International Public Notice: More Illegal and Immoral "Impositions" Based on Fraud

This is because the U.S. Corp continues to act under the  presumptions provided by their self-made and so-called "Fourteenth Amendment" which openly declares that all criminals are slaves. 

By the measure they impose on others, they are measured. 

There is no substantive authority in back of the Fourteenth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America, nor for any Amendment made to this contract since then.  

None of these Amendments were agreed to by any entity having authority to act on behalf of the Employers of these Federal Subcontractors, and they stand merely as unauthorized and unilateral contract amendments that have been put in place via presumed acquiesence in the absence of our State Assemblies. 

Our State Assemblies are now in Session and we object to the idea that criminals are subject to enslavement and deprivation of rights under color of law.  We also object to the idea that any such "criminal" status can be arbitrarily conferred on anyone, including any "citizens of the United States".  

This was a fraudulent practice and unauthorized claim against foreign commercial interests and individuals made in the wake of an illegal mercenary conflict misrepresented as "The American Civil War". 

The U.S. Corp operating at that time spoke with forked tongue as usual, on one hand declaring the abolition of slavery, and on the other creating a new form of enslavement and institutionalizing slavery in the public domain via private corporate acts that are in fact repugnant to us. 

The U.S. Corp that published the so-called Fourteenth (Unratified and Unauthorized) Amendment went bankrupt in 1907. It's carcass was seized upon by its Priority Creditor, the Federal Reserve, another foreign corporation, which demanded a monopoly interest in and control of British Territorial United States currency as part of the bankruptcy settlement.  This agreement was memorialized as the Federal Reserve Act in 1913.  

None of it has anything to do with our country or our population.  

Now, ask yourselves, what possible legal or lawful authority could attach to an unauthorized, unratified and unilateral amendment to a service contract, made by the shareholders of a now long-defunct and bankrupted Scottish Commercial Corporation in the business of providing essential governmental services?  

The correct answer is --- absolutely none.  Not then, not now.  It was all constructive and self-interested fraud carried out under color of law. These contract amendments were never ratified by the Employers and have no validity as Law or Treaty or Contract. They are merely archaic and repugnant Public Policies of a foreign commercial contractors acting under color of law. 

By what right do our Subcontractors operating in the current day continue this spoof in the face of their Employers?  

Show us --- and the rest of the world -- the ratification of your "Fourteenth Amendment" by our lawful States of the Union, or stand down and Cease and Desist all operations and actions predicated on this unlawful and illegal drivel. 

These heinous and reprehensible acts as exemplified by the current example of IBM using prisoners as if they were animals, acts trespassing on the physical and psychological integrity of living men and women that have been routinely pursued by "government" franchises such as DARPA and IBM and MICROSOFT as actions empowered by the so-called Fourteenth Amendment, must come to an immediate and permanent end. 

The Employers and Principals that created the Federal Constitutions did not and do not agree to the premises of the offending contract alterations, nor any offensive legislation offered in support of these policies promoted by our Subcontractors.

Similarly, we have not and do not agree to the misapplication of the Sheppard-Towner Act to American non-citizen nationals born in the States of the Union.  As of October 1st 2020, all so-called Territorial States have been enrolled as full-fledged States of the Union, retroactive to the day they entered Territorial Statehood under the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance and the Equal Footing Doctrine. 

All fifty (50) States of the Union are now fully enrolled and in Session and are owed the protection and good faith service of all Federal Subcontractors and their franchises without exception. 

We have spoken about this necessary change in conduct and administration before.  This is the Third Time and the Third Notice requiring our Federal Subcontractors to stand down, cease and desist, their misapplication of peonage and enslavement claims made against our free, sovereign, and independent people. 

The business affairs, obligations, policies, and operations of our foreign "Federal" Subcontractors are their business only to the extent that they keep their fingers ---and their neural implants--- off our people, and their pollution out of our skies. 

When these corporations trespass on us, and fail to provide the good faith service they are contractually obligated to provide, it's time for them to be defunded and liquidated. 

All those born within the geographic borders of our States of the Union and all those Naturalized therein, are to be protected and held harmless and accorded all Constitutional Guarantees by our Federal Subcontractors--- without exception. 

