(Natural News) Just as we repeatedly warned would happen, the corrupt, criminally-run federal government has just declared war against the American people. In a widely-circulated Homeland Security warning, the federal government declared that anyone who opposes vaccines, masks, social distancing or lockdowns poses a “potential terror threat” to society at large. Dubbed a “National Terrorism Alert” by CIA-run NBC News, the warning also insists that anyone who thinks there was fraud in the 2020 election might also be a terrorist.

Never mind the fact that Democrats and the left-wing media spent the last four years decrying total fraud during the 2016 election, claiming “the Russians” stole the election. Back then, such declarations were declared to be patriot… but today, they’re considered terrorism.

According to the criminally-run government that has deployed biological weapons against its own people, it’s not “extreme” to demand mass injections with experimental, deadly spike protein bioweapons shots, but it’s totally extreme to resist being suicided via vaccine. The memo even warns that new lockdowns and restrictions are coming, and anyone who opposes them is a terrorist by default:

These extremists may seek to exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the United States as a rationale to conduct attacks.  Pandemic-related stressors have contributed to increased societal strains and tensions, driving several plots by domestic violent extremists, and they may contribute to more violence this year.

DHS warning is really a blueprint for a coming false flag violent attack to be waged by the deep state and blamed on the unvaccinated

This “national terrorism alert” from DHS is really just an admission that the deep state plans to launch false flag attacks in America and blame the unvaccinated. No doubt the FBI is rapidly recruiting crisis actors to firebomb a hospital (or some such thing) while CNN’s cameras capture the staged action and broadcast their propaganda around the world. The actors throwing the Molotov cocktails will, of course, all be on the FBI payroll and dressed in MAGA gear in order to demonize Trump supporters at the same time.

The purpose of the DHS warning is to set the narrative in advance of their own event, and we should carefully note they’ve given themselves almost 90 days (until Nov. 11th) to pull this off.

Astonishingly, this announcement by DHS that half of Americans are suddenly terrorists is nothing less than a declaration of war against the American people. This illegitimate government — which only stole power by rigging the 2020 election — now sees the people it claims to represent as enemy combatants to be targeted and destroyed.

While the American people are being demonized and targeted, the U.S. southern border remains wide open (on purpose) so that the nation can be flooded with millions of illegal aliens who will replace the soon-to-be-dead Democrat voters who have lined up to commit vaccine suicide. As obedient, brain-dead Democrats die from Antibody Dependent Enhancement, they will be replaced by a wave of illegals who will be handed voting rights in order to try to keep Democrat in power.

The deep state plans to use their upcoming false flag event as a way to criminalize all anti-vaccine speech and declare a medical / military dictatorship in America, with troops running highway checkpoints that demand to see your vaccine papers any time you cross a state boundary. Should you fail to present the proper vaccine papers, they will arrest you at gunpoint and haul you off to one of the CDC-run covid death camps that have already been publicly announced by the CDC, which insists these death camps will meet “minimum humanitarian standards.”

We advise all Americans to take the following precautions during any public protests:

1. Remain peaceful in your protests. Do not allow yourself to be emotionally manipulated into doing crazy things. Understand that the deep state is trying to provoke an armed response. Don’t take the bait.
2. Leave your weapons at home. Any weapons you bring to a protest will be used to incarcerate you as a “terrorist” once they stage the attack and blame you for carrying it out.
3. Do not trespass onto private property, and specifically watch out for provocateurs trying to get a crowd of angry people to attack a hospital, clinic or some similar establishment. The FBI has likely already staged dead bodies inside the hospital (dressed as doctors and nurses) and anyone caught trespassing will be charged with acts of terrorism and murder.
4. Video record everything. Wear a recorder and keep it running at all times. If a false flag event takes place and you have a video recording, understand that the complicit FBI will immediately move to confiscate all video recording devices so they can cover up their crimes (just like they did with the 9/11 videos of the missile strike on the Pentagon). If possible, secure your micro SD cards in a safe place on your body. The FBI is unlikely to strip search citizens and will likely focus on confiscation of mobile devices.

What Didn't Happen in 1986

In fact, it's a much longer list of things that didn't happen, but let's start with what didn't happen in 1986, because that is the more immediate cause of everything else.

Remember Ronald Reagan and the Grace Commission? This Think Tank effort was an analysis of the so-called Federal Debt and the findings of the Grace Commission were alarming. The Grace Commission report detailed the enormity of the Federal Debt and such juicy factoids as the point that all the taxes collected by the IRS were going simply toward paying off part of the interest on the Federal Debt.

