To the "Good" Military

Whoever and wherever you are, if you still exist, or ever did --- here's how the record looks to us as your Employers: 

The U.S. Military, and particularly, the U.S. Army, has been in charge of everything ever since March of 1863.  That's when Lincoln turned everything over to the U.S. Army and adopted The Lieber Code--- and the very next day, he bankrupted the very first foreign British Crown Corporation calling itself "the United States of America, Inc." 

It's very doubtful that Abraham Lincoln could ever claim a valid position as "Commander-in-Chief" even back then and in the limited sense of being the "President" and therefore, "Commander-in-Chief"  of a foreign commercial corporation, to initiate "The Lieber Code" and start ruling by Executive Order. 

It is certain that Abraham Lincoln had no authority vested in him or in any office he could hold to "suspend the Constitution" which he and the U.S. Military, including the U.S. Army, were obligated to defend and honor against "all enemies both foreign and domestic".  Then and now. 

Perhaps some of this sounds vaguely familiar?  

Now, any thinking American worth his salt has to know that no President has any power to overturn a service contract established by the States and People of this country.  No such "President" is a Principal party to the Constitution, so how could Lincoln overturn an agreement made between  the States of the Union and a bunch of foreign governments? Does General Motors, Inc. have the right to void treaties between Canada and Costa Rica?  Can Elon Musk suspend the Constitution and start ruling this country by "Executive Order"?  Where are the words "Executive Order" written in the Constitution or any other international Treaty or Contract ever signed by our Government?  

Put on your Thinking Caps. 

Lincoln was acting in Insurrection against the actual American Government, and nobody called him on it in the U.S. Military, because the U.S. Military was gaining coercive power over their Employers, the civilian American Government, and most importantly, as the Lieber Code makes clear, our money. 

Everything that has stemmed from this illegal and unabated usurpation of lawful political power has led to the benefit of foreign interests and the criminal abuse of the defrauded American Public. 

U.S. Grant, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Richard Millhouse Nixon, and many other "Presidents" operating successive foreign "governmental services corporations" stripped this country of its assets and sold its people into slavery, while promoting the rise of illegal Central Banks designed to rig commodity markets, especially money, credit, and bond markets. 

The U.S. Military stood by through all this, watched these charlatans and traitors betray the people of this country and get away with it with impunity.  

The U.S. Military set up the "District Court System" otherwise known as "Carpetbagger Courts" in May of 1865.  These "courts" were designed to collect war reparations from a phony war that was an illegal Mercenary Conflict from the start. These unauthorized Military District Courts were designed to do just one thing: extract money and assets from our Southern States to slake the British Gluttons.     

And instead of phasing this "system" out, and realizing that the Admiralty and Maritime Courts were usurping upon the actual American Government and illegally impersonating us and illegally confiscating our assets and even purloining the credit owed to their innocent Employers, all the U.S. Military did was stuff their hands deeper into our pockets and look the other way for 160 years, while charging us for their "service" to us. 

That's the kind of "service" a bull gives a cow.  

Oh, yes, you protected us from everything, most especially, you protected us from the Truth.  Anything but the truth.  Through False Flags that cost American lives, through theft of our gold and silver in the name of safe-keeping, hiding all this crap, all this theft, violence, and graft, all these foreign political parties, all this gratuitous misleading talk about "our Democracy", right down to removing the American History Books from the shelves of our school and public libraries, installing foreign courts in our courthouses, killing Jack and Robert Kennedy, murdering Martin Luther King, Jr., colluding with the CIA on all the Black Ops and child trafficking and drug trafficking and all the rest of it,  and when the U.S. Military has finally been held to account, their answer? 

Kill their actual Creditors.  Unleash this horrifying holocaust of death and injury on civilians who never caused anyone any harm.  Hang your heads in shame, boys.  All this and more is on you.  You've been driven far, far off course, and done so many ugly, stupid, feckless things. 

Surely, you have to realize that what I am telling you is true. All of you.  Anyone who served in the U.S. Military in any capacity, come on, own it. You didn't know exactly what was upgefocked, but you knew something was wrong.  You knew something was dirty, and you know it now, too. 

Find me the records where our American Congress declared war during the Civil War.  Find me proof that any Congress ever declared the so-called Civil War.  Show me where it was ever settled by any peace treaty?  Show me Lincoln's true Office and any authority he had to suspend the Constitution?  

Show us all that everything that has happened in the past 160 years hasn't been just one big, horrifying, self-interested, profit-making illegal Mercenary Conflict and Crime Spree engendered on our shores by foreign interests?  

Yesterday, I had some drunk troll from the military telling me I have a target on my forehead and that you are all just "waiting for me to make my move".  

I have been moving since 1998 and still am -- exposing the history and the ludicrous "cloak of secrecy" you've imposed to protect your own foreign corporation's "National Security" --- not ours at all.  

Thanks to the U.S. Military not doing its job and landing this giant manure pile on my doorstep, I've had to spend over forty years mucking it out, and now the guilty parties want to lie about me and call me "disloyal"?  