We recognize no special or different or slave status conferred upon anyone by any corporate artifice. Take this to heart.  Our people are not citizens in service to any foreign government.  We are Foreign Sovereigns with respect to our Federal Employees and they exist under contract to provide "essential government services" for us; they are required to operate in good faith and with due diligence. 

Failure to do so voids their contract and our obligation to pay them and also voids any obligation to obey them and any permission granted them to exercise our delegated powers.  

Our people are not to be rendered criminals under the force or definitions of any foreign law whatsoever, and are not subject to any presumptions of statelessness allowing any governmental services contractor to confer foreign citizenship obligations on them.  

All of this malfeasance and legal chicanery must stop.

International Public Notice: Forms of Governments

We, Americans, have a republican form of government at the State level.  That means it functions on the principles of the early Roman Republic prior to the military dictatorship established by Julius Caesar. Everyone has a voice in government, which is centered on the Natural Rights of individuals.  Protecting the individual and their rights no matter what the opinions of the Mob, is paramount in this kind of government.  Everyone has the same natural rights and everyone acts to protect and preserve those rights, because if they don't, they know that their own rights are in danger. 

That's our sovereign government right there.  Take a look at it.  Understand its basic premises: a government of equals, dedicated to protecting and preserving the rights of the individual against Mob Rule.  

Now let's look at the form of government everyone is more used to and which some people have mistaken as our government --- democracy, also known as Mob Rule, based on majority opinion. 

This is the government of the Imperial Roman Republic established under Julius Caesar.  This is a government of Mob Rule implemented by and controlled by the military.  So long as the Mob keeps things at a simmer they can do anything they want.  If they get too restive, in the view of the commanding generals, the military steps in and quells the riots by imposing martial law. Everyone gets a vote and gets to go their own way, until and unless the commanding generals crack down.  The Mob is enslaved to pay the costs of the military and military "governors" rule like kings over different lands or different specified and defined land masses.  These "Governors" collect the taxes and administer the local bureaucracy for the all-powerful Caesar -- aka, Commander-in-Chief. 

This is not our form of government.  This is a foreign, quasi-military form of government that sacrifices the rights of the individual to the "god" of public opinion, and operates another level of government under military law to keep a lid on the worst abuses of public opinion.

This form of government is known to be progressively corrupt and degenerate, as the gluttonous and unfettered military feeds upon the civilian populace and enriches itself at their expense, and as the civilian populace lacks any moral compass or common set of values that would serve to inform their opinions, they devolve into an ignorant peasantry in pursuit of the most base kinds of entertainments and appetites--- "bread and circuses".

Add to this a third variety, called "Constitutional Democracy", which is supposed to be practiced in Britain, The United States, and the former Commonwealth.  This is democracy, but with a written Constitution that sets enforceable limits on the Public Policies of the military junta.  It formalizes what is tolerable and not tolerable and sets known official limits on the exercise of government power. Or is supposed to do so. In practical terms, the Constitutions are "enforceable", but it is always an open question of whether or not they will be enforced, and who will do the enforcing.  

The tendency borne out by experience is for the military junta to go slack in favor of their own abuses--- and so, it selectively stops enforcing the Constitutional limitations on its members.  When this occurs, the Public typically doesn't immediately react, and doesn't realize that it should react or how it could react to rein in these over-reaches and derelictions of duty by the military. This only further encourages their bad "not what I do, but what I say" behavior, and the military government increases taxes to insupportable levels while applying ever-increasingly oppressive statutory laws and codes on the Public, but not on itself.  They do this using a civilian bureaucracy known as a "civil service" to act as the middleman.  

Eventually, the Public realizes what is going on and reacts to put an end to these overreaches; this typically results in uncontrollable riots, frontier justice, and hatred of what the Public perceives to be the government --- the civil service pawns and politicians who are left in the middle as a buffer to face the ire of the Public.

This results in a reversal of the powers that are supposed to be in control of a Constitutional Democracy and it drifts back to the base form of government --- a Democracy as described above. 

It will not be lost on many that the republican form of government we are owed has not been in any great evidence for many years; while our traditions have given it lip-service, our institutions, our courts, and our elected offices have very gradually faded from view, stood vacant, or nearly so, and as we have unwittingly ceased to operate our form of government, these other, foreign forms of government have crept in and usurped control. 