Naturally, this news created consternation and alarm at the time.

It meant that, absent abundant new resources, the US was fighting a losing battle with compound interest --- forget about funding roads and schools and everything else that the country actually needs.

Apparently, the Reagan Administration didn't know that there were two sets of books involved, so the debt wasn't paid down.

The essence of this conundrum is that the actual debt is owed to the American People, who are and who have always been the Priority Creditors. But in order to access our credit, the Federal Government has been borrowing money from Third Parties, most notably, China.

Imagine that you lock up all your money in a safe so that you can't get at it, and wander around constantly begging and borrowing against it, so that you have to have Third Parties investing at interest in order to pay your current bills?

That's what the Federal Subcontractors have been doing. So you not only get stuck with the bill, you also have to pay heavy interest on borrowed money. And it's that interest on the debt that was shown to be eating us alive all those years ago.

But what about our money? Wasn't it being reinvested and earning interest, too?

Of course, it was.

It was being used to buy majority interest in the Fortune 500 and to rig the stock and commodity markets worldwide, it was being used to fund government "retirement" programs and insure them forty years in advance, it was being used to fund gigantic slush funds for the use of political hacks and their cronies, it was being used for "platform trading" ---- a casino option where the investor always wins --- and so much more, including all the Black Ops programs, while we and the other living people were kept slaving our lives away to pay the artificial debt that resulted from misapplying our money and borrowing other people's money to pay bills the government subcontractors ran up in our names.

Don't forget, the Federal Subcontractors were not paying their own Investors, like the Nationalist Chinese, at the same time they weren't paying us, their Priority Creditors.

The 1934 Gold Bonds issued by FDR were supposed to pay interest owed in 1967, but that didn't happen, either. Those bonds belong to us, The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States.

Instead, LBJ transported 234,000 metric tons of gold belonging to us to Barclay's Bank in Singapore, and rat-holed 164 boxes of bonds worth 25,000 metric tons of gold, and other additional assets equivalent to 2 million tons of gold, and never a peep hit the press about these mammoth asset stores, which are mostly owed to the American People. And not a penny was paid to anyone.

Not to us. Not to the Chinese or Germans or anyone else who was depositing their gold in Federal Reserve Banks.

And the same thing has been going on in almost every other country on Earth---the governmental services corporations poor-mouthing about their debts, at the same time they have been swindling their Creditors both at home and abroad for decades on end.

As of 2012, the so-called ASVLP Accounts --- the actual asset based accounts --- were supposed to reach critical mass, wherein they could be used to produce national currencies and float them for every country in the world without debt or interest or any kind of taxation at all.

No more Promissory Notes used as currency. No more National Debts. No more taxes.

That's what was supposed to start happening in 2012, and still hasn't happened yet. Why? Primarily because the rats think that they can continue their Old Game. They think they can coerce/encourage us to accept a new kind of Promissory Note and start the same old scenario again--- where we pay all the debts they accrue, and they keep all the Slush Funds to use "in our names".

Guess you know what we told them?

We told them to apply our National Credit to the National Debt and wipe it out. It's not our style to poor-mouth when we are the wealthiest nation on Earth and can afford to pay our bills.

Then we told them to prepare for change. We aren't going to be owing China or any other foreign government and won't be paying interest on loans to support our Subcontractor's operating expenses. And come to that, there is going to be a drastic restructuring of government activities. Fewer noses up our butts and more boots doing useful work to rebuild this country and all the other countries that have suffered because of these crooks.

Here in This Late Hour

Everyone needs to remember and heed and understand something I told them months ago: President Trump remains as the Commander-in-Chief for almost a year after any election.  Technically, he doesn’t leave that Office until September of 2021.

This is to ensure continuity of government and to give the new President time to get up to speed.  It is also a fail safe mechanism against the sort of thing we have just seen happen during the last election cycle.

If an election is stolen or forced or otherwise left in doubt or dishonor, President Trump has the means to declare an interim government and new elections and it looks to me like that is the circumstance.

If so Mr. Trump has only a few days left to take action to remove Biden and show cause for the action. 

I am presuming that there will be a series of public announcements and revelations and that the military will be deployed to assist in the process of educating the populace both about this little known overlap of authority during the first year of every new Administration, and about the evidence that foreign governments interfered with the foreign elections of the District

That is, these foreign corporations have been interfering in their own elections—-one against the other, and all of which have nothing to do with us, though many people assume that we are in the dog fight taking place between the British Territorial and Municipal Government.

These same people assume that they are subject to mask mandates and forced vaccination programs, lockdowns, and other privations and impositions, when in fact we are not. 

