Everything has a logic.  Rain falls down, not up.  Fire can warm your house or burn it down.

In this country, we have two kinds of government.  We have the de facto government --- Federal/Territorial/Municipal ---- that is hired to provide stipulated services.  We have the de jure government which, if we have a brain in our heads, we serve and cherish as our means to direct and control the de facto.  That’s the way it is and the only other option is insurrection.

Some time ago I separated myself and my Living Law team from Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton and “Judge Micky” and various others who started out with the goal of restoring the lawful de jure government, but then, went off track. 

This is not my first rodeo and not the first time I have had to do this.  Patriot leaders and the groups they establish regularly become convinced that rain falls up and fire doesn’t burn.

Bruce Doucette --- Outted

Almost a year ago, I asked Bruce Doucette to do something vitally important.  It was simple enough: contact the Michigan General Jural Assembly and work with them to develop a template program that all the other counties in America can follow to set up their local county assemblies.  

This organizational phase naturally includes the paperwork to correct everyone's political status, welcome them as members of the county jural assembly, and get them signed up as militia men or supporting militia members.  If you want to reclaim your birthright political status and restore the lawful government you are owed, this is what it takes.  

Although I have been busy frying other fish, I checked back regularly with Doucette and asked how it was going---- oh, fine, fine.....

Wolves in Sheep's Clothing

There is no "Chief Justice Michael R. Hamilton"--- there's just a con man wanted in three states, living in Louisiana now, and doing what he does best: misleading people.
In order to have a "Chief Justice" there must be such an office, it must be available, one must eligible for it, one must earn it, and one must be properly elected to fill it.
Michael R. Hamilton's claim to be "Chief Justice" fails on all counts.
Michael R. Hamilton and those supporting him, including Bruce Doucette, haven't taken the steps to take back their birthright political status as American state nationals, so they can't function as American State Citizens.
They are still United States Citizens and/or "citizens of the United States" pretending to be something they are not, and as their actions suggest, they are wolves in sheep's clothing in other ways, too.
There is one Chief Justice of the Maritime Admiralty court system established by the original Constitution and that post belongs to the delegated authority of the United States. It has nothing to do with the United States of America and the Common Law court system the people of this country are owed.
So there is no such office as "Chief Justice" on our side of the fence.

Reply to Bruce Doucette Concerning the Continental Marshals Service

Reply to Bruce Doucette in Regard to the Continental Marshals Service
Just because you say so, doesn't make it so. Unless, of course, we really do believe in the movie, "Bruce Almighty".
Let's get this straight. The Continental Marshals Service was created over 200 years ago by George Washington. It doesn't belong to you or to any single state or small group of states. It belongs to the united States of America.

You and your pals started the move to fill the vacated offices of the Continental Marshals, but you did not create those offices and you have no delegated power to change them, abrogate them, assign them to a new jurisdiction, place them under different administrative management or meddle with them at all. Period.
Just as you have stepped forward and offered to serve your state as a State Justice, these men and women have stepped forward to serve the states (plural) to enforce the undelegated powers owed to the states and people in international jurisdiction.

A Guide to Choosing Your Leaders

It is an unfortunate fact that by far the majority of men who assume positions of leadership in any organization are compelled to do so by their own egotistical hunger for coercive power and social recognition and control over others.

Just look at Capitol Hill.

Such men may appear as gentle as doves, yet inside be ravening wolves. They may speak of our Father and drape themselves with religious sentiment.  They may even appear as angels of light.  

Public Notice of Gross Judicial Misconduct

This Notice is issued to the Public in regard to the activities of Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton taking place as an unverifiable conference call March 22, 2017 claiming to have authority to alter Public Law, commandeer Public Offices, have ownership rights to the name "Continental Marshals" which has been an office of the lawful government of the united States of America for over 200 years, claims to have authority granted to them to change the nature, duties, authorities, jurisdiction, and chain of command of the Continental Marshals a fiat by an unrecognizable multi-state group merely calling itself a "national assembly" when the only true national assembly is vested in the Continental Congress----let all be made aware that this is an act of gross judicial misconduct amounting to criminal negligence. 

Public Offices Belong to the Public

Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton are attempting to host what they call a "national assembly" call tonight, yet they are once again refusing to obey the Public Law established by the American states and people.
Until they get their heads screwed on and their facts straight, nothing they say has any validity and imposes no obligation on anyone else. And neither do the actions of however many misguided and misinformed and unidentified people tuning into a telephone call.

These two men haven't even bothered to correct their own political status and are still United States Citizens purporting to hold offices in the government of the states of the union.