The degree to which our public employees have usurped control and have imposed their form of government on their employers can be judged by how often and how blatantly they have talked about "their democracy" and how they have championed the spread of "democracy" throughout the world, and how they are constantly prattling about "danger to our democracy", when in fact, this country's form of government has never been a democracy at all. 

Our republican form of government is supposed to be ruling over and directing and limiting the democracies run by our foreign federal subcontractors.  Our "absence" which has been used to excuse their usurpation and breach of trust, has meant that there was "nobody home" to enforce the written Constitutions (which are service contracts) and their limitations on the military leaders and civil service.  

We are now in a so-called Mexican Stand-Off, with the military and political civil servants knowing, or having cause to know, that they are in the wrong, but uncertain how they can excuse their long term abuses and breaches of trust against their employers, while their employers object to paying for such bad service, and the banks are held liable for extending the public's credit to persons and institutions that are self-evidently preying upon the public and not acting within the limitations of their written service contracts. 

This is the condition in which we find ourselves today. 

The republican State Assemblies have regrouped and come back into official Session on a country-wide basis for the first time in over a hundred and fifty years.  The military leaders and politicians haven't wanted to admit this, but it is nonetheless the fact. 

We, Americans, still know who we are, and we are still able to operate our republican form of government --- and are contractually guaranteed our right to do so.  

As the Employers of all Federal Employees, we are enforcing the Constitutions and directing our Federal Employees accordingly. 

Their democracies need to disavow their presumptions about us and stop usurping against our government. They owe us their good faith service and all limitations of the Constitutions that have created their organizations and paid their bills. 

Within the boundaries of the District of Columbia and within certain stipulated Federal Enclaves, they are free to practice their forms of democracy as a separate foreign citizenry, but they are not allowed to impose their forms of democracy upon the living people who are their Employers and the progeny of the Creators of their institutions. 

They must now come to heel and fulfill their duties and contracts and observe their limitations.  The banks responsible for recklessly and self-interestedly extending our credit to our Employees without our permission and without any appropriations made by our Congress, have been served Due Process and Notification of their liability. 

The U.S. Military could, in theory, rebel against our direction, but it is well-settled that they are accountable to our civilian authority.  

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.

A Footnote About Evil

This is something practical to know and share concerning the "coagulation and separation" process we are presently facing (yes, just like the steps of alchemy). 

In the end, the Evil Ones go mad.  Stark raving bonkers.  They salivate like dogs and defecate as they walk.  They smell bad.  They leer and talk in riddles and grunts.  The image of the Zombie Apocalypse is not far off.  They will be violently demented before they die.  They know this. They have tried to guarantee the same end for all of us.  

The point is, they will no longer be hard to identify.  

They won't be able to hide any longer. 

Their true nature will be revealed. 

Keep a close camera eye on Benjamin Netanyahu.  You will notice his ears deforming, looking more like Mr. Spock ears, distorted, thin on the edges.  His skin will get blotchy.  His hand movements will get more animated — like Adolph Hitler.  

He is already at the stage where the madness of evil becomes visible.  

So the good news is that we will see them for what they are.  The bad news is that some of them will be friends and family.

International Public Notice: We Are Sorry

Our condolences go out to 1.2 billion Catholics who have been lied to and whose faith must now be severely tested.  Pope Francis has just identified the Father of Jesus Christ as Lucifer.

This is, of course, a Big Lie.  It's a truly enormous lie--unless, of course, the Pope means to admit that the entire narrative spun by acolytes of Simon Magus is a lie, and everything about it -- including the identity of "I - Zeus" is a lie, fathered by Lucifer, the Father of all lies.  That admission, would be a backhanded truth, because the Church has not been honest about Yeshuah.  

We have followed and detailed the weird progression of offices that Francis has occupied --- having been given the secular duties of the Pope without the ministerial duties, Benedict XVI taking the ministerial duties to his grave, and then the Eastern Patriarchs being cajoled into giving Francis an old vacated office in the Byzantine Church as "Patriarch of the West" so that he could still claim a Pope-like office in a different offshoot of the Universal Church. 

We are witnessing the same kind of maneuver the Church pulled during the Dark Ages in Europe, where it split in two, with a Pope in the West and a Pope in the East.  Once again, all the money that Francis ordered "home" to the Vatican two years ago, has been consolidated and sent East to Constantinople. 

