What is a "Legal Title"?

For starters, legal titles are foreign to America. They simply are not part of our system at all.

Legal titles come into the lives of Americans when a man or woman signs the dotted line and joins the U.S. Military. They knowingly or unknowingly, form a contract for service with the British Territorial Government and accept the foreign status of a U.S. Citizen. This British Territorial Citizen cannot own land in this country and is technically a subject of the Queen for the duration of their Tour of Duty.

Not only does our own sovereignty preclude U.S. Citizens from owning land in this country, but the British System that they are entering "voluntarily" when they enroll in the military service, doesn't allow them to own land at all.

In the British System all land belongs to the Queen and is part of the National Trust. Brits only receive a "privilege" from the Queen called a "title" that allows them the right to live on and develop a parcel of land as a tenant living on real ("real" is a synonym for "royal") estate, so long as they pay the Queen's property taxes, obey all regulations, and generally kow-tow to the Queen.

This is exactly what the rest of us fought The War of Independence to be rid of.

We, Americans, own our land and soil by survey (metes and bounds, landmarks, cornerstones) and by either land grant or United States Patent.

We don't accept land "titles" except to pay off whatever valid interest the title holder has, and then, we revert them to grants and patents, thus removing the land and soil from the British Territorial United States National Trust.

An American member of the U.S. Military upon leaving the service is eligible to reclaim their birthright political status as an American and recoup both their Constitutional Guarantees and their land and soil interests, but since WWII, they must serve Notice of their "return" to their natural birthright political status to their Branch Commander and as a separate action, republish their land grant or land patent to remove their property from the Queen's Title System.

The second legitimate way that an American gets entangled in the legal title system is by being born in a "foreign enclave" or "insular state" such as the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the [British Territorial] State of Ohio [instead of Ohio] or the District of Columbia, for example.

Most of us have been entrapped by a Territorial "state of state" when we were babies in our cradle. These foreign organizations have claimed, falsely, that we are all British Territorial U.S. Citizens "residing" in British Territorial State-of-States, when in fact, we are Americans living in our native States, which have physical borders and are substantive.

Like the requirement that we give Notice to our Branch Commander when we leave the service, we are required to declare our identity as Americans and publish our return to our actual States of the Union, or the Queen's Government continues to "presume" that we are British Territorial United States Citizens, with all the duties, limitations, and obligations that status implies.

Like her claim to own all land and to hold all land in trust for British and Commonwealth/Territorial Citizens, the Queen also claims to own your Proper Name as a "Legal Title" --- IF you are: (1) a British Territorial Citizen or (2) an American on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways.

The question is --- are you knowingly and voluntarily and under conditions of full disclosure choosing to live your life as a British Territorial Citizen? Yes or no? And if you are an American, are you on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways? Yes or no?

If you agree to give up your supremely beneficial status as an American, the Queen gets to boss you around, claim "title" to you and everything you own, and act as your "benevolent dictator". There have always been Tories among us who prefer this subjugation.

The rest of us have other options that we have fought and bled for.

So what is a "legal title" --- it's a privilege conferred by a foreign government on foreign citizens living in our country on a temporary basis. Both the Proper Names and the Property belonging to these foreign U.S. Citizens are held in trust and titles are issued to them as tenants (their land and soil holdings) or as "Authorized Representatives" of the Queen, mostly British Merchant Marine Warrant Officers known as "Taxpayers".

"Taxpayer" actually means that you are a volunteer employee collecting taxes for and paying taxes to the Queen.

When Americans get entrapped in this British System, the actual landlords of this country get reduced to the status of being tenants of the Queen, and unless they reclaim and republish their land grants and land patents, they lose actual ownership and control of their lands and homes. If they fail to also declare their political status on the Public Record, they are additionally victimized by the Queen's "presumption" that they are British Territorial Citizens until proven otherwise.

Being a British Territorial Citizen is the exact same status as being a Colonist, only under a different name. British Territorial Citizens are obligated to know and obey millions of Federal Codes, they own nothing, not even their own names. The Constitutional Guarantees do not apply to them.

Would you rather have a privilege, or a right?

Americans claim back their rights when they record and publish their correct political status and reclaim their land and soil patents and grants. Until they do, the Queen's Government will continue to "latch onto" them and falsely claim that they are chattel property franchises of the British Crown, tenants, and "volunteers" serving as "Taxpayers".

This grotesque crime is ongoing and only individual Americans can stop it by taking action to correct their own political status records and joining their own State Assembly in support of the actual American Government.

