This is certainly a principled argument that speaks well of Stewart Rhodes and his approach to self-government at the local level.  

In our system of things, the true power stays with the individual who delegates to the county who delegates to the state who delegates to the federal government. 

Not the other way around. 

It is true that the local people have got to have the cajones to take a stand and until they do, you can lead a horse to water, but can't make him drink. 

You can prove that their property rights are being violated by thugs----commercial mercenaries acting under color of law----and you can offer to stand with them, but until they find the courage and conviction to free themselves, nobody else can do that for them. All that is perfectly true. 

However, there is a bone to pick with the Oathkeepers as an organization and with Stewart Rhodes; I have already picked it once and I shall pick it again.   It does not remain for any one small group of people to determine whether our Constitution and our Law of the Land is respected or not.  

That kind of thinking leads to "sanctuary cities" and armed bands of thugs holding mountain passes and robbing travelers while claiming that is okay because that is the "law" of Harney County.

My opinion on the matter is that when a man or woman takes an Oath to uphold The Constitution, they must uphold it or be exposed as Oath-breakers instead of Oathkeepers.

The Jurisdiction of the Land owed to the People of the Oregon State is being violated by federal over-reach and that is a violation of The Constitution and the Law of the Land in general.  The longevity of the mis-administration and fraud committed against the western states by the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and now, by its United Nations Trustees in receivership, in no way affects the standing and the political status of those men who have taken over the BLM facilities in protest of armed acts of "criminal aggression" in the words of the Nuremburg Trial, perpetuated by employees of the "Bureau of Land Management" which is nothing but a trademarked name acquired by the IMF as part of its deal with the entirely criminal and fraudulent Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration at Bretton Woods.

Read that as--- the "Bureau of Land Management" is precisely the same as a company name like "Stanley Tools" or "Kentucky Fried Chicken" that has been acquired by backdoor deals among private, mostly foreign-owned banking cartels in the business of providing "governmental services", and then "traded upon".  The sharks come in, buy a recognized brand name like "Stanley Tools" which has enjoyed a good reputation for many years, and then start producing cheap knock offs that they sell at premium prices to the unsuspecting public, which is never made aware of the change of ownership and administration of the company and the brand.

In the same way the "governmental services organizations" have changed ownership and management and even the law under which they operate, all without telling the public a word about it, and thus defrauding the people they are supposedly serving.

My Answer to "Snopes", NBC, CBS, Ted Turner, and the American Press Club, Too.

First of all, as has been established several times, "Snopes" is the brainchild of a couple liberal Californians and whatever similarly minded (and prejudiced) volunteers they can draft into carrying out their self-appointed mission of making their own opinions into facts.

In my experience, Snopes can't tell an actual fact from a fairytale and would be well-advised to find other employment. Be that as it may, I do understand that those who have been programmed since babyhood to rely on authority and that means anyone else's authority-- instead of using their own brains --- will have a hard time discerning truth from fiction.

Here's your wake up call and my reply to Snopes and all the other pundits out there:

If I am not a judge, why haven't I been arrested for "impersonating" one for the past three years?

The fraud against us begins when the governmental services corporation misrepresents itself as the lawful government and gets us to trust it and go along with it under the false presumption that it is our government when in fact it is just a corporation in the business of selling governmental services.

The next fraud is when they seize upon your given name and copyright it and steal your identity without telling anyone they are doing this.

The third fraud is when they create a trust in your NAME and change your birthright political status without telling anyone.

The fourth fraud is when they fail to tell you that you have the right to reclaim your birthright status and have to take action to do so.

The fifth fraud is when they fail to provide a simple and official process by which to correct the records and repatriate to your native status.

Fraud occurs anytime a Material Fact is misrepresented or omitted so that the victim takes an action which is detrimental to him or fails to take an action resulting in harm to him.

And fraud has no statute of limitation.

