Criminals On Our Shores -- Banking, the Global Reset, A Sidebar Rumination

For those just now waking up---- the Federal Reserve is not and has never been any part of our government.  It is a mostly-foreign private association of banks operating as a criminal cartel on our shores. The Fed was invited here by other criminals impersonating our lawful Congress of the United States more than a century ago.  The details of how this happened are presented in our sworn and published affidavit of probable cause, "You Know Something Is Wrong When....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" and The Creature from Jekyll Island. 

Second, at the end of the Second World War the Allies set up the "Global Debt Facility" as a depository with the intention --- at least on paper --- of using this international collateral for the benefit of Mankind.  

So much for good intentions and public relations. Of course, much more sinister and self-interested agendas were in play---one of which was the rape and pillaging of America and the dispossession of its people via fraud, misrepresentation, and deceit.

Attached you will find nine (9) important documents that establish at least one (1) of the several versions of the Minesfield Crossover Agreements alleged to exist and referenced by Ms. Hudes, and also a couple pages from the Secret Book of Redemption.   This extraordinary work explains how the Federal Reserve self-sabotaged its fiduciary responsibilities by introducing deliberate errors in the issuance of bonds and other documents so as to provide a predetermined excuse for not paying legitimate debts when they came due. 

The Federal Reserve has also been instrumental in the Federal Reserve Note Scam and the enslavement of Americans mischaracterized as British Crown subjects.

Gold went into backwardation (where the price of gold to be delivered in the future is higher than the price for immediate or "spot" delivery) back in July 2013, and gold has stayed in backwardation since then. When gold went into backwardation in 1971, the Federal Reserve Note went off the gold standard.

If gold goes into permanent backwardation because the Global Currency Reset is delayed, this will cause mass starvation, pestilence, and the unilateral surrender of US military might, bringing the world into another Dark Ages and WWIII, just like the way the amount metal in the Denarius was removed to bring about the Dark Ages in 300AD. Please see to it that my SECOND Letter in support of your position gets delivered officially and with Witnesses to Sheriff Ward and any and all other federal "county" franchise officials, BLM staff, etc., They need to know this information ASAP for their own sakes as well as everyone else's. 

Dear Sheriff Ward, 

I have already sent you and the other "federal law enforcement agents" one letter. I did not expect to have to send you two. 

There are two kinds of people in this country according to the Definitive Treaty of Peace known as the Treaty of Paris, 1783, Article III and they are-- "the free sovereign and independent people of the United States" and the "inhabitants"-- British Loyalists and subjects of the British Crown who were allowed to stay here after the Revolutionary War. 

These are political statuses and as the Expatriation Act explains, the government is forbidden from interfering with our choice in the matter. 

This was more recently reiterated by the Geneva Protocols of 1949, Laws of War, Volume II, Article 3 forbids tampering with anyone's political status-- and it is a capital offense war crime if you do. 

The Hammonds and the Bundys have all made their political status choice very clear. They are members of the "free sovereign and independent people of the United States." They have self-declared their status and have given you Notice of the same and it is not within the powers of your office to alter this decision or offer to interpret anything about it. 

You and all your misinformed buddies owe the Hammonds and the Bundys "essential governmental services" under Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2. And a HUGE apology. 

Those "services" do not include armed extortion, trespass on their private property, or any false claims or presumption of any ownership interest in them, their land, or their other assets. 

Cattle rustling, as you and your friends need to be reminded, is a capital CRIME in the western states and if you boys get out of line, these ranchers are well within their rights to invoke the Public Law and hang you all from the nearest trees.

The State did not give the Citizen his rights and thus cannot take them away as it chooses. The State did not establish the settled maxims and procedures by which a citizen must be dealt with, and thus cannot abrogate or circumvent them. It thus is well settled that legislative enactments do not constitute the law of the land, but must conform to it.
From the 16th American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177:
“The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:
The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. 
As unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted. Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no right, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it... A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Any court, government or government officer who acts in violation of, in opposition or contradiction to the foregoing, by his, or her own actions, commits treason and invokes the self-executing Sections 3 and 4 of the 14th Amendment and vacates his or her, office.

