Now, I Am Mad. Officially.

Finally, apparently some time after it was issued. I finally got a copy of Thomas of Manna Trust Fame's "Challenge". Why does it take days for this stuff to come across my desk? It's the same with Karen Hudes. My email address is all over the internet, posted on my website, etc., etc., etc., ----and yet, nobody bothers to send these dumb accusations directly to me. It's all rumors until someone has presence of mind (thank you, BTW) to copy and paste and actually bring the thing forward so that I CAN respond to it.

So here it is with my answers in brackets:

1. Show us the letters received back from the important people you say you are working or dealing with.

[How many thousands --nay, tens of thousands, of letters and phone calls and emails over how many decades would you like to see? I started this in 1998. And most of the time, as you no doubt know. the rats don't reply or don't reply directly, because the dead cannot speak to the living, however, also according to their rules, a non-reply is actually a reply, and proof of the mailing creates implied contract, so there you have it. Dead in the water on their part and only God knows how many communications on and off the public record there are bearing my name and my husband's name. You bring your archives and I will bring mine and I will bet hard money that what you've put your name to will look like a very, very small pile compared to mine, which fills several rooms full of filings and court cases and correspondences.]

2. Show people your internet income earnings, like we have done

[In the first place, I have no "income". Income is corporate profit accruals separated from capital, and I am not a corporation of any kind. In the second place, the few thousand dollars that people donate to the Living Law Firm every month is not "mine". Not only do I rarely take anything from those funds, but I wind up supplementing anything I take with later donations to the effort of my own, so far from having any "internet income" from donations or from my books, the sum total for me has been in the red, read that as "negative profit" for years and years and years. So do you want to know how many thousands or dollars and years of my UNPAID time has been dedicated to this? I have never totaled up my losses. Too depressing to think about, so I don't. But if I have Important People like you, who obviously haven't suffered the same as I have, talking about "profit", then good for you that you still have some profit to divulge. If pressed, I might make the effort to calculate my losses, but I prefer not to be pitied for sacrifices that I willingly made.]

3. Kim is a fraud but twice she asked to work with her, explain that.

[I didn't say that Kim was a fraud---I confirmed that she was appointed Trustee of Manna World Holdings to the best of my knowledge. And yes, I also confirmed that she has had trouble with scam reports, which is obvious and all over the internet. I think you have a somewhat biased impression of actual roles here. Kim is supposed to release the trust assets back to the people and the countries to which the assets actually belong. I am one of those who have led the charge to force the exposure and liquidation of The Trust, most particularly, by laying claim to all the American assets that are owed to the actual American states and people of this country and ending the phony "abeyance" of our government. As such, she and I have to work together and it is begging the question of who is "asking" to get this done and who is responsible for doing it. I have asked her on two occasions to get off the fence and do what she is supposed to do--- (1) Turn over the accounts that are owed directly to the actual American states and people so that we can restore the 3141 counties and 50 republican states to full function and (2) Rescue the hijacked Guadalupe Hidalgo Trust assets which were improperly traded instead of being disbursed to the actual Beneficiaries who had already WAITED for OVER 200 YEARS to receive any benefit at all. On both occasions, she "shined me on" and did nothing. So as far as I am concerned, none of this gets settled until she settles with the actual American Government and with the American Indian Nations. It should be her concern to get in contact with me and with Michael Young and do justice and work with us in that common cause.]

4. Kim and codes are bogus she says, yet her partner in the now appears rogue bank asked for the live codes from Kim, if both are bs why did they ask? explain that

[I didn't say the codes were "bogus"--- they are real enough, and they are part of an old, ugly, dishonest system of banking that needs to go away. So I guess there is a distinction to be made between whether they work in a practical sense, and whether or not they are honest and whether this whole situation should exist at all--- which are two very different topics. There are plenty of things that are actual and factual--- like bank codes and accounts--- which have nonetheless been instruments of fraud in the past and which because of that fraud, should actually be null and void, even though we all have to continue working through that matrix until a real settlement can be reached.]

5. If she knew Kim and MWHT was a fraud as she NOW alleges, ignoring points 3 and 4, why wait until now when things are done? explain that

[This entire business, the very EXISTENCE of The Trust is based on fraud, racketeering, identity theft, kidnapping, unlawful conversion, enslavement, inland piracy---loathsome crimes against mankind. There's no way to "dress that up" in a pretty dress and say that, oh, it's okay, it's all valid, somehow---just because there is a big pot of assets left over that the criminals have been astute enough to abandon. That does not mean that the assets aren't real. It doesn't mean that Manna Trust doesn't exist. The fraudulent nature of all that underlies it and the need to focus on NOW and doing whatever justice can be done with the assets, is the topic I addressed and which you either got the "wrong impression" of or simply made wrong assumptions about.]