Instruction on the Fourth Sunday After Easter

Why could the Paraclete not come before the Ascension of Christ?

Because the work of Redemption had first to be completed, Christ had to die, reconcile man to God, and enter into His glory, before the Spirit of truth and filial adoption could abide in man in the fulness of grace. From this we may learn that we must purify our hearts, and be reconciled to God, if we wish to receive the gifts of the Holy Ghost.

How will the Holy Ghost convince the world of sin, of justice and of judgment?

He will convince the world, that is, the Jews and Gentiles, of sin, by showing them through the preaching, the sanctity and the miracles of the apostles, as well as by gradual inward enlightenment, the grievous sins which they have committed by their infidelity and their vices; of justice, by unveiling their error, and showing them that Christ whom they unjustly rejected, is the fountain of justice; of judgment, by showing them their condemnation in their prince and head, the devil, whom they served. This prince is now driven from idols and from the bodies of men, and his kingdom is destroyed in the name of Jesus by the apostles.

Why did not Christ tell His apostles all He had to tell them?

Because they could not yet comprehend, and keep it in their memory; because they were still too weak, and too much attached to Jewish customs, and also because they were depressed; He. therefore promised them the Holy Ghost, who would fit them for it by His enlightenment, and would teach them all truth.

How does the Holy Ghost teach all truth?

By guiding the Church, that is, its infallible administration, by His light to the knowledge of the truth necessary for the salvation of souls, preserving it from error; and by advancing those members of the Church who seek His light and place no obstacle in its way, in the necessary knowledge of truth.

What is meant by: He shall not speak of himself, but what things soever he shall hear, he shall speak?

That the Holy Ghost will teach us only that which He has heard from all eternity from the Father and Son; His teaching will, therefore, perfectly agree with Christ's teachings, for the Holy Ghost proceeds from the Father and Son and is equal God to them, and that which He teaches is also their doctrine, which is expressed in the words: He shall receive of mine.

ASPIRATION Ah, my Lord and my God! direct my feet in the way of Thy commandments and preserve my heart pure from sin, that T oly Spirit may find nothing in me deserving of reproach, that He . may teach me all truth, and lead me to Thee, the eternal Truth, in heaven. Amen.

Randy Weaver Dead At 74

 The story of Ruby Ridge is one that haunts many patriots in the united States as evidence of the beast system our government has become against its people.  Randy Weaver became a hero to many, having been wanting to simply be left alone and enjoy his liberty, but the fedcoats wouldn’t allow it, and ended up murdering his family in the process.  Weaver died on May 11, 2022 at the age of 74.

Bears in Springtime

You may have noticed that the stock market is not merely imploding quietly into that good night, but is actively exploding and self-destructing.

For those of you still letting your employers and other "fund managers" make your decisions for you, your retirement funds and 401K's are already decimated and plummeting downward, downward, day after day, while inflation is skyrocketing upward with the same monotonous regularity.

What's going on?

The so-called Tier Two Investors got paid off a couple weeks ago, or in the vernacular of such things, "got liquidity", and they have promptly sold off all their hyper-inflated over-valued stock shares to "top out the market", and they are now safely out of the way of their pre-planned destruction, letting everyone else --- all the "small holders" --- take the losses in the shorts.

When the market "bottoms out" these same villains will come back in and buy everything up for pennies on the dollar, just as they did during the 1929 "Crash" which was equally scripted. And they will keep on doing this, until the rest of us get wise, get organized, and arrest them for their crimes and confiscate all their ill-gotten gains.

It's that simple.

They are the ultimate "inside traders" because they control and manipulate these markets on a routine basis, dictating which industries develop and which ones are never born according to their own self-interest, dictating the price of stock shares, too, and thereby controlling and dictating the value of pension holdings and how well people who are invested in the stock market can live now and in the future. They even control the currency markets -- because, remember, currencies are commodities.

And who are "they"? Well to put it bluntly, they are the Bank of England and its affiliates --- the Bank of England owns the Federal Reserve and is accountable for all its malfeasance, theft, and fraud. The Bank of England also controls the vast institutional pension fund investors, so that it is a two-pronged control mechanism, both a "gee" and a "haw" that can be used to fine tune the fraud and make it appear as erratic or as gradual or as abrupt (as in this case) as the Perpetrators desire.