Where were you, you feckless drudges?  It was your job to protect America and its people, not raise revenues for the Queen and Pope and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London. You want to see the patents and the banks involved?  The Grand Cycle of Theft and Deceit and Human Trafficking and Illegal Securitization that the U.S. Military has allowed and profited from for over a hundred years?  

It's too late, boys, the horses are out of the barn. All the dirty linen is known and it's flapping in the breeze from here to Timbuktu. The Sword of Truth has been unleashed and no matter what happens to me or to you, it will not return to its sheath.  These words of mine are true and they will not go forth in vain. 

From the standpoint of being your employers and the ultimate source of the men and women filling your ranks and every piece of wire in your high tech tat, we are pissed off and we have every reason and right to be. 

Any atoning that needs to be done, is all on you. 

Some weak-minded woman wrote to me telling me to pipe down and show more respect.  Do you, under the circumstances, really think that respect is warranted?  Have you risked your life for this country any more than I have?  Think about it. I've faced off all of you and your NATO cronies, and all of the Hounds of Hell known as judges and attorneys, the IRS and so much more.  

Seven attempts at assassination, three attempts to poison me, burning me out, flooding me out, locking me out, endlessly harassing me using your illegal subcontractor Agencies as sock monkeys,  and Grandma is still standing here, calling you home and back to your senses. 

Here's what I told that Sissy: 

The military is 100% RESPONSIBLE for ALL the CRAP that has gone on here since March of 1863.  If there’s any such thing as a “good” military they’ve got a lot of past history to atone for. 

They owe good faith service to this country, not a 160 year-old illegal Mercenary Conflict serving to “legalize” theft and evasion of their obligations to the States and people of this country. 

And you are wrong about “me” or “we” not having anything.  

First. we have many millions of guns and boots on the ground and if the Vietnamese could beat them at their own game imagine how much luck they would have against the rest of us? 

Second, they get their paychecks and requisitions on our credit.  How long do you think they will have anything to say if we give them all pink slips?  Cut off their charge accounts?  

Want to fight with your employers? Really? 

The military has been renegade and profligate and unfaithful to its duty owed to this civilian government since 1863.  That’s how we are in the mess we are in. That’s the facts, ma’am.

And it’s thanks to their gutless ignorant asses and failure to defend that we have millions of dead and dying innocent civilians in this country, and in the Armed Forces, too. 

We have a situation like this to deal with and open borders, to boot, and all these jerk-offs can worry about is their goddamned corporate elections? 

Kirsten, if you don’t see how these men have failed us and failed their country and failed themselves, then you’ve got rocks in your head. 

The situation we’ve got has been created or condoned by them since 1863. See it. Face it. Smell it. It is what it is.

I say the same thing to you, and Mr. Trump, too.  You have been told the truth.  You have been given the opportunity to come home under amnesty.  Don't try to spin some sick narrative and think that people are stupid simply because they have been trusting and asleep.  It's quite a different world when we're awake. 

Here, for your education, are the groups that were excused from getting the Jabs:  

1. All the members of Congress and all their staff members. 

2. All the White House Staff and their families. 

3. All the Pfizer execs and their families and their employees.

4. All the Moderna execs and their families and their employees.

5. All the Johnson and Johnson execs and their families and employees. 

6. All the CDC, INC. execs and their families and employees. 

7. All the FDA, INC execs and their families and employees.

8. Eight million Chinese exchange students.

9. Six million illegal immigrants. 

10. All the homeless people haunting our streets. 

This means the lousy rotten corporations sold us all down the River Styx for the sake of their profit margins. This happened on your watch.  You helped it happen with "Warp Speed".  You are so utterly worthless that you are killing and endangering the people who have paid your pensions and stood in the rain waving flags for you. 

And month after bleeding stupid ineffective navel-staring month you pump out all these lies and sell all these "products" and keep people believing that "their" military is going to save them?  Q is going to save them?  For God's sake, Princess Diana is going to save us?  Buy some more Trump Bucks? 

Where in the name of Jesus do you get this stuff?  Do you just get up in the morning and pick it out of your ears like you pick boogers out of your noses?  

You know what the record says?  It says "our" military is either so stupid that none of the Top Brass know how to breathe in and out, or, alternatively, "our" military has been illegally occupying this country for 160 years, sucking up to foreign powers, and parasitizing us for fun and profit, while we've loyally paid their salaries, pensions, and equipment costs.  That's what it says. 

I have added Ulysses S. Grant, Woodrow Wilson, and Tricky Dick to my Bucket List labeled "Piss on Their Graves List", and a long list of U.S. Generals and Admirals have been added to that list, too. 

Now we hear that Trump has been sworn in as the "19th President" of our Federal Republic.  That's a good trick, considering that he is still functioning as the British Crown Puppet in charge of the bankrupt good-for-nothing "USA, Inc." and representing the British Territorial Government interests.  

How does a British Flunkie get to invade vacated American Federal Republic offices that belong to and have already returned to the Federation of States by Operation of Law?  

If Mr. Trump really loved America, if he really loved the American people, he'd put an end to this shitshow and stand tall and accept the responsibilities of the actual office of The President of The United States of America.  He'd be the Federation President for real, and not "acting as" the Federal Republic President and trying to pull off yet another British Territorial Substitution Scheme. 