6. Anna wanted the inground resources via Hildago Treaty to her not the people, explain that.

[If you knew or studied the history of this country and its treaties as I have, you would know that the King of England retained the "in-ground" mineral resources as part of the negotiated peace at the end of the Revolutionary War and generation unto generation the pigs have taken their "tribute" in the form of our mineral wealth. So when it came time for severance for cause, the Queen attempted to sell off our minerals in the ground to the Chinese--- a deal that I put my big, fat foot down on and objected to. So, that was not just an objection affecting the Guadalupe Hidalgo Trust, that was an objection affecting ALL the in-ground mineral wealth controlled by The United States of America. I suppose that I and my husband have become unavoidably associated with The United States of America in the same way that any Head of State is, and perhaps you heard someone gossiping about the in-ground mineral claims in terms of "Anna wanted the in-ground mineral resources" of the Hidalgo Trust because I objected to their sale and demanded their ownership be returned to The United States of America as part of the entire demand that ALL our in-ground mineral resources be returned to our states and our people. Did you expect me to stand still and let sharpies sell off our mineral wealth using the excuse that it belonged to the Queen after we sacked her administration for cause and Breach of Trust? Or sit here and let other entities claim one centimeter of our soil? Please note--- the minerals are in soil. And whose soil is it? It belongs to the American states and people, dba, The United States of America (Unincorporated). So don't "personalize" it as if I were objecting for my own little private self or as if I stood to gain anything from objecting; quite the contrary, all I received for my efforts were some nasty death threats from disappointed criminals and bullshit assumptions from ignoramuses.]

7. Anna says the money belongs to the people, and every show we have said the money will go back to the people, is she hard of hearing?

[ I trust that if anyone has read my comments about "the money" they now have a somewhat more enlightened view of what "money" is and is not. Money, unlike commercial script, has to have asset value in-and-of itself. So it is not just digits in a ledger it is gold, silver, platinum, etc., etc., My rather jaundiced view is that whether we are talking about "money" or talking about commercial script or digits, we are still talking about "symbols of value" and the only difference is actual money has commodity value and script and digits do not. Either way, the thing people need to think about is what money is. Is it possible to symbolize "value"? To put a price on a man's time on Earth? On his life? On his culture? On his land? Really? I see the whole concept of money as idolatry and delusion and false values and simply changing from digits to paper to pieces of metal does not solve that problem. Mankind as a whole needs new answers, not just a reboot and redistribution of casino chips and false beliefs, but until we can all emerge on a new plane of thinking about "value" we will have to slog through a transition period and use these traditional baubles as a means of trade. And yes, all the people on this planet deserve to have all the baubles they need to thrive and survive until we all wake up from the Mass Delusion of Money once and for all.]

8. Anna never addressed any of the facts put forward last night in the show, about her, her cousin, her connections or affiliations, please explain that Ms. Ratzinger.

[Why, exactly, should I address things that don't exist--? Once again, you make all sorts of lame-brained assumptions. My family name is "Reitzenstein" it comes from the Tyrol, a formerly German province now part of northernmost Italy. Reitzenstein is a physical place and my name "von Reitzenstein" means my ancestors represented that place in the German government. The name "Riezinger" is a name my Great-Grandfather made up as a pen name and adopted via court action in Bavaria in 1851. It is, obviously, as a made-up name, unrelated to the common Westphalian name "Reisinger" and it is also unrelated to the middle German lower nobility family name of Pope Benedict--- "Ratzinger". Way, way, way, way far back these names might have had a common root, and the Reitzensteins of the Tyrol, the Reisingers of Westphalia, and the Ratzingers of Ulm might have come from the same Celtic clan circa 1000 A.D., but I trust that even you will grant that is a sufficiently removed association from the current families and people alive today and that if I am in fact a "cousin" of the Pope, it isn't in the sense of the word that people commonly think of. I might be such a "cousin" to half the people in Norway, too. And since I am not Roman Catholic and never was, I have nothing to say about any affiliation there, either. Ignorant people don't know that there is a difference between the "Universal Catholic Church" and the "Roman Catholic Church"--- but it is surely time that they woke to hell up and learned. If it takes a lightning bolt from heaven before they wake up and see even half of what is right in front of their faces, I wouldn't be surprised at this point.]

The gist is Anna is coming across as one of the ego headed people who think they are the one to save the world, and only them, it is all about the glory of them and not we.