As you can see, the self-interested governmental services corporation benefits greatly financially and in terms of holding power over you from doing all this behind the scenes paper-pushing and copyrighting and political status changing---without telling you anything about it.

And as you can also see, it's all pure fraud.

There are -- at my last count which was several years ago--- no less than seven differently named offices supposedly filled by one man which are all variations of similar words:  United States Postmaster General,  Post Master of the United States, US POSTMASTER,  USA POST MASTER, POST MASTER for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,  Post Master for the United States, and so on. 

These are all basically fraudulent titles employing semantic deceit, referring to private corporate offices in various governmental services corporations.  The office of anything calling itself a "General" anything is Post-Civil War by definition and bears no relationship to the office which the Global Estate Trust and the King of Spain established in (I believe it was) 1754 for the First Trustee of the Land, Benjamin Franklin.

I get dozens and sometimes hundreds of letters, messages, emails, etc. from people wanting help with court problems-- all in foreign courts that have no natural jurisdiction and no right to be here applying their "law" to our people. 

The Root Problem is that thanks to fraud and falsification of public records, our people have been registered as their people without anyone's knowledge or consent. This self-interested fraud on the part of governmental services corporations needs to be recognized for what it is and forthrightly rebutted. 

Deny them jurisdiction over you and you deny them any ability to proceed -- regardless of the issue be it foreclosure or child custody or driving without a license. 

You were born on the land of one of the American states.  You are by birthright "one of the free sovereign and independent people of the United States" and NOT an "inhabitant" -- a British Crown Subject merely "residing" here.  Both these political statuses are clearly defined in The Definitive Treaty of Peace known as the Treaty of Paris 1783 ending the Revolutionary War, Article 3. 

But... Within hours of your birth you were defrauded of your birthright when your Mother was coerced into unknowingly registering your "birth" as a British Crown Subject instead of "one of the free sovereign and independent people of the United States".

I've got news for everyone---- NONE of the Post-Civil War Amendments apply to us.  

I used to think (because they reconvened something calling itself The United States in Congress Assembled between April and December of 1865) that the 13th Amendment claiming to "abolish slavery" had been lawfully added to the actual Constitution as well as the "corporate" Constitution----- but I no longer think so. I think it was bogus throughout and that NONE of the "Amendments" from the 13th onward have EVER been properly enabled or ratified.  The 14th certainly wasn't and the 16th certainly wasn't and we have proof. 

You have to be aware that "citizenship" is related to public service of a body politic.  We are not acting as "citizens" when we are acting in our natural capacity as people. The two capacities are mutually exclusive.  "Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron --- impossible to be sovereign and citizen at the same time.  So while claiming one's Natural and Unalienable rights and Native sovereignty, we NOT acting as "citizens".  We are acting as one of the "free sovereign and independent people of the United States".  

I am too tired to go on at this time, but this is a topic that deserves a lot of discussion ---

Correction, I believe---- "taken on board" is a nautical term, Karen, appropriate to Admiralty and Maritime law, which is what you practice after leaving "equity" behind. If you think I am one bit slow in this arena, think again.

As for Thomas, I tried my best to explain both the history and the jurisdictions and the double-speak names of things, but he would not listen. He had the idea that I was “working for the Pope” and just kept blundering along until he gave them an excuse to arrest him and there he sits. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.

Since that time I have continued my labors at my level and considerable headway has been made toward explaining the situation and organizing information and securing allies in the effort worldwide. As I have said from the beginning, it’s NOT just Americans who have been fleeced and abused. I have thought about banking and credit as little as possible throughout my life. I recognized it as fraud and idolatry at an early age and lost interest as a result, but recent events have forced me to turn my attention to it again and what I have thought is this----

