So You Took An Oath to Defend and Preserve the Constitution.....For All Members of the Military and Police Forces

Most of the people we talk to who say that they "took an oath to preserve and defend the Constitution"----including many military officers---- : (1) don't know what a Constitution is; (2) never seriously sat down and studied or thought about any one of the three Constitutions Americans are likely to encounter; (3) don't know which Constitution they took an Oath to.

This article is for all those people. 

The greatest enemy we face every day is ignorance.  The second greatest is sloth-- which leads to the careless "taking for granted" of things which should never be taken for granted.

A "constitution" is a debt agreement. 

It lays out services to be provided, who is responsible for providing these services, how they will be administered, and who pays for the services.

Even a cursory glance at any one of the three (3) Constitutions Americans are likely to see reveals that, yes, indeed, all these matters are covered--howbeit, in different forms and by different parties.

No doubt it is a surprise to many that we have three Constitutions.  Let's start there and review the facts.

This is what really should scare hell out of you. These raids happen all over this country over 50,000 times per year.
This has to stop. The only way to stop this criminal activity by jack booted, black suited thugs with white letters on their back is to get your local sheriff to grow a backbone or throw him out and get a sheriff that will protect you. The county commission should sit the sheriff down and have a little talk about his budget, and then invite him formally to go learn how to keep his oath.

Open letter to Lincoln County office holders and candidates.

After a call from Steve Curtiss I have corrected a couple of paragraphs in this letter. He has NOT said he would work to abolish the planning board. I know he understands Agenda 21 and what it means in our county, but he can speak for himself in that regard and I stand corrected. I still support whatever he decides to do on this. because I know he has the depth of understanding of these issues to be able to deal with them effectively for Lincoln County to restore freedom and prosperity here. I still believe our county is better off with freedom and liberty instead of centralized planning by government. America didn't get to be the greatest country on the planet by a lack of freedom, but because of it.

The county commissioners of Lincoln County Montana need to do the same thing that the City of Colfax California did recently.

They threw out Agenda 21 in it's entirety.

The Lincoln county commission put this in without our consent and without even giving people an opportunity to vote on it, and it can be thrown out the same way.

 My own opinion is there shouldn't be a growth policy, no county planner, and no planning board. There shouldn't be county employees running around the county persecuting local people when they start up a business. There shouldn't be government getting in the way of development, or in the way of freedom and liberty in Lincoln County.

And that my friends is what it will take to save this county from going under financially, and nothing less will work. We need freedom and prosperity, and we need people coming to start new businesses. That is how we stay prosperous. We don't prosper in Lincoln County by the county commissioners sucking up all the federal money they can get. How do you like the Hope and Change? Look around you and see what it gets us. What will Lincoln County do when the federal money runs out, which is inevitable now.

The only thing necessary for business to flourish in Lincoln County is for government to get the heck out of the way.

Look below at what Utah is doing to stop the encroachment of federal tyranny over the states and state land.

Then go below that article and see what the city of Colfax California did. People like this realize that we don't have much time left to throw these socialist power grabbers out or it won't be possible any more.

I challenge any candidate for Lincoln County Commissioner to refute these facts. I challenge any candidate to lay out a plan to make Lincoln County free and prosperous. IF YOU DON'T, AND THE STATUS QUO REMAINS, AND THE GOOD OLE BOY CLUB STAYS IN POWER

THIS COUNTY WILL GO BROKE ON YOUR WATCH.

What are you going to do when the US currency melts down? How are you going to provide freedom and safety to our residents?

Or are you just going to cave in to the federal monster and deliver our freedoms over to the beast that is the Obama machine and tyranny called FEMA?

Is that going to be your legacy? Are you selling us out? Are you continuing the status quo until the end, and you then hope to be a part of the new ruling class. Well I have news for you. Every time a country went down to communism or fascism the first to be executed by the new communist regime were the people who sold out their fellow countrymen. Look it up. Google communist takeovers in history. How could the new regime trust people who were willing to sell out their countrymen? They won't, so they just kill them, especially the people in local governments in positions of power.