[If you are not here to "save the world" and yet you are responsible for making settlement, you'd better get on board and get with the program---which is precisely my point above. Kim should be working with the unincorporated national governments "of, for, and by" the people, not toadying up to Presidents of governmental services corporations that are bankrupt and in Breach of Trust and commercial contract. Trump is eligible and we bonded the actual public office for him, but he hasn't accepted, so right now, he has no actual contract to represent the states and people of this country. So what is Kim doing trying to give our assets to the foreign governmental services providers that defrauded us and acted in Breach of Trust that landed our country in this mess in the first place? Duh?]

Neither Kim or I are seeking to be the one or the savior as laid out in several shows, that has become clear to all who have interacted with me and the show.
Whilst others talked, Kim delivered, all of them with their self appointed, self importance titles, be it a Judge, M1s, Chief Clan and Klan leaders, Chinese elders, Dragons, Archangels, Jesus, Mary, Zeus, Isis, Goddess this and Goddess that, what did they actually achieve? Their success rate is on a par with the RV crew - zero.

[What, exactly, has Kim "delivered": to anyone so far? Where is the money I asked for to fund the 3141 local county jural assemblies that have to be organized to restore our lawful government? Where is the money to fund the badly needed education program to teach people the actual history of this world and this country? Where is the money for The Living Law Firm, to bring an end to the Foreclosure Mills that are decimating the lives of millions of American families under conditions of open fraud? Where are the resources to launch an honest banking system? Kim has known of our valid needs for over a year and has done NOTHING to fund any of these urgent NEEDS and she has for goddamn sure known how many trillions of dollars the American states and people are OWED. She also has eyes in her head and can presumably hit a few search engines and figure out that I am not related to the Pope, not Catholic, and didn't ask for this unpaid and thankless "job" any more than she did. Again-- uh-duh.....!]

Anna as I have said has a lot to offer, but needs to drop the glory of Anna and her self importance, drop the white only group SS, get off her high horse, and come and actually be apart of the all, to fix things on this planet.

[Since my husband's family has been fighting this fight since 1868, and been on the run since Theodore Roosevelt threatened to kill them all in 1906, it strikes me that the Newcomers however talented they may be, need to get off of their "high horse" and come talk to those who have fought and bled and fled for their lives and picked shit with the chickens and lived like outlaws in their own country and devoted their lives to freeing it against all odds and reason, in the face of open death threats for six generations-----and come to our table to discuss and be part of the solution instead of assuming that money is all that matters on Earth or in Heaven. If money had anything to do with our devotion to this particular cause we would have given up a long, long time ago. So don't think we are going to come begging for what is ours. You are going to yield up what is owed to The United States of America, to the actual states and people. Or there will be no settlement.]

This is what this group is all about, no one more important than the next, creating leaders to lead, not rule over others.
So, what is it to be Anna, the new way of us and we, or the failed model continuation of me and I?

["New model" my ass! What is new about giving everyone casino chips made of gold, so they can play in your stacked gambling house? All this "caring and sharing"? It wouldn't be happening, except that some of us got our tails in a twist and exposed this whole gigantic fraud and demanded the liquidation of The Trust. And who do you think did that? Who do you think brought the Bills of Lading to do that? It was me and my husband! Wake to hell up! The records are clear and you have access to them. So either you are liars and cheats and thieves in sheep's clothing, like all the rest of the Pretenders so far, or you are being unaccountably obtuse about the facts that led to The Trust being turned over to Kim for liquidation in the first place.]

A world of caring and sharing, with compassion for all, and a love for all, a concept so simple and yet it bamboozles many, time for real change is now, as the old model never worked and has clearly failed.
Be the change.

The rest of the still slumbering hominids roll over, pull pillows over their heads in vain, and mumble soft curses under their breath against The Cat and all cats in general and me in particular, because I am old and slow and take my time edging down the stairs and out to the kitchen and to the cat food container and finally, reaching for The Sacred Bowl...... 

Ah, sweet relief!  She plunges face first into her bliss, and then, it's time for me to answer The Dogs.....

I am sorry to announce that my planned visit to Texas has fallen through and I won't be able to attend the meeting of the Texas republic assembly, but I will hope to reschedule and catch up with everyone in April.  

Certain things are happening on an international basis that require me to travel and to undertake actions that I didn't expect, but hopefully, as a result, the American states --- all fifty republican states----and the people of this country, will finally get relief from many of the worst forms of oppression they have suffered.  

And that would certainly be a good thing to add to my school report when I do get the chance to visit with my neighbors in Texas!

Manna World Holdings Trust--- Again.

Let’s make it perfectly clear to everyone.  It doesn’t matter what you call it: Unum Sanctum Trust, Manna World Holdings Trust, or just The Trust. It’s what it is, that counts.  It is the umbrella organization holding most if not quite all the other historic and heritage and asset-backed trusts.  You can call it Whoopee-Ding-Dong Company for all the difference that it makes.

