An Open Letter to Sheriff Ward of Harney County Oregon-

I am writing to you today to ascertain your office and position with respect to the Hammonds and the developing situation at the Bundy Ranch with respect to "Federal Officers". 

My name is Anna Maria Riezinger, also known as Anna von Reitz because my actual name is German and a mile long.  I am an American Common Law Superior Court Judge in Alaska where operation of the Seventh Amendment Courts started up again in conjunction with the Common Law Grand Juries more than a year ago and I also serve as a Federal Postal District Court Judge for the Western Region. 

As you can clearly see by reading the Seventh Amendment all matters pertaining to living people and their property must be addressed to Common Law Courts.  How then, are the Hammonds being addressed by federal admiralty courts? 

The answer lies in the past.  

During the Civil War the normal court system owed the people in the South shut down and did not immediately reopen. Commanders in the military districts in ten states appointed civilian tribunals to function under "Special Admiralty"----- a euphemism.  For the purposes of these military tribunals, people and property could be addressed in an arbitrary fashion without regard for the Law of the Land.  This was very convenient for the administrators and very unfortunate for the people.

You will see that the sheriff is completely sucked in to the BAR corporate tribunal and is doing their bidding, thinking that he is doing the right thing.

I am over 60 and the Armed Forces thinks I'm too old to track down terrorists. You can't be older than 42 to join the military. They've got the whole thing backwards.

Instead of sending 18-year olds off to fight, they ought to take us old guys. You shouldn't be able to join a military unit until you're at least 35.

Over the past month or so I have been demonized as a lot of things, but the strangest accusation of them all is that I am against the Second Amendment.

Let's get this straight--- as far as I read it, The Constitution not only guarantees the right of Americans to keep and bear arms, it infers the responsibility to do so. "Federal United States Citizens" are not afforded any such rights or responsibilities, since "Congress" acting as the plenary oligarchy in charge of the District of Columbia rules their lives, but for Americans, it's different.

I believe that those who DON'T keep and bear arms and who DON'T step up to the responsibility to defend themselves, their neighbors, and their country, are avoiding their duty. Clearly, the shooters in this most recent violence in Paris yesterday stood around for long periods of time, just shooting innocent people, reloading, shooting some more.... if the majority of people in that theater had had guns and fired back, none of that would have been possible. The would-be shooters would have been blasted to where they were going anyway, and a lot of lives would have been saved.

We, Americans, had to carry guns in the Wild West, and it is coming back to that. There is no way for the police to be everywhere, all the time. We have to be responsible for our own safety, and as much as possible, the safety of others around us. My response is to sign myself and my family up for a refresher Gun Safety and Home Security Course, thank you, very much.

Today, it is our sad duty to reiterate the facts. Our nation has been all but overrun by British-backed inland pirates making “war” upon innocent civilian non-combatants who are owed the Good Faith and Service of both the British Monarch who is supposed to act as our Trustee on the “High Seas and Inland Waterways” and the City-State of Westminster aka Inner City of London, which promised us “amity in perpetuity” under the Treaty of Westminster 1794.

The United Nations and its agency, the IMF, have been in control of the District of Columbia Municipal Government since 1944 and the District of Columbia Municipal Government has been in control of America since 1864, as has been proven by the records that came to light in the Lufkin Case in Texas recently.

There's no way to avoid dealing with the UN. If they don't believe me, they should ask Rod Class. He will tell them that the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act and the International Organizations Immunity Act released ALL state law and all state offices to the UN back in 1976!

Pope Benedict repented and Pope Francis has tried to address the criminality. That is where it stands. Both have fallen far short of the honesty and directness that the people are owed.