Without the help of local governments there can be NO TYRANNY. Without the help of the local law enforcement there can be no tyranny.

It's time for all the people collecting their pay from local government to stand up and take their oath of office seriously to protect and defend the freedoms outlined in the US Constitution or get the heck out of the way. If you can't live up to your oath, save us all a lot of trouble and just quit. Resign, so we can replace you with someone who will live up to their oath, and who will do the job they are getting paid to do according to their oath.

That is YOU county commissioners. That is you, Sheriff and deputies. That is you, all county office holders.

If you don't have a proper and correct oath of office on file YOUR OFFICE IS VACANT. That is Montana law. We will be checking up on that for every employee of Lincoln County. This is your last chance to stand up for freedom and liberty, and your county and country.

Follow the example of the brave people below who got it right.

The City of Colfax, CA reportedly defeated UN Agenda 21 by a 4-0 vote and passed Resolution No. 12-2012.

Ken Delfino, one of the City Councilmen, reportedly wrote a letter describing what he learned about UN Agenda 21 and urges others to educate themselves about it too.

You can help by sending these three items of information to your City Council Members. If they’re uninterested, be sure to campaign against them so that they are defeated when they run for re-election.

Dear friends, constituents and colleagues:

This evening the attached resolution was introduced and discussed...and was passed by a 4-0 vote.

This particular topic has been discussed in previous council meetings as more and more people are becoming aware of this United Nations program that has been hidden under a myriad of titles starting with the "New World Order" in 1992 and the addition of many of these restrictive and business-killing environmental initiatives that have been introduced and passed in the past 2-3 years.
On-line searches of anti-American U.N. bias and statements will show you just how much this organization despises the success of our country. We are railed against by the likes of Hugo Chavez, the Castro brothers, Daniel Ortega, Moammar Khadaffy and other anti-American leaders not just from their capitols, but worse, from the United Nations building in New York City!

Introduction: E. Stewart Rhodes is the founder and President of the growing, national non-profit organization Oath Keepers. The group supports members (current and former U.S. military and law enforcement) in efforts to uphold the Constitution of the United States should they be ordered to violate it. The Oath Keepers' motto is "Not On Our Watch!" Both sides of his family have a long tradition of military service. Nearly all of his uncles on both sides of the family served in the Army or Marine Corps during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam, and his father served as a Marine. After the Army, Stewart graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where his honor thesis focused on the political theory of James Madison. After college he worked on Rep. Ron Paul's (R, TX) DC staff. Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper, "Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status" won Yale's Judge William E. Miller Prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights.

Daily Bell: Give us something about your background. Where did you grow up and go to school?


Stewart Rhodes: I grew up partly in California, where my mother's side of the family were migrant farm workers, and partly in Nevada. After my service in the Army I worked as a professional sculptor and firearms instructor in Las Vegas, and I attended UNLV. I then worked for Congressman Ron Paul and then attended Yale Law School.

NOT YOUR FATHER'S ARMY

Most of us Americans have a deep and abiding respect and admiration for our country's fighting men who have served--and are serving--within the US Armed Forces. We appreciate their willingness to put themselves in harm's way for the preservation of our nation's liberty and independence. We honor their sacrifice. Indeed, many of us share that sacrifice with the deaths, dismemberments, and paralysis of our most cherished loved ones who were killed or injured in the line of duty.

It is time, however, that we awaken to the reality of what our military is becoming and where it is heading. Suffice it to say, this is not your father's army.

On December 8, 1941, my father, Ed Baldwin--along with his two brothers, Bud and Gene--marched down to a recruiting office in Little Rock, Arkansas, to enlist. The Japanese had bombed Pearl Harbor the day before, and no branch of service had to beg people to enlist that day. Bud joined the Navy. Gene joined the Marines. When government officials saw Dad's resumé, they selected him to help construct the atomic bomb. All three brothers served their country with distinction throughout the war.