The Trust is a holding company with over 4,500 trusts and accounts dumped into it, most of which belong to actual living people and groups of people and entire countries, and not to the Trust at all.  In fact, the argument can be made (and I make it) that all the holdings in The Trust are stolen goods, stolen from the dead and stolen from the living, too. 

The beings responsible for the existence of The Trust steal what isn’t theirs the same way a goat eats turnips.  It is their nature.  

They steal for gain, they steal for pleasure, they even steal to give it away again, so that even when they are pretending to be philanthropists, they are actually just giving away what isn’t theirs and making themselves whatever advantage they can make of it. 

It would be rather begging the question to say that they aren’t nice people.

They lie the same way that they steal.

There is a treaty that Trump has deliberately been kept unaware of, but so what? ALL of this is rooted in fraud.  If all those making a treaty are factually and actually acting in fraud and within an over-arching matrix of fraud---- you tell me what such a treaty is worth?  Why should we care and who will honor it and on what basis?  A presumption of honesty among thieves?

This is all preposterous nonsense being offered as an explanation for evidence of vast planetary-wide crime that has played out over many, many generations. 

The origins of the crimes committed here did not begin on Earth and the solutions will not come from Earth, either. 

For the last sixty years world leaders have been looking at the "heritage of Marduk and his son, Satan, and his grandson, Lucifer" trying to come up with some way to excuse it and explain it away, but when you look at millions of metric tons of gold amassed for no apparent earthly use or reason-- what do you say?

This explains explicitly who the parties were that engaged in the so-called Civil War: the British-backed territorial service provider doing business as "the United States of America" and some members of the original "Confederation of States" formed under the Articles of Confederation, that up until 1861 was doing business as the "States of America". The breakaway states booted up a new business called the "Confederate States of America".

So, none of these entities were our actual government at all. Our actual government is unincorporated. These other entities were and are just governmental service providers in the business of providing government services per Article IV of all three federal constitutions.

Dear President Trump,

We listened with interest to your State of the Union Address, but note that the flag you are flying is telling a tragic tale of its own, in plain view of the Congress and everyone else.  The flag hung in the vertical stripe position means that the federal corporation is unable to contract.  It's in bankruptcy.  Again.

This apparent bankruptcy is caused by dishonest bookkeeping and the lack of standing of the federal corporations to access our sovereign bond assets to pay debts.

You and the Secret Service and the Generals are blissfully ignorant about how to proceed, how to capture and release the $475 trillion-worth of our assets found in France--- and even if you were free to act and not merely overseeing a corporate bankruptcy, you would still not have the standing to release and recoup those bonds. 

We do. 

Please contact me at your earliest possible convenience to resolve this mess ---get the federal corporations released from bankruptcy and begin the process of repatriating our sovereign bonds.

Be Grateful.....For the Russians???

Yes, be grateful for the Russians. Very grateful. And not for the first time, either. You were never taught this in school, but during the Civil War the British were poised to come ashore and attack the people they were honor-bound to protect. It was the Russian Czar who sent his navy to impose an international blockade that prevented the British from attacking then. It is the Russian-Chinese Alliance that is preventing them from attacking us now.

The Brits were ready to tear us a new one back in the 1860's, but the threat of war with Russia over it was too great a risk to take for the pleasure involved. It's the same thing now. Russia is protecting us. The British Government, the British Crown Corporation and the old European Hegemony left over from the Holy Roman Empire is the threat. That's the group that has been feeding off us like vampires and embroiling us in wars for profit for the last 150 years. Not the Russians. Not the Chinese.

For those of you who can't read the Tea Leaves: France, specifically, Bank of France, is returning $475 trillion dollars of ours that they just happened to have in "safe-keeping" for us. Of course, they weren't saying a word about this arrangement to us. They were laying back in the weeds hoping that we would be too stupid to be able to follow the paper trail and figure out that we aren't the ones in debt. They hoped that we would just abandon all those assets and never exercise our creditor status, but..... we did. Thank God.

During the time period when they hoped we would be Numbnutz and allow them to claim abandonment of those funds, they generously used a portion of our own money to loan back to our servants in the Territorial United States Government and they launched what I have called "Le Neu Republique"--- the New (supposedly American, but actually French) Republic, in hopes of simply creating a new government service contract for themselves via a process of debt assumption. If we were dumb enough to assume the debt, they would be sharp enough to assume the priority creditor position and loan our money to our public servants at interest.

How cozy. France loans us our own money at interest, and to our Hired Help, appears to be the New Boss on the Block. Can everyone here say the Big Word--- "usurpation"? That's why we repeatedly rebuffed Jacob Rothschild and said, "Thanks, but no thanks." to the offer.