Good article, Paul; yes, the miners can mine their claim. The "government" did not get an injunction to stop mining pending outcome of the lawsuit. Had they done so, we would be trying for an interim appeal to set the injunction aside.
We will not concede that this is simply an administrative review case for a court to decide in accord with the administrative procedure act; we will contend throughout that the miners own their claims and sites as private property owned under the original mining acts of 1866, 1870 and 1871.
The importance of this case is that the mineral deposit of the entire nation is at risk; if we lose, you can count on a MASSIVE crackdown by the "government" to drive individuals off their claim sites; if we WIN, it will be a win that can be shared by all miners----and a boost for all those who graze, hunt, fish, log, or recreate on the lands that the "government" claims to manage.

We invite you all to add to these comments and keep this discussion going. These issues cut right to the heart of the problems we are seeing in our country.  As I said in the article, if we don't solve these issues on jurisdiction, then we have not won, or restored peace.  If we don't win a big victory, then these corporate mercenaries will just continue to terrorize the miners, ranchers, farmers, loggers, and all the other people involved in resource based industry, to say nothing of other individuals who use the land, like hunters, fishermen, etc.

I NEVER, EVER said I was representing the "Vatican". The Vatican is the management system for the Global Estate Trust which is supposed to work for the Holy See. The Holy See in turn is supposed to work for and under the direction of the Pope. The Vatican has been around since 1929. Anyone care to guess how old the Holy See is?

Pope Benedict asked us to act in a private capacity ("private attorney"---look it up, people) to do two things that we were pursuing anyway---- (1) to document the crimes against Americans being carried out by mis-directed and misinformed corporate employees ----including bank employees; (2) to return American property that has been purloined to the Americans it belongs to by any peaceful means.

Obviously, anyone not in favor of our mission objectives--to expose the fraud and return property stolen from Americans-- is working for the other side, and that includes Ms. Hudes.

White Hope Mine court update

These links are for two interviews with the miners and their lawyers in the Lincoln Montana White Hope mine case. This was forwarded to me by Fred Kelly Grant, the lead lawyer in the case, for public distribution. The interviews are from KTVH TV in Helena and were played in Great  Falls also on a local station this morning.

I was in Helena yesterday with Rick Delapp, one of our Oath Keepers leaders from Kalispell for the scheduled pre-trial conference in Judge Lovell's courtroom.  The miners' lawyers got pretty much everything they wanted.  There will be further action between now and January and I will keep you up to speed as the case progresses.

So What Does All This Mean?

It means we have been defrauded by international banking cartels operating "governmental services corporations" as if these entities were our lawful government. It means that the Holy See and the British Monarch have acted in secretive Breach of Trust and Dishonor and have undermined our rightful government since 1845. It means that we have caught the rats red-handed, proved the facts, and demanded remedy.

FRANCISCUS, the dba name of the Pope, issued his Motu Proprio and made the members of the Bar Associations responsible for their errors and omissions. This effectively washed his hands of the criminality of the Bar Members and the continuing assaults upon us by the British Crown and ended their privateer licenses and other protections that had been extended to them in Breach of Trust.

So far, so good.

However, there has been no action to dismantle the mechanisms of the fraud that has been practiced against the living people. Every day, babies are born in hospitals and are "registered" as chattel belonging to privately owned and operated corporations masquerading as our government. These corporations patent and trademark our bodies and our names and create "citizens" for themselves that they ultimately control as slaves. This practice of "enslavement by proxy" is no less repugnant than physical enslavement and it has the same results.

They have accomplished this by obtaining undisclosed contracts under conditions of coercion and misrepresentation and by blatant fraud upon the probate courts and falsification of the civil records. They have had each one of us declared "legally dead"---- "Missing, presumed lost at sea"---and have seized upon our estates as presumed secondary beneficiaries. This legal chicanery has been assisted and expedited by a few evil politicians who literally conspired to sell their countrymen into slavery for profit.

Please, let all be aware, that there is a huge war going on.

Please note that this is an IMPORTANT Announcement --- one that everyone on Earth should read and understand.  Superficially, it addresses the action of Dr. Henderson, Ad Hoc Judge of the World Court, abolishing 501 (c) 3 corporations.  More explicitly, it addresses the nature of the Evil we are confronting.