1. Money and credit are both just a symbolic representation of value whether denoted as coin, paper, or numbers in a ledger;
2. The only real things of value on this planet are human labor (which includes our physical energy, our creativity, and inventiveness) and natural resources (which includes what we think of as natural resources and the commodities and products that result from our labor). That's it. There are no other sources of "value" on this planet.
3. That being so, humans have naturally lived together in groups on various land masses and over time have been "defined" as nations with lines dawn on maps dividing them into separate gangs complete with gang "colors"(uniforms, flags, national currencies, etc.) and have competed with each other for natural resources and control of valuable commodities and "turf" just as gangs fight over these things;
4. But money and credit, which "symbolizes" and is used to "translate" into all these things is the ultimate commodity, so control of merely symbolic value has become the ultimate game and source of conflict and woe on this planet;
5. How ignorant, silly, and downright insane is that?

There are two kinds of people in this country according to the Definitive Treaty of Peace known as the Treaty of Paris, 1783, Article III and they are-- "the free sovereign and independent people of the United States" and the "inhabitants"-- British Loyalists and subjects of the British Crown who were allowed to stay here after the Revolutionary War.

You and all your misinformed buddies owe the Hammonds and the Bundys "essential governmental services" under Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2. And a HUGE apology. 

Those "services" do not include armed extortion, trespass on their private property, or any false claims or presumption of any ownership interest in them, their land, or their other assets.

Any court, government or government officer who acts in violation of, in opposition or contradiction to the foregoing, by his, or her own actions, commits treason and invokes the self-executing Sections 3 and 4 of the 14th Amendment and vacates his or her, office.

Please note that The Constitution is for inhabitants of the Federal United States LITERALLY the law of the land--- because when they come in from their watery international jurisdiction, they are required to operate by the rules established by The Constitution on the land.
When reading Federal law, you must always read it from the Federal perspective. They operate in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea, so, of course, the national law they are obligated to respect when dealing with us is --from their perspective--- the Law of the Land.
It's the same reversal when they speak of "inhabitants"---- we are "peaceful inhabitants of the land" (14th Amendment of the corporate Constitution) from their perspective, whereas they are "inhabitants" of the "maritime regions and insular states" from ours.

Solving the problem of Individual Freedom and Sovereignty

I am doing this with a skeleton staff and a huge amount of work on my table. I wish I could "do it all" and help people with their individual cases, too, but I can't. There are literally millions of Americans sitting in private for-profit jails who should not be there and trillions of dollars of American assets at risk. I have to keep my eye on the ball and we all have to keep moving forward as best we can. For me, that means pursuing the UN, the rats in DC, the World Bank. For the rest of you, that means educating yourselves, your families, your friends, your neighbors, and yes, the sheriffs and "county" officials and "state" officials and everyone else.

These groups of undeclared commercial mercenaries have "invaded" our country for the purpose of dispossessing us. The only thing that will stop them is a widespread public knowledge of who they are and what they are and an equally public and determined exposure of the facts.

How many "County" Sheriffs really want to prosecute innocent people under color of law? How many want to risk prosecution--- real prosecution under Public Law--- if they do?

The Truth About Karen Hudes, The World Bank, and Your Gold

As the Federal Code Title 5 makes very clear the World Bank and IBRD were two of the three (Federal Reserve being the third) banking cartels that caused the bankruptcy of The United States of America, Inc. in 1933. 

As is also clear, the American People were the Priority Creditors of the bankrupt federal corporation (See House Joint Resolution 192 and the Emergency Banking Act of 1934) and also clear that the banks were Secondary Creditors.

When that bankruptcy was finally discharged and settled the World Bank received the actual gold--- the physical assets confiscated from our ancestors and which we are heir to--- as its part of the loot.  

Notice that the gold should have come back to the Priority Creditors—the American people--- but one the Secondary Creditors, The World Bank, claimed it instead.  

For seventy years that gold was used as the backing and basis for all the Federal Reserve Notes and loans.  The Federal Reserve, of course, received all the interest and profit generated as its part of the loot.  

And we, the legitimate heirs, received nothing.  Zip.  Nada.  Not even a thank you.