All we have to say is, sorry, I’m allergic, and your corporate elections are your own business. Bye.

In times past these corporations have been able to get away with outrageous things based on the presumption that, well, the Civil War was never “officially” ended, so we have an excuse to presume that this entire country is a battlefield and act accordingly.

But this year we woke up and those with the declared political standing to do so, issued an official Peace Treaty formally ending the American Civil War as of 1 August 2021.

This removes the presumption that we are at war, and everything that goes with that presumption. 

So stand back and enjoy the show. And don’t take any wooden nickels or sign any paperwork with an unrestricted signature. Always use a by-line and/or a private copyright notice (small c in a circle) or the words “without prejudice” or “all rights reserved” or similar terms.

I don’t think I am the only person that has noticed it – There has been a sudden deluge of covid vaccination propaganda and vaccine passport propaganda in the past month, more so than I think we have seen since the beginning of this year. I am speaking of the US in particular, but it is important to point out that in the US the establishment is still desperately clamoring for a much higher vaccination rate. In places like Europe, the UK and Australia vaccinations rates are higher and governments have moved on to the vaccine passport phase of their agenda.

Some people may be confused by the obvious lockstep that most nations are moving in as far as covid mandates and restrictions are concerned. How is it possible that almost all the governments on the planet are in agreement on medical totalitarianism? Well, it’s rather easy to understand when you realize the majority of them are linked together through globalist institutions like the World Economic Forum, which has repeatedly called the pandemic a “perfect opportunity” to push through their plans for a “Great Reset”.

The “Great Reset” is a long term ideological usurpation of what’s left of individual freedom and free market economies, and it’s goal is the imposition of a global socialist/communist dictatorship. Globalists wrap these objectives in pretty sounding words and humanitarian sounding aspirations, but at bottom the “Reset” is about an end to liberty as we know it. This is not an exaggeration, this is reality; this is what these people desire above all else. But how to achieve such a goal?

Well, interestingly enough the WEF and the Bill And Melinda Gates Foundation described exactly how they planned to do it during a “simulation” they held in October of 2019 called “Event 201”. During the event, they imagined a massive coronavirus pandemic, spread supposedly from animals to humans, which would facilitate the need for pervasive restrictions on individual liberties, national economies as well as the internet and social media. I’m sure it’s all a coincidence, but the exact same scenario the globalists at the WEF played out during Event 201 happened in the real world only two months later.

It has come to my ears that you plan to "pull an FDR" and go around at gunpoint collecting privately held gold and silver. I have news for you.

It was illegal military confiscation of gold and silver in 1934 --- otherwise known as grand felony theft under color of law and in breach of trust, and it will be the same theft now, should you attempt any such thing.

Furthermore, all the legal presumptions that have legalized such thefts and impositions in the past have been overturned.

Our State Assemblies, which are the only organizations with standing to address this matter, have declared and issued a peace treaty, ending the American Civil War.

You can no longer rely on the presumption of war and emergency as a cover for your actions, and neither can any other group.

So the entire playing field has changed. It's peacetime. This is no longer a battlefield and you are no longer free to wage war "in our names".

Having imposed upon Mr. P to hand over the account codes, you are amazed that you still can't access the accounts. There is a simple reason for that. Those accounts belong to us, the Americans, your Employers. You don't have and can never access the rest of the information required.

We can access those accounts, and we can pay you in "gold and silver coin", but frankly, you aren't (yet) behaving in a way that would encourage that commitment on our part.

First, talk to us, the only ones with standing to act as your Employers. That is a requirement of the job.

Second, come to us when you need money for your operations. That's another part of the quid pro quo of doing work and getting paid for it. Don't even think about trying to rob the populace under color of law.

It might have worked in the 1930's. It's not going to work now.

Third, pay attention to what your job really is --- and that is, to protect the American people and their assets. Period.

At the present moment, approximately half of the population has received an injection of graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol, which is the same substance used to violently suppress the immune systems of organ transplant recipients.

As a result, the victims will be extraordinarily susceptible to infections of all kinds and many will die.

We have already (and long ago) pointed out that the Enemies of all Mankind make their money by borrowing a lot of money, and when it comes time to pay off, they kill their Priority Creditors.

This is simply the means by which they hope to kill off their creditors and blame it on an invisible germ that is merely presumed to exist.

And now, they are demanding that the United States Armed Forces all submit to this "voluntary" protocol.

It has, as we say, come push to shove. The Armed Forces have stood silent with their hands in our pockets and their thumbs up their rumps while the people of this country have been victimized, but now, it's your turn. You have become targets, too.