Please note that The Constitution is for inhabitants of the Federal United States LITERALLY the law of the land--- because when they come in from their watery international jurisdiction, they are required to operate by the rules established by The Constitution on the land.
When reading Federal law, you must always read it from the Federal perspective. They operate in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea, so, of course, the national law they are obligated to respect when dealing with us is --from their perspective--- the Law of the Land.
It's the same reversal when they speak of "inhabitants"---- we are "peaceful inhabitants of the land" (14th Amendment of the corporate Constitution) from their perspective, whereas they are "inhabitants" of the "maritime regions and insular states" from ours.

Solving the problem of Individual Freedom and Sovereignty

I am doing this with a skeleton staff and a huge amount of work on my table. I wish I could "do it all" and help people with their individual cases, too, but I can't. There are literally millions of Americans sitting in private for-profit jails who should not be there and trillions of dollars of American assets at risk. I have to keep my eye on the ball and we all have to keep moving forward as best we can. For me, that means pursuing the UN, the rats in DC, the World Bank. For the rest of you, that means educating yourselves, your families, your friends, your neighbors, and yes, the sheriffs and "county" officials and "state" officials and everyone else.

These groups of undeclared commercial mercenaries have "invaded" our country for the purpose of dispossessing us. The only thing that will stop them is a widespread public knowledge of who they are and what they are and an equally public and determined exposure of the facts.

How many "County" Sheriffs really want to prosecute innocent people under color of law? How many want to risk prosecution--- real prosecution under Public Law--- if they do?

That's what's coming, folks.

Any time that you incorporate anything, it falls under the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Satanic Law of the Sea or the almost-as-bad Law Merchant.

The Truth About Karen Hudes, The World Bank, and Your Gold

As the Federal Code Title 5 makes very clear the World Bank and IBRD were two of the three (Federal Reserve being the third) banking cartels that caused the bankruptcy of The United States of America, Inc. in 1933. 

As is also clear, the American People were the Priority Creditors of the bankrupt federal corporation (See House Joint Resolution 192 and the Emergency Banking Act of 1934) and also clear that the banks were Secondary Creditors.

When that bankruptcy was finally discharged and settled the World Bank received the actual gold--- the physical assets confiscated from our ancestors and which we are heir to--- as its part of the loot.  

Notice that the gold should have come back to the Priority Creditors—the American people--- but one the Secondary Creditors, The World Bank, claimed it instead.  

For seventy years that gold was used as the backing and basis for all the Federal Reserve Notes and loans.  The Federal Reserve, of course, received all the interest and profit generated as its part of the loot.  

And we, the legitimate heirs, received nothing.  Zip.  Nada.  Not even a thank you.

Yes, an Alaskan state judge HAS called upon the US Marshals and the rest of the "law enforcement agencies" to do their real job, and I am in a position to confirm it, as I am that judge. Your ignorance is no excuse in this matter.

There are two systems of law in this country, and it is long past time for you all to learn the facts.

When The Constitution was adopted there was already a Common Law Court System in this country that had been established for over 200 years. The Constitution created an additional "federal" court system for the needs of the "federal government"---- that court system is obligated to function in two venues only: administrative (Article I) and maritime/admiralty (Article III).

As you can see for yourself if you ever wake up and bother to look, the Seventh Amendment very clearly stipulates that ALL matters involving living people and their property assets in excess of $20 are to be decided under Common Law and as you can also readily find out Erie Railroad v. Thompkins (1938) there is no such thing as Federal Common Law.

A New Resolution put out by Ammon Bundy concerning the Hammond Family.

Many of you, much like me, remember Ammon Bundy from the very first days and videos released from the Bundy Ranch Incident that later became a huge victory for the Liberty Movement. He was that cowboy that first faced off with the BLM tactical team. These were the same thugs that we saw tackle an elderly cancer survivor and sic attack dogs on a pregnant woman. In that first altercation, the patriots made a point of going un-armed. I still can see, in my minds eye, Ammon challenging the ATF soldiers asking who the real aggressors are and literally showing them that they had left their firearms at home, and they had left even their pocket knives. Well Ammon was tased 3 times that day. Again, I cherish the memory of Ammon cowboying up and challenging them to tase him again and again. It was after this situation, combined the “free speech” zones that the BLM had set up that looked to more suitable for holding small livestock than to practice our first amendment rights that we should be able to exercise anywhere within our borders, that were the last straw. It was then that we saw an organic uprising of patriots from a cross section of American culture come together to say to the Feds that we will no longer sit back idly and allow another family be massacred. At this point, we had received credible reports that the powers that be had snipers trained on the family home and things were being set up for another Waco. Not on our watch! The rally call went out and patriots put down their own lives to come and protect a family of fellow Americans.

Well Ammon’s sense of duty to stand up against the same tyrannical government overreach didn’t end when the BLM left the ranch. It is still running strong to this day. It was through Ammon Bundy that I first started hearing about the nightmares that the Hammond family have also been suffering. In a lot of ways, the harassment that the Hammonds have already suffered seem unbelievable. Ammon feels that he is being called by a higher power to stand up for the Hammond family. The attached letter to John Kerry and Ban Ki Moon was mailed this morning 12/14/2015.  It addresses--- in a very forthright manner --- the refusal of the Federal United States to expedite and respect the political status changes and choices which must be made available as remedy to the American people.

This is a matter of urgent importance. It concerns either mistaken identity or identity theft, depending upon each man’s estimate of the situation. 

Very briefly: at the end of the American Revolutionary War two distinct groups of people lived in the former Colonies as memorialized in the Treaty of Paris 1783, Article III:  the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and the “inhabitants”.   The “inhabitants” were and are --from the perspective of the “free sovereign and independent people”—British Loyalists and subjects of the Crown permitted to co-habit our land via Treaty of Peace.  

At the end of the American Civil War, President Andrew Johnson declared peace on the land via three separate proclamations establishing an undisputed Treaty of Peace and commercial contract obligation honoring the fact that the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” were at peace and we have remained so ever since.  No such peace was ever declared for the “inhabitants” and no Peace Treaty in their behalf was ever signed, with the result that they have been at constant war since 1860.

We learned that even to this day the world is peopled with followers of these ancient and profane hedonistic cults, which have largely been suppressed and driven into secrecy, but continue to impact the world in disastrous ways nonetheless. These people worship the Father of All Lies.  For them, a lie is a prayer.  They use sex as a sacrament, worship in sacred groves, practice execution by fire, infanticide, and defilement as a doctrine.  Their chief goddess, Semiramis, goes by many names--- Isis, Cybele, Astarte, Ashtoreth, and even the Statue of Liberty.  She is the “Mother of Idols, Harlots, and the Abominations of the World”.

We also learned that idolatry is alive and well in the modern world and that all the forms of money and credit we commonly use involve “graven images” and are in fact idols--- something symbolic that stands for something real, as in a piece of paper that claims to represent the value of a man’s labor.

This seems stupidly obvious when I say it out loud, but apparently the necessity of rebuilding on the Justices of the Peace at the County level and upon the very, very few State Common Law Judges that are operating Common Law Courts and the even fewer Federal Postal Judges—- has not yet occurred to everyone.

The US Civil Flag - What does it mean?

This is the U.S. Civil Flag sometimes flown at ports of entry and formerly flown on Revenue Cutters before they became Coast Guard Cutters. It's purpose is to be a demarcation between the Jurisdiction of the Sea, or Admiralty/Maritime law, and the Jurisdiction of the Land, known as common law. It also denotes Peace on the Land and says the inhabitants of the land in America are at peace not war. It's only the mostly foreign owned, for profit corporation calling itself the federal government that is at war, NOT America's people. We should be PEACEMAKERS and we should be in a strictly defensive posture at home and abroad, unless and until we are attacked. We should not be fighting wars of aggression abroad, and thereby creating additional enemies. But if we are attacked, like we seem to be right now with all these shootings, then we should spare no effort to find those responsible and bring them to justice. If that requires war, and the perpetrators have left no doubt as to their intentions against our country, then we should bring the wrath of Almighty God against them in order, and only insofar as it is necessary to STOP THE THREAT to our peace and tranquility. Sadly that has not happened since the 2nd World War. It's time to change our policies, not only overseas but here at home as well. It's time to revitalize the Militia of the Several States under the elective and delegated power of the Sheriff and/or Governors.

The answer is simple--- the counties have to operate as counties on the land again, that is, as UNINCORPORATED Body Politics.  Any time you incorporate something, you move it off the jurisdiction of the land and into the jurisdiction of the sea---- and therein lies the rub. 