Lincoln used his office as "President" of "the United States of America, Incorporated" and substituted this cuckoo-bird corporate office for the actual Office of The President of The United States of America owed to the people and the States. 

In the aftermath of the armed hostilities coming out of the so-called "American Civil War" the Brits claimed "Emergency" as their excuse for substituting their British Territorial State-of-State organizations for our American State-of-State organizations.  Cuckoo birds again.  

And here we have you jackasses, the Great White Hope of the White Slave Nation, trying to pull yet another British Substitution Scheme, trying to sneak in the backdoor and proclaim yourselves the newly "restored" Federal Republic, without even the standing and dignity of having declared and recorded the fact that you are Americans. Bah! 

For your information, those that want to be United States Citizens --- meaning the officers and personnel staffing our Federal Republic --- have to make public declarations over a period of years and must have impeccable character and education to become United States Citizens. Only loyal, dedicated, and proven people of  solid character have the right and honor to occupy and run our Federal Republic. 

That's what the Immigration and Nationality laws said and what they still say.  You can't vote yourselves in with a Fan Dance and more idiot crap about your democracy or your "Federal" Republic, being substituted for our American Government.   Your democracy is limited to the District of Columbia by Public Law, and anything that you ever thought or taught differently is due for a great big correction.  The rest of us live in the republican States of the Union. 

Take it to heart. 

And if there are any "good" military still out there, still loyal to the States and people of this country, then stop all this sneaky, nasty, corporatist, propaganda nonsense and move your flat little rumps into high gear to do your actual jobs for your actual employers.  

Don't give me any excuses, oh, it had to be that way, oh, we are afraid of rioters in the streets, oh, we are trying to minimize casualties--- lies, lies, and more lies. That and "keep a lid on the potty" is all you've done for sixteen decades, but welcome to the Apocalypse.

It isn't smart to let SERCO, a British Municipal Corporation,  be your Paymaster---- and still claim to us and to the rest of the world that you are "American" Armed Forces" and that you are going to do anything but protect the same old venal criminal European elements that have been murdering and thieving from their headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, ever since 1848. 

And you organize your "QFS" whiz-bang answer for a new banking system under a program called "Crimson Door"--- in collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party and run it out of Langley and Wright-Patterson?  You think we are so stupid we don't know what that means? It's yet another CIA Operation. 

Why not write "The U.S. Military sucks hind tits for the communists." in neon letters and rent lots of billboards?  

Or maybe you should read the list again of all the people and organizations that didn't "have to"  take the Jab and let me read the Tea Leaves for you, right along with a corrected truthful report to replace the "Evening BS Headlines" coming out of Reuters, which has been owned by Rothschild since my Grandmother was a pup. 

Russia hasn't lost the war in Ukraine. Far from it.  They have already mopped up and have withdrawn back behind the Dnieper River, while ongoing talks with the German Government continue to bear fruit for peace---and a return to sanity and Russian gas deliveries to Western Europe. 

Zelensky hasn't got a wooden leg to stand on, and he was never anything but a CIA puppet anyway. Show the countries of Western Europe the bill for what Putin had to clean up, and they aren't going to help Zelensky win anything.  All their support for him and his regime dried up as soon as they realized that they might have to actually pay the bill, instead of just operating as front men for Biden.  

Even Poland, that perennial Pawn for France, gave up and refused to dance. 

So now what happens?  The U.S. Military pretending to be disinterested consultants, even after hundreds of their "advisors" were caught running illegal biowarfare laboratories and factories in Ukraine--- and even more of their NATO pals were captured, too, will try to pass it all off.   

There will be talks about "peace talks" between Zelensky and Russia and more ridiculous grandstanding about Russia vacating everything and paying Zelensky for all the damages and so on.  And gradually, it will all just go away, with Germany guaranteeing the peace west of the Dnieper and Russia guaranteeing the peace east of the Dnieper.  With a little luck, the actual victims of all this mercenary violence will eventually be strong enough to keep the rats out of Europe's granary all by themselves. . 

We are faced with a similar job ourselves. If, indeed, the "Good" Military exists, and not just Play Actors engaged in a Good Cop / Bad Cop fraud and disinformation scheme in which both sides play against the middle and are all  being directed by the same Vermin at the top, it is waaay past time for them to act in favor of this country.

What to Do

Thanks to impeccable and duly noted and honored reasoning, we can all prove which jurisdictions the courts are operating in.  There are only three (3) choices: Administrative (Corporate Tribunals addressing their own employees), Admiralty (Military Law of the Sea) and Maritime (Otherwise known as Commercial Law, or the Law of Contracts). 

None of these jurisdictions represented by these courts happen to be competent to address average Americans.  So in order to gain jurisdiction over you and subject you to their law, they have to pretend that you are something or someone else.  

It's that simple. 

The way to respond to them is equally simple, no matter which of the three choices they invoke.  

If you receive mail, citations, court documents, summons, etc. and it is addressed in your name or what appears to be a variation of your name in all capitals, like this: JOANNE K WARBURY, it's either an Administrative Court or a Maritime Court, presuming that you are responsible for the creation and administration of a Uniform Code Contract Trust of some kind. 

If you receive mail addressed to what appears to be your Proper Name addressed in Upper and Lower Case, like this: Joanne Warbury, it's an Admiralty Court, pretending that you are some kind of Officer or Enlisted Person.  For example, if you have mistakenly agreed to act as a "Taxpayer" they can presume that you have voluntarily agreed to collect taxes for the Queen and are acting as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service. 

The moment that you receive -- by hand from a Process Server or via mail -- any official piece of paper from any of these courts, you need to "Return Service".   They have offered you the "service" of making a contract offer.  The proper response is to "Return Service". 

So, here are the steps you will need to "Return Service" to any and all of these courts:

1. Take the Summons or Charges or Citation or whatever other piece of paper you first receive, and a red ink pen (which in their signal lingo means "Land Jurisdiction") and you write across the top of the page --- without quotation marks --- "Returned Service: No UCC Contract Trust and no Territorial Office."  

2. Directly under this one sentence and on the right side of the page, you sign using the same red ink pen and using a by-line like this-- By: Ruth Sawyer.  

3. Directly under your Signature, you write the date out, like this: August 21st of 2023.

4. Make two (2) copies of this page. 

5. Take both pages directly to the Office of the Court Clerk involved and have both date stamped.  Give the wet-ink original copy to the Clerk. Keep your copy for your records.  

And that's it. That's all you should have to do, and it forestalls any further action in 90% of all cases, without further harassment. 

Why? 

First of all, because you have made the proper reply by "Returning Service" they can't hold you in contempt of court. 

Second, because you have already returned service to all venues --- Maritime and Administrative are answered by "no UCC Contract Trust" and Admiralty is answered by "no Territorial Office"-- they have no leg to stand on to pursue you like a rabbit running from one jurisdiction to the next.  You've quashed their whole shooting match. 

Now, you are probably wondering --- why does she say this works in "90% of all cases" instead of all cases?  

Because as I have told you repeatedly, 90% of all the Acts of Congress do not pertain to us, but what about the 10% that do?  

That's why 90% of all cases are misaddressed to us, but there are some that may actually hold water. 

A few. 

So let's review that aspect to give you some more thinking points. 

If you are a Federal or State-of-State Contractor, you may have Federal Income and you may owe a Federal Income Tax as a result. 

If you obtained all or a substantial percentage of your retirement or pension from Federal, State-of-State, or other government service, you may owe a Federal Income Tax on that part of your retirement that derives from Federal employment--- only that portion that was from Federal or "federally connected" franchise sources. 

If you are licensed to sell, manufacture, or transport firearms, alcohol, or tobacco across state lines, and are caught doing something improper in pursuit of these activities, you may be subject to their courts. 

If you are knowingly and voluntarily engaged in interstate commerce and are operating a registered corporation for that purpose (remember, "commerce" is business between two incorporated entities) other than a "UCC Contract Trust", you may be subject to their courts. So if you choose to operate as an S-Corp, Non-Profit, LLC, Cooperative, etc., you may be subject to their courts. 

If you are currently in the military service you are obviously subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice on the land and Admiralty Law at Sea; but did you know? --- even after you have been discharged from the Services, if you do not provide a Letter of Termination to your Branch Commander, they can continue to presume that you have chosen to remain in their jurisdiction and that you are voluntarily subjecting yourself to their law?  This means that every penny you subsequently earn in the private sector becomes "federally connected" and subject to Federal Income Tax. If you do not formally surrender your commission as an officer as part of your Termination Letter, you remain accountable to the military for life. 

If you enter a properly ceded military base, encampment, arsenal, dock, or other facility, including a post office or federal courthouse, and cause a disturbance or violate posted warning signs or vandalize anything, you are subject to their courts. 

So, you see, you can become subject to their courts and can be legitimately addressed by their courts under certain circumstances and if you voluntarily participate in federally regulated activities or choose to "reside" in their jurisdiction, they can pull your chain at will. 

However, under most circumstances--- and with you knowledgeably operating in your normal capacity as Joe Average American--- a simple "Returned Service" process is sufficient to ward off any untoward presumptions aimed at you.

