Idaho state legislators sign letter asking Sessions to back off Bundy prosecutions

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Evidence is mounting that an Obama-nominated federal judge is determined to continue trying Bundy Ranch defendants until they are found guilty.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro has decided to force two Bundy Ranch defendants to undergo yet a third trial scheduled to begin on Oct. 10, in what is amounting to a “revenge prosecution” tracing back to former Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid.
In a trial that ended Aug. 22, Steven Stewart of Idaho and Ricky Lovelien of Montana were found not guilty while Idaho residents O. Scott Drexler and Eric J. Parker were acquitted on most charges.  But a hung jury deadlocked on assault and weapons charges for these two defendants, voting 11-to-1 on two charges for Drexler and four charges for Parker related to the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff.
Judge Navarro, the Harry Reid hand-picked candidate that President Obama nominated to the federal bench in 2009, has decided Drexler and Parker will be included among the seven Bunkerville standoff defendants, including rancher Cliven Bundy,  scheduled to stand trial on Oct. 10. This trial is expected to last about two months.
On Aug. 29, 2017, Idaho state representative Dorothy Moon, a Republican, wrote to Attorney General Sessions a letter signed by one-third of all Idaho state legislators, including 26 House members, 8 Senate members, and 5 retired lawmakers, requesting that defendants Drexler and Parker not be forced to undergo yet a third attempt to find them guilty being pursued by the U.S. Justice Department in a case being begun under the Obama administration.
A copy of the letter was also addressed to President Trump.
The letter read in part as follows:

What You Have Done

By Anna Von Reitz

Your donations have made many small miracles happen for me and my helpers and also for other people who simply needed help, asked for it, and got it.

Almost immediately upon embarking on the life I have led for the past twenty-plus years, it became apparent that time spent mulling over, researching, and then testing the information I have shared with the world cuts into time spent doing many other things, including earning a living.

I was luckier than most, because my life was my work and my work was my life and it all somehow managed to dove-tail.  I didn't have to meet a nine to five schedule.  I didn't have to worry constantly about basic expenses.  I was blessed with good health, a good mate, and a great education.  All the stars smiled on me and the blessings of God were warm on my shoulders.

All I had to do was work and keep on trying and asking and looking and seeking and talking to other people on the same journey.

Others have had a much harder road in one way or another.  A great many people were ensnared in federal traps and railroaded into prison terms and debilitating fines and fees. It has almost become a badge of honor to have a federal prison record.  Many have lost their families through divorce and rejection.  Many have suffered loss of jobs, homes, yes, even children.

No Great Mystery of "Judicial Tyranny"

By Anna Von Reitz

There is no "great mystery of judicial tyranny".  There is only a great deal of fustian ignorance and assumption abounding.

The Constitution exists to set up the Federal Government and the Federal Government is responsible for nineteen delegated "powers" --- duties to perform services in common for the subscribing states of the union---- all of which, with the limited exception of the Interstate Commerce Clause--- take place in the international jurisdiction of the sea.

As a result the only courts created under The Constitution are Admiralty, Maritime, and Administrative Courts related to the Federal Government and its duties.

Ford and Carter's Bicentennial, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part 27

By Anna Von Reitz

While we were all celebrating America's Bicentennial back in 1976, enjoying all sorts of quaint colonial dramas and fireworks displays, historical re-enactments, and even Broadway plays about the Founding Fathers, Gerald Ford and Company were quietly observing their own celebration by corrupting and co-opting and commandeering what was left of our court system.

Meet the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act as summarized by Wikipedia:

The Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) of 1976 is a United States law, codified at Title 28, §§ 1330, 1332, 1391(f), 1441(d), and 1602–1611 of the United States Code, that establishes the limitations as to whether a foreign sovereign nation (or its political subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentalities) may be sued in U.S. courts—federal or state..... It was signed into law by President Gerald Ford on October 21, 1976.

This law makes it very difficult for us to sue them in courts that are ultimately paid for by us.  Sweet.

Elias Alias: Jury Selection In Bundy Trial Already Rigged

https://www.oathkeepers.org/elias-alias-jury-selection-bundy-trial-already-rigged/

Jury selection/rejection began today, Wednesday, September 07, 2016, in Portland, Oregon, for the Bundy trial. I am not surprised to read accounts of the judge’s bias against jury nullification. The Oregonian/OregonLive website posted an article which quotes a few of judge Anna J. Brown’s opinions about protecting the government’s assumed power to railroad defendants.

A passage from the article:
“Jury selection is something of a misnomer,” said Jeffrey T. Frederick, director of jury research services for the National Legal Research Group. “It really is jury rejection.” That’s because the practice is meant as a filter, to keep unqualified people from sitting in judgment, he said.
Further down the article we read:
