What about when the same thieves are there to take not only your money, but your means of self defense also?

The answer is THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE!  

At least with the guy that breaks in you can shoot him.  But the gun grabbers are robbing us blind also.

So at what point does self defense include shooting ALL the robbers, including those who do it under the "color of law"?

Never, you say. Well I tend to agree, unless they are robbing our only means of self defense against a tyrannical government. When their thugs are physically trying to break in your house and rob you of your guns, then I would have to say that one is perfectly justified both under God's laws, and the Supreme Law FOR The United States, to fight back with equal or greater lethal force. At least I see many thousands of people coming to that conclusion.

Monday, 7 Jan at 3:00pm at the Livingston city county building, basement.
It is a continuation of the omnibus hearing of November which was adjourned because of an interruption.
I have no idea what to expect. I believe that certain matters are supposed to be taken up at an omnibus,(probable cause, constitutional matters, jurisdiction, pretrial motions, etc.) but I was denied that last time. It was looking like it was going to be only a trial scheduling hearing. (lack of due process)
I welcome each and every witness and encourager! The interest and support of good people is what is saving me.
You and friends are welcome! Last time there was 30+, it would be great to see many more.
My only defense is God and public support.

On one hand, I hate to see the kangaroo court interrupt our productive lives. On the other hand, I feel an obligation to stand behind the man who has stood in the gap for freedom. If we don't stand soon, there will be nothing left to stand for.

In a nut shell. The courts are something less than stellar. Joel demonstrated the people claiming to be authorities are impersonating the authority position. They are not legitimate. We have been letting the "authorities" walk on us for years. Joel and other citizens stood last November requiring legitimate due process guaranteed by law and the Constitutions folks swear by, in order to hold these positions.

The court was shocked and crumbled under Joel's methodical, controlled and respectful questioning. This is the follow-up to that.

Why was Joel in court. He attempted to protect his private property from wildfire. He was violently prohibited from doing so. The authorities should be explaining to Joel, rather than Joel doing the explaining.

If you really believe in Liberty, Law and the American way of life, now is your opportunity to stand.

If many stand, violence and abuse will be avoided. If a few stand, it is very possible the few will be abused, oppressed and violated. I suspect it will only be a matter of time before you and I will be in such a position looking for support.

A large group of honorable citizens representing a cross-section of the tax base in Park County should be backed by liberty activists and freedom groups from around the State, such as Mark French’s contingency coming down by bus from the Plains/Kalispell area of the State.

A quote-unquote “criminal justice system” cannot properly apply charges of criminal intent to a man who found a way around a state-imposed obstacle as he rushed to save his property in the face of a wild fire. All land-owning Montanans should stand together on that much, and government itself should re-affirm the sanctity of property ownership by stepping back on this one.

It is important that Joel has his time with the Judge. But it is also important that he has the support of concerned citizens. Please be there if you possibly can. I concur with Joan Stanley in this and would be pleased to know that many Oath Keepers hats and shirts will be present. I envision a hundred or more patriots standing peacefully outside a packed court room – standing silently and respectfully in the deep strength of neighborly support.

They are saying that collecting the guns, especially those horrible "assault weapons" will make our streets safer.  THAT IS A BIG LIE.  Statistics from many countries prove that once guns are rounded up, the next thing that gets rounded up are the freedom loving people who were totally law abiding until the terrorists passed their so called "laws" outlawing guns.

Who are the real outlaws?

The Constitution for the United States IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THIS LAND!  That makes the gun grabbers THE REAL OUTLAWS.
We must stand on the law, and we must stand for law and order. 
Yes we have the absolute right, according to the natural law put into spin by our Creator, to self defense, even if that includes defying unlawful "government goons" with force if necessary. I challenge anyone to prove otherwise.  Even if you come with the facts surrounding the United States Corporation, and the tricks they have done to fraudulently get us to go along with their schemes in the past, it does NOT apply to this issue. This has NOTHING to do with any UCC, or contract. This has to do ONLY with GOD'S LAW, and the laws of nature surrounding self defense, safety and freedom from tyranny.

San Antonio Theater Shooting

The Media won't tell you about this one!

On Sunday December 16, 2012, 2 days after the CT shooting, a man went to a restaurant in San Antonio to kill his ex-girlfriend. After he shot her, most of the people in the restaurant fled next door to a theater. The gunman followed them and entered the theater so he could shoot more people. He started shooting and people in the theater started running and screaming. It’s like the Aurora, CO theater story plus a restaurant!

Now aren’t you wondering why this isn’t a lead story in the national media along with the school shooting?

There was an off duty county deputy at the theater. SHE pulled out her gun and shot the man 4 times before he had a chance to kill anyone. So since this story makes the point that the best thing to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, the media is treating it like it never happened.