So, in one week, they have pulled the plug on the stock market, increased the prime lending rate to make money harder to borrow (not that anyone is encouraged to borrow anything in the midst of this total mess they've created) and that will do nothing to stop inflation which is not being driven by cheap lending rates, but is being driven by insane night and day printing of more and more and more "Federal Reserve Notes", deliberately tanking whatever value may still be attached to them, and deliberately driving the price of everything skyward in yet another predatory attack on this hapless country and its people.

You can thank the so-called "Royals" --- knowing that virtually none of them are "Royal", Yet, the blame goes around and around like water swirling in a toilet. Half the people just waking up at this late hour can't tell friend from foe, or fiend from fellow sufferer.

Everyone can blame "the Royals" mistaking these imposters as "Royals", and we can all blame "the Brits" though the actual British People lost control of their government long ago, and it's now a bunch of Nazis in charge ---literally.

Everyone can and should blame the British Crown and their feckless commercial corporations impersonating the actual government of this country, both the US, INC. and the USA, Inc., being foreign service providers and having nothing to say about this country--- but nonetheless pretending to have the right to sell it out from under the actual owner's feet.

And finally, experience shows that most of the rest of the world is totally confused, as well as many Americans, about the difference between "the US" and "America", and are pretty much blaming the American victims of "the US" Raj as if we were the rotten nogoodniks responsible for all of this crime, corruption, manipulation, war-mongering, violence, and malfeasance of all kinds that the British and Papist controlled mercenary corporations have foisted off on every living soul.

Blaming the Americans is how our "friends" in Whitehall contrived it to look --- always hang the blame on the victims, and always accuse them of doing what you are doing yourself. That's always been their mantra, and here they are, accusing "the Americans" of all this fraud and deceit, when the Americans are the marks in this horrid international con game.

Where is Matt Dillon when you need him? Showing up with a star and six gun? Or even Steve McGarret, saying, "Book 'em, Danno!"? Elliot Ness? Anyone?

No, they are all gone, now employed by usurping foreign franchise corporations, telling these dolts (falsely) that average Americans are dangerous "Sovereign Citizens" and "domestic terrorists" when they are the ones acting as domestic terrorists themselves.

All par for the course.

In 2017, these foreign corporation interests signed up for the "Great Reset" which means that robbers will be forgiven and sheltered, and you, the victims of all this crime, will see all your bank accounts zeroed out so that the non-tax paying criminals among us can slake their greed and start over.

I hope you are all paying attention because this is presently happening right in front of your noses and your vaunted, useless, emasculated, deluded, deceived military is failing its duty to protect you and your country. They are off dabbling around in the Ukraine, instead.

I think we should fire the whole lot of them, don't you? Pack up and head for the Southern Border to defend it ourselves. Nobody else is doing their job, though SERCO keeps on paying them with our money and misdirecting them right down the line.

It's springtime, and the "bears" are coming out of hibernation. For many Americans, it's not going to be an easy wake-up call.

But at least you now know that the Enemies are the same Enemies that we fought in 1776 and the same all down the line since then --- the Bank of England, aka, Federal Reserve and Federal Pension Funds, the Government of Westminster, the Government of Ghent, and the denizens of both Washington, DC and Whitehall --- and most recently, the UN CORPORATION.

CRYPTO CARNAGE and market mayhem foreshadowing the “mother of all collapses” to come

The absurd but often-hyped claim that “crypto is digital gold” has collapsed. The LUNA token, part of TerraUSD “stablecoin” ecosystem, turned out to be entirely unstable, collapsing to zero after a massive hyperinflationary LUNA token creation event (combined with a redemption / selloff factor) that plunged into a death spiral this week. All LUNA investors are completely wiped out, and the very idea of a “stablecoin” has taken a huge hit in credibility. (Only in the crypto world could something described as “stable” by the entire community collapse to zero virtually overnight, with almost no one calling out the irony.)

As I’ve repeated warned for many years, crypto is a technology with many significant advantages, but don’t ever make the mistake of thinking crypto is a “store of value.” It isn’t. If you want to hold on to something with value, buy physical gold and silver. Crypto is for transactions, not savings, and all the crypto “hodlers” have been pleading with people to “hodl” their coins (avoid selling them) solely because that was the only way to keep the Ponzi pyramid intact. But if the “value” in crypto depends on nobody ever redeeming it or selling it, then there’s really no depth to that “value,” is there?

Bitcoin has plunged nearly 60% from its highs, and the bloodbath of crypto carnage that unfolded this week was psychologically jolting to crypto “investors” who have long thought that crypto would go up forever, never facing corrections or reality checks.

The Wall Street bubble is also about to burst

But crypto isn’t the only bubble around. By any honest measure, we are currently in the “everything bubble,” with perhaps only gold and silver representing any real bargain that can be found. Nearly everything else is in a bubble: Stocks, bonds, real estate, crypto, used vehicles and of course fiat currencies backed by nothing. The bubble is, of course, epic in scale and soon to be devastating in its unwinding. No bubble in history has been this large and widespread, and no crash in history can compare to the crash that’s coming.

What this week proved is that crypto is not a safe haven from crashing stocks. In fact, the downward trend in crypto appears to be strongly correlated with the selloff on Wall Street. As stock traders get triggered with margin calls, they sell off crypto assets to meet the margins on plunging stocks. This, in turn, cascades into margin calls in the crypto space which only accelerates the downward spiral of crypto.

This is why I believe the Fed is going to be forced to reverse course very soon and drop interest rates while flooding the market with new liquidity by buying up stocks, bonds and everything in sight. The Fed’s balance sheet is about to explode in size, which is the opposite of what the Fed claims to be trying to accomplish. But what they’ve come to realize after this week is that even the slightest nudge to interest rates can crater this fragile, overblown stock market. It’s only a matter of time before they reverse course, which means the Fed will be choosing hyperinflation as the course of action from here forward. That also means the stock market will skyrocket one more time as the Fed injects more liquidity into the system. But it also means the final crash will be so much worse than it should have been.

Another Broad-Side for AIM for Truth, Which is Missing the Mark

What do you think the Adams, both John and Samuel, were, if not "Boston Brahmins"?   

This is more too-little-brains and too-little-knowledge of history.  All of the people in Boston suffered horribly for eight years, but the suffering of those "Boston Brahmins" who supported the Revolution was to grind on for another 20 years and for many, they never recovered.  Shame on all those who supported the Brits then or now, but equal shame on those who refuse to admit the debts they owe as Free Men to the people of Boston, Brahmins included. 

And what rational basis do these fools have, for calling me and my husband "elitists"?   The elitists in this story sided with King George. They didn't freeze at Valley Forge.  Or lead mule and ox teams through the Wilderness to bring guns from Fort Ticonderoga.  Or run the British Naval Blockades to smuggle food and supplies to the besieged people of Boston.  

There was nothing "elitist" about it, from our side of the conflict. 

And if any of these idiots bothered to actually read what I have written on the subject of the Brits and the pernicious regularity of finding Brits "at the bottom of every dogpile" or even one of my scathing critiques of the Queen's Government and the Government of the Lord Mayor, they would realize just how far off the mark they are.  

If they are "aiming for truth" they need their vision tested so they can see what they are aiming at, because all they are doing is spreading ungrateful, untrue, and unacceptable "guilt by association" garbage worthy of the Masters of Deceit.  

I don't have any reason to think that younger Americans have actually studied American History, as it was removed from the Public School Curriculum beginning in 1976, but I do trust that most young people have sense enough to know that The Boston Massacre happened in Boston, and so did The Boston Tea Party.  

Those who care to look will see that my husband's relatives were in the Continental Army and fought in the major battles of the Revolution.  They will also see that they were neighbors and friends of John Adams.  

There's a lot more along all those lines that these men, in their zeal to find someone to blame --- other than themselves --- seek to avoid, but the truth, the actual truth, will come out.  

Despite the snowstorm of bull crap coming out of their mouths about the actual people who started the Revolution, fought in the Revolution for eight long years, and who paid for the Revolution in blood and money, the truth still stands. 

The Belchers were there, in Boston, doing their part for decency and humanity and where, may I ask, were our critic's relatives?  Sunning on a nice flat rock, somewhere in the Mediterranean would be my guess.

In what we are now calling Dieselgeddon, the supply of diesel fuel in the United States is plunging. By the end of May or early June — unless something changes dramatically — diesel fuel will go into extreme scarcity and have to be rationed across America.

Because diesel is used by nearly all trains (because they’re “diesel-electric” trains), transport trucks, construction equipment and farming equipment, the crash in diesel availability will sharply affect all the following:

• Food availability
• Fertilizers for growing food
• Coal for powering the electrical grid
• Construction projects
• Transportation of consumer goods to retail stores
• UPS, Fedex, USPS and other package carriers

Few people realize how important diesel fuel is to the economy, but they’re about to learn this all-important lesson the hard way: Without diesel fuel, America’s economy ceases to function. Full stop.

Without diesel, UPS can’t deliver packages. Amazon.com shuts down. The USPS stops delivering mail.

Without diesel, the trains can’t deliver fertilizer to farmers. Food crops don’t get planted or fail to produce sufficient harvests to feed the world.

Without diesel, all construction projects stop, meaning roads and bridges are no longer repaired. The highway infrastructure collapses.

Without diesel, the United States of America ceases to function.

It all begs the question: Why is there a diesel shortage?

The Money Spell -- Chapter Three -- Old Gold

So far as I am concerned, all claims that the gold hoards of the world go back to King Solomon and one of his wives, are nonsense. The bulk of gold sitting around in caves and repositories is a byproduct of mining operations that vastly predate King Solomon.

Ironically, those ancient miners were not mining gold. They were mining quartz crystals that are found in tandem with veins of gold and silver. The "precious" metals weren't precious back then. The precious metals were slag, piled up and left behind as tailings -- hence Montezuma's attitude and amazement when the Europeans were so crazy for it.

In my opinion the King Solomon story --- the idea that the gold underlying Indonesia's history with gold came from Jerusalem by way of one of Solomon's favorite wives -- is just that: a story made up to explain something that people couldn't explain at the time, but which we can explain now.

The very ancient civilization of Angkor Wat is the source of the gold in Indonesia, no convoy from Jerusalem required. Like Montezuma, they didn't greatly value gold, either. They used it as a roofing material.

Everything that we know about the ancient mining operations that took place on every continent establishes the same set of facts. The object of the mining was all about harvesting crystals of various kinds. Quartz crystal mining resulted in precious metals being produced and left behind as tailings. Mining for diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and emeralds also produced precious metals tailings.

It was only much later in Babylon that this waste material, gold and silver, was used to create little round tokens representing bushels of wheat.... that is, these first coins were used as warehouse certificates. Bring in a gold coin, get a bushel of wheat. Money was born and given value by the wheat. Not the gold.

Over time, people lost track of this simple "representational barter" and began using generalized gold tokens issued by goldsmiths that were assumed to have value "in trade" by weight of gold for a spectrum of goods, and gold started taking on value by association.

If you could trade a gold coin for a bushel of wheat, and you could trade a bushel of wheat for ten chickens, you could trade a gold coin for ten chickens.

And so it went. Gold coins became very popular commodities, because by this process of value association, you could turn gold coins into whatever you needed at the marketplace. They were a lot easier to transport, trade, and deal with than ten chickens.

Unlike chickens gold coins don't die off, unlike wheat, they don't get damp and mold. Because of this durable quality, goldsmiths began touting their new product as something that could store value -- as if gold could store up value like a battery storing electricity.

This is obviously not so, but less thoughtful people accepted this idea that gold "stored up value against a rainy day" and began hoarding gold both in ingots and as coins. Royal stockpiles of gold were created, and soon, a material that was originally regarded as something akin to what plastic is today, began to be viewed as supremely valuable.

This turn of events (and beliefs) then led to gold becoming more and more scarce, and that scarcity coupled with ever increasing demand only made gold and gold coinage appear to be that much more valuable.

What has ensued can be described as an eight thousand year Mass Delusion.

Those who benefited from gold being scarce made sure to hide as much of it as possible from the public eye and zealously promoted the idea that gold is a "store of value" and very rare, very scarce.

The Governors of the Bank of England and the Members of Parliament as late as 2010 were still claiming that less than 100,000 tons of gold had ever been mined in the history of the world. When their own records were used to debunk that estimate, they revised it upward to 140,000 tons --- when in fact there are billions (with a "b") of metric tons of gold already mined and far more is available and already located within the Earth's crust.

Gold does have some excellent properties that have come to light and which give it value in its own right in the modern world. It is an absolutely fantastic conductor of electricity and unlike silver or copper, it does not oxidize and corrode. There are numerous other applications in industry that will keep gold from returning to "byproduct waste" status no matter what beliefs people have about it in the years to come.

For now, let's just note the main points:

1. In the very ancient world, gold was regarded as a waste byproduct of crystal mining. We still aren't sure why the crystals were so valuable;

2. The use of gold coins to represent the value of a standard commodity (a known quantity of wheat) is what made gold appear to be valuable;

3. As people balanced the value of the wheat (and by association, the gold coinage) against other commodities, gold value (which was actually wheat value) was used to represent those other commodities by association;

4. Soon, gold coins were used to buy and sell all commodities, including labor;

5. This use of gold coinage to represent the value of commodities and labor made gold more scarce, which when combined with the idea that gold could "store value" --- which it really can't --- contributed to hoarding and hiding the amount of gold available;

6. These factors combined to create a system in which gold was hoarded, hidden, and speculated upon for generations, and led to huge stockpiles of gold being concealed by banks, governments, and private individuals who profited from making gold appear to be far more scarce than it actually is;

7. Belief in the value of gold has kept people from observing the value of other commodities which are in fact what give gold its perceived value in the first place. Push comes to shove, a bushel of wheat always has more actual value than a gold coin used to represent its value.

