We have been asked to provide additional copies of our claim documents by Chief LaVern Fasthorse, to be added to the Court's records and deliberations concerning the lawful and sovereign governments in The United States.
Please consider this an explanatory letter regarding our claim to own by name, trademark, culture, and indigenous right our ancestral lands in Europe and our joint sovereignty interest in North America. Additional information and proof has been sent to your office, including wet-ink signatures.
We published Joint Sovereignty as Sovereign Letters Patent together with Chief LaVern Fast Horse of the Lakota Sioux and Michael Young of the Athabascans representing the Native American interest and our North American interest as States representing our Lawful Persons and our own Armorican tribal people --one of our Norman French Clans-- who gave their name to both North and South "America". These Letters Patent were renewed in our case on November 4th 2015, and as a joint original publication on November 6th 2015.
The Armoricans peacefully traded and intermarried in this country called The United States, for at least 1000 years prior to Christopher Columbus. Their genetic heritage spreads as far West as Montana and Wyoming and Nevada, and as far South as the Seminole people in Florida.
We also wish to bring forward our less direct lineage to the Doggerland Giants -- red-haired, white-skinned natives who populated the Circumpolar Region for at least 10,000 years and may, so far as carbon dating can be believed, have been here 800,000 years ago.
The Doggerlands lived as far West as western Montana on the western edge of their inhabited homeland, as far East as Siberia (the Tulsi Princess) and as far South as Central France on the European Continent and as far South as Virginia on the North American Continent.
Today, the last remnants of these people remain in Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Scotland and the outlying Atlantic Islands. Many pure throwbacks to this genetic heritage remain among our people in these countries and also scattered in Canada. Their tribal clan system continues to operate as a land-based government to this day.
Though it is unusual to consider these people "indigenous" according to the current vernacular, it will become apparent that they have populated these homelands for thousands of years prior to the current era and we are all related members of an indigenous population of Earth, with our tribal nations and clan governments no different than any others, as well as having a long-standing history in the public and ancient records.
Please share this correspondence and the following written and printed materials that will be arriving with the Court and further instruct us, as the present considerations in bankruptcy and probate are unusual at best.
Sincerely,
Anna Maria Riezinger - Fiduciary