Only the local media covered it. The city is giving her a medal next week. Just thought you’d like to know.

NO PROVISION OF THE US CONSTITUTION can be legislated out of existence without due process of law meaning the Constitutional Amendment process.

Any bill attempting to overturn the 2nd Amendment, or any other part of the Bill of Rights is an overt act of TREASON or at the very least SEDITION.

The minute the bills are in the hopper in congress there should be arrests made of the sponsors of the bills as operations of sedition, inciting the overthrow of the US Constitution, by force of arms, which violates the civil authority of We The People. Definition of Sedition:   (Miriam Webster Dictionary)

"Incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority"

In the United States We the People, are the civil authority, NOT DC.  All power, according to the US Constitution, comes FROM THE PEOPLE.

Read the preamble to the US Constitution:

 joshdb50 was a Marine and was deployed to Afghanistan between the years of 2004 through 2005. Although he is no longer in the military he acknowledges that he owns gun. He says he does not believe the government needs to what guns he owns because he believes registration would lead to confiscation. He says the laws that are in place for gun control are plenty, and adding more laws will remove a means of defense for people. 'I own the guns I own because I acknowledge mankind's shortcomings instead of pretending like they don't exist. There are evil men in this world and there just may be a time when I need to do the unthinkable to protect me or my family,' he said.

We need to take the stand that if they actually come out and physically try to take the guns that the results will be so horrific and deadly for them, that nobody will even consider trying.

Over 2 million guns were sold JUST IN DECEMBER of 2012 in this country. That tells me that millions of people have already made that choice. There are estimated to be over 100 million firearms owners now in the USA and something just over 300 millions guns in their lawful possession.

Feinstein Assault Weapons Ban Covers Rifles, Pistols and Shotguns

The New Year is just around the corner and although the Senate still hasn’t made a fiscal cliff deal, Senator Diane Feinstein already has parts of new gun control legislation ready to go. Two Sunday’s ago on NBC’s Meet the Press, Feinstein talked about giving President Obama a bill he can “lead on” and used the term assault weapon loosely.

Feinstein has posted a summary of what the legislation will cover, which includes a ban on semi-automatic handguns and shotguns in addition to rifles. The legislation also requires registration of previously purchased guns. If passed, ATF would be in charge of enforcement which should be a huge concern to gun owners.

Bans the sale, transfer, importation, or manufacturing of:
120 specifically-named firearms
Certain other semiautomatic rifles, handguns, shotguns that can accept a detachable magazine and have one military characteristic
Semiautomatic rifles and handguns with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds.
Strengthens the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban and various state bans by:
Moving from a 2-characteristic test to a 1-characteristic test
Eliminating the easy-to-remove bayonet mounts and flash suppressers from the characteristics test
Banning firearms with “thumbhole stocks” and “bullet buttons” to address attempts to “work around” prior bans
Bans large-capacity ammunition feeding devices capable of accepting more than 10 rounds.
Protects legitimate hunters and the rights of existing gun owners by:
Grandfathering weapons legally possessed on the date of enactment
Exempting over 900 specifically-named weapons used for hunting or sporting purposes and
Exempting antique, manually-operated, and permanently disabled weapons
Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, to include:
Background check of owner and any transferee;
Type and serial number of the firearm;
Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprint;
Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate State or local law; and
Dedicated funding for ATF to implement registration”

Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. He says he does not believe the government needs to what guns he owns because he believes registration would lead to confiscation. He says the laws that are in place for gun control are plenty, and adding more laws will remove a means of defense for people. The primary-school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, approximately 45 miles from the Colt Arms Factory, is just another one in the long line of government psyops designed to persuade the public to allow the government to take away their guns, and their means to defend themselves against the government and the banksters that the politicians really serve.

The small children murders are designed to create hysterical emotions in women to get them to demand that guns are banned. If that doesn't work they will continue with their evil agenda with worse and worse atrocities on younger children, until they get their way and disarm the people, so that they cannot fight back against government tyranny.

Newtown is the U.S.A.'s Dunblane, which was orchestrated in Scotland in 1996 by the British establishment, to whip up hysteria in order to ban all handguns from the U.K. It was a follow-up to the Hungerford Massacre in England in 1987, which was carried out by mind-controlled Michael Ryan, who then shot himself so he could not be questioned, and it was used to ban semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.

It's always the same people behind it - the gun-grabbers who want the people to be defenceless against the gun-grabbers' employers - the banksters who own all of the politicians. They get their politicians to pass legislation for them, in order to remove the people's freedoms and means of defending themselves, and enslave them in a draconian police-state, under a mountain of debt, and then exterminate the useless-eaters.