It's our money. We don't need to loan it to our Hired Help at interest. And we don't need French contractors in here providing us with "essential government services" last time I looked. With $475 trillion in the bank, we can afford to hire and fire whoever we want. We can have an actual American Republic instead of something that appears to be American and isn't.

Now, some of you who have been following the actual news instead of the fake news will remember talk last fall about Canada coming in and taking over the bankrupt United States? If the British Government had its way, we'd be at war with CANADA --which owes us a ton of money and would be hoping to win and thereby avoid paying---and the UN CORP, which is in a similar position.

But once again, the Russians came to our rescue, put their foot down, and said, "NYET!" to that plan.

Once again, as in the 1860's, the Russian Navy weighed in, very quietly, and gave the British Schemers enough to think about.

So it's because of the Russians that our unprotected borders are not crawling with Mexican, Canadian and UN Troops. It's because of the Russians that our country is at relative peace and making headway toward recouping our purloined assets and settling our business affairs responsibly. It's because of the Russians that people and countries that are deeply indebted to us-- the Brits, the European Union, and most of the rest of the world--aren't busily trying to kill us or take us over to avoid paying their own debts.

America, with respect to the British Government, has been like a stupid young school girl in love with an evil older man, the seventeen year-old who mistakes self-interested lust for love, and trustingly gives and gives and gives to Uncle Monty. It is long past time for everyone to grow up and wake up and figure out who our real enemies are and have always been.

For the past 150 years all we have heard about are the bad Russians, be afraid of the Russians, the evil Ruskies.... but the Russians have kept watch and stood at our back more than once and have defended us against powers and principalities that pretended to be our friends and allies ---and weren't.

Also, if you look at the situation in light of the Secret Treaty of Verona (1822) it is apparent that we and our American republican states, with our egalitarian ideals, and our desire for limited government---are natural enemies of the old Holy Roman Empire and the British Monarchs, as a mongoose is the natural enemy of a snake. They believe in the "divine rights" of Monarchs and Popes, but we don't and the Russians don't either.

We have far more in common ideologically with the Russians in terms of honoring the Common Man, aka, soldiers, workers, and farmers---than we will ever have with the Monarchists and Papists.

It's time we recognized the self-interested motivation that the old European Monarchies and the Popes have had for preaching anti-Russian propaganda to us for decades. They've kept us deluded about the "Russian Threat" because Russian Communism, like American Independence, is a threat to them and their power and their feudalistic system that requires enslaving the many to feed the gross appetites of a few.

Am I worried about President Trump working with the Russians? No, I am glad and grateful to see it. I am relieved to see it. It tells me that the President is not a fool, and that perhaps, at long last, we will have the common sense to give Uncle Monty a well-deserved kick the rump, clean up our own mess, and restore our own government.

We claimed our independence from Britain in 1776. It's high time we exercised it.

Service and Taxation

Your private earnings are being deliberately mischaracterized as corporate income in order to tax you and make you liable to pay federal income taxes.

As I have said before, the federal government is totally foreign and is supposed to operate only in international jurisdictions.  So when you pay federal taxes you are paying them to a foreign government, as if you were a German paying taxes to France.

Federal services are supposed to be paid for by: (a) our states and (b) by sin taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms and (c) by any special purpose directly apportioned or excise taxes that are truly necessary.

The states have resources and public lands to manage and sell and all that guarantees substantial income, so that they as the actual parties making the contract to receive services from the federal government are supposed to be paying the lion's share for those services that they would otherwise be expected to provide for themselves.

Above and beyond that, the federal government has the income from alcohol, tobacco, and firearms manufacture and sales.  Such so-called "sin taxes" placed on regulated substances bring in a lot of money to pay for federal services each year.  There are also special excise taxes placed on gasoline and oil purchases, telephone services, natural gas utilities, internet services, pension and insurance plans and international sales of goods and services. 

Between the deliberately mis-applied income tax and all these other taxes, the Average American pays between 50 and 60 percent of their earnings every year for services from the federal government corporations, and that is not counting the substantial bite taken out each year by inflation.

Inflation is, in effect, a silent and murderous tax that clicks along no matter where your money is or what it is or is not invested in. 

Compare these rates of taxation with the most abused serfs in the Middle Ages who paid the king up to 25% of their gross production every year, and you will see that we have indeed suffered through "great tribulation"--- as in paying "tribute" to Caesar.

The income tax is especially onerous.  It was imposed on federal employees as a "privilege tax" to be paid as franchise taxes, supposedly in equitable exchange for the benefits of public employment, and also on federally chartered corporations in exchange for the benefit of incorporation--- bankruptcy protection, stockholder asset protection, and so on.