If you don't want your immune systems compromised and the Armed Forces of this country laid waste without firing a shot, it's time you got your heads screwed on and come talk to us.

We are the only ones left minding the store, so we are the only ones with the keys. Go figure.

Many of you have asked about the "$500 Trillion Lawsuit" and wanted me to comment.

The people bringing these charges don't have standing.

The things they are objecting to are certainly true, but if you don't have standing to bring charges, you don't have standing, so, it's useless.

Standing is a matter of jurisdiction and capacity, and none of these clueless people have bothered to correct their political status.

So, at best, they will be ignored, or at worst, misidentified as insurrectionists.

All their "Orders" will fall on deaf ears, because they don't have standing.

They haven't got a clue what it takes to establish standing, either, and won't learn or listen.

We have done everything that is necessary, have raised all the complaints and charges, acquired all the liens, etc;, etc., etc., and they don't have a clue.

So, that's the sorry state of affairs revealed by Scott Workman's diatribe.

For starters, he states, "Due Process has now been served upon you." ---- that's not "Due Process".

Due Process is what I did for years --- three Notices with proper curing time and service at each and every step.

The organizers of this law suit are correct that this situation is an "ongoing criminal enterprise", but they have no clue whatsoever what they are up against or what is necessary.

They are not even in "our" jurisdiction, and they are pushing this crap as a "Declaration of Restoration" as "a citizen of the United States". This is nonsense.

These people are so clueless, that they don't recognize that "a citizen of the United States" is a Municipal citizen of the district United States ---- not an American, not anyone with any right or claim to anything related to the original Declaration, not anyone with standing to pursue such claims.

It is pathetic that these Wannabes are here spouting all this, wasting all their words and money, and courting arrest as insurrectionists, when they think that they are in charge.

It doesn't work like that.

You have to take the time and make the effort and learn the ropes and gain the standing to bring charges and give orders. They haven't done any of the homework required.

I am sorry for Scott Workman, because he clearly recognizes what is wrong, but he hasn't put in the time and effort and analysis to address it. All he is going to do is give the rats an excuse to clamp down and otherwise cause trouble out of ignorance.

He is also making promises that he has no authority to guarantee. In fact, he has no indemnity at all.

Like many other Americans, he has awakened like a hibernating bear and made insupportable assumptions about his own condition and the world around him, assumptions that are foolhardy and incorrect.

Do not be misled.

Stay in your lane and hold the line. Support your State Assembly and do not be lured with promises of pay-offs, especially tiny pay-offs in comparison to what you are truly owed.

I can only assume that Scott Workman and his group are unaware of the actual recoupment figures, but in any event, this "500 Trillion Lawsuit" is not something you want to be involved in. Similar to Phil Hudok's solution, these people are not getting the status or jurisdiction right and that will result in their failure.

As we have often noted, this country is being used as a battleground for a perpetual Mercenary War based on False Legal Presumptions. 

Those Presumptions have included the idea that our American Government is missing, in interregnum, absent, and that therefore, there is a custodial interest for the British Territorial United States Government and the Municipal United States Government, and more recently, the United Nations Organization. 

Please note that our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America is the government of this country in international and at the present time, global jurisdiction, as well.  

Over the past five years, eligible Electors have been painstakingly identified and documented, and our Fifty State Assemblies have been called into Session. 

These General Assemblies are able to function as Committees of the Whole and to take valid Roll Call Votes of eligible State Electors who are State Citizens, to resolve issues of international and global import.  

Our Federation of States and our State Assemblies are the only entities with the standing to operate as the lawful American Government.  All other efforts to reorganize have included District citizenry and fail to observe the legal and lawful requirements. 

Three international votes have been taken. 

The first vote was answered by those State Assemblies that were organized prior to the Civil War and resulted in the formal enrollment of all former Territorial States as States of the Union as of 1 October 2020.  This formally ended any emergency-based custodial interest by any foreign government in those States. 

The second vote established the first new Public Law in over a century, which forbids among other things, commercial claims against people who have received patented scraps of DNA or RNA, which, without disclosure, serve to provide an excuse to label these people "transhumans" and claim them as property owned by the patent-holders. 

It is now formally and officially illegal to inject people with foreign DNA or RNA  in this country, effective 1 January 2020, and the United States Provost Marshals, United States Marshals and Interpol and the American Armed Forces including the United States Army and Air Force are authorized to intercept, arrest, try, and incarcerate all corporations and corporation officials engaged in promoting injection campaigns and undisclosed unilateral contracting processes against unwary Americans. 