The Dunblane  massacre was supposedly carried out by Thomas Hamilton, who was a paedophile and procurer of children, for a high level paedophile ring involving senior members of the Tony Blair Labour-Party shadow-cabinet and others. The massacre served two purposes, it achieved their desired handgun-ban and killed the abused children, so they could not be witnesses against the elite-paedophiles. They then had the findings of the inquiry sealed for 100 years, which is proof of the above.

Like Newtown there were two shooters, Hamilton and a hit-man who shot Hamilton and made it look like Hamilton committed suicide after shooting 16 children, so that he couldn't be questioned. Hamilton was found in the school gymnasium slumped against a wall and still gurgling, when an off-duty policeman PC Grant McCutcheon entered the gym and saw two semi-automatic pistols, one on either side of Hamilton's body.

The autopsy revealed that Hamilton was killed with a .38 revolver. These people always slip-up with their crimes. There was no .38 revolver for him to have shot himself with. Thus, there was a second shooter who killed Hamilton.

Similarly, the first reports from Newtown were of two shooters, just like mind-controlled James Holmes in the Denver Batman Cinema massacre, the story then quickly changes to just one.

Columbine was similar, in that a team of shooters in black outfits were seen there and the two accused were on mind-altering prescription-drugs.

Wake up and see the pattern and their modus operandi and don't fall for it. Never let them take your guns, except from your cold dead hands.

All of these are staged events to whip-up hysterical public support for banning the people from having guns. It works the same in every country - Hungerford in England, Dunblane in Scotland, Port Arthur in Australia and the list in America is endless, because of the Second Amendment and the people having a pro-gun culture. That makes it much more difficult to break the Americans' love of guns and the Second Amendment, which was put in place to protect the people from the government.

Gun bans work well for tyrants. They worked well for Hitler, Stalin and Chairman Mao, to name just three.

If you want to stop these massacres, wake-up and get rid of the banksters, their puppet-politicians and all gun-grabbers; arm teachers and ban gun-free zones.

So Wayne LaPierre wants a new government police force to police the schools.

Is the answer to everything more government?  What makes him think the guard in uniform won't be the firstone to die?

And then who is left to protect the kids? The uniform just makes it easier for the criminal to identify, target and take out the persons most likely to offer resistance to their intended crimes.

If anyone in the country should know that more government doesn't work it should be the NRA.

The government had Dianne Feinsteine's assault weapons "law" on the books in the 90s and the Columbine shooting still happened. The ban did absolutely nothing to stop it, and La Pierre knows that.  Banning weapons in certain places just creates FREE KILLING ZONES FOR THE CRAZY PEOPLE, AND FOR GOVERNMENT HIT SQUADS.

Mr. La Pierre, you said the mental health system has totally collapsed. What do you suggest to fix that? Would you give that to government also?  Will you let failed "mental health professionals" decide who is sane and who is not?  Would you now let government mental health people getting paid by our tax money decide who can have guns and who can't?

WHAT WOULD MAKE US BELIEVE that these people wouldn't tend to try to justify their own paycheck like everyone else in government, by putting lots of people on the unworthy list that don't belong there? What makes you think that veterans and shooting enthusiasts wouldn't be put on the list or committed for mental health reasons, to remove opposition to the gun grabbers.

What government agency do you know of that wouldn't use this to remove their opposition? What government agency do you know of that operates using pure and moral or even lawful intent?

After all, the jails are full, so the people that run them can keep the per diem pay coming. Look at the result of the so called drug war.

The jails are full of people who either got caught with a half ounce of marijuana, or had evidence planted by crooked cops so they could confiscate their stuff. Police departments are auctioning off all kinds of stuff they confiscated and keeping the money to finance more firepower and military style equipment so they can do even more raiding. It's a vicious cycle of plunder under the color of "law".

It's so bad now that there are over 2 MILLION people behind bars in this country that we have to support with our tax dollars.

The jails and the courts and cops that keep them full are now a huge GROWTH INDUSTRY worth billions upon billions of dollars per year.

So do you want, now, to make the mental hospitals a GROWTH INDUSTRY the same as the prison system? Really?

IS THAT YOUR SOLUTION? Come on, get real. You can do a lot better than that!

Is this what you call compromise;  giving up something that involves our rights, to get what might not even make a little more safety?  

The dictionary definition of compromise is:

"...settlement of differences by arbitration or by consent reached by mutual concessions".

There can be NO concession, or infringement on gun rights, in the same way that there can be NO concession on your absolute right to defend yourself and your neighbor against a threat to your life and well-being by someone using lethal force.

PROHIBITED PLACES LAWS make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

An example right here in Montana is the so called law that prohibits a lawfully carrying person, even a concealed carry permit holder, from carrying his weapon in a cafe that serves beer and wine. 