Yes, an Alaskan state judge HAS called upon the US Marshals and the rest of the "law enforcement agencies" to do their real job, and I am in a position to confirm it, as I am that judge. Your ignorance is no excuse in this matter.

There are two systems of law in this country, and it is long past time for you all to learn the facts.

When The Constitution was adopted there was already a Common Law Court System in this country that had been established for over 200 years. The Constitution created an additional "federal" court system for the needs of the "federal government"---- that court system is obligated to function in two venues only: administrative (Article I) and maritime/admiralty (Article III).

As you can see for yourself if you ever wake up and bother to look, the Seventh Amendment very clearly stipulates that ALL matters involving living people and their property assets in excess of $20 are to be decided under Common Law and as you can also readily find out Erie Railroad v. Thompkins (1938) there is no such thing as Federal Common Law.

A New Resolution put out by Ammon Bundy concerning the Hammond Family.

Many of you, much like me, remember Ammon Bundy from the very first days and videos released from the Bundy Ranch Incident that later became a huge victory for the Liberty Movement. He was that cowboy that first faced off with the BLM tactical team. These were the same thugs that we saw tackle an elderly cancer survivor and sic attack dogs on a pregnant woman. In that first altercation, the patriots made a point of going un-armed. I still can see, in my minds eye, Ammon challenging the ATF soldiers asking who the real aggressors are and literally showing them that they had left their firearms at home, and they had left even their pocket knives. Well Ammon was tased 3 times that day. Again, I cherish the memory of Ammon cowboying up and challenging them to tase him again and again. It was after this situation, combined the “free speech” zones that the BLM had set up that looked to more suitable for holding small livestock than to practice our first amendment rights that we should be able to exercise anywhere within our borders, that were the last straw. It was then that we saw an organic uprising of patriots from a cross section of American culture come together to say to the Feds that we will no longer sit back idly and allow another family be massacred. At this point, we had received credible reports that the powers that be had snipers trained on the family home and things were being set up for another Waco. Not on our watch! The rally call went out and patriots put down their own lives to come and protect a family of fellow Americans.

Well Ammon’s sense of duty to stand up against the same tyrannical government overreach didn’t end when the BLM left the ranch. It is still running strong to this day. It was through Ammon Bundy that I first started hearing about the nightmares that the Hammond family have also been suffering. In a lot of ways, the harassment that the Hammonds have already suffered seem unbelievable. Ammon feels that he is being called by a higher power to stand up for the Hammond family. The Second Foundation -- The Nature of Man and Corporations - Anna Von Reitz

In the First Foundation we learned that Law and Religion are intimately connected and that in fact all Law with the exception of Natural Law, derives from specific religious traditions.  The Law of the Land in the West derives from the Mosaic Law and the Judeo-Christian religions.  This is supposed to be the Law of the American Nation.  The Law of the Sea derives from the religion of Ancient Summer and Babylon, which worshipped a pantheon of gods including their god of the sea, which we call Satan.  The Law Merchant which is also Law of the Sea derives from the Code of Hammurabi also developed by these ancient Middle Eastern religions.

We learned that even to this day the world is peopled with followers of these ancient and profane hedonistic cults, which have largely been suppressed and driven into secrecy, but continue to impact the world in disastrous ways nonetheless. These people worship the Father of All Lies.  For them, a lie is a prayer.  They use sex as a sacrament, worship in sacred groves, practice execution by fire, infanticide, and defilement as a doctrine.  Their chief goddess, Semiramis, goes by many names--- Isis, Cybele, Astarte, Ashtoreth, and even the Statue of Liberty.  She is the “Mother of Idols, Harlots, and the Abominations of the World”.

We also learned that idolatry is alive and well in the modern world and that all the forms of money and credit we commonly use involve “graven images” and are in fact idols--- something symbolic that stands for something real, as in a piece of paper that claims to represent the value of a man’s labor.
