Members of our North Carolina Assembly are and have been at the forefront of the efforts to relieve flood victims and do the work of protecting the people and their assets since the beginning of the Hurricane Helene Disaster.
Yesterday, an ad hoc consortium of researchers including our North Carolina Assembly got together and issued their laboratory and research findings and participated in a roundtable releasing these results and discussing the issues surrounding the ongoing pollution tragedy --- and public danger --- posed by heavy metal, industrial chemical, and radioactive isotope pollution of the soil and water in North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee.
It is unknown as yet if similar damage has been done in the five other States impacted by the Hurricane Helene disaster.
What is known is that up to 70% of the soil in some areas is too polluted with heavy metals and industrial chemicals to support life.
Quantities of heavy metals exceed safety standards by tens, hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of times the published and recommended safety levels.
We are looking at an environmental catastrophe that is larger than all but the largest Superfund sites, an environmental disaster that is a direct threat to human health and life, and one that is being ignored by the Mainstream Media and the de facto corporate "government".
Not a word from them. No sign of the EPA nor the British Territorial Environmental Protection Agency, either. No Federal Hazmat teams. No biological or soil sampling. Not even a peep from the USDA.

Why were they targeted? According to statements by U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, the British Territorial U.S. Corp is seeking to establish a worldwide monopoly on Rare Earth Minerals, which is a primary motivation for the illegal mercenary actions they are pursuing in Ukraine.
The area damaged by Hurricane Helene just happens to be extremely rich in these same Rare Earth Minerals and has been targeted by various attempts by the U.S. Corp to invoke a non-existent Federal right of eminent domain, either directly or through their State-of-State franchises.
We don't agree with any of it. The Federal Government was never granted ANY delegated powers over our land and soil and that most definitely includes and is not limited to no access to eminent domain powers. Those Americans who claim their birthright standing and their patents and grants are guaranteed and grandfathered-in and all those born on our land and soil are owed equal protection under the law.
Note to the State of North Carolina --- as a franchise of a foreign parent corporation, you have no standing to make any claim against any land in North Carolina. Ditto any incorporated county organizations. Note to North Carolina State Trust --- except for verifiable British Territorial U.S. Citizens who are NOT Americans or who are knowledgeably claiming to be British Territorial U.S. Citizens for purposes of employment or willing political association as British Subjects, the State Trust stands dissolved by the Presumed Donors and their Lawful Heirs.
Note to State of Alaska -- see above. Note regarding incorporation of Big Lake, Alaska. Big Lake, Alaska, is not incorporated. The votes of foreign U.S. Citizens on this matter don't count, as they have no
standing on the matter. We, the actual people of this State of the Union haven't incorporated any city, town, or village and we retain full substantive rights and standing with regard to our property assets and interests.
Both the State of Alaska and the Alaska State Trust have been served Notice regarding the formal enrollment of Alaska as a State of the Union under the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance as of October 1st 2020 and retroactive to the date Alaska entered Territorial Statehood.
All claims entered in the name of "Big Lake, Alaska" are owed to the people of Big Lake, Alaska, not the "persons' residing there, and are specifically owed to The United States of America (Unincorporated) and to our Fiduciary, Anna Maria Riezinger, a living woman with no foreign citizenship obligations. With respect to her and to all other Americans permanently living in Alaska and claiming their birthright political status, the Alaska State Trust stands dissolved, together with all presumptions of the U.S. Trustees in regard to this matter.