What does candidate election fraud look like? by Walter Burien 11/09/22 The answer to this article title was given to me over 25 years ago by a good friend, Steve Porak. Steve was invited to become a committeeman for Phoenix, and there was a meeting for all of the potential state committeemen, The national head of the party was there as the key speaker.  One thing he told the potential committeemen was; "Tell your people who are running for office, to tell the public whatever the public wants to hear, and when your guy gets in, he then can do whatever he wants." My friend Steve left at that point and told them he declined their offer for him to be a committeeman. Knowingly speaking an untruth is a lie. A lie in some cases can be not consequential, or on the other hand, it can cause loss of thousands of lives. Some lies are exclusively designed to steal or transfer massive wealth from a targeted group. With that being said, government collectively for the US is the largest pool of multifaceted wealth in the country, if not the world. Those elected or appointed by those elected, have access to that wealth on the City, County, School District, State, or Federal level per where that wealth is spent, held, invested, who it benefits, and whom invests that wealth. For the inside players, with this massive amount of wealth before them, the easiest way to conduct business as usual, is to make sure the general population is clueless as to what is taking place right in front of them. Just keep the self created narrative going that keeps the population masterfully entertained looking in left field as you conduct 90% to 100% of the business that matters as usual in right field. Now per my party affiliation, I grew up in NJ, and back then in the 60's and 70's NJ was primarily Democratic, both parents were Democritters, and thus when I was young (18 to 23), I was a Democritter also. I note both parents back then worked in top level positions within NJ State and County government. I grew older, and as the years passed, I learned a little more and then a lot more about what drove politics, corporate action or lack thereof, and how government deployed the wealth it originally secured from the population and then grew that wealth taken by investment . One of the most important facts I learned was that both the Democratic and Republican Party were "Private Associations" designed from the get-go, to get their people into office and thus having access to the till. That massive wealth held by government, and all that it entails from having that access to it, was the core underling driving motive behind the players.. Did you ever notice that the Democritter gang, had a visceral reaction to Donald Trump in 2014, 2020, and to this date? Ever wonder in reality why? Well, the wealthy Democritters for a few years were focused on the New Green deal, having invested internationally into New Green deal investments. Billions and billions of dollars, Invested in Electric Car production, Solar, etc. For crude oil they were planing to push it to over $100 per barrel. from where it stood in 2014, at about $45 per barrel, so they went long crude oil contracts on the futures market.. Trump was not on the Democritter team. He was more independent than any of them, plus he genuinely wanted government policy to benefit the American Population and not hurt them. Take a look at Crude Oil when push came to shove between the Democritters and Trump.  Make sure when the page opens to click in the top of the chart after "Range" click on "5Y" to view the Five Year chart  https://www.barchart.com/futures/quotes/CLZ22/interactive-chart Crude Oil, in April of 2019, hit "Negative" -$40 a barrel. They had to pay someone $40 a barrel to haul it away.. I never thought a commodity could go Negative in price, I could not believe what I was seeing with my own eyes. Individuals holding long positions would have gotten decimated. Trump cost  that Democritter group and their cohorts  billions of dollars based on the price changes contrary to the Democritter  gang's investment holdings. They were not at all happy campers, and they would do whatever necessary to regain control of the White House, and did so in 2020. Then with the Democritters back in control, their new Green investment deal strategy and corresponding government policy enacted was reapplied with a vengeance. Then profit, profit, profit for them due to inflation and higher energy prices. Tens of billions of dollars monthly transferred into the Democriter's investment balances, taken in effect directly from the population's wealth. I have noticed the Democritters using across the country, as a standardized political opposition story-line terms of "dangerous" "not right for" "will destroy democracy" "women would loose their rights of choice" etc, etc, on into nausea-um. They are depending that their tactics will trigger programed fear conditioning in the viewer to go along with the programing. Fear programed conditioning has worked very well for them before, so they are depending it will work for them again. The Republicons on the other hand were sticking to the basics of the economy using the words of "inflation", "crime", "cost of living", "open southern border" and "high gas prices". with that being the truer impact for the population. January 6th event?  Just ask yourself: "Who profits?"  Not Trump at all. And keep in mind Nancy Pelosi was in charge of the Capitol's security, and three days before the event President Trump offered Nancy, 10,000 National Guard troops if she wanted to use them to guard the Capitol and she declined to use any. If she had used even 500, then what happen that day would not have happened. Again, as how things unfolded, you have to ask, who profits? January 6th hearings?  = 10 wolves and a sheep arguing and debating what should be eaten for diner, with the sheep excluded from making any objection comments to the wolves conversation. Abortion with the Roe vs Wade being overturned? It was made clear from the get go, that individual "States" would determine policy, and not the Federal Government. Now there was one incumbent Democritter I liked and was thinking to vote for. His name is Mark Kelly, an incumbent Arizona Senator. He was a NAVY pilot and went on to be a Space Shuttle commander. He then ran for the Senate. He is a likable character who probably will win the election, and is very well organized out of his Senate office. His first TV ad campaign did not attack his opponent, but focused on his military, and space shuttle experience being a factor in knowing how to work as a team. He started slipping in the polls, so then he switched his ads to attacking his opponent, Blake Masters, over and over again. Kelly kept slipping in the polls, and then switched his ads to saying as noted in the beginning of this article, "tell the population what they want to hear"  so, he says "he is working to lower energy prices", "stands up to his party",  "will let Biden know if he thinks he is doing something wrong" (I note he voted 96% of the time for what Biden wanted). Seeing that last ad, and knowing he did the exact opposite over his last term in office, contrary to what he was saying now, kicked Kelly out of the ballpark for me. Masters got my vote. Kelly only ran this last ad for a short period. The negative feedback he got to it made him pull it, and go back to the NAVY pilot that went on to be a Space Shuttle commander with him knowing how to work as a team.. I realized there was a new tactic being played out by the Democritters with the help of Rhinos. That being: There is a Canadian registered website called winred.com   which all donations for Trump or most Republican candidates was being directed to. Well, months ago I made a small contribution to Trump. The next day, I got slammed with 15 to 25 emails for more $$$$ with one tactic after another being used. I hate when that happens, so I hit "unsubscribe". No effect. So I hit unsubscribe over and over again over for the next three weeks to no avail. Then I sent a communication to the winred.com administrators saying: "I have tried to unsubscribe over 35 times and was ignored. If you do not remove my email address I will take legal action for damages and removal. Well, I was removed within two days  But then my cell-phone started getting hit with 10 to 15 texts per day for contributions with it stated your contribution would be matched 5x, 8x, 15X, with the obscure link shown directing back to the winred.com site to take a contribution. I texted back with "Remove" "END", and "STOP" and all bounced back undelivered being the number sent from that I replied to did not exist. The sender spoofed the sending number. That is when I realized that winred.com was being used in some way by the Democritters and Rhinos to get supporters of Trump and Republican Candidates pissed-off with relentless SPAM so they would drop their support they had for Trump and Republican Candidates. It also made me think: Are the complete contributions made through that site getting to the actual candidate contributed too? I sent a warning communication to Donald Trump's official email saying he should take a very close look at winred.com and reasons why.  Within two days the 10 to 15 texts to my cellphone stopped, and I received only two texts since then.and both had valid sending numbers. So what this article boils down to, is that both party's, Democratic and Republican, are inherently corrupt or actively involved with fraud, with each on his own, either willingly or unwillingly participating, due to the massive wealth involved.  What I have learned is to examine closely in all light, whether what I am hearing and seeing, is it in reality: Truth or a Lie? Did you ever hear a candidate say: "I am running for office being I will be able to direct massive wealth, and I will make sure my choices made, will directly benefit you, and the whole population".  I never heard a peep such as that in my lifetime, even though it is the core underlying reality factor for all Candidates.. You see, the Democritters are a well oiled machine in many ways and based on that, the profits keep rolling in the door for them and their cohorts as long as they control the show. Donald Trump is one person and was not part of the in place machine. Mr. Trump's actions were to benefit the general population 1st, his Republicon friends 2nd, and the in place machine 3rd. This did not sit well with the intent of the Democritter's or their in place machine designed to be #1.. Well, it is the mid-term election day after, November 8th 2022.  I  voted by mail in ballot which was confirmed for November 3rd as "received" and "Accepted" by the County elections department. If any shenanigans take place with switching election ballots,  my ballot as a safety step taken by me,  on the lower right, I put my initials and last four of my SS number. This was done by me on both sides. Then I scanned my ballot on both sides so I would have a copy of exactly what I submitted. If ever there was an audit of my county's election results, I would give the auditor a copy of the ballot I submitted. If they could not find my ballot with my initials combined with the last four of my SS#, then they would know my ballot was pulled and switched. If still there and the votes matched up, then OK. By the way my ballot has a straight line Republican vote. Let's see what happens by the end of the day, Tuesday, November 8th 2022, and the days thereafter. Personally, I am going to keep an eye on what candidates vote totals are at the end of the 8th, and then which results flip, days after the 8th. thus flipping who won. As brought forward in past CAFR1 articles, the only identifying information for mail in ballots is on the envelope. Once the ballot is taken out of the envelope, there is no identifying information on the ballot to show who sent it in. Now if someone from the inside, with the intent and opportunity to do so, before tabulation, they could take 5,000 ballots leaning to one side and swap them out with 5,000 ballots leaning to the other side. To do this easily, they would have to pr-sort the ballots first. So, as they open the envelope for the ballot, see if the ballots all go into one pile or two. In the aftermath of yesterday’s mid-term elections, the only good news is that we have essentially paused some elements of the Democrats’ agenda of total destruction by taking control of the House (as is currently projected but not yet called). This alone will pause the Democrats’ legislative and executive monopoly over America, and it gives the American people a bit of breathing room to try to adjust to the disturbing reality of what’s coming next.