8. There is a Spectrum of Value involved in which the original commodities have more value than the gold coins used to represent them, and gold coins have more value than the gold certificates used to represent them in turn, and all three have more value than fiat scrip, which enters the speculative realm of credit, debt, and futures -- as in future values and future repayments.

9. The value of gold coins or any other "representation of value" is based on belief, as in religious belief. Note that fact for future reference.

Comment on "Paul Risenhoover"

Please note that "Paul" is associated with "American Formosa Trust Area" and uses that as his email address. "Formosa" is China and they are trying to front a world government using "trust areas" or "regions". In this foreign system, the Chinese would own and control everything, and they are promoting this in league with the Parasitic Vermin--- examples, Goldman-Sachs, IRS, and Federal Reserve, which all recently decamped to China.

Paul's approach to this is a "baffle them with bullshit" attack, in which he selects hundreds of unrelated court cases and Federal "laws" that don't pertain to Americans, and mish-mashes up Municipal laws with Territorial laws and even old Federal Republic laws, then calls himself a "citizen of the United States" under the old Federal Republic, which has been inoperable since the 1860's, and proposes to file suit against a bankrupt foreign CORPORATION which he is trying to address as if it had anything to do with me.

He's a nutcase, but he's trying to get at me, because I and the Federation stand against the Chinese takeover, by representing the lawful government of this country and opposing any claims that China makes based on deals they made with "the US, INC."

Remember the old Florida Real Estate Gambit?

Some guy offers to sell you his interest in this prime piece of Florida Real Estate. His name appears to match the name of the Title Owner on the latest Deed of Trust. You give him $50,000.00 and he gives you a Quit Claim Deed, but when you go to the Recorder's Office, it turns out that he never had an interest in the property you thought you bought from him.

You've just paid $50,000.00 and all you've got to show for it is a Quit Claim from a man who never had an interest in the property to begin with.

This is what is happening to China and they, rightly, feel ripped off.

Joe Biden has agreed to sell them this country and Justin Trudeau has agreed to sell them Canada, too, but the problem is that neither of these "Gentlemen" have any authority to sell the land and soil of either country to China. They are foreign interlopers, and only able to act as "Presidents" of foreign commercial corporations in the business of providing governmental services.

Their scheme only works when there is no actual government of, for, and by the people in place and upholding our claim to the land and soil and infrastructure of this country --- which we are doing.

So Paul thinks he is going to take down the Federation and its claim to be the rightful and lawful government of this country by attacking a variety of bankrupt Municipal CORPORATIONS that are not associated with me at all, and he proposes to do this in a District Court where his cronies and fellow-conspirators can help him.

I, however, will simply remove his suit to a High Court competent to deal with criminals and charge him in a countersuit where he will be recognizable as a foreign enemy-of-state. At which time, he will go to jail for a very long time. Also, please note, that I don't reside in any "District" much less a District located in the State of Washington, and have not been served with any paperwork, so all his ranting remains in the realm of nonsense.

We, Americans, have a complete and perfected sovereign right to every cubic centimeter of land and soil in this country---- and it's too bad that the Chinese got taken in by Joe Biden, Obama, and the rest of that Gang, but their quarrel is with those guys, not with us.

They will simply have to accept the bad news that those foreign Flim-Flam artists sold them a great big piece of Florida Real Estate.

The Evils of the Agencies

Those who have followed me for years know that the Principals who contracted with our States of the Union to create the three Federal Constitutions palmed off their responsibilities onto hireling organizations soon after the Civil War hostilities ended.  Within a couple decades, these hireling subcontractors began hiring other subcontractors to do their jobs for them. They called these "subcontractors of subcontractors" by a new name---- "Agencies".  

Okay, so our contract is with the British Monarch.  The British Monarch hires a Scottish Commercial Corporation doing business as "The United States of America --- Incorporated" to do the work delegated to the British Territorial United States under The Constitution of the United States of America.  That deceitfully named commercial contractor promptly gets into trouble, and finds that it needs a substantial in-house legal firm to protect it from damage claims, so they create a new subcontractor, "The Department of Justice", and they appoint and hire all sorts of employees and they contract with a number of vendors to provide services to this new subcontractor of a subcontractor and they call it an "Agency".  