But what all of us need to realize is, World War II was the last constitutionally fought war in which America has been engaged. The United Nations was created at the end of WWII, and ever since then, our military forces have increasingly become the "peacekeeping" arm of that evil institution.

Here is my comment on the Resistnet blog this morning to two veterans, one of whom is re-enlisting.

O2 and Colonel, I believe you have both missed the mark. We have not been a federation of independent States for decades. We have been changed in to a "nation" with top down control. Why do federal judges not allow "constitutional" arguments in their courts? Why do they have the flag with the gold fringe in their courtrooms? Do you even know what that flag is? It's admiralty law. They give the reason for not hearing arguments about Obama's eligibility that the petitioners "have no standing". That means that the petitioner is NOT a party to the Consititution. So status is important. We are either We The People, real people living on God's good earth with God given rights that can not be taken away by government (which is what the Constitution was supposed to protect), or we are 14th amendment citizen, subject, slaves, living as a fiction "person" in the Corporation?

The judges know this, and the American people believe they are still free, but they are not. They have contracted away their freedom in exchange for security, and they have exchanged their God given rights for privileges granted by government. Every time we open a bank account, or ask for a license of some kind we exchange a right for a privilege.

Colonel, they are not taking orders from a recruit. This guy was hand picked by the bankster bosses to ruin this country, and he was never eligible to be the president. O2 you will be taking unlawful orders from an imposter. When are you military men going to wake up and arrest this bastard that calls himself president, and put him in jail, while he awaits trial for treason? Are you going to follow his unlawful orders to enforce Martial Law in America when the time comes? I hope not. I am telling my 8 children to NEVER go in the military because of all this.

When will the military start honoring their Oath to defend, protect, and obey the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC. That means any federal judge, the imposter BS, AKA BO and all his so called cabinet who are communists, one and all, who hate America and everything it stands for, and who do lip service to freedom so they can use it as a cloak for evil deeds and treason. There are no words in the English language sufficiant to describe how evil, diabolic, and satanic this whole situation is. The military has the power to stop this whole evil scenario cold in it's tracks. Shame on you all for letting it go on. You leave those of us who are spending all our money and time telling the truth, hanging out there 10 miles, exposed to the fraud, and criminal acitivity of these imposters and traitors. Where is your backbone? Where are the joint chiefs? Are you going to allow the American people, the subjects of this fraud, to be slaughtered in a false flag event and then martial law???? God forbid! God have mercy! God have mercy on America! The fact is that most Americans are too worried about their next bit of pleasure. We have lost our vigilence. Maybe most of us are not even worthy to be free because of it.

But leaders in the military should know better. They need to take action before it's too late.

I see Colonel that you are in Oath Keepers. A step in the right direction. You need to use your rank and position to recruit many and educate them to what their Oath means. That oath never ceases. I have taken it 5 times, administered by Sheriff Richard Mack. He tells sheriffs to form possees, (sheriffs reserves, or local militias) for the purpose to "secure these rights" as the Declaration says. The mainstream media (traitors) have demonized the very word militia. Yet militias are the reason we are free and not slaves to England.

Remember Colonel Francis Marion, called the swamp fox. He taught the militia how to be effective. Why should all that be necessary? Because the military is not living up to it's oath? And when the American people start to enforce the Constitution, where are the military men going to be? My fear is that they will be so ignorant that they will take false and unlawful orders from a fake president and gutless commanders in the field, and they will treat the American freedom fighters like "insurgents" instead of good law abiding and God fearing people. My fear is that they will follow false and satanic leaders who are in power by fraud and deception, and they will fire on Americans who want nothing more than freedom and law and order, and peace in our land.

So I say again, where is the military? When is the military going to step in and enforce the Constitution? When are shreiffs across this land going to honor their Oath? When is the military going to arrest judges, and other sworn office holders who are committing treason against the Constitution (the supreme law of the land) and the American people?

When is the military going to keep law and order by stopping the monsters who hold these offices by fraud and deception and unlawfully, and who are destroying peace and good order in our land?

How bad is it going to get before you step in? How many will have to be slaughtered before the military of America does their duty?