That’s where the bad news kicks in, because what’s coming next for America (under Democrat rule) is going to be a multi-year “Dark Winter” of economic collapse, food inflation, censorship, tyranny, global war and more rigged elections.

Essentially, after last night’s mid-term election fiasco, the doom and gloomers have been proven right, while those claiming the “white hats” would come to rescue everybody are left floating in the wind.

The hopium pushers only made things worse

For two years, some people pushing “hopium” have maintained the illusion that a secret group of do-gooders would rescue America, reinstall Trump and wage mass arrests against the treasonous actors who are tearing down this nation. We were told again and again that the deadlines for this action were being moved forward, to await yet another key milestone date, and that the American people simply had to see how bad things got before the good guys would swoop in and save the day.

The reality, however, is that no real action ever actually happened. It was all just a series of stories and narratives that were, at times, entertaining but never rooted in anything that could be verified.

Public and International Notice of Necessary Abatement and Commercial Avoidance

To all to whom these presents come:

The so-called American Civil War was not a war.  It was an illegal Mercenary Conflict. 

1. The "American Civil War" was never declared by any Congress;

2. The Muster Rolls show that the soldiers who fought in the "American Civil War" were all,  unknowingly, acting as Mercenaries, enrolled to serve confederate "states" which are commercial business organizations defined as "states-of-states";

3. No peace treaty ending any "American Civil War" exists; instead, "President" Andrew Johnson created a Public Contract by Public Proclamation declaring peace on the land jurisdiction.