This special tax on federal employees can certainly be seen as unjust, until you realize that these people have knowingly signed up to work for this foreign government and that people are free to accept or reject their offers of employment, warts, enfranchisement, income taxes, and all. 

The rest of us, however, who don't get a federal paycheck and who are not operating as federal franchises, are not now and never have been liable to pay federal income taxes.

Think about it--- can France tax a German?  No.

Can a German volunteer to pay a tax to the French government? Sure, if he wants to.

And that is what happened in World War II.  The Territorial United States Congress set up a Victory Tax program by which patriotic Americans could volunteer to have an amount equal to the tax paid by federal employees deducted from their take home pay and put toward the war effort.  We signed up by the millions..... but, even through the Second World War ended in September 1945, the end date on the Victory Tax legislation simply set the end date "as the end of hostilities" and Congress never repealed the legislation nor amended the language.

Using the so-called Cold War as its excuse, the Territorial United States Congress went right on taxing millions of Americans under false pretenses.  Ever since then there has been some kind of euphemistic, specious "war" going on which allows the cretins to claim that there are "ongoing hostilities" that justify continuing to tax Americans under these false pretenses.

Once unsuspecting Americans sign a 1040 under penalty of perjury stating that they are Withholding Agents, other juicy provisions kick in as well.  A "Withholding Agent" is a Warrant Officer in the Queen's Merchant Marine Service, and you have unwittingly sworn under penalty of perjury that you are one.  You automatically become subject to Territorial United States statutory law, are presumed to have voluntarily given up your political status as an American, and are required to file and keep filing taxes every year thereafter.  If you don't you are not doing your "voluntary" quasi-military job duties, and if you complain that you aren't really a Withholding Agent, you are dead in the water because you have already signed on the dotted line that you are one.  

In this way, the perpetrators not only get the fat tax revenue, they gain control over you and subject you to their territorial statutory law, which allows them to prosecute you under the British Equity Law system and allows them to use their "discretion" to dispose of you and your assets however they see fit.

Thus, what started out as a Good Faith effort by Americans to help win the Second World War became an instrument of oppression and false impersonation the likes of which the world has seldom seen since the days of Ancient Egypt.  Since 1941 the territorial Internal Revenue Service and the municipal IRS have pillaged and wantonly plundered the earnings and assets of millions of Americans who never held any kind of federal job, never realized any actual profit or benefit from this system, and who never actually owed any "income tax" at all. 

So, you say, there must be a remedy to this gross injustice.  If nothing else, the rats must have left an "out" for themselves, and so there is.  If you are not a federal employee or dependent and not operating in the capacity of a federal franchise corporation, you can "revoke" your election to pay federal income taxes that you never owed in the first place. 

All you have to do is send a Registered Letter, Return Receipt Requested, to the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service (Territorial) and the Commissioner of the IRS (Municipal) and inform them of your decision to revoke your election to pay federal income taxes and setting an effective date for the revocation.

This last bit can be tricky, as they keep changing the dates of their own fiscal years so as to trap unwary people with a few months of unaccounted for "income" left hanging---which they then use to prosecute the victim.  It used to be that July 1 was the beginning of the federal fiscal year for all departments and agencies.  Then some began using October 1 as the beginning of their fiscal year.

My advice would be to set the effective date a year and a half or two years prior to any current tax year.   For example, for the 2017 Tax Year due April 15, 2018, I would make the effective date July 1, 2016 or January 1, 2016, just to be sure I made the severance date include all possible taxes due for 2017.

For those who haven't filed in a few years for whatever reasons, you can revoke election to pay retroactively for up to ten (10) years, so long as you have not filed any of those years.

The bottom line is that if you aren't a federal employee or dependent and aren't operating as a federal franchise corporation as a result, you never owed the income tax in the first place.

But what about the Congressional Acts that tax Social Security income of retirees?  The Territorial United States Congress and its "Acts" have no authority related to an American standing on dry land.  That's for starters.  Secondly, the only portion or percentage of Social Security income that can be taxed would be that portion deriving from actual federal employment.

Say that you worked as a federal civilian employee for twenty years and then worked in the private sector for a Mom and Pop Store for twenty years.  The only portion of your Social Security that would be taxable would be the portion derived from actual federal employment. 

Please note that many Americans have trivial amounts of federal employment wages that contribute a few dollars per month to Social Security payments, mostly from part-time work such as firefighter wages for the Park Service, or a couple year stint in the military fifty years ago.  Each case is different so you have to look at your own employment history, but in the vast majority of cases the amount of federal wages and the resulting contribution to Social Security retirement payments is far less than the standard deductible and can be safely ignored.

