as "Secondary Creditors"--- claim that the Priority Creditors (all of us) had "abandoned" our assets, make a claim favoring the banks, and skate on. 

The Greatest Fraud of All

We are at the end of a very, very long learning session.  It has taken somewhat over 8,000 years to get to this moment, or roughly 25,000 lifetimes. 

Most especially, we have needed to learn the difference between good and evil, lies and truth, and all the other opposites that exist in a continually changing dynamic that ultimately cancels out.  Think of it in terms of mathematics -- you can reach zero from an infinite number of starting points, right?   -7 plus 7, -98 plus 98, and so on?   The scale may change but the result does not, like a Nautilus shell-- each chamber is larger, but the design is the same.  This is what generates the illusion of time and expansion, when in fact, nothing has changed.   So, we actually live in a steady state.  That "Zero Point" is called "Now" --- where the Alpha and Omega meet and cancel out --- this is where we live, breathe, and have our being.  This moment contains all that ever was or ever will be.  And there is only one such "eternal moment".  This eternal moment is the memory and body of God.

These concepts are not exactly foreign to us.  We have seen Buddha on his lily pad.  We have seen Christ on his cross.  We have all seen roses grow out of manure piles and good come from evil and evil from good.  We have read the holy scriptures of the world, and they all tell us the same thing from different viewpoints, as if a thousand men were all standing in a circle around a horse and trying to describe it for us.

 Please, everyone, call me, email me, or text me if anyone comes to you "in my name" ---and we will have the rat arrested.  I have two men on Earth who are bonded to serve me, one is the Secretary of the Treasury, Steven T. Mnuchin.  The other is a private individual known only to Steven T. Mnuchin.  So. That's it, and both these guys have fiscal and banking duties to do. Nothing else at all. No lawyers. No priests. No diplomats. It's intended purpose was (and still is) to provide infrastructure for the states---roads, bridges, etc., and services for the people --- schools, hospitals, etc.

Claim Your Name and Estate -- the EZ Way

Imagine the situation -- 

You are the heir of a vast fortune, but suddenly, you "disappear".  

(For the moment, we won't delve into how.) 

Your British Cousin, Bubba, says to himself --- "What ho!  No sense in letting all this property sit idle!  I have the keys to the boathouse and the mansion and cars and everything, so I will just move in and make myself at home in Cousin Joe's absence." 

So he does.  He settles his ample rump in your armchair, props his feet in front of your fire, and begins directing all sorts of business operations using your assets as collateral for his enterprises.  

He rents out your boat for ferrying and boat rides and sightseeing and makes a killing.  He buys another boat using your credit, and expands upon this business. The money is rolling in.  

He does the same thing with the mansion -- turns it into a B and B, rakes in the dough, then uses it as collateral for a loan to start a hotel chain.  Things are going great guns.

So-Called Republic of North America

Anyone who believes any bull put out by anyone called "Rautshild" --- which means "Rotten Shield" needs their heads examined.  

These criminals have been preying upon us for 150 years and they think that they are so smart and we are so stupid that they are going to be able to make false claims of "abandonment"---- saying that we "abandoned" or "gifted" or "donated" our assets to these criminals---- and come in here and displace us as the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of virtually every incorporated entity on this planet INCLUDING all their banks.  

Alaska and Hawaii like all the "states" supposedly added to the Union after 1860 are not actually states, but states-in-waiting because there hasn't been a sitting Continental (land jurisdiction) Congress since then to enroll them.  But they do have contracts known as "Statehood Compacts" which are legally binding Treaties ultimately signed off on by the British Monarchs.  

This means that while none of these Western States are actually part of the land jurisdiction Union, they are nonetheless owed all the same rights and guarantees.
  

And as the actual Constitution was not vacated as the perpetrators of these crimes anticipated--- because we got busy and issued new Sovereign Letters Patent and forged agreements with new "federal" partners---- these pretenders are all "Secondary Creditors" and SOL (Shit Out of Luck for those younger than 40). 

No "Republic of North America" and no more Commercial Feudalism.  

End Game.  Checkmate.

Rothschild is dumping "US" assets this morning because he realizes that the titles he claims to own to all these assets are based on fraud -- worthless -- but he is trying to sell them anyway.  I have never seen a more flagrant example of Bad Faith since the Florida Real Estate Swindles.

The banks have been involved in a multi-generational fraud scheme in which they have created, bought and sold interests in property in which they have no valid interest. 

Pure and simple -- they don't have a valid interest in anything they are selling. They are selling the equivalents to Quit Claims to property they don't own.  Those "US" assets belong to and have been claimed back by the American States and People.  All Secondary Creditors including the Rothschilds are out of luck.