In the first place, I have never seen any person in the cafes that I eat in ever get rowdy from too much to drink.

Second, if someone did, and I needed my gun to protect myself, it would be out in the car. A fat lot of good that would do me.

If I am eating and not consuming alcohol, the stupid so called "law" prevents me from defending myself and my family.

Third, there is no reason to believe that a concealed carry permit holder who has kept his record clean enough to hold that permit, is going to leave all that effort and common sense behind when he/she goes in that cafe. Ask the lady that testified before congress who watched her parents get shot and killed by the crazy gunman that crashed his vehicle through the front window of a fast food place in Texas and started shooting people. Her gun was in the car outside because the stupid prohibited places "law" said she couldn't have it in the cafe and like most "law abiding" people she left HER COMMON SENSE at the door in an attempt to obey a bad "law".  Do you really think it was a law and that she should have followed it? Do you really think she would do that same thing again, regardless of what the so called "law" says?

Then there is the federal so called "law" that stops even concealed permit holders from carrying in a  post office. They even want you to not have it in your car in the parking lot.

What absolute stupidity!   So you are in the precious metals business.  Your product is valuable. Very valuable. A little box that weighs in at 37 pounds, and measures about 12" X 8" X 5" can be worth over $20,000.  So you come to the post office to pick up a shipment that is shipped via registered mail, which packages always by postal regulations have to be kept in a safe when not being delivered, and the so called "law" makes it so you can't carry even a concealed handgun to protect yourself from a possible robbery.

Not only can you not carry in the building, but they don't even want your gun in the parking lot, so now you are forced to park OFF THE POSTAL PROPERTY, which requires you to carry that box of silver much farther WITHOUT YOUR GUN.  How absolutely insane is that?  Who should have their head examined now? Yes, the people that wrote that insane so called "law". Do you really think  that is a law?

Then let's go to the bank with about $80,000 in cash to buy a cashiers check to pay for that precious metal.  At least there is a little running room on this one. While that so called "law" is supposed to prevent a concealed carry permit holder from carrying concealed in the bank, it lets you carry in the open. So now your gun is right there on your hip for everyone in the bank to see.

So you come in the bank with a large amount of cash to deposit in  your account so you can get a cashiers check to send to the mint in payment for an order for one of your customers, and one of the tellers, perhaps a new one that doesn't know you, pushes the silent alarm button and all hell breaks lose.  Wouldn't it have been better to carry that gun concealed like you can do lawfully almost anywhere else, and not upset the banks' help or their customers, and yet you would still be protected from a possible robbery or assault?  Again, who wrote such an insane law?  Maybe they should have their head examined by that government goon mental health professional?

So now we come back to the school, or the theatre, where most of these crimes seem to be taking place.

In 1990 the government purported to put a "law" on the books called "The gun free school zones act of 1990".  In 1995 the Supreme Court blew it out of the water.

Then the infamous Janet Reno, made some changes that were "adopted and widely concealed" to get around the Supreme Court's decision, and today all the school authorities believe that one can not have a gun within 1000 feet of school property without a concealed carry permit.  This change has yet to be challenged in the Supreme Court.

In any case what this so called "law" did was make it possible for criminals to come to a school with the reasonable assumption that there would be no armed intervention while they were committing their crimes. The same result applies to a theater who's owner opts to prohibit any guns in their building. They create a "gun free zone" translation "law free zone" where law and order goes out the window.

The real solution that will work.

In the case of a school, the administrative staff, those that are willing, should get the proper training at some kind of professional firearms training facility like Front Sight in Pahrump Nevada (www.frontsight.com) and they should all carry concealed at the school during school hours. Right now they can do that if they have a concealed carry permit. They don't have to spend money to pass any new "law" under current interpretation. If the school wants to hire an armed guard, that person or persons should also do so with a concealed weapon and the only requirement would be that the guard has a concealed carry permit, but they also should get that proper training.  That way the prospective shooter would not know who was armed.

Then, and this is the big one, the school should post signs and advertise to the effect that any lethal force will be met with more than equal lethal force.

This also applies even better at the theater.  The theater should advertise first for people who have a concealed carry permit to come and be interviewed to receive some free tickets during the year, in return for carrying concealed while they are in the theater. The theater should insist that the perspective free ticket user should also have the proper training at a proper facility as mentioned above. Then the theater can advertise that there will be maybe a hundred people allowed to carry concealed in their theater, and that nobody will know who they are and when they will be using one of their tickets to attend a free movie. The theater can also say something to the effect that their buildings are not a gun free zone, but a crime free zone.

I can hear gun control people screaming "bloody murder" at me right now.  Those that do, ask yourself just one question.

Why do these whacos pick schools and theaters in the first place??? It's because of the stupid gun zone "laws", dummy! Duh!