Out of 50 "States" and 3100 counties all of them have incorporated and are therefore officially operating as "federal" franchises of the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION---- like local Burger King franchises.  That does not prohibit any of them from ALSO functioning as states and counties on the land jurisdiction, but we've been such clueless dumb clucks that we weren't aware of any need to do so.  We have been deceived and "assumed" that that "thing" calling itself "Jackson County" or the "County of Jackson" was our lawful county on the land --- and that we didn't HAVE TO do anything more or organize anything or operate any Body Politic other than that. 

Now you can talk to the incorporated counties and their officers about this situation and encourage them to act in both roles---putting on one hat and singing the corporate song, and then putting on another hat and singing "Yankee Doodle"---- which is what they did for quite a number of years---- but in the end, no man can serve two masters.  It is best to just hold explicit elections for the land offices---- advertise public meetings to organize the county on the land, take nominations for the offices of the land jurisdiction--- call your courts, etc., by recognizable names like, "Jackson County Land Office" and "Jackson County Common Law Court" and so on.  At first, everyone has to serve pro bono and as volunteers.  That in no way alters the lawfulness of the office or our actions. 

And just let the incorporated "County" deal with its watery international issues and "US citizens" which are in reality few and far between. 

Once you have elected one or two County Judges, a County Sheriff, County Clerk, Bailiff, Coroner, etc., and sworn them in, the Sheriff can in turn (just like John Wayne) swear in as many Deputies on the Land as he needs to enforce the jurisdiction of the land. 

So what is the jurisdiction of the land?  It's everything and anything that was not specifically delegated as an enumerated "power"---and responsibility---- of the "federal government".  ALL other prerogatives are reserved to the States on the Land and the people.  

The position of all these "federal franchise" "States" and "Counties" is actually very weak and unattractive.  They are receiving back increasingly smaller dribs and drabs of "federal revenue sharing"---- which is their cut from the fraud that has been practiced against all of us by claiming that we "volunteered" to function as Federal United States Citizens and as chattel belonging to the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and donated all our assets to the Public Charitable Trust in exchange for the privilege of receiving welfare benefits (and paying for them) and Social Security "benefits" (which we also had to pay for and never get any reasonable return from).  In other words, their kick-back for participating in the enslavement and abuse of their friends, families, and neighbors by private, mostly foreign-owned corporations follows a law of diminishing returns.   

Once people wake up and realize what a scourge and fraud scheme this has been, nobody will want to serve any "federal" county or "federal" state, either.

Dear Federal Agents:

I am addressing this letter in this way, because it is my understanding that it will be read by members of both the FBI and the US Marshals Service.   It is also my understanding that you have available for examination a wet-ink signed copy of the illustrated affidavit of probable cause entitled “You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause”  as back-up reference and evidence.

Since the publication of the affidavit a plethora of new supporting documentation and evidence has come to light.  We found, for example, that on June 30, 1864, the members of Congress acting as the Board of Directors of a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation doing business as “The United States of America, Incorporated” changed the meaning of “state”, “State” and “United States” to mean “District of Columbia Municipal Corporation”.

Like the 1862 change of the meaning of the word “person” to mean “corporation” cited in our affidavit, these special coded meanings of words render a drastically different picture of the world around us.

It turns out that your “personal bank account” is actually a “corporate bank account”.   The “Colorado State Court” is actually the “Colorado District of Columbia Municipal Corporation Court”.

If you are shocked to learn these facts, you are not alone.  So are millions of other Americans.  These changes were made 150 years ago and tucked away in reams of boring meeting minutes and legalistic gobbledygook meant to be applied only to the internal workings of a private governmental services corporation and its employees. 

There was no public announcement, just as there was no public announcement or explanation when Congress created “municipal citizenship” known as “US citizenship” in 1868.  Properly, technically, even to this day, this form of “citizenship” applies only to those born in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other Insular States, so there was no real reason to educate the general public about the topic. As Congress was secretively using the labor and the private property assets of these  “citizens” as collateral backing the corporate debts of “The United States of America, Inc.” there was plenty of reason to obscure this development.  At the end of the Civil War it would have been very unpopular to reveal that they were simply changing gears from private sector slave ownership to public sector slave ownership.

You may be surprised to learn that slavery was not abolished by the Thirteenth or any other Amendment to any constitution then or now.   Instead, slavery was redefined as the punishment meted out to criminals. Look it up and read it for yourselves.