This past week an attempt was made to bring a claim of abandonment against our entire nation.  The rats attempted to do to our entire country what they have done against us as individuals.  They have attempted to claim to the UN that we are not a sovereign nation because their own service corporation doing business as the "United States, Inc." is bankrupted and no successor to contract has been appointed.  They also mounted a claim saying that we are not a sovereign nation because we allegedly have no currency in circulation. 

We had to rebut and rebuke them before the UN Security Council. That is how bad it is. 

New Post About Karen Hudes and "The Rule of Law"

This is November 9, 2015. For those who don't know, I had a major league donnybrook right here on Facebook with Karen Hudes two years ago in July. I told her that we, the living American people, are the primary creditors, that the gold her banker bosses received as their part of the 1933 bankruptcy fraud belongs to the American people.

She didn't like it, but World Bank and IBRD are in the same position as a Pawn Shop Broker in knowing receipt of stolen goods----she and they are just fudging around for a means to give it back to the people they schemed to defraud without admitting to the crime. Their primary concern is to avoid criminal convictions and public dishonor.

Well, too bad. Better not to practice to deceive and manipulate and defraud people in the first place, no?

It is what it is---- blatant as a manure pile behind a barn. The Big Picture of the fraud that has been practiced against us is becoming clearer and more damning by the minute, so of course, everyone concerned is claiming "immunity" and trying to cover their rumps with whatever fig leaves they can find.

Now Karen is claiming that it is precisely this need for immunity that is two-blocking remedy. The rats are copping a plea bargain, in other words, but they aren't finding anyone with both the authority and the willingness to absolve them.

Indeed, the disclosure of MORE deliberate long term fraud on the part of those fronting the "United States, Inc." has left the entire Federal Court System on its back, all four legs in the air and twitching.

Those who read our affidavit, "You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" (available on Amazon, get it here) already learned how the "Corporate Congress" conspired to change the meaning of a crucial word--- the word "person" to mean "corporation". Researchers in the Lufkin Case discovered another Motherlode of evidence involving more deliberate corporate semantic deceit and fraud. (Southern District of Texas, Houston Division No. 4:14-CV-0027 and Eastern District of Texas, Lufkin Division No. 9:14-CV-138 ---the “Lufkin Case”).

I am not sure who to credit for this snippet of case analysis, so will just point out that the next three paragraphs are quotes from a discussion of the case and they present the source of an absolutely crucial bit of information:

GEORGE KORNEC and PHIL NAPPO-----are names you should know and remember. The government they risked their lives for in the Korean and Viet Nam Wars is booting them off their property to kill their livelihood.

George and Phil are skilled miners who know how to mine and protect the natural environment at the same time. Quality of water from their site is higher than that of Montana cities’ drinking water. Their site is better managed than the burned, dying, and overgrown forest lands surrounding them. They manage better than the Forest Service.

They have survived years of bullying by arrogant, non-caring Forest Service bureaucrats. To top it off, the United States government has now sued them----the same government for which George, 81, served in the Korean War and later in a life,a threatening secret mission in Cuba--- the same government that Phil, 65, served in Phan Rang, Viet Nam.

I have stepped in to help them, along with a bright young Great Falls attorney, Josh Campbell, and a carefully chosen trial team of investigators and paralegal support. We are not just defending George and Phil; we are fighting back, arguing that their claims are private property rights under the Mining Laws of 1866, 1870 and 1872---laws the Forest Service chooses to ignore or bypass. This is the case that has every issue: access denied, an RS 2477 given away by the county to the Forest Service, a charge of abandonment of rights under a law inapplicable to George and Phil, and a charge of damaging forest resources when in fact the exact opposite is true.

Are you wondering if the battle for freedom can be won, short of a second American Revolution or civil war?   The cabal is on a timeline now they can't avoid!

