PS -- Is there any chance you could scan the pages and send to Paul Stramer to post on my website for people?
It will take some time for me to lay hands on actual physical copies of these Field Manuals.

Okay, thanks, that is exactly the missing piece we needed.

This has been a long time coming--- since 1865.  But I can finally feel the facade giving way and crumbling and the fresh air entering the room at last.

THANK YOU!!!!

I knew that if enough Americans got their thinking caps on and started digging, it would all come to light.

I have been saying for years that we are being railroaded under "Martial Common Law" --- the same courts they set up in the Ten Southern Districts in 1865, just expanded---- and what you have brought forward proves the point very neatly.  May I ask where you dug up the specific references and where I might get a copy?

Thanks very much for bringing this to my attention.  I hope we may correspond more on these matters.

Justice Anna Maria Riezinger

Editors Note:

The manuals are now on Anna's website at the following link addresses.

http://annavonreitz.com/FM-27-5-1947.pdf

Go to page 20 to see how the military establishes courts and administrates law.

http://annavonreitz.com/mil_gov-civil_affairs.pdf

Go to page 16 to see how the military regulates the BAR and courts.

Consider the facts that there was no declaration of war for the "Civil War" in America, and there was never any peace treaty ending that conflict!

  4. All the 'useless eaters' are now subject to 'summary procedure' pursuant to bogus 'STATEs of Emergency' promulagated in many 'Executive Orders' signed by governors and Presidents of the U.S. fictitious legal entity. The only place one will find yellow fringed flags delineated is in Army Regulations. These are the flags you will see displayed in every courtroom in all fifty states and behind the POTUS in every pic or video of him.

  5. "Domestic Territory" needs to be defined.

  6. I wonder to what extent Trump knows on this subject.

"So far as the United States forces are concerned, military government and martial law are exercised by the military commander under the direction of the President, as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. (footnote 1)

    Footnotes:

1.) FM 27-10, ante note 29, Paragraph 12 (bold-faced emphasis supplied). Actually, the notion that 'military government * * * may be established and maintained for the government of * * * [d]omestic territory recovered from rebels treated as belligerents' is nothing new, but instead one of the truly cockamamy theories that arose out of the Lincoln Administration’s confused prosecution of the Civil War. See generally John Fabian Witt, Lincoln’s Code: The Laws of War in American History (New York New York, new York: Free Press, 2012).":

  7. The military has barracks and ranks. The Sheriff, as far as I know deputizes and has an office. Other police have barracks, ranks like Captain, Lieutenant and Sgt. Sure looks like an armed military force in place around the land. I phoned the Sherrif's office once as a Sgt in the Army and they would not tell me how to contact the deputy that filled out a break in form I needed. You can call the State Patrol barracks and check on road conditions, ask for the barracks number.

  8. The two documents cited at the beginning of the article are contained in an interesting collection of “U.S. Army Field Manuals, Training Circulars, Technical Manuals” at the Library of Congress (LOC) - https://www.loc.gov/rr/frd/Military_Law/manuals.html. Just scanning the titles there suggests there may be more pithy nuggets to be found there. It would appear these are archives of now-not-“Active” documents per the Army Publishing Directorate’s Field Manual Listing (http://www.apd.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/FM.aspx)

The parent directory to the Field Manuals @ LOC, “Military Legal Resources” also looks like a treasure trove of goodies, not the least of which is “The Lieber Collection” including the infamous “Instructions for the Government of Armies of the United States in the Field, General Orders No. 100 - Instructions-gov-armies.pdf” (aka Lieber Code)

just passing this along for the research hounds out there

    1. Thanks Jeff,
This is the kind of help we are looking for. I have forwarded your comment to Anna and the team at the conference in Alaska.