When the bill collectors come knocking, Francis will be able to truthfully say that his pockets are empty.  

So we have a Pope who isn't a Pope, setting up a constructive fraud to avoid paying debts, claiming that Lucifer was Jesus's Father.  LOL. Sounds like Lucifer was Jorge Bergolio's Father, too.  

Remember what we told you about the polarization that is close upon us now, when evil will coagulate and separate from good, and become clearly identifiable, just as oil separates from water, and as sheep are separated from goats. 

This is inevitable, and not even a showdown.  It is, in the end, a revelation, a great apocalypse in which the Truth will be known. 

The word "apocalypse" is not nearly as dreadful as it sounds; it implies a removal of a veil, the pulling back of a curtain so we can see what is behind it, like Toto pulling back the curtain to expose the Wizard of Oz. 

Should it surprise us that the Roman Catholic Church was built on sin and error?  Not really.  For one thing, Peter was never Bishop of Rome.  

It's pretty hard to inherit an office that the Disciple never held from him, but knowing how the system works, there was probably another "Peter" involved, so a half-truth could be preserved --- just as Saint Jerome stitched in the "Letters" of another Paul, Paul of Ephesus, into the Canon, and presented these "homages" as the words of Saint Paul. 

A guy named Paul wrote them.  That much is true. 

Then there's the Crusades and "Killing for Jesus" in general, the Inquisition and the Income Tax to pay for the Church's war expenses --- compared to that, selling Indulgences allowing rich sinners to sin free of charge, seems like a minor infraction.  

How about the ritualized cannibalism taught under the Doctrine of Transubstantiation, which teaches that the Communion wine turns into actual blood in the cup?  And all the strange museums and churches devoted to showing off corpses in glass coffins, severed heads, and body parts of departed saints?  The creepy crucifix with the dead body still nailed on it?  

Many Catholics are confused when they discover a Satanic Cult hidden at the heart of their beloved Church, but the signs and portents are set before everyone in plain sight.  

Just like each one of us, the Church was never completely good nor completely evil; it was and is an admixture, holding within it cynical devil-worshiping monsters and selfless saints. 

And now, the process of separation is inevitable. 

To our friends in the Roman Catholic Church, please realize that yes, you have been snookered by the Father of All Lies; promptly forgive yourselves for that, and use your own discernment to pick through the wheat and the chaff of the Church. 

Save what is good.  Keep faith with what is true.  And cut away all the rest.

International Public Notice: In Case You Missed It

Members of our North Carolina Assembly are and have been at the forefront of the efforts to relieve flood victims and do the work of protecting the people and their assets since the beginning of the Hurricane Helene Disaster.    

Yesterday, an ad hoc consortium of researchers including our North Carolina Assembly got together and issued their laboratory and research findings and participated in a roundtable releasing these results and discussing the issues surrounding the ongoing pollution tragedy --- and public danger --- posed by heavy metal, industrial chemical, and radioactive isotope pollution of the soil and water in North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. 

It is unknown as yet if similar damage has been done in the five other States impacted by the Hurricane Helene disaster. 

What is known is that up to 70% of the soil in some areas is too polluted with heavy metals and industrial chemicals to support life. 

Quantities of heavy metals exceed safety standards by tens, hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of times the published and recommended safety levels. 

We are looking at an environmental catastrophe that is larger than all but the largest Superfund sites, an environmental disaster that is a direct threat to human health and life, and one that is being ignored by the Mainstream Media and the de facto corporate "government". 

Not a word from them.  No sign of the EPA nor the British Territorial Environmental Protection Agency, either.  No Federal Hazmat teams.  No biological or soil sampling.  Not even a peep from the USDA.

Why were they targeted?  According to statements by U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, the British Territorial U.S. Corp is seeking to establish a worldwide monopoly on Rare Earth Minerals, which is a primary motivation for the illegal mercenary actions they are pursuing in Ukraine.  

The area damaged by Hurricane Helene just happens to be extremely rich in these same Rare Earth Minerals and has been targeted by various attempts by the U.S. Corp to invoke a non-existent Federal right of eminent domain, either directly or through their State-of-State franchises. 