We, the People, doing business as The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, have a contract with the British Monarch. 

The British Monarch hires a Scottish Corporation incorporated in Scotland but named after us and doing business as The United States of America, Incorporated, to do the work that the British Monarch is supposed to do. 

The United States of America, Incorporated, creates a new "department", which is another incorporated entity doing business as the Department of Justice, Incorporated.  

We are now three tiers down and we note that: (1) the Department of Justice, Inc. is a foreign corporation; (2) it works for the Scottish commercial corporation doing business as the United States of America, Inc., and (3) it's called an "Agency" and (4) it is separated from us so as to make it unaccountable to us.  

(1) The United States of America (Unincorporated)  - British Monarch

(2) British Monarch - the United States of America (Incorporated)

(3) the United States of America, Inc. - the Department of Justice, Inc. 

We also note that this Agency is created/hired by and accountable to the Scottish corporation doing business as "the United States of America, Incorporated" --- not to the British Monarch and not to us, even though it is being paid for with our money. 

This Department of Justice is being paid for with our money, and its job is to defend the erstwhile Scottish Commercial Corporation (and its Successors) against our complaints. 

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot? 

And the Scottish Commercial Corporation (and its Successors) isn't accountable to us, it is accountable to the British Monarch --- who under the terms of the Constitutional contracts is accountable to us. 

In real life, read that as the British Monarch ignores their obligations and thumbs their nose at the American States, reaps the profit from the mercenary Scottish Commercial Corporation, bankrupts it (or its Successors) periodically, and offloads the debts onto the clueless, trusting Americans. 

And if the Americans complain, bring complaints, or charge fees in return, the "Department of Justice" is there to protect the Middleman Commercial Corporation, at our expense. 

So far, we've just been describing the Territorial "Agencies" disguised as government departments. 

The DOJ, FEMA, IRS, BLM, and so on, are all additional Municipal Corporations that serve exactly the same function for the Municipal Government. 

They are all "Agencies" --- employees of employees of employees that don't recognize their actual endline employers at all, and who bear no direct accountability to us at all. 

Now, several years ago, I told everyone that the Parasites are planning to move to China and begin eating out their new Chinese Hosts --- did I not?  And this past week what happened?  Goldman-Sachs, the Internal Revenue Service,  and the Federal Reserve, all moved to China.   

I also told you that the Municipal Government was arming their "Agencies" as Mercenaries to fight on our soil.  This is completely outrageous and illegal, but here they are:

This is especially egregious because the Pope owns both sides of the purported conflict.  There is no doubt that Pope Francis has been involved up to his skull cap in planning a completely bogus mercenary war to take place on our shores, and he is, unavoidably then, both a war-monger and a war criminal for allowing his corporations and Agencies to operate in any such way on our soil.  

This is especially true as our States of the Union have declared Peace and published our Peace Treaty and International Peace Proclamation.  

The Pope may have authority to authorize war within the District of Columbia and by God, he'd better make sure that he keeps it in the District of Columbia.

Letter to Henry Bryant

Dear Henry Bryant Lanier,

Thank you for clarifying what was going on with the request for a Power of Attorney included as part of “Tasking Authorization” on the USVETBANK.US website. We tried to contact you and the organization without success for over a week to get this clarification, so we consider that we did “act in honor” and make the reasonable effort.

As you can certainly understand, my Readers are sensitive to the potential threats of giving away Powers of Attorney, so after I recommended that veterans check out the USVETBANK.US and they saw a request for a POA posted, they naturally brought back their concerns to me.

I was not able to obtain a copy of the POA requested, so could not evaluate what it was about or why it was being requested, and was not able to contact you or your organization to get an explanation— and failing that, had to pull back my recommendation pending more information. And that’s the way I put it, too — no condemnation implied and no rumor-milling intended — just a simple “Hold on, folks, until we know more.”

If anyone can appreciate the abuses that have gone on, you can. Powers of Attorney and “Registrations” have been used under the British Territorial Government system to defraud generations of Americans, so the idea that these instruments could be used for any good purpose is mostly foreign to us and their use does spark healthy concern among my 150 million readers worldwide.

Now that we know what the POA was about, that concern is overcome. Simple as that.

If I may be so bold, may I offer a few observations of my own, based on the feedback I have received?