As a result of the illegal nature of this conflict and the fraud and non-disclosure involved in deliberately concealing the illegal nature of the "American Civil War" from the General Public, no action, claim, conversion, Act, legislation, impoundment, warrant, writ, insurance, corporate charter, corporate by-law, administrative code, statute, regulation, ordinance, mandate, criminal charge, receipt, bond, stock issue, promissory note, property title, copyright interest, trademark conversion, merger, definition, redefinition, ownership, custodial interest, immunity, authority, opinion, security, estate interest, land transfer, estate settlement, confiscation of property, probate, trusteeship, executor power, monetary arrangement, process, obstruction, seizure, treaty, trade agreement, work trade agreement, labor contract, sweat equity, indenture, performance bond, personage, franchise, delegated power, or contractual obligation established or exercised and based in any degree whatsoever upon the so-called "American Civil War" and its outcomes, is valid. This includes the Fourteenth By-Law Amendment added to the deceitfully misrepresented corporate charter published as "The Constitution of the United States of America" in 1868. All such legal conventions and false presumptions of war and enmity and debt are hereby declared null and void in their inception and ever since.  

Certain powers assumed by the British Parliament and encapsulated as the Naval Agency and Distribution Act of 1864, as updated ever since, are specifically and categorically illegal extensions of the same illegal Mercenary Conflict aimed at capturing unjust enrichment based on illegal activities, including domestic and non-domestic racketeering and privateering, which were engaged in by the then-British Crown corporation doing business as "the United States of America" under their corporation President, Abraham Lincoln, and later by the Scottish Commercial Corporation formed in 1868 and doing business as "The United States of America" and by various and sundry foreign British Crown, British Territorial, and Municipal corporations and their franchises ever since, are owed immediate and necessary abatement without recourse. 

This Public and International Notice also provides Notice of Avoidance under the Universal Commercial Code Article/Section 3 and Section 3 of the Unidroit Conventions: 

The Federal Reserve Act passed in 1913 had to be legalized in order to allow its otherwise illegal aim of establishing a Central Bank to oversee commodity rigging on a vast scale; the remedy is found in Section 15 of the Act along with its enabling clause, but no actual access to or instruction regarding the redemption process was provided to the General Public, the remedy was not advertised, explained, or given any administrative support.  No office or officer was identified as the one responsible for overseeing and implementing the redemption process and the redemption process itself was not plainly described in plain English which presents an obvious obstruction and Avoidance seeking to unreasonably restrict access to remedy. 

Similarly, the unlawful conversion and illegal trafficking of American Babies, American copyrights, and American trademarks,  and the purported waiver of their associated estates via undisclosed registration processes which were initiated and overseen by Undeclared Foreign Agents--- licensed Medical Doctors operating as Uniformed Officers pursuing an illegal mercenary activity on our shores and acting under Color of Law provided by the Shepherd Townsend Act of 1922 and after-- also required "legalization" and the publication of remedy which was limited to a subsection of Federal Title XII, since renumbered and annotated, but originally appearing as 12 USC 95 (a), and amounting to admission of our "reversionary trust interest" in our own Good Names and estates.  

Again, there was no Notice provided to the General Public beyond the publication of this snippet of foreign legislation buried in the immensity of Federal Code; no mention of any office or officer designated to provide or oversee this remedy, no instruction regarding any process that would allow the victims to exercise their reversionary trust interest, no forms made available for the purpose, and this again demonstrates Bad Faith and failure to actually provide the remedy, which results in the underlying crime remaining and being unabated. 

Our recent research indicates that between 26 and 30 different forms would have to be unearthed and applied in a sequential manner to effect correction and return of our reversionary trust interest in our purloined infant decedent estates.  The office responsible was hidden in the U.S. State Department Office of Foreign Affairs, and even this assignment was further obscured by the 1941 Havannah Act granting administrative power over the process to the unelected Uniformed Officers operating the Department of Justice as subcontractors charged to protect the King's Interest at any cost. 

This reeks of not only obstruction and lack of access to remedy, but active and purposeful defensive maneuvering of legal forces to prevent claimants from obtaining the published remedy. 

In 1933, the Administration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt illegally confiscated American gold reserves, both public and private; huge amounts of American gold had already been transported to the Philippines by the U.S. Navy and elsewhere by prior Administrations that claimed that this was being done as a "safe-keeping" measure and not an outright theft; Roosevelt admitted during an early black and white film session that his administration confiscated 20,000 tons of privately held gold from the American people, of which he distributed 6,000 tons to the Federal Reserve and 14,000 tons to the World Bank and the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development, combined.  

These illegal acts of confiscation commandeering  privately-held American gold and publicly-held  American gold reserves for the benefit of foreign interests had to be legalized and was legalized by the publication of House Joint Resolution 192, Public Law 73-10 and United States Statute-at-Large 48 Stat. 112.  The promised remedy was that the foreign corporations and their Principals who remain responsible for their operations, would pay all debts public and private owed by the American victims of this gross theft and breach of trust, which in effect deprives the Americans of their natural ability to pay debts and engage in international trade.   