The Third Vote which has been completed with 49 States in Agreement and 1 State Abstaining for lack of Quorum,  has established a Peace Treaty formally ending the American Civil War which commenced in 1861 and which has continued as a perpetual emergency until 1 August 2021, when our States have issued a joint Peace Treaty formally ending the hostilities. 

These actions on the part of the properly identified and organized American People are direct Presentations, not representations, to the other Principals and all incorporated instrumentalities exercising any of our delegated powers whatsoever. 

Whereupon, the United States Provost Marshals, United States Marshals, Interpol, and appropriate units of the American Armed Forces, are requested and required to enforce the International and Public Law of this country and immediately act upon the International Arrest Warrants already issued and published, and to proceed with the apprehension of all corporation officials responsible for promotion of the Trans-Human Agenda.  

These are commercial and international crimes against Humanity, amounting to genocide on paper, as these legal mechanisms seek to re-label and redefine living people as property assets belonging to corporations, deprive the victims of their established rights, and their property interests.  

Those who have participated in this scheme include all the drug companies that have benefited themselves, all the research corporations that have similarly benefited, all the Governors who have continued to issue mandates and other proclamations in support of this scheme,  all media companies that have allowed themselves to spread and enforce propaganda for profit and supported censorship in this country, and those other parties who upon further investigation have been involved in the deliberate and knowing and self-interested promotion of this agenda. 

Please note that our American Government has been at peace since 1814 and this entire country is now at peacetime status.  The peacetime flag should be flown at half-mast until 0800 on 12 September 2021 in remembrance of all those who have suffered and lost their lives for nothing but filthy lucre.

One Page History of America from Colonies to Now for General Milley

Colonial America was dominated by two huge investment companies --- the Catholic Maryland Company and the Protestant Virginia Company. During The War of Independence, the Maryland Company remained officially neutral.  The Virginia Company split into two factions, one American and one European-dominated.

The American faction doing business as The United States of America fought the British faction doing business as the United States of America. 

During the war, The United States of America represented the Federation of Thirteen States and acted for five years as the Holding Company for their mutually delegated powers in the international and global jurisdictions. Still in the middle of the war, The United States of America federation formed a Confederation of States by delegating some of its powers to conduct business to a new entity, the States of America..

By 1781, we had two American business entities, The United States of America, a Federation of States, and the States of America, a Confederation of States of States, in operation. 

At the end of the war, the peace process held the investment companies harmless.

The three Federal Constitutions adopted in 1787, 1789, and 1790, which divvy up juicy government contracts and spheres of influence represent the implementation of four Treaty Series --- The Treaties of Versailles (land), The Treaties of Paris (admiralty), The Treaties of Westminster (air), and the Treaties of Ghent (maritime). 

The American Confederation doing business as the States of America was given the contract to administer the American Federal Republic under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787). The British offshoot of the Virginia Company, the United States of America, was given the contract to provide military and Territorial Government functions under The Constitution of the United States of America (1789). The Papist Maryland Company was given the contract to provide certain international and global services, including the Post Office functions under The Constitution of the United States (1790).

Under this arrangement, the American Federal Republic, was responsible for most of the functions of the Federal Government.  The Brits ran our Navy on the High Seas and Inland Waterways and provided administration of our Territories and Possessions. The Papists provided postal and other civil services.

In 1860, the Brits ran Abraham Lincoln, an attorney who was prohibited from holding any public office in our Federal Republic, as the President of the United States of America --- that is, the President of the Territorial Government, but not President of The United States of America federation and not President of the Federal Republic run by the States of America confederation.

The state-of-state members of the Confederation split into two camps and fought each other, with Lincoln in control of the Northern members and the Territorial Government, and Jefferson Davis in control of the South and his Papist allies.  After this Civil War, the Confederation was never reconstructed and the Federal Republic abandoned, giving rise to the perpetual state of emergency we live with today. A full one-third of our intended Government has been dormant ever since. 

The British Territorial Government slipped in what appeared to be an American Military Protectorate under Lincoln’s Lieber Code, substituted Territorial State-of-State organizations for the American Confederation, and has sat here quietly leeching off us and occupying our country ever since.  

They have been occupying us using our own Armed Forces since 1865, bleeding us dry and misdirecting our policies, engaging in war-mongering for profit, and causing everyone no end of trouble for 160 years.

It’s time for it to stop, for our military to recognize what has gone on here, and for the rest of the world including our traditional Allies to protest this continued armed occupation of America by these foreign incorporated instrumentalities, both of which are ultimately owned by the Pope.
