WASHINGTON — Undercover American narcotics agents have laundered or smuggled millions of dollars in drug proceeds as part of Washington’s expanding role in Mexico’s fight against drug cartels, according to current and former federal law enforcement officials.

The agents, primarily with the Drug Enforcement Administration, have handled shipments of hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal cash across borders, those officials said, to identify how criminal organizations move their money, where they keep their assets and, most important, who their leaders are.

The War on Drugs has eviscerated the Bill of Rights in our Constitution and has assaulted the spirit and letter of the U.S. Constitution. The War on Drugs is un-Constitutional on its face, and has been used to weaken our Constitutional protections for American citizens, while at the same time damaging the sovereignty of the several autonomous nation-state Republics which are party to the compact which created the Federal Union.

Every decade or so, a new drug abuse epidemic is said to be destroying the very fabric of American society, necessitating a government crackdown or even a "war" to protect us all from it. There have been opium and heroin scares, numerous cocaine scares, endless marijuana scares, and of course that "crack" scare of the 1980s, which drastically increased America’s incarceration rate. Untold thousands of years of prison time have been served by unfortunate possessors, buyers and sellers of these substances over the past century.

The crack scare of today is methamphetamine, a (relatively) cheap stimulant that can be used as an anti-sleep medication, a dietary aid or an energy booster. Various forms of methamphetamines, or home-cooked "speed" have displaced cocaine as the danger drug of the day. Government officials in a majority of U.S. counties now report that meth is their counties’ most serious drug problem. Meth use is said to be particularly rampant in the American western states, where the substance is in high demand. States like Montana, South Dakota, Idaho, Colorado and Arizona have all launched extensive efforts – both private and public – to fight the meth menace. ......

Most Criminal agency of the the Federal Government is NOT the IRS.

The ATF is helping arm the drug Cartels in Mexico.

So what might be the problem?


The problem is that the ATF has been caught placing thousands of guns into the hands of the Mexican drug smuggling cartels. And other characters of interest. It’s safe to say that that is indeed a problem.

The first symptom of the problem arose when some of the ATF’s agents in Group VII felt like doing a little bit of old fashioned Oath keeping. Some of the agents and officers saw something very ugly about the ATF helping the Mexican cartels obtain powerful weapons – lots of weapons, with lots of ammo.

The ATF has helped “straw buyers” purchase weapons here in the United States and has made notes about the purchases, but the ATF also has allowed the straw buyers to move those guns into Mexico, knowing they would end up in criminal hands.