Again, there was no Public Notice given to the General Public beyond the publication of this referenced Corporate Policy misrepresented as House Joint Resolution 192, and these two bits of legislation cited, plus the description of a credit swap option in Title XII, which provided for Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions--- and this is all that the perpetrators provided to the Public.  No office or officer responsible for oversight and provision of this remedy is identified, no process, no forms, and no instructions are given.  

This establishes more consistent evidence of Bad Faith, failure to provide remedy required to legalize their actions, and overall avoidance of their contractual obligations.  

Even in the realm of private corporate regulatory and administrative law, the same pattern endures. As part of financing the Second World War the Federal Reserve Board of Governors insisted that all private cars and trucks belonging to Americans be registered as Motor Vehicles engaged in commerce, even though this is obviously untrue and illegal.  This de facto illegal claim of an ownership interest in and coercive regulatory power over every car and truck in America had to be legalized via the publication of a remedy ---in this case, the publication of Regulation Z, which has also been offered as the only remedy for the illegal imposition of mortgages and various illegal acts included in the Emergency Securitization Act, Trading With the Enemy Act and the Truth in Lending Act, but which in the present case was published as part of the Federal Highway Safety Act of 1956. 

In all these instances, publication of "Regulation Z" is limited to a very brief, often one-line reference, often buried in legislative gobbledygook, hidden as an annotation, attached as a separated amendment, hidden under an unrelated subheading, or annexed in an Appendix with no indication that Regulation Z is the remedy to any illegal act whatsoever. 

No office or officer is identified as being responsible for oversight or provision of the remedy, no forms, no instructions, no clear access to this remedy is ever provided, which amounts to failure to provide remedy and avoidance of remedy owed under the Uniform Commercial Code. 

Even though Regulation Z is mandatory to legalize these Federal "Laws" and even though every State of State franchise of the Federal Parent Corporations is required to provide remedy throughout The United States, the private Subcontractors of these entities, operating as "the Department of Motor Vehicles, Inc." ---for example,  is left unaware of any obligation to provide the remedy and issue identification of privately owned cars and trucks as non-commercial private conveyances--- which is done by issuing "Z License Plates" or "Z Tags".  The same conditions apply to the issuance of "Driver Licenses" which misidentify the operators of privately owned cars and trucks as Federal Persons engaged in commercial activities seeking private gain from public roads --- a lie designed to grant the perpetrators of these numerous illegal acts coercive power exercised under color of law over members of the American General Public.

These and numerous other unlawful and illegal acts have been predicated on the existence of remedy being provided, but no such remedy has been provided; remedy has been circumstantially denied, avoided, obfuscated, and deliberately hidden from the General Public of this country, obviously in an attempt to avoid payment, obtain unjust enrichment via adhesion contracts and  claims of custodial and ownership interest created by undisclosed registration processes, and, also, to gain coercive control over members of the General Public so as to compel involuntary servitude and peonage    

Whereupon this is Required Notice of Abatement Demanded and Required Notice of Avoidance under the Uniform Commercial Code,  published at large and sent to the Vatican Chancery Court, the International Court of Justice, the United Nations, the members of the Bar Associations, the foreign Principals responsible and various and sundry other Governments and Officials that are Non-Domestic, yet obligated by the common law of commerce and the various treaties, contracts, and alliances which we hold in international jurisdictions to come to our aid and understand our position. 

While owing us good faith service and receiving their wages, salaries, and pensions from our hands, these our Public Employees being misdirected by foreign governments and foreign corporate interests acting in Breach of Trust and in violation of their commercial service contracts, have published remedy attempting to legalize their illegal acts, and then compounded their infamy by failing to provide said remedies, and instead have deliberately obscured the existence of these mandatory remedies, pretended that those who are owed these remedies have freely chosen not to exercise them, used and misdirected their own Subcontractors including the Department of Justice, Inc. and the Department of Motor Vehicles, Inc., so as to prevent people from obtaining their remedies, provided no reasonable Notice, no process, no responsible parties, no realistic means to obtain remedy, and when members of the American General Public have sought their remedies and attempted to work out their own process to obtain remedy, they have been jailed, physically assaulted, charged with crimes, harassed, impersonated, beaten, arrested, fired upon, evicted from their homes, had their property -- up to and including their sons and daughters--- illegally confiscated, deprived of their own credit and means to pay bills, human trafficked, accused of being debtors by the actual debtors themselves, and then derided as Tin Hats, Conspiracy Theorists, and described with an oxymoron as Sovereign Citizens. 

All of these evils and more have been promulgated and promoted under the fanciful notion that an illegal commercial Mercenary War that took place on our shores more than a hundred and fifty years ago could ever serve as the basis of any genuine authority or provide a cause for enforcement against the peaceful and trusting people of this country. 

We require, request, and demand immediate General Abatement, access to all remedies stipulated for members of the General Public who have declared and recorded their interests, removal of all offending illegalities predicated on the pretense of any emergency or the existence of any emergency powers, including claim of any power to suspend the Constitutions, or application of any treaty, alliance, contract, agreement or covenant in contravention of or seeking to evade the obligations owed to our lawful Government, and we also serve Notice of Avoidance under commercial law as the final step required in the due process of commercial lien enforcement against the willing perpetrators of these evils and unabated crimes. 

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.