We don't agree with any of it.  The Federal Government was never granted ANY delegated powers over our land and soil and that most definitely includes and is not limited to no access to eminent domain powers.  Those Americans who claim their birthright standing and their patents and grants are guaranteed and grandfathered-in and all those born on our land and soil are owed equal protection under the law. 

Note to the State of North Carolina --- as a franchise of a foreign parent corporation, you have no standing to make any claim against any land in North Carolina. Ditto any incorporated county organizations.  Note to North Carolina State Trust --- except for verifiable British Territorial U.S. Citizens who are NOT Americans or who are knowledgeably claiming to be British Territorial U.S. Citizens for purposes of employment or willing political association as British Subjects, the State Trust stands dissolved by the Presumed Donors and their Lawful Heirs. 

Note to State of Alaska -- see above.  Note regarding incorporation of Big Lake, Alaska.  Big Lake, Alaska, is not incorporated.  The votes of foreign U.S. Citizens on this matter don't count, as they have no

standing on the matter.  We, the actual people of this State of the Union haven't incorporated any city, town, or village and we retain full substantive rights and standing with regard to our property assets and interests.  

Both the State of Alaska and the Alaska State Trust have been served Notice regarding the formal enrollment of Alaska as a State of the Union under the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance as of October 1st 2020 and retroactive to the date Alaska  entered Territorial Statehood.

International Public Notice: Nationalization and Criminal Corporate Activities

The only real power of a man like Bill Gates or George Soros is the power to spend money.  As experience has shown, both these men spend their fortunes on evil purposes. and act as bag men to assist other evil billionaires and corporations to do the same.  

They pursue the dreams of madmen.  They are both, quite literally, psychopathic and sociopathic, as proven by what they spend their money on.  

Gates' most recent evil endeavor has been to force-sell another new food additive "Bovaer" in England, where it will enter the food chain and interfere with male reproductive health.  

This, in a country that has suffered population collapse ever since the First World War. 

The First World War decimated an entire generation in England. It never recovered from that, before another genocidal "war", World War II, was foisted off on the unsuspecting populace, which again lost a major percentage of its younger population and starved the rest for six years, which was sufficient to guarantee that England's native population never recovered.  

Despite that, we have the criminals in Parliament and the Pernicious Royals pushing yet another war and putting all 50,000 members of their military at risk of the same fate that has already claimed 600,000 Ukrainians.  

Apparently, the members of Parliament have a short memory.  It wasn't so long ago that they lost their young men on the battlefields of the Crimea and later, at Gallipoli, too,  in a mad attempt to dominate a land mass and a culture that is utterly beyond their comprehension. 

You would think that their Bug-on-Windshield experiences would have taught them to leave this region of the world in peace, but instead, they have designs on capturing 50% of Africa's food supply and cornering the market on Rare Earth Elements -- and doing it on Russia's back doorstep.    

Their obvious (and stated) intent is criminal.  Using food to coerce economic and political concessions is criminal.  Deliberately scheming to create a monopoly on Rare Earth minerals, or anything else, is criminal.  And certainly, the use they made of Ukraine under Mr. Zelensky, their Puppet, as a base for development of biowarfare products and other illicit activities, has been criminal, too.  

The ICC finally had to get off its rump and accuse Netanyahu of being what he obviously is ---  a genocidal war criminal.  When does any court rise up to condemn these corporations that are masquerading as governments?  When do we all wake up and deal with the paper monsters we have created?  

The fortunes of Bill Gates and George Soros are both made of paper, based entirely on casino chips and intellectual property interests granted to them by the same phony government corporations that have seized control of the bureaucracy.  

Yes, these same commercial and banking interests "disappeared" the actual American Government a long time ago, in what passed for a "change of government" putsch in the 1860's. 

They got away with that at the time, here and in the British Isles, so they just continued on and expanded their criminal operations unhindered and undetected, worldwide. 

Now is the time for this usurpation to end and for the members of the World Economic Forum to be targeted for nationalization and/or liquidation.   

These Perpetrators have used our assets and our credit, in collusion with the guilty central and commercial banks that have allowed these criminal enterprises to access our money and our credit and allowed these entities to wage continuous war-for-profit "in our names" without our knowledge or consent. 

They all deserve to be charged with crimes against humanity.   Their CEOs need to be on a chain gang, not sipping gin in a Boardroom. 