So unless you actually worked for the federal government your whole working life, you most likely don't have to pay income taxes on 100% of your Social Security payments and may not have to pay any federal income taxes on your Social Security payments at all. 

Please note that the vermin will try to mischaracterize Social Security payments based on your actual labor as "benefits"--- which are welfare payments, not pension payments based on money you and your employers paid into the system. 

They will also try to mischaracterize Social Security payments as "income" instead of pension payments.  The word "income" specifically means corporate accruals of profit separated from capital.  If you aren't an actual federal employee and aren't acting in the capacity of a federal corporation franchise, you have no "income"--- what you have are "private earnings" being mischaracterized as "income". 

This additional after-the-fact Second Helping of people's earnings is perhaps the most galling betrayal of trust of all.  Most American are owed 100% of any Social Security payments tax-free, but by continuing to tax federal employee wages a second time, even after they are separated from employment and officially "retired", the vermin in Washington, DC contrive to make what superficially appear to be claims on the pension payments they owe to people who never worked an actual day in their life for the federal government and they thereby reduce the quality of life for millions of American Seniors for no good reason but corporate greed.

Do you want to support corporations that knowingly, willfully bilk millions of innocent American Seniors out of pension payments they earned fair and square? 

I don't.  That's why I pulled the plug in 1998, revoked my "voluntary" election to pay federal income taxes, and never looked back.  It is past time for the good-natured and patriotic and generous American people to pull the plug and stop paying taxes they don't owe to foreign government corporations that have acted in gross breach of trust and promoted commercial crimes on our soil.

Let them tap all their Slush Funds and "Externally Managed Investment Funds" and pony up every penny and every service that they owe to American Seniors ---and unless you worked for the federal government your entire working life, slap their hands when they come to tax your Social Security payments a second time. Revoke your election to pay and stand there on your little flat feet and repeat after me: "I ain't no Federale."

If You Understand Nothing Else, Ever --- Understand This

Unincorporated = Sovereign.

Here are the niceties:  a man is not a name.  A name is a "person". 

A man is naturally unincorporated and sovereign in nature. He does not depend on recognition or written charters or agreements for his existence. He doesn't even have a name when he starts out, and when he acquires a name after being born, that name is "corporate" but not "incorporated".

A Given Name is a Trade Name operating within the international land jurisdiction. "John Mark Doe" is a person that belongs to one of the people.  It is a possession or gift given to us by our parents, just like a bicycle or a hope chest. Such a name is "corporate" but not "incorporated". 

For example, we often see business names like "Fletcher and Sons" and "Bo-Peep's Sheep Yarns" that are not incorporated entities. These small businesses are corporate, fictional entities, but they are not chartered by any government or parent corporation, receive no special privileges, are not franchises and owe nobody but their owners for their existence.

Is and was there a News blackout on the CAFR?

OK, let's establish the fact that there has been a massive and cooperative effort by the Government, the News Media, and Controlled Education in creating and maintaining an almost complete blackout of the mention of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) in their efforts to keep the general population clueless as to the financial takeover of the wealth of this country by collective government over the last 70-years.

We all know Google is the most extensive search engine on the planet today. The trillions of open source records maintained by Google is of no equal.

Well, this aspect of Google can be very telling when specific time periods are selected to be searched. For this example here, we will search the "News" feature of Google. Google archives go back over a hundred years.

So was there any mention from the "Syndicated News Media" of the CAFR over the last 60-years?

Keep in mind the CAFR accounting structure started in 1946 by the efforts of GFOA (Government Financial Officers Association) and became the standard by action of GASB(Government Accounting Standards Board) across the land in 1977. The CAFR is local government's statement of Net Worth, the most informative showing of the actual and massive wealth held and income generated by every local government across the land, or in personal comparison, an individual's Statement of Net Worth.
  

A document every taxpaying individual from across the land should have been going over with a fine-tooth comb to investigate and learn the "true" financial picture of their local governments that were hitting them up for decades crying shortfalls of money for more, more, more in taxes, fines, and fees. Increases perpetually enacted each and every year. The CAFR is local government's Holy Grail of accounting. So was there a cooperative effort being done to make sure the population did not have a clue?

The Government Under Contract

The federal government is a subcontractor hired by our states to provide the nineteen enumerated services described in each of three very similar constitutions. 

(1) The Constitution for the united States of America  (land) National Government

(2) The Constitution of the United States of America (sea) Territorial Government

(3) The Constitution of the United States (air) Municipal Government

The 1824 Webster's Dictionary clearly states that the word "federal" is a synonym for "contract".  The "federal government" is a "contract government".  They are here to provide "essential government services" as stated by Article IV of all three constitutions.  And they are foreign with respect to us and our states of the Union. 