An Affidavit and Commercial Lien has been filed in Mesa County Colorado against the cabal that will change everything.  It CAN NOT BE ANSWERED because it is 100% true.  It is a true bill or affidavit of facts.

This lien has an S.E.C. trace number of  2640220.

It MUST be answered by January 15th 2016, or the Lien Debtors must pay 279 Trillion dollars to the Lien Claimants, the American people.  This document can NOT be reviewed by any "court" as it is a commercial affidavit operating in the land jurisdiction, and under commercial law.

Over 50 claimants have spoken on behalf of the entire people or living American nationals who live on the land of the united States of America, claiming what has been stolen under the color of law by pirates operating in the jurisdiction of the sea, or Admiralty/Maritime law, who have conspired to trick the American living people into their 'courts' and jails with Fraud, Deception, Threat, Duress, Coercion, Intimidation and outright lies, and lack of full disclosure. These are all fraudulent contracts. They are null and void for fraud.
There is NO statute of limitations on fraud. Fraud vitiates and cancels all contracts that it touches.

The stench that rises from this dung heap of lies screams to high heaven for vengeance, but the Lord says vengeance is His, not ours, so we will have to be satisfied by REMEDY AND RECOMPENSE, thereby keeping the peace, and offering forgiveness after the repentance demanded by God Himself before he forgives our sins.  This forgiveness will be forthcoming for the cabal only after they confess their sins and pay the damages they have pirated from Americans.

This might be the very last chance we have to solve the problems of out of control "government" in America by peaceful means. The claimants of this affidavit are real peacemakers, giving their opponents a real chance to repent and make their restitution without the use of physical force if their lien debtors show good faith and answer their allegations in the affidavit/lien/indictment.

Blessed are the Peacemakers... White Hope Mine Update

The national Oath Keepers organization does a marvelous job of making peace come out of some very touchy and dangerous situations, where corporate mercenary entities masquerading as government agencies, with 3 or 4 letters on their backs, are trying to administratively (and other ways) steam roll Americans and trample their God given rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

I am very pleased that I have been able to be a part of those Peacemaking actions for freedom!

I would go with the Oath Keepers on another operation in a heart beat.

In Nevada tensions were high when I arrived. Over a period of about a week, and after the BLM packed up and marched in formation backwards out of the area, the peace gradually prevailed, and clear thinking individuals became aware that a line had been drawn in the sand between an out of control corporate entity calling itself an agency of the federal government, and the American people in general, and Cliven Bundy and his family in particular. That line of peace seems to be holding for the moment, but what has really been won for freedom at this juncture?  Is it really peace or a stalemate?

In Grants Pass Oregon, once again, the Oath Keepers did a wonderful job of exposing the truth about the BLM and their dirty work, and by standing fast for many weeks, brought peace and a pathway for some miners, out of a troubled situation and into a "court". The line in the sand became a moat full of alligators for the BLM, and once again I was glad to be there, but what has been actually won, besides another expensive trip through another corporate tribunal calling itself a 'federal court' ?

And now we have yet another pathway to peace from a troubling situation in Lincoln Montana with the White Hope Mine, and Intermountain Mining LLC, and once again the national Oath Keepers stood and took the heat, and made peace prevail, and provided a way to get two miners their day in court. I was there for over a month without a break, and I am very glad to have been there, but once again, what has actually been won at this point?

We use Sovereign Letters Patent to establish and assert the property assets owed a nation.  So I spent the afternoon and evening drafting a broadside informing the world in 350 words or less that the Federal United States is NOT the Continental United States.

We, the living people, issue these Sovereign Letters Patent to reiterate these facts, to uphold our exemption from ignorant and self-interested presumptions being made against us and our assets, and to reassert our Priority Creditor status and claim upon our assets that have been wrongfully involved in the bankruptcies, chicaneries, false claims, frauds, and wrong-doings of the Federal United States.