Badge Buffoonery -- Tempest in Teapot 2

In response to the Company Line being put out by Doucette, Hamilton, et alia. and as expressed by an apparently concerned commentator-----

I would be inclined to put more weight to your reasoning, if I didn't know some simple facts and didn't have experience with Bruce Doucette bungling money and contract relationships before. 

The simple facts I know are these: (1) At this point in its development, there is one check book and one account funding all aspects of the Continental Marshals Service.  There is not some sophisticated, separate account structure, where it is possible to set aside "special designated funds";  (2) Bruce Doucette had cause to know that when he made the donation and he has no reason to suppose any thing different now; (3) Anyone who isn't serious and competent enough to pay $35 for their own badge-- and that is assuming that they pass the vetting process-- shouldn't be considering service as a Continental Marshal; (4) Thanks to the fraud our lawful government has suffered, the Continental Marshals Service isn't yet funded or staffed except by donations and by volunteers. Bella Haywood has worked many hundreds if not thousands of hours without receiving diddly-squat for her expertise and service commitment which has nothing whatsoever to do with nursing; (5) Bruce Doucette handed Marshal Haywood the baton and made her responsible for everything concerning the Marshals Service on a national call in front of God and everyone else present; (6) Marshal Haywood set about the task with courage and commitment and has built the Continental Marshals Service ever since. Bruce abdicated the responsibility and therefore also abdicated the authority; (7) This is not the first time that Bruce Doucette has made assumptions about money and commitments and been wrong-headed about both. 

Truly Off Base -- The Tempest in the Teapot Phenomenon

The witch hunt continues unabated.  When will the people supporting this nonsense rebel and do what has to be done to curb this destructive, hateful, ego-driven behavior?

I told everyone what happened when I invited Bruce to my May conference in Anchorage last spring --- he tried to commandeer it and use it to promote his own agenda.

This has been his modus operandi ever since.  He does these rude and ego-driven things while loudly proclaiming that he is doing "His Father's Will".

Vetting. Think About It.

Bruce Doucette has been running around all over creation, handing out Marshals Oaths and credentials in states where he has no office as a Justice or a Judge. 

He has been promising people badges who never went through the vetting process to become a Continental Marshal OR to serve in the state militia, either one.

An End to My Association with Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton

I met Bruce Doucette when I invited him to a conference I held in Anchorage, Alaska, last May.  Bruce is a very personable guy, apparently well-intentioned, and eager to get things done. 

Unfortunately, what he wanted to get done had nothing to do with why the conference had been called, and he attempted to commandeer it for his purposes.  I had to repeatedly drag things back on track because he couldn't or wouldn't keep his own agenda to the sidelines.

The same thing is happening right now.  I have called for the restoration of the American Government of the people, by the people, for the people---- and he and Hamilton and a few others have launched off into to redefine the American Government however they see fit. 

It's not going to work.

Bruce has taken it into his head that he and a few other people on a conference call can just wave their hands and change the meaning and substance of the American Government (change the duties and authorities of the Grand Juries, for example) and bypass and ignore the jurisdictional limitations that have been set in stone for over two hundred years (put State Justices in charge of Continental Marshals, for example).

Postscript to The "False Flap" Over Bruce Doucette

A very intelligent question was asked by Elvia who wanted to know what the complaint against Judge Doucette was about.
Essentially, those complaining thought that The Constitution prohibits the Judicial Branch from making appointments---- which it does, so they objected to Judge Doucette appointing new Federal Continental Marshals.
What the Complainers didn't grasp and probably still don't, is that Judge Doucette isn't operating as part of the Federal Government, even though he is acting in international jurisdiction. Instead, he is exercising the reserved international jurisdiction of the states and the people per Article X of The Constitution.
Under The Constitution the Executive Branch of the Federal Government makes appointments, not members of the Judicial Branch---- but we are not part of the Federal Government, and not part of its Judicial or Executive Branches, and we are not attempting to exercise any of the powers delegated to the Federal Government, either.

The "False Flap" Over Bruce Doucette

For the last several days I have been getting stupid comments from wannabe patriots who are, as usual, completely misunderstanding the Law and The Constitution, both in function and in jurisdiction----but who are nonetheless trying to use both as a means to tear down the valid efforts of their more informed countrymen to restore the Public and Organic Law of this country and enforce the provisions of The Constitution we are owed and rebuild the American Common Law Court System which we owe ourselves.
American Common Law modeled on British Common Law flourished in this country from the time the first pilgrims stumbled ashore to the 1960's. Some of us are old enough to remember its fading glory, before it was swept under the rug by corporate interlopers abusing maritime and administrative courts to pillage the American People.
Central to the issue is simply this---- are you a "citizen" meaning a British Subject here to provide our states with governmental services per Article IV of the Constitution, or are you a "national" meaning one of the free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States?