It appears that the website at the time I recommended it, was very confusing for would-be users and that many people simply didn’t understand that there were two possible levels of participation — one as an account holder, and one as an employee of the bank. That needs to be better explained somehow and the two pathways better differentiated.

People who got past that and who decided to apply to work for the bank were also confused when the registration process they expected turned out to be a telephone interview process. Most of them were expecting to fill out a typical written application form and then, if they passed muster, be contacted for an interview. Simply saying, “If you are interested in working for USVETBANK.US, please leave your name and telephone number below, and we will contact you for a telephone interview.” would save a lot of consternation.

Many were, as you observed, kerflummoxed by the simple question about “who they are and what they need”. Please understand that those two questions are questions that most Americans have never been asked, and many haven’t even asked themselves.

Most Americans assume that its obvious that they are Americans and that that is the only possible thing they can be. They have been left woefully ignorant about the various political statuses available to them and the fact that they may choose to function as American State Nationals, State Citizens, U.S. Citizens, or Municipal citizens of the United States — and if the Federal Republic gets booted up, could also function as States of America Citizens. My readers are far more aware of these issues and will pop right up and give you a specific answer, but Joe Average Veteran needs help with this.

Maybe a page that presents the four currently available political statuses and a simple explanation that as things stand, most Veterans are deprived of their Constitutional protections, because they “haven’t returned home” and claimed either their State National or State Citizen status, would help them not only decide who they are, but better enable them to tell you who they are, too?

As for what they want — you know, most people have spent their lives being told what they want? By their parents, by their priests and pastors, by their teachers, by their spouses, by their drill sergeants, by their bosses at work. If you are thinking that is a simple question for Joe Average Veteran to answer, you’d better think again. When you come out of the blue and ask, “Well, what do you want?” it may be the first time in their whole life that ANYONE ever asked them that. It may be the first time that it ever crossed their minds that they have a real choice.

You are giving them that choice, God bless you, but, at the same time — realize that for many people, you are coming close to speaking a foreign language, a language of Freedom, that they have yet to learn.

I’d suggest giving them some prompting — examples of what other veterans have wanted to do: Joanne who wants to start a prison rehabilitation program that really helps get people back on track and employed. Ben who wants to start a program rebuilding used cars and making them available to families who desperately need transportation. Joe who wants to set up community-based food markets where local farmers can sell organic produce and meat. Leo who wants to publish a series of American History books for kids in High School, so they understand the difference between American History and US History. George who has developed a small engine that runs on water and various attachments to replace conventional low horsepower tools.

Americans are natively industrious and creative, and just given an honest chance will start seeing needs and solving problems. Some of those solutions may start out on a small scale in one part of the country and grow into a nation-wide phenomenon. I can hardly wait to see what comes of your initiative — but, please, do understand that for many people, your simple questions aren’t simple.

For many people, your simple questions come like a shot in the dark. Who am I? What do I want?

Sadly, their hesitance and confusion reflects the Slave Mentality that has been infiltrating our country for many decades, as our country itself has been slowly cut and pasted into an industrialized “model” having nothing to do with individual rights, creativity, or initiative.

As we stand here preparing to shove Klaus Schwab’s “Fourth Industrial Revolution” down his throat, we have to remember how much harm has been done by the mechanized and deliberately dumbed-down school system, by political correctness, and by misapplied peer pressure. This is no longer the America where people have dreams of their own and the means to pursue them.

This has become an America where the independent grocers are overwhelmed by price-advantaged supermarkets, where Mom and Pop Hardware and Lumberyards are destroyed by Big Box Stores, and small businesses and Main Street itself, are dying — not only because of unopposed monopoly interests, but because of wrong-headed labor unions, power-drunk politicians, and public ignorance.

We can’t be disappointed when we ask Joe Average Veteran what he wants, and he doesn’t have an immediate answer, looks confused, and mumbles something in a fog. You can be pretty sure that if he doesn’t have an immediate answer, he doesn’t want anything that he sees going on around him, and doesn’t feel that he has any particular power to change things. Give him a moment. Give him the information he needs. And then give him the backing to change the world.

We need our veterans to come home and weigh in and be part of the actual Body Politic of America. We are in a clenched battle against foreign court systems which are pillaging, plundering, and enslaving our people at will, for lack of having our own courts stood up nationwide and our jury pools filled. Instead, we are plodding along, one State at a time, straight uphill. If more of our veterans truly understood this situation, we’d have all the courts stood up in all the States tomorrow.