Dead Man Pays Multiple Mortgages 34 Years After His Death

Today, I learned that my Father, who has been dead for 34 years, has been paying nine mortgages---and still is.  To be exact, nine filthy rotten crooks have been plundering his trust accounts to pay THEIR mortgages when they are NOT his heirs and NOT his beneficiaries and when he never owed them a dime.  They did this by claiming that his trust accounts were "abandoned", just like they claim all "foreclosed" homes are "abandoned" properties. 

People, take this information to your local sheriffs and shove it down their throats.   

These rotten, filthy, disgusting crooks have been allowed to run rampant by "members of Congress" and "Presidents of the United States" for 150 years and slowly the Sheriffs and the FBI and even some Federal Marshals have become like Pavlov's dog, and are doing the bidding of the bankers and lawyers against the people they are bound to serve and who pay their wages. 

These black-robed vermin and criminals in nice suits have been allowed to rape and plunder our National Trust while taking their paychecks from our public funds and stealing our identities and abusing our credit in the name of "representing" us.  They have been charging off all their expenses against trust money owed to dead men and women who died defending this country and stealing the money owed to retirees.   

They are ALL in gross Breach of Trust and Commercial Default and Dishonor.  

Take this information to your local "law enforcement" personnel and inform them that they are working for and taking their orders from private banks, not any branch of any lawful government. Tell them they have no lawful Oath, no lawful public office, and no immunity from prosecution. 

Tell them that the Article I and Article III Courts that are part of the Federal Court System have jurisdiction ONLY in the international jurisdiction of the sea and no jurisdiction over the people nor the land.   The Continental Court System referenced by Article I and Article VII pre-dates their "company court" system by over 200 years.  

Tell them that the Article VII Courts are reopening all across the land.  Tell them that Common Law is about to become very fashionable again.

Red River Land Grab - BLM Claims to own private land in Texas

The BLM has taken a huge new step forward in its land grabbing agenda. The latest victim is a cattle rancher and farmer from the Red River area of Texas. Ken Aderholt’s family has owned some of these contested lands for generations. Unlike the Bundy’s and the Finicum’s this dispute is not about public lands but rather deeded private land.

Ken Aderholt is a family man who is married with 2 kids. He is one of the few still living the American dream, for now. Ken and his family farms and ranches are along the Red River in Texas. His Grandfather bought the property in 1941 and Ken grew up on the land, building fences and working the cows as any ranching family does. After his grandfather died in 1989 the land then went to his father. Who leased it to Ken after he bought out half of his grandfathers cattle. In 1989 he moved his family the home that his grandfather had lived in since 1941. This is just the life that Ken and his family had pictured living. That is up to a couple of weeks before Christmas in 2013 when a couple of game wardens called the families along the Red River to a meeting in Wichita Falls to figure out how they were going to manage the property along the Red River that they were now suddenly claiming to own. The unfortunate part of this claim is that land is already owned by the residents that live along the 100+ mile area of the Red River, including close to half of Ken’s land including his family home! During the meeting they set up a scoping period that has lasted close to 2 years. This period is almost over. The Governor of Texas has had some encouraging words on the subject that he included in a letter to the BLM. Here is a .pdf of the BLM Letter However, it remains to be seen if the Governor will actually step in and call up his state troops and the Texas Rangers to intervene on the resident’s behalf. If not the Oath Keepers will be ready to take action to help keep this hard working American family in their home.

An INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL OBLIGATION LIEN (INDICTMENT) has been filed against the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION (A.B.A.), the INTERNATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION (I.B.A.), and the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (D.O.J.), by a multitude of Lien Claimants in violation of 15 USC 1 & 2 for a total monetary penalty of SIX-HUNDRED MILLION ($600,000,000.) US GOLD DOLLARS EACH, alleging that, since “fraud vitiates all contracts”, ALL commercial contracts, including, but NOT limited to, ALL unlawful sentences & incarcerations of political prisoners (i.e.; imprisoned I.R.S.