The fact that the Ukraine belongs to Ukrainians hasn't quite sunk into their heads yet, because they succeeded in their 2014 CIA-MI6 "government changeover" and gained access to the bureaucratic matrix of the Ukrainian Government.  As a result, 600,000 Ukrainians are dead and we have idiots in Parliament advising them to keep fighting until they get to a more favorable position for peace negotiations. 

Six feet under is apparently a better position for negotiating peace.

Our point is that all this criminal insanity has to stop.  The corrupt justice system has to be redefined and booted up and used for its intended purpose --- to bring these madmen and criminal corporations to justice.  

Bill Gates and George Soros are criminals -- the fact that they are wealthy criminals only makes it worse.  They have no excuse. 

Same thing for the members of the U.S. Congress.  They have no excuse for interfering in the operations of an elected national government. 

No excuse for plotting to control Africa by controlling Africa's access to food.  No excuse for engaging in illegal and immoral monopoly activities. No excuse for outlawed human trafficking, false claims in commerce, and outlawed development of biological warfare weapons. No excuse for practicing personage and barratry against their employers. 

People of the world, this is not a board game, but you are allowing these politicians to behave as if your lives and your national resources were poker chips ---- and leaving your future in the hands of crooks and madmen.  

We joke about the climate gurus taxing cow farts, but these cretins are deadly serious about it.  They can't keep volcanoes from erupting, but by golly, they can keep cows from farting --- by injecting them and their food stuff with dangerous chemicals that impair their natural fertility and the fertility of anyone ingesting beef products. 

Imagine your baby boy eating a bowl of Jello and his little testicles shriveling away because Bill Gates and the crazy people at the United Nations were allowed to get away with this?

Reducing methane from cow farts and cow manure is actually part of United Nations long-range planning and goals for 2030.  Bill Gates participated in identifying this "problem" and now, he is trotting around the known world, with the solution to the problem he created in the weak minds of the payola challenged people purportedly representing the rest of us at the United Nations --- "Bovaer", a chemical product Gates developed to reduce bovine "air" and also reduce the fertility of the human population of any country that allows this product to be added to livestock feed. 

Including England, a place in which the native population has been under severe population collapse for almost a hundred years. 

The English, Irish, Scots, and Welsh have all suffered along with their friends and Allies, as a direct result of privateering and other criminal acts pursued "in their names" by foreign commercial corporations masquerading as their own dear government. 

These entities that are promoting all this criminality are not governments. They have not been elected by anyone.  They have no powers of government not directly and specifically delegated to them, no state immunity, and no excuse for acting as privateers and pirates under international law.  

The so-called British Sovereign is not a sovereign; Britain is a business, not a country.  

So Letters of Mark and other outmoded and evil and patently unlawful licenses to kill that have been issued by the British Monarchs since the early 1700s are universally fraudulent -- unlawful, illegal, null and void, defunct, having no value and no authority and no ability to protect the numerous incorporated entities that have received these repugnant instructions and acted upon them.

There has been no King or Queen of England since the reign of Queen Anne, who vacated the land and soil jurisdiction, just as "King Charles III" is attempting to vacate the jurisdiction of the sea for his own protection. 

All these corporate privateers are engaged in piracy -- inland piracy (on land) and piracy in Maritime jurisdiction (coastal waters) and piracy on the High Seas.  Under Admiralty Law, including American Admiralty Law, they and their legal fiction entities are all dead men walking. 

It's only a matter of time until everyone reading this and everyone hearing this wakes up and realizes --- they are right.  The dimmed down Americans are right. We've all been sold a bill of goods.  

Our governments have been left adrift in the hands of private commercial privateers ---nasty industrialists and bankers whose only "law" is to seek profit for themselves--- for the better part of a century and a half.

We've been going to war at the behest of criminals.  We have been killing innocent people --- like the situation in Gaza right now --- for the profit of criminals. 

And we've all paid the price for this, whether we "won" or "lost". 

These banks and other corporations all need to be lawfully converted and nationalized without further adieu and without conflict; it is necessary for the preservation of humanity that this be done and done as swiftly as possible. 

We call upon all loyal members of our Military and Civil Service, and all our Treaty Partners, to make it so.