Euphemisms, Labeling, and Deceit--- More Tricks from Satan's Closet

Today I sucked down my first cup of black coffee in an equally black mood. I hadn't slept well, my eyes were bleary. And here was my cheerful, chirpy husband already hard at work, with Sean Hannity's voice blaring on the radio. I don't have a whole lot of respect for Talk Radio personalities, because frankly, if a Great-Grandma in Big Lake, Alaska, has been able to learn what I have learned about the actual history of this country----how is it that Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity and Mark Levine don't know?

(A) They didn't ask. (B) They don't give a rat's pattutee.

In the first case, (A), if they didn't ask--- why not? I did. Seems obvious enough. Were they afraid to ask? Not intending to ask? Didn't know how to ask?

Charity at Home

Among all the questions I get--- and I get some strange questions -- none perplex me more than inquiries about where I donate money and why?  

Well, obviously, for some years now my husband and I have been supporting a mammoth effort to research America's history and the history of law and religion throughout the world.  This has not been a small or inexpensive endeavor for an oil painter and a legal beagle.  The bulk of whatever charitable giving we have goes to the members of The Living Law Firm and the researchers and paralegals supporting them.  That's the way it is, and the way it has to be, if we are to continue to make the strides homeward that we have made. 

That said, there are lots of worthy efforts and we don't forget them or fail those duties, either. 

Why Incorporating and Privatizing Government is Evil

The main reason that incorporating and privatizing government is evil is that it mixes public and private functions in an inappropriate and ultimately irresponsible way.

Think about it for five seconds.

What is the goal of any private, for-profit corporation? To make money.

What is the goal of any public, non-profit organization supposed to be? To provide service.

What do you get when you mix the two? The equivalent of Exxon with a license to sell you any service they want to sell, provide any service they want to provide, and charge you as much as they please for it.

It's the ultimate soft-racketeering machine, like the old magazine subscription scam on steroids.

You order one magazine subscription fair and square. The publisher sends you three sample magazines "for free"-- but if you don't promptly and actively say --- "Thanks, but no thanks!" -- you are on the hook to pay for three more magazine subscriptions you never wanted, plus the one you did order.

That's how the corporate government has been working, too. Selling you more and more and more services, at their own behest, at their own rates. And nobody has been minding the store close enough and acting with enough authority to say the big fat "NO!" that is necessary to prevent this from happening.

150 Years of Non-Performance

Immediately after the Civil War, the Democratic Party led the attacks on the freed plantation slaves. The history shows that they systematically resisted the drive to give black men the vote, resisted the effort to distribute homestead land to blacks, and ultimately spearheaded the plot to "confer federal citizenship" on the former plantation slaves, thereby making them the first victims of the corporate franchise system that has all but overtaken the whole country today.

Now, I don't believe in political parties any more than I believe in Federal Reserve Notes, so let's begin by saying that I openly despise the "Two Party System" --- with the emphasis on "System" and just because I am anti-Democrat does not prevent me from being anti-Republican as well.

Both the modern political parties that have dominated and decimated our public life for a hundred years got their start in my home state--- Wisconsin. Why Wisconsin? Because a large number of German Communists who were kicked out of Germany following the 1848 Worker's Rebellion eventually settled in Wisconsin and brought along the "Hegelian Dialectic" and the political party system with them.

Protect Yourself

I was listening to a YouTube video by Roy Potter yesterday and he said something that people need to be reminded of--- something simple, but important.  You have to protect yourself.  You cannot depend on the local Sheriff or the police forces or even the military. Protecting you is not their job anymore.

There were a couple high profile cases back in the 1970’s that underscored this new reality in which it is no longer the job of the police to protect the public, and the courts came out in black and white and said so.  If you are being robbed at gunpoint, a police officer can stand there and ignore the whole situation.  Why? Because he is no longer employed in a truly public capacity.

He is working for a Municipal or Territorial corporation, under the same provisions as a security guard at Walmart.  Even the Sheriffs no longer take proper public oaths of office. So this goes a long way toward explaining the lawlessness that infests the police and also the day to day experience of Joe Average American with the police.

These men are hired to enforce the “private law” and “public policies” of a British Crown corporation, not the Public Law owed to the people of this country. They are in fact acting as commercial mercenaries, whether they realize it or not.  Like the Pinkerton Service, they are hired to protect the property interests of the corporations that employ them.  If they also enforce the Public Law, that is merely their personal choice.

Sheriff Richard Mack went to the bother of nailing down the fact that is “okay” for these men to also enforce the Public Law, if they want to, by taking the matter all the way to the United States Supreme Court in Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc.
